Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Ulemper: "That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster."
Fordele: "It was so easy to board and I had no inconvenience. It took 4 minutes from when I said goodbye to my family till when I was at the front of the gate."

Sitting at the gate there was then suddenly a last call to board the flight and a mad rush for everyone to get on. I appreciate that delays happen but the lack of communication ragardinh altered boarding times didn't make the situation any easier"

There were no clear announcements out how to organize ourselves therefore it was complete chaos with no one knowing where to line up. The crew was the most ridiculous!!! I sat four or five rows from the back and was Peerview to all of their conversations about their hair, about their schedules, about your “valued guest”, about their shifts, about Batman, about anything and everything during the time the plane dark when your “valued customers” were supposed to be able to sleep. It went on and on at a volume that was just absolutely not necessary or professional. This was the least professional crew I have ever experienced and I travel extensively! Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available."

Ulemper: "As economy passengers, we paid for a reserved seat, baggage, and leg room. There were no extras offered, not even water, so bring your own. The cabin was noisy with frequent servivice for upgraded passengers so it was difficult to sleep on this overnight flight that left NYC at midnight."

Ulemper: "2 hour delay before boarding and now adding more because in LA our gate isn’t ready. they sell everything, you only get a 1 glass of soft drink free. in an almost 13 hour flight this is insane, complimemtary water has to be a must. after purchasing watee bottle an cocke, 30 minutes went by and nobody came to give them, said snacks and drinks were just closed but the purchase did go through 30 minutes ago. gave 1 half full pkastic glass flass woth water wand warm falf full pepsi to make it up. no wifi no meal options to buy, just ‘snacks’ horrible ordeal to be in a plane for 13 hours"

Ulemper: "Airplane was in awful state of disrepair. Literally nothing worked. Starting with overhead compartments that got jarred loose to the non-functional entertainment system to the reading lights, which didn't work (and to make matters worse they turned lights off). They didn't even try to hide that they don't care - some of the seats were off color! Clearly recycled from some aircraft junkyard!"
Ulemper: "Crew member was over an hour late and held up the plane. No WiFi on the flight."
Ulemper: "I paid for a premium seat and once I boarded the flight the attendant told me my seat was broken and couldn't recline! On an eight hour flight, I had to sit upright in a seat I paid extra to recline!"

Ulemper: "I was in seat 33F. My husband & I were sitting together, boarded together, yet we were sent down different isles of the plane to board even though we asked to go the same direction. This made us arrive at our seats at different times & made stowing our luggage above rushed, awkward and harder to do. Not a good start considering we are both in our mid 60's. This may have been due to the crew being overwhelmed due to circumstances caused by the airport making us all late in boarding the plane all at once. Also, it was a late flight & there was constant noise from the galley making it hard to try to get any sleep. We were very happy that the crew got along so well but some of the conversations could have been at lower decibles."
Fordele: "I liked the Inflight Entertainment System, the 787 aircraft. The cabin crew were pleasant. I particularly liked the price. Only gave food 1 star because I didn't want to pay $45 for meal service. Really should be able to mark it NA."
Ulemper: "Departed over 90 minutes late. Captain said it was due to late inbound flight although aircraft was at gate at scheduled departure time. We started boarding almost on time and then sat in airplane about 90 minutes."

Ulemper: "The flight was operated by HiFly. Communication about delays (5+ hours) was terrible and non-existent for the most part."
Fordele: "The 787 Dreamliner is a fantastic plane and it felt like the whole flight was just generally smoother. They seem to take punctuality very seriously. The free entertainment screens are fantastic for these long flights. Make sure to bring a set of standard earphones (otherwise pay $3.00). The crew was friendly and their uniforms are cute with plaid theme."
Ulemper: "My only complaint was the lack of meal options for purchase onboard. I didn’t realize you had to order the meals when purchasing the ticket, and figured there’d be an option to purchase onboard (for a higher price possibly?). Sadly, the only options for last-minute purhase are snacks. The closest thing to a “meal” was a hot cheese sandwich on wonder bread for $7. I probably should’ve done my homework, but it’d be so nice if they allowed purchase of meal while onboard."

Ulemper: "50 minutes delay. The message from Kayak update stated terminal B and I needed to go all the way to Terminal A with luggage. A bit of exercise!"
Fordele: "The entertainment were a good selection but if they can give specific season and episode that would be great because I want to be able to watch an episode in order."
Ulemper: "I didn’t like how when I was holding my cup of hot water. A crew member walking very fast down the aisle pushed my hand and splash water onto my lap. That didn’t make my 8 hour flight back to NYC very nice."

Ulemper: "While certain individual crew members were friendly, the lot as a whole seemed to have some internal conflicts with communication and organization. Additionally, the frequency of announcements was disruptive. They could be more efficient with timing and delivery of information shared with passengers. The proximity of the bathrooms was convenient but they need better deodorizers in there -- it was a little stinky during the 2nd half of the trip."

Ulemper: "really did not like all the extra charges from what is customary on a long international flight. charge for blanket, snacks, no scheduled meal service. no wifi on flight either but had USB charge ports. this was a 12 hours flight. would not do it again, there was no discount for the fare in comparison to similar airlines that provide all this in the standard fare."
Ulemper: "Terrible trip. Didn't take off until three hours later than scheduled. Very displeased"
Fordele: "I loved this comfortable, clean, flight. Best airplane meal I have ever eaten! Loved being able To place order on demand. Service was friendly fast and the bathroom was the largest I have ever been in."

Ulemper: "Der er mangler der gør at man kun kan få 20 kg ikke så smart når man er 2 p og kun har max 14 kg dette kom så til og koste mig 400-300-20 euro i alt mange penge for 14 kg samt 288kr oven i for at sidde sammen der skal stå lille rygsæk da det er dette der er med i prisen men syntes det er alt for mange penge for rejsen alt i alt"

Ulemper: "Man kommer til at gå hele Københavns lufthavn igennem på den lange led, når man flyver med Ryanair. Derudover havde jeg betalt for kuffert med begge veje, men da vi skulle hjem kunne Ryanair ikke finde den betaling og jeg skal nu igennem klagesystem (hvilket er meget besværligt hos Ryanair) for at få mine penge retur. Desuden en time forsinket på hjemturen."

It seemed to me nobody knew what to do or what was going on. I tried to talk to three different desks and the cabin crew and nobody could help at all."

Ulemper: "We booked our daughter priority so she was entitled to bring a hand carry on board. When she got the airport they insisted that she had to put her hand carry in the hold despite it having her passport in it!! The Captain very kindly helped her retrieve it from the hold at the end of the flight but why did she ever have to put it in there when she was priority and we paid for it?"

Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."

Ulemper: "I was trying to check in in the past 24 hours. The system wouldn’t allow me and I ended up paying 50 Euros extra only to check in what I had already paid for in full in the first plCe. Then, just to top off the wonderful morning - I got an agent whose attitude was extremely rude and poor to inform me correctly what was the next steps and procedure. Finally, both my hand bags carry on get checked in and now I am stuck at the airport waiting for two little bags that could’ve easily got on top of my compartment where I was."
Fordele: "Seat was surprisingly comfortable, even with me being 6'0. Legs had a little room to spread out."
Ulemper: "No free drink. The flight was delayed by 15 minutes, and the board didn't update on boarding time until the plane got there. First time flying ryanair, so I didn't want to leave to get a drink. Ended up paying a few euro's because I was so thirsty on the flight."
Fordele: "Besætningen var søde."
Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"
