I stayed at travel lodge with a couple friends and the location was awesome. Hotel was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was delicious. Had a room with a bunk bed and the top bed was a bit small and quite firm. Otherwise really enjoyed my stay.
I only like the location. The receptionists were rude and not professional at all.
it was close to the city sights.
Convenience to Old Montreal, China Town and Catherine Street & Area. It was fine for me, my wife would have liked to have had a bath tub though to relax. Room was a bit small, but for us it was only a place to lay our head at the end of the day.
The desk staff were very helpful and efficient.
Very good value, good location.
The staff were very polite and helpful The wifi connection worked well Continental breakfask was included Very few TV channels
Surprisingly nice quality for the price and brand of hotel Everything was great
Good location & helpful staff. The room was a bit noisy from both outside the building as well as the hallways.
The room with a queen and pull-out sofa was not large enough to handle the sofa extension. No room for maneuvering.
The proximiity to the Palais du congress,, the parking, and the economical price with breakfast. It is just what I needed for what I was doing. nothing
It was way too small, We bearly had room for our bags and ourselves to walk. definitely not going to be going back..
The location was perfect for us; mere blocks away from Place De Arts (Jazz Festival) and also only a short walk to Old Montreal. The hotel was immaculate, the staff were wonderful, the room was huge and the beds were extremely comfortable. A Keurig coffeemaker was a welcome touch. We will definitely stay there again! That our stay was so short!
Centrally located (for McGill visit and proximity to Old Montreal nightlife). Clean, comfortable. Overall great value. Would DEFINITELY recommend.
Room was spacious and well appointed, with excellent bathroom. Buffet breakfast was well worth the extra paid on booking (but the on-the-day cost was high). Location was between the old town and the modern business/shopping areas - ideal.

swimming pool and sauna. bathroom house-keeping was poor. Bed could have been more comfortable for a luxury hotel. Water in the room should have been free.
helpful staff at the entryway....friendly and gave suggestions for restaurants, bars, etc. one lady @ check in was quite unfriendly
We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. The proximity to the old city attractions allowed us to park the car and walk/cab where we wanted to go. Concierge provided guidance to attractions and set us up for a romantic anniversary dinner at a top nearby restaurant. The service was outstanding and a great value. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour!
Location Staff Ambience
The staff were very helpful and friendly weather recommending a bottle of wine, places to eat, or just general directions. The location is fantastic bordering the Old Port and Downtown sections, and is very easy to find from the highway.
Bathroom View Location Staff Food Pool hard to swim laps in with kids in there
the bed and the view the room was to small
The breakfast and view
went to a wedding concierge was very helpful
Good location, excellent helpful staff and reasonable rates. The room on the 12th floor had a fabulous view of Montreal There was no chair in the room nor was there a bed light to read.
• Hotel was in walking distance of most attractions (Chinatown, Old Montreal, Complexe Desjardins, metro) but not in the center of the hustle and bustle of downtown • Decor was modern and visually interesting • Was comfortable to stay in for multiple nights • Beautiful terrace to enjoy • When our shower wasn't working properly, it took a little convincing before the receptionist agreed to send up a maintenance person • Dusty (bad for allergies) • Gym is very small (only a couple machines)
Tradeoff between cost and quality It would be better that in every room there were rules of hotel. The thing is that is not clear what is included in service?
All was perfect!
Location It only has 1 elevator and we were put on the 12th floor, the first morning we stayed there we woke up with the elevator broken. We shopped for 6.5 hours, came back and it was still not fixed. We stayed 2 nights, and it was broken for the majority of the time and was still broken when we left. This served as an extreme inconvenience considering the floor we were on, and because of this reason I would not stay here again. Having to carry our luggage down 12 flights of stairs as we were checking out was a major annoyance!
The location was good, and the kitchenette with microwave, crockery, sink etc was well set up. Breakfast was basic, but good quality: sufficient to start you off for the day. Close to the airport bus stop, but be warned: the cost is $8 and the bus only takes coins/ correct change. Also, the bus is not every 15 minutes as advised by staff... In latter parts of the night/ early morning, it is 1 per hour: Check the timetable at the bus stop. The rooms are not at all sound proofed: the lifts were clearly audible (I was situated mid-way between the two), as were women laughing and joking in the room upstairs and doors slamming in the hallway. The decor is cheaply done: charcoal paint over bare concrete. While it is new now, in a year or two it will be showing marked wear and tear. It appears very dingy and dark. Shower cubicle was very narrow.
