There was difficulty with my connecting flight due to inconsistent COVID regulations. I was almost not allowed on, despite fulfilling all my requirements for my destination country. I was over-billed by Alaska Airlines for my luggage as well.
A to Z on this flight was just great!

Ulemper: "Very old plane, entertainment system therefore very old too. Service was slow, 2 hours after start till they serve dinner, another 1 hour to clear. No special boarding for staralliance gold members"
Fordele: "Singapore Airlines delivers as always. Friendly crew and clean and well maintained aircraft."
Ulemper: "With no food preferences specified, it takes a significantly longer time to get your meal as there are a lot of people who have special dietary requirements on certain routes."
Ulemper: "The seat's recline button was broken which meant having to sit for 12+ hours upright. Upon hearing that the seat was broken, the airline crew offered my mother a check for 100 SGD (14% of the ticket value) to be used on Singapore airlines (for the discomfort caused for over 50% of the flight time). They changed her seat from Seoul to Singapore. When I wrote to them about it, they came back saying they had offered her a seat change from LA to Singapore, and she had declined, which is absolutely false. When I called that out, they said, maybe they did not offer aisle seats (note that the broken seat was not aisle). So it just shows that they don't want to accept that they messed up. They even told me that despite their best efforts in pre-flight checks, certain defects only surface when the flight is in progress. Will never ever travel on this airline again."

Fordele: "That the A380 was only 70%full, resulting in me getting three seats to myself. I was able to stretch out and sleep for most of the flight. Food and service were top notch. Better value than Lufthansa or American, for the overall flight experience. You could fly cheaper, but not better, in economy."
Ulemper: "Though we landed early at JFK, we had a one hour wait on the tarmac until one of the only two gates capable of receiving an A380 opened up."
Fordele: "The food is very good in economy. Large screen tv gor movies and games."

Ulemper: "I asked to be placed in a seat as close to the front as possible as I suffer from motion sickness in the back of the plane. I was placed in the back row all the way to my destination and all the way home. I vomited 8 times and felt very sick. I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."
Fordele: "As usual, plane is in good shape and crew are well trained. Nothing wrong with all the basics, but Singapore Air has definitely lost its lustre."
Ulemper: "For heaven's sake, please don't announce a boarding procedure and then not follow it. If you want to have a free-for-all rugby scrum to get on the plane, so be it. But don't announce boarding by rows/groups and then not make even a lame attempt to adhere to it."
Fordele: "Changed by very helpful ground staff from lousy seats to exit row at no cost."
Ulemper: "Entertainment interface showing its age."
Fordele: "I am still trying to find my bags. I missed my connection and Jet Blue made me stand in a line to get rebooked for 7 hours. Unprofessional, uncaring. None of this was my fault but everyone who represents Jet Blue treated me as if it were. Never again"
Fordele: "Service was good, but then that's expected."
Ulemper: "Leg room was bad... The foot rest attached to the seat in front of me kept lowering itself on its own."

This complaint has nothing to do with your airline, quite the contrary. I will be looking forward to traveling with your company again and highly recommending it. It has to do with the wifi service at both the LAX airport and the Munich airport. I have a Spanish phone company, and don't know if it has anything to do with it, but I could not sustain a connection at either airport. Again, thank you for the wonderful service and have a wonderful new year.
On my flight to Zaghreb i had an Echo Classic ticket with baggage allowance and on my return suddenly an eco light without allowance. Had to pay more than 50 Euros for my luggage.

Lufthansa IT meltdown prevented online check-in. Even though the US has just now allowed tourist visits to the States to resume, and Lufthansa is booked solid, they staffed only one third of their check-in counters to sort out all the ESTA and vaccination paperwork-related issues. Arrived two hours pre-boarding, lines around the terminal. Needless to say, they had me wait until I missed the flight (all my paperwork was in order, and I didn't have checked luggage). Berlin Flughafen, Deutsche Bahn, Deutsche Lufthansa; it's sad to see what Germany has come to. Lufthansa has fallen far behind the industry benchmarks. Their inept IT, middling on-board product and inability to synch their systems with Star Alliance partners (I was on a United Codeshare) make them a poor choice for international travel. This trip will have been my last with them.

Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

She was the mother of s flight attendant as well, and was constantly brought amenities from the first class cabin. Really not appropriate for the rest of us in premium economy"
Fordele: "very on time (before time actually), great crew - professional but also very friendly and you could see they liked their journey that day."

Fordele: "I had to change my flight times three times, and each time they charged me less than 30 dollars (for taxes) and the wait times on the phone were super fast. It was shocking to not lose hundreds of dollars for life happening and needing to change my flight. AND!! I got a free upgrade to premium economy for free!"

Ulemper: "1. The seats were extremely uncomfortable without sufficient cushioning. It felt like sitting on a plank. My back still hurts. We also had to straighten up the seats during meals because it was so bad for the person behind. 2. Boarding is a bit disorganized. Perhaps try splitting the boarding process into zones so it isn't a mad house free for all after the initial boarders. 3. On my flight to Frankfurt, the plane was half empty, yet my seat was changed from row 8 where I would have had almost no one near me back to row 23 where they had cramped all the passesngers into one area of the plane. This was done without request or explanation."
Fordele: "Once we connected, with the help of our escort, the flight was wonderful. I had an aisle seat due to the coach section and the very small leg room, but service, professionalism, comfort (aisle seat!) was perfect."
Ulemper: "More leg room in coach. If you are tall at all, it is really uncomfortable. I am 5'8' and, on the out trip to Germany from Charlotte, I almost lost it with the lack of leg room and claustrophobia......."
Ulemper: "Missed connection along with about 25 others due to the delay getting to Lisbon (no reasons given)."
