Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"

Fordele: "flyturen i sig selv var fin men var forsinket."
Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "Did not fly to D.C. (or with Lufthansa at all) as that flight left before our first flight arrived. We had to wait 3 hours in the customer service line before we were told we could not fly out until the next day, which caused me to miss work (even though I gave an entire day as a buffer)."

Ulemper: "Cannot get Lufthansa to issue miles for the flight, or for my Star Alliance flights on Swiss and United. Frankfort terminal transfer distance is very far, and too far if your flight transfer is less than 55 minutes!"

Ulemper: "You, Kayak, sold me economy tickets. When I checked in online I saw it for the first time that our tickets were Economy Light. So even though we are Frequent Flyers, we payed $220 for three checkin luggages. I intend to dispute this case."

Fordele: "Never was able to get on flight airport evacuated because of security breach. Mass confusion and unable to get back through security in time to catch flight still waiting to be rebooked."

Ulemper: "The rows were so close together it was hard to get in and out of your row. If the seat in front of you reclined, the t.v. was 9 inches in front of your face."

Ulemper: "I’m 5’7 and my knees were touching the seat in front of me- there is no way to be comfortable. You pay an extravagant amount of money and get squished in there like sardines. It’s disappointing."

Ulemper: "Metal box impedied foot space for 15 hours and monitor froze several times during flight"

Ulemper: "Plane packed to the hilt. Tough to find space for cabin luggage."

Ulemper: "Damaged bag...working with airline to get replacement"

Ulemper: "Boarding was a mess. Waiting for long time in a crowded bus to NORAD the plane then rushing out of the bus to Nita the plane with no lines and having to wait for the crowds outside the lane in a freezing temperature. Furthermore, there was no entertainment on the plane and the food was horrible. Add to this the very cramped seat space and no carry ons in the plane (unless you speak German)"

Ulemper: "First, Lufthansa lost our baggage from Hamburg to Los Angeles. Then, the delivery company (Direct Courier Services) Lufthansa uses was completely inept and unprofessional - every single one of their employees is a complete moron. We didn't end up getting our baggage for two and half days so we were wearing the same clothes that we left Germany with. Then, after being told by Lufthansa customer service to submit receipts for clothes we had to buy, never got reimbursed or even the courtesy of a reply. After flying Lufthansa for over a decade, will never use this airline again. Epic fail."

Fordele: "The crew was the most accommodating I’ve ever had and I was in the basic economy seating. The food was better, pls es more comfortable, and entertainment far more advanced."

Fordele: "Although clearly an older plane, it was clean. Gate personnel re-assigned me to a seat in a row with no-one in it."
Ulemper: "The gate of departure moved twice before departure. The last change was to a completely different building. Apparently the equipment was changed and I did not learn that I would need a seat re-assignment until I scanned my boarding pass during boarding. (However, the gate agent was quick to accommodate)."

Ulemper: "Chaos at the gate, TV displays facing the side wall instead of the waiting area, we couldn’t see anything. Need more organization in line. Also, why there is no charger on board for cell phones? No TV entertainment or music or anything. It was clearly lacking the sophistication and class of Lufthansa."

Ulemper: "Horrible experience. Stranded for 3 hours inside stationary flight, 4 hours in a long queue. Very very poorly managed. I slept on a chair in the cold weather. Atleast make arrangements for bad situations, apparently I was booked on another flight but they made me stand in a 4 hour long queue to find that out. Kiosk outside showed I was put in no flight. One of my worst experiences and rest assured if I’m given a chance I will never choose Lufthansa again."

Ulemper: "They ran out of food- I didn’t have dinner on that flight. We were almost 2 hours late to Dubai. I was irritated to say the least."

Ulemper: "Took a few time to ask for my kosher food. Crew couldn't locate me on the list, than told me they were out of kosher food, gave me cold one at the end."

Fordele: "Crew was great and helpful. Flight was half empty so it was comfortable."

Fordele: "Excellent service. Everybody from the crew up had smile. Very good atmosphere. I would definitely fly with up guts again"

Fordele: "Once I got on the plane, everything was fine and easy. The airport drove me crazy and the lack of confirmation on my ticket was more than annoying."
Ulemper: "The late notification of a change in gate number and the lack of confirmation that I had a reserved seat on the flight. I was kept in suspense right up to the minute I boarded the aircraft. Very nerve wracking."

Ulemper: "Just a detail, my “head holder” (not too sure how it is called) would not hold in position. Also, staff was a bit slow to come after being called, I had to go and ask for water by myself at some point since no one was coming after 15minites of waiting..."

Ulemper: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Fordele: "A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it."
Ulemper: "I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level."

Ulemper: "I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone."

Ulemper: "The plane was extremely old and in poor repair. The seats were extremely close together. The inflight entertainment system, wifi and passenger electric outlets were all non-functional. Even the wastebin in the lavatory was full and an extra bag was put on the floor."

Mainly because other passengers obviously don't read instructions re: weight/contents of cabin bags etc. Would be helpful if there was additional staff to deal with them away from check in desk. This would mean that others did not have to queue for 25 minutes because the check in girls also had to deal with them"