I liked the locationa and the modern design of the hotel. The hotel restaurant wasn't ready (it is still being built). Breakfast was basic. Then again, when the restaurant is up and running it should improve I imagine.
The hotel was in a great location, we didn't have to drive anywhere, a tip- valet parking is $26 or one street over it was $9 all day/night underground.. staff was very friendly and rooms where pretty clean (just don't use the dishes provided, I used a glass and left it in the sink and after the cleaner left in the morning the dirty cup was put back on the shelf with the clean ones with coffee still in the bottom and there was no soap to wash it myself) Only complaints, we stayed for 4 days and for the first 2 we didn't have a key to our room because the door wasn't working, so we had to have staff take us upstairs every time we came in. The breakfast was terrible, don't waste $10 on hard muffins, apples and begals. And the walls were a little thin, we could hear the room beside us talking and coughing. All in all we have stayed in pretty bad hotels but this doesnt make the list and we wouldn't not recommend it.
The room was nice, clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Downtown location at an affordable price. The building looks very new; recently built. Staff were a bit rude about checkout time, and seemed a bit unorganized. While it's a central location downtown, it's not the nicest area.
location and the creatively designed bathroom. Room darkening blinds hard bed, tilty bathroom shelf
Great location. I attended a conference at the Palais des Congres, which is only 6 minutes away. Nearby is the Chinatown, where I could find inexpensive dining.
Very clean hotel, unique industrial design (clean lines, basic), kitchen facilities, 24hr convenience store (for late night snacks and alcohol), and proximity to St. Catherines O. and Berri-UQAM. There was no alarm clock in the room, and there should have been at least two chairs for people to sit in (instead of only one plastic chair at the desk). Also, better quality sheets (personal preference) and towels would be an excellent addition. Finally, a bit faster service at the front desk for check-in would be appreciated. Overall, a great hotel though!
The hotel itself is quite unique. The architecture the building along with art and what not. Gives it that boutique feel. Must also be said, that the staff was also very pleasant and helpful. I could see myself staying there again. Its probably moot, but the hotel was recently rebranded, changed ownership, whatever, but all the linen and such has the name of the previous hotel. I'm sure getting all new linen is a pricey, but it seemed a bit tacky...?
Great Location, fantastic rooms and staff. The art was amazing. Will for sure stay at the hotel again.
The hotel is a charming boutique inn. The staff is very competent and friendly. The walls are adorned with colour and form. Everywhere you look is another reason to return. The atmosphere is intoxicating. Bravo! We satyed for only one night.
Location and decor
very pleasant, helpful staff. bed and bedding very comfortable. Easy access to old town. very small bathroom lacking good light. no shelf to put your cosmetics on. Reception is located on path to elevator, you are always in other peoples way...does not make you feel welcomed...
beautiful room housekeeping knocked on door once before 8am
Very close proximity to attractions such as Notre Dame Basilica and Habitat 67.
So convenient to metro and walking for sightseeing. Great breakfast! Staff was amazing- concierge was extremely helpful with directions! Highly recommend this hotel to others. Bathroom shower head could not be secured in holder.
The overall quality from Hotel, it was fantastic. Thanks, we really enjoyed our stay, even it was business. Just would like to see breakfast start a little earlier, there were several people waiting.
location was excellent. comp. breakfast and managers "happy hour" was awesome.the staff was wonderful and extremely helpful.
Large suite was almost as big as an apartment. Great breakfast Small shower may be a problem for larger people.
Excellent customer service
Great room with all amenities we could have wished for. Very comfortable and good value considering location, and that breakfast and 'happy hour' drinks were included.
Thank you Kayak for making a stay here affordable! We loved the location and the room (though a little dated) was huge, comfortable and very clean! They gave us 2 complimentary drinks and breakfast was included. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Joey at check in, never would have guessed he was new. Bernard our wait staff at supper-never would have guessed he was called in and was swamped because he took great care of us. And our omelette creator was amazing. Hilton all of your hotels can use Montréal Embassy Suites as their example.
I was upgraded to a suite and was happy to see how nice it was. Great kitchen layout and living space. Restaurant was way too busy to try. Nicely quiet at night.
Size of the rooms and hot breakfest
Great staff Third world quality Wi-Fi in the bedroom
Lovely building and room. Food and music was great. Hard to find the location. Was put on hold several times when calling on cell phone to find hotel.
