Ulemper: "I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint."

Ulemper: "It is always really nice to get free coffee as a passenger. Traveling is exhausting and I would have been so appreciative of free coffee on the flight, and felt even more comforted and likely to fly Norwegian in the future."

Der var ikke på noget tidspunkt styr på at vi havde købt priority selv vi fulgtes med en handicappet. Hverken frem eller tilbage. Heller ikke når vi spurgte ind til det.
Alt for lidt information i forbindelse med boarding. Hvorfor man står og venter, hvor længe man skal vente, og når man er nået igennem boarding, hvorfor man så venter midt i en gang bag en låst dør i yderligere 20 minutter uden at vide hvor længe det skal stå på
Flyet var forsinket fra Birmingham. Hvis det havde været rettidigt havde bedømmelsen været bedre.
Det var en god flyvetur. Flyet var i god tid, og ankom til destinationen før tid.
Det er dejligt, at der er mere benplads. Trykket i kabine var godt, så man ikke fik ondt i ørerne ved landing. Eneste minus - der var meget varmt i flyet.
Besætningen var fantastisk når det kom til at få styr på bagage, men selve firmaet føles som en scam. Vi skulle betale 55 euro pr person fordi vi kom 2 minutter forsent til check in. Og begge vores afgange var en helv time forsinket. Hver gang man kiggede på sit boardingkort eller andet info på deres app bliver man bombet med advarsler om bagage størrelse, forsikringskøb, pladsvalg etc. Det føltes meget tungt og drænende som som rejsende.
Både turen til Barcelona samt turen fra Barcelona var forsinket, og årsagen var ukendt eller ikke forståelig, da purserne taler utydeligt.
Det var godt pris og kort tur

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed four hours, and while that happens sometimes, what really upset me was the compete lack of help and competence from the staff. It seemed to me nobody knew what to do or what was going on. I tried to talk to three different desks and the cabin crew and nobody could help at all."

Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."

Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"
Fordele: "That there was a possibility the plane crashed, so my flight would end earlier."

Ulemper: "Flyet var så forsinket at vi ikke nåede flyet til Budapest, vi er derfor strandet i Berlin til næste dag, vi har ikke noget sted at sove eller være og vi måtte bruge over dobbelt så mange penge på nye flybilletter. Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Fordele: "No hitches. I recently bought proper cabin baggage with Ryanair approved dimensions and had checked in online so no hassles. If you follow Ryanair guidelines and have requested paperwork and baggage allowance your experience should be incident free."

Ulemper: "Interminable lines to simply drop bags with pre-paid bags and boarding passes printed at home -- It took an hour! Check-in staff seemingly oblivious to what is happening around them. About the most cramped seats on any airline I've taken (and I've flown in virtually all parts of the world, and I'm small). Constant harangue over the PA from in-flight staff trying to sell things, even lottery tickets."

Ulemper: "Boarding Bag to be delivered to crew while boarding. Sometimes one plans to travel with just hand baggage to meet connection flights. This should be respected!"
Fordele: "Boarding was ridiculous from both ends of plane with people from back end squeezing past people from front end to find their seats. They list my checked backpack on a flight from Amsterdam to Spain. It took 5 days to get it back. Crazy!"
Ulemper: "Everyone had backpacks that got checked for free. Why did I pay to check my luggage? Stupid."

Ulemper: "It was a loud booze cruise flight from Dublin to Malaga. Very happy Irish holiday makers. it was loud but the passengers mostly were good sorts. The flight attendants were pretty rude--never excusing themselves or apologizing for pushing past people. The toilet in the front was disgusting. NO HaNDSOAP. Told attendant--no soap, she said. Very nasty situation. i think it will be my only Ryanair trip."

Ulemper: "first, they had a fee not well explained in the areas of bookings about check in and luggage. 40 euros per person just because we did not checked in on their app. we where not the only persons that had the same problem. about 6 other couples presented with same. plane had difficulties, nothing to drink, plane was delayed and very inconfortable. not recommended at all."

Ulemper: "Long walk to the gate. No ramp into the plane from the gate. No escalator. You have to go down the stairs and walk to the plane to board."

Ulemper: "Gate agent at CPH did not direct us into the Prioritery Que. And it was not clearly marked. Had to stand in the rain on the steps to the aircraft waiting to get onboard. FA´s didnt have enough spare change on both flights and had to come by later to give me the due amount. Inflight announcements were not audible. The taped one´s were pretty bad. Wish they flew to Stansted or Southend - instead of Luton, which is a maze of corridors."

Ulemper: "Not from Ryanair, but Copenaghen Airport is a disaster! More than 1.5hrs to pass the security checkpoints and once you get there you realize that only 50% of the checkpoints were opened in peak season."

Ulemper: "The plane was very dirty. The seat was blown out, no passing at all. The landing was like a car crash. I find Ryan Air has pilots at that can't land the plane smoothly. Never once on all the flights I've taken with them. You get what you pay for, that's what everyone says, right."

Fordele: "I didn't board .... I never got any information about their rules. Yiou must have a printed boarding pass 24hrs otherwise is euros at counter! Please was not the airlines fault but kayak fault for not emailing me their information and rules"
Ulemper: "Lines were ridiculously long and system was down. They claim to be the cheap airline but can't even give us a free carry on. Never again."
Ulemper: "The website was so slow, making it so hard to check in online. Without online checking-in, they charged me 45 euros per ticket and told me to pay cash."

Ulemper: "Be prepared to pay for everything. Your check-in bag can't exceed 40lbs. Print your own ticket, or they'll charge you for that too. Flying on a regular airline is cheaper after all the extra charges unless you're only flying with a carry-on and you print your own boarding pass."