Excellent location in the old town of Montreal, able to walk everywhere.Large , comfortable room, good complimentary breakfast and cheese and wine offered in the evening. Would most certainly recommend this hotel. Staff were very helpful. Room was a little dark, lights were needed at all times.
The canadian breakfast is excellent, the location in the old town The rooms are really dark, the room was cleaned poorly
We were greeted very warmly by counter staff and was checked in quickly and efficiently. Valet parking was also taken care of quickly upon check-in and check-out. The complimentary welcome drinks were a nice touch.
Attended to our questions quickly. Called down for room service menu's that were missing from our room, unfortunately,we never received them.
very attentive staff especially at the reception desk.bar/resturant very lively with excellent food and drinks.
This hotel was one of the loveliest travel experiences I've ever had, and I've been all around the world. The hotel is gorgeous - the restaurants, spa, and especially bedroom were first class. The staff was beyond friendly, and helped with everything from booking reservations at restaurants, to scheduling hair appointments, to taking my sister to the emergency room when she got sick. Five stars
Great location and staff was friendly and attentive to our requests. The "perks" of staying at the hotel has diminished since we were last there - which was about a year ago. There were complimentary drinks and light snacks for our entire stay last time. Just one complimentary drink this time.
we enjoyed the welcome wine and cheese, the morning breakfast, the terrace and watching the fireworks, the beautiful suite, the chocolates, the car parking service, the fine soaps, shampoos, etc, the music playing int he room when we arrived, the disco music in th evening in 701 the room numbering was a bit strange, we had to walk through what looked to be a service corridor to get to the elevator to our room...I think that we should have been asked whether or not we wanted a staff member to enter our room in our absence to turn down the bed.one of the internets was out of service
The room is very comfortable. Staffs are very friendly. The breakfast is so so.
I liked very much the quietness of the place. I enjoyed the comfort of the room and appreciated the attentiveness of the personal.
Friendly and attentive staff, convenient location and very comfortable room made this a perfect introduction to our visit to Montreal.
Attentive service, lovely common areas, charming rooms, loved the library, had drinks in the library no
The hotel had a gorgeous decor and felt sumptuous There was no wi-fi!
This hotel is classic and elegant. The staff are all personable, experienced and thorough and can answer any and all questions about the area. The room was breathtaking and meticulously clean and comfortable - a slice of heaven. The marble bathroom is flawless and I wanted to ship the bed home. I will return to this hotel every time I come to Montreal. It reminded me of a hotel I stayed at on the Grand Canal in Venice - absolute perfection!
We loved the location, close to so many things, but not in the midst of "downtown Vieux Montreal". Staff was great, very friendly. Concierges, while helpful, did not seem to know the best restaurants to recommend.
The service & hospitality provided by the staff plus the hotel's excellent location. N/A
Staff was exceptional and went out of their way to ensure a seem less guest experience. Accommodations were beautiful, well-appointed and thoughtful not to mention entirely unique in each guestroom. Spa was only open by appointment so no fitness or spa services were experienced. The hitel restaurant was good but not great although it was impeccably styled and the wait staff were wonderful. Menu could use more options
People where amazing to work with and helpful Facial was ok at best and overpriced
Really enjoyed our stay, friendly staff and beautiful, cozy room! The shower was amazing, with the second rain shower overhead and the fireplace was perfect for the time of year (early April- about 0 degrees Celsius) my boyfriend and I really enjoyed the complementary water and chocolate brought to our door every day. It was a sweet touch. The location was convenient. A lot of great restaurants and site seeing nearby! And the metro is less than a 5 minute walk. What we probably appreciated the most was the concierge who sat right in the lobby, ready for our questions. We had many. Wanting to know the best places to eat and visit, even making reservations for a tour and dinner reservation. she was the best! Probably the only thing we didn't like was the continental breakfast. $19 per person. Definitely not worth the price. There wasn't a lot of options and it was all cold (granted we ate at around 10am) so it sat out for a couple hours but I would have expected the food be kept in chafing dishes to stay warm for that price. so needless to say that was the only time we ate breakfast in our hotel. So many other great breakfast spots around the corner!
The Hotel Nelligan is located in Old Montreal--a beautiful location--but is is also close to a Metro station, which makes travelling around the rest of the city easy. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is very good.
The hotel location. The breakfast. The bed. Staff not very friendly. Staff cold in manner (fake smiles). Control of shower temperature difficult.
It was a reasonably priced hotel (and with very reasonably priced services) in the heart of Montreal next to a Notre Dame. The location is great for one day or two day trips. Ensuite minibar and hotel restauraunt had good selection and were reasonably priced. Bathroom is great for having sex. No meat or eggs at all at the "continental breakfast", which is misleading. The view from the windows was nonexistant.
Nice rooms, two excellent bars/restaurants in the hotel and very friendly staff Nothing worth mentioning
The reception people offered an upgrade at a very reasonable price. The room was excellent and offerde extreme comfort. The wait staff wre very slow in respnding to the service needs.
Charm of the old building, courteous staff and proximity to historic sights and good food and galleries. I would have liked to have more light available in the room.
Gorgeous place, supremely comfortable bed. Super clean room, extremely helpful staff. Street noise can be slightly loud late at night in the front facing rooms
We came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and enjoy some downtime before the holidays. Every detail is considered at this hotel. The staff were responsive, warm, and very accommodating. We stayed in a petite suite, loved the spa tub, rainfall shower, and plush, down king-sized bed. The Verses restaurant downstairs offers impeccable contemporary French fare, and Olive and Gourmando just down the street is perfect for fresh coffee and croissants in the morning. We will definitely stay here again.
Very accommodating. Great neighborhood. clean and nice. Terrific service. Nice restaurant and breakfast spread. Rooftop bar. Overall the staff could not have been more responsive and very accommodating. Our room was very nice. A petite suite, loved the spa tub and comfortable king-sized bed. We will definitely stay again. Staff (Melanie) needs to be careful sending clients to tourist restaurants. We specifically stated no "tourist restaurants". There are so many lesser-known restaurants that are fabulous and worth trying. We were sent to Vieux port steakhouse for sunday brunch. We had slop. We arrived sunday morning. After we saw many terrific cafes and brasserie. And please note she (Melanie) did NOT tell us about the rooftop bar or your new restaurant. Perhaps we would have gotten our sunday late morning/ early lunch there.
Clean, spacious, attractive. Staff was very nice and responsive. My room - 412 - was a corner room and the heat was not working properly. Maintenance came up and did not do anything useful. I had housekeeping bring up a space heater to keep the room warm. Without the space heater, the room was about 65 degrees. Too cold for sleeping for me. The hotel should keep the facility a little warmer overall, and not let the rooms get so cold. The HVAC system did not put out nearly enough heat.
location in old Montreal I was charged for 5 phone calls when I only made one
We could not have stayed in a better place. The manager at the front desk was superb - extremely helpful. The room was immaculate - the breakfast very nice. Everyone was very friendly. Our whole trip to Montreal was great - truly enjoyed the people there. Would go back in a heartbeat - and would definitely stay at Springhill Suites again.
Spring Hill Suites is a modern hotel in the heart of Old Montresl. It is steps from all the major attractions in this district. The hotel itself is clean and quiet ;it's located on a side street the rooms are nicely laid out with sitting areaand desk if you're on business& and bedroom area. The beds are comfortable, Staff is helpful and courteous. Breakfast included in room rate offers standard buffet make your own waffles; cereals; eggs and accompaniments coffee was good. The breakfast area is a little crowded at prime time, but an additional room was opened up on a busy Sunday morning& Our room had no view facing an office building across a narrow street&. The'work out room' is minimal. We had a good stay and recommend the hotel. The old city neighborhood has many fine and expensive restuarants and is busy with street life on weekends. On weekdays the ambience is quieter.
The hotel is in great location in old Montreal, the rooms are spacious and the staff very polite. The price is very reasonable and in general we were very pleased with our stay.
Perfect place for families - very economical for what you get. Pool is small and shallow, but perfect for kids, and the parents can relax in the adjacent whirlpool. Nice suite rooms, pool, full breakfast, valet parking, close walk to everything in Old Montreal. We'll definitely be back! '
Springhill Suites in Old Montreal is one of our favorite sites to visit. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The elevator was having a problem while we were there, but the desk person took us to the delivery elevator so we wouldn't have to climb the stairs. We asked for wine glasses and they were delivered to the door within seconds of us arriving in the room. They were very knowledgeable about restaurants in the area. The cleaning staff was excellent. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The pool and exercise room is quite small, but it also was not overrun with children. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return next winter.
Very cheerful and roomy facility with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Best features: located in the middle of Old Montreal & great breakfast to get the family started. Only drawback: relatively small indoor pool with no windows.
This was one of the best of 17 hotels we stayed in during our 36 day trip during August and September of 2007. The room was great and the included breakfast was excellent. We would recommend this hotel to all our friends and to anyone looking for a hotel in Old Montreal. You cannot beet its location.
This is our second time staying at the Springhill Suites in Old Montreal. The location is perfect, the seclusion terrific. The staff was so attentive to our every need. The breakfast in the morning allowed us to eat out in the evening at a more expensive restaurant without compromising our budget. We found two new places to haunt while we were there this time. Our first night we went to the St. Paul Street pub, a lively upstairs sports bar with great views of the St Lawrence river and a cruise ship that was docked there. Happy hour lasted from 4-7 pm. We ended up enjoying a few beers and a huge plate of nachos featuring homemade chips. It was a fun evening. Our Saturday night meal was at a little restaurant at the corner of the street right down on the riverfront. I honestly can't remembver the name of the place but the food was fantastic. We opted for the table d'hote and enjoyed the best ever French onion soup, Chicken pot pie for me and tortierre for my husband and a very ...
I would stay in Old Montreal anyday over downtown. The location is excellent. Not far from a tube station and a 5 min walk to Notre Dame, this hotel is convenient, clean and the hotel staff are quite helpful. There is free internet connection in the room. Did not get a chance to use anything else as there is so much to do in Montreal. This hotel is also close to the cruises that you can do along the river. O yeah helpful to have the kitchen as well. Taxi ride from the airport is about CAD*. There is no easy way to use the train.
Stayed here for my wife's 60th birthday. We often stay at SpringHills and found this hotel to be comparable with upscale Marriott properties. My wife has asthma, and this hotel was impeccably clean and well run. The location (in Old Montreal, and literally steps from numerous sites & restaurants) is excellent. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was superior. We will definitely return.
Very spacious for Old Montreal No on-site parking
Staff, lobby, suite, furniture, amenities Breakfast buffet not up to par i.e. Only one type/flavor of yogurt, poor selection and appearance of fresh fruit, strange-tasting orange juice, and no oatmeal! Also, no complimentary tea/coffee service/self-service 24/7
the room was great and the hotel was very well located
Good location with very helpful staff.
Having stayed in two other hotels of the same category in Montreal over the same week my favourite is Le Saint-Sulpice. The staff in all three places was equally friendly. Where Le Saint-Sulpice is coming in first is the equipment and the feel of privacy and comfort transported by the suites. The kitchenette is fully equipped, a decent bottle of wine readily available. The living room is spacious. The covers comfortable. The bath is nicely lit. It is equipped with high quality fixtures and care products. Did not try breakfast so I can´t comment on it.
Friendly staff, separate bedroom, kitchenette with small stove, cookware and kitchenware, in the heart of Old Montreal.
location Service very slow. Noise of other hotel guests. Room not serviced on second day bad form. Night porter not polite.
Very nice hotel. The suites were enourmous. The satff working the door were great and very helpful, especially since the front desk staff couldn't be bothered. The staff at the front desk were less than helpful and I was ignored on several occasions standing at the front desk. The concierge seems to be hit or miss it terms of actually being present to answer questions. .
Spacious room, large bathroom, separate shower, kitchenette facilities Very few vegetarian choices on the dinner menu - actually no choices for main courses
Walking around old Montreal & comfort of hotel
The room was lovely and we liked having a mini-kitchen. The staff behind the front desk was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations. Going to the bar for a cup of coffee in the morning, I received cold coffee, which they did replace, but there was a lot of chaos there. Somebody came in to stock the alcohol for the bar, three other staff there, but it still took awhile. Then while drinking my coffee a supervisor came and was reprimanding those 3 staff people, instead of taking them to the back room to do it.
Very nice ambience (including fire and candles in the lobby area), large suite, fabulous location (perfect for wandering around Old Montreal, cafes, restaurants, and browsing the boutiques). In addition, I forgot something in the room, and the staff kindly agreed to send it directly to my home.
Location is great! Although in China town, hotel is located between old Montreal port and the main shopping street (Rue St. Catherine), 10 min walk to each location. Free Wifi. Good breakfast selection. Helpful reception. Rooms are spacious but dated (8th floor). Breakfast personnel is not friendly, service charge was automatically included the second day.
Location was perfect for our needs (Palais de Congress. The website photos showed and wrote that there would be free weights in the gym, there were none. The gym was not adequate for what was advertised.;
Staff were very friendly and helpful. All spoke English well. Centrally located between Old Montreal and downtown shopping. Leave your car in the underground parking and walk everywhere.
Nothing, there was nothing to like about this hotel. For that price it was like staying at a Chinese motel. Lobby looked nice that was it. Rooms, a rat hole looks better. Bathroom well I will not describe because people might throw up. Also if you going to run a hotel on Canadian/French soil, at least make sure one of your employees speaks english. I felt like I was in another country. No English.
Clean and accesible to major attractions Noisy at times
my stay was very short but what i liked was the hotel was convenient to the business i went there to do. i liked everything but for the price they charge the breakfast should be free.
The courtesy of the staff, their attention to details and their desire to satisfy the needs I expressed (ie: come back to my room at lunch on my last day ('till 2:00 pm) although I had already checked out, to rest as I was feeling sick that morning). This was very appreciated! No. For the price, my spouse and I were impressed! Thanks!
Very friendly and helpful staff; the design of the hotel
My family and I couldn't have been happier staying here. The room was great. Fit the 3 of us just fine. We had a king size bed and the staff brought up a folding twin for my daughter. The bathroom was fantastic. Giant deep tub, glass enclosed shower, and a separate room for the toilet. The bar/lounge/library down stairs was very nice. Their breakfast was fine. The staff was top notch. They are incredibly friendly and so willing to help make your stay memorable. They took care of booking tours, recommending restaurants, and booking our limousine back to the airport. The location in old Montreal couldn't have been better. It's on a quiet little street and just a short walk to everywhere. Next time I go back to Montreal I will be staying here for certain. Absolutely nothing.
Perfectly located in a quiet street between Notre Dame and St Paul, with Metro close by. Welcoming design, relaxed open spaces and beautiful, modern large rooms which celebrate the original building. And truly great staff... Attentive, polite and charming, which meant the one small 'issue' was dealt with gracefully, efficiently and with good humour. This is a wonderful base for a fabulous city. Loved it. Hmmm, maybe they could improve the wi-fi. But they know that.
The location is excellent. The staff is well trained. The breakfast was very nice. The interior of this hotel is that of a raped old world classic turned into a minimalist cavern of frigid space. The room was a large void with tall ceilings. The walls are whitewashed sheetrock devoid of any trim. The floors were unfinished concrete. The furniture is out of Ikea. There are no interior finishes - in fact - the elevator lobbies are raw concrete. I know that architects, servicing the needs of developers, are attempting to legitimize this sort of minimalism as a modern style but I see it for what it is - a severe attempt to reduce fixtureing and fitup investement in favor of profit. If I am going to spend $200 a night for a luxurious hotel room, it should have a luxurious interior. I would not want to stay here again.
Enjoyed the European somewhat exclusive feel of the hotel, , with spacious rooms and a nice design. The staff were very friendly and helpful Upon check in there was some kind of children's birthday party in which the parents let the children run around yelling in the lobby bar and restaurant. A bit off putting.
Location was excellent - very quiet - and rooms were well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was not working properly whilst I was there (heatwave). Rooms are also ill-suited to business trips as no proper desk facilities. Gym a tad on the small side, but there are plenty of outdoor trails within easy reach.
Everything was good. Room is clean and neat. Breakfast is very good. I have never had that good croissant. Gym has two types of room runner and a set of dumbbell, no muscle training machine, but enough. There is no coffee or tea set in the room.
the service was outstanding;, excellent location, great design, very comfortble beds. wish there was a better view. the view of the parking lot
The friendliness of the staff Nothing
Boutique hotel so discrete as to be almost invisible from the street. Minimalist decor. Well positioned for business & site-seeing. Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast delicious but very expensive. Warning cost of breakfast - our stay was b&b but this is no longer available.
Very knowledgeable staff with excellent suggestion on restaurants and activities.... Food at the hotel....very expensive for what you received and they no longer include buffet breakfast in the hotel stay. Much better food to be found just blocks away!
Front desk & concierge was superb Could have been more generous with amenities like shower cap. Housekeeping staff did not notice that a previous guest had opened & used the bottle of body lotion provided.
