Ulemper: "Business class seats on the B747 - unless you’re sitting upright, they are one of the most uncomfortable seats I’ve experienced. TG either need to upgrade the seats on the B747 (very unlikely) or put another aircraft type the BKK-SYD-BKK route."

Ulemper: "Entertainment system is way too old. Screen is small and very poor quality. The seat is also looked old. Service is below standard. I got my drink after I finish the meal. And don’t even think about refill or coffee. The flight attendants never come back before collecting the tray."

Ulemper: "Food was tasty enough, but not hot when served (a common problem with many airlines) and only two options for Premium Economy. Entertainment options also limited."
Ulemper: "Hard to see screen for the movie. You see your own reflection too much. Flight was delayed a a half hour."
Fordele: "Loved the journey. It was excellent. Food, service were all good. Comfort of the journey was again excellent."
Ulemper: "There was a 30 minute delay at the gate for boarding which was not announced or informed."
Ulemper: "I was assured of Bulk head ffom BKk to ZRH . Howrver in Manila they told to ask for Thai Reptentative. The head of Boarding crew told before the flight they would ask for a volunteer to exchange seat. They never did A German speaking Thai Disablef persons are not in Bulkhead. I am partially deaf.all the bulk head sits were given to Thai. The food were unpalatable.The worst I had.No tooth brushes no snacks in between. I will never fly this horrible airlines."

Ulemper: "Dinner was tasteless and my cup of tea was bitter, too strong and a bit cold The cup of tea slid off the slippery, sloped table right into my lap, over my mobile phone and into my bag below. The staff didn’t seem to care. They admitted this happened a fair bit."
Ulemper: "No gate at landing, waiting for buses, long Immigration lines and then bags delayed. Time trying to get out of BKK was longer than the flight."
Fordele: "Just like on previous domestic flight experience, I love how Thai Airways is able to promote and provide for customer comfort and service on such short flights - something that US airlines are so incapable of providing. Not only was the A350 comfortable and spacious, the fact that they also served a meal on such a short flight is so much appreciated."
Ulemper: "Late departing, no gate, waiting, immigration jammed. Overall very bad."
Fordele: "They had good movie choices"
Ulemper: "The stewardesses, for the most part were rude, almost because they were lazy. I had one get pissed because I asked for oolong tea when she was offering coffee or hot tea. Well the cabin was so hot during the whole flight, I didn't want anything hot. She made it seem like she had to go out her way to get it for me. It was on her cart!!! They rarely walked around the cabin to make sure they couldn't get something for you or even take your trash. I held an empty cup during almost an entire movie. When I finally got up to toss it, I gave it to a stewardess who was standing right there by the closes curtain who acted like that it was beneath him to do so. They would rush up and down the isle and pretty much shove your meal on you. Ugh they were just rude. None of want to be there either, especially when it's so hot in the cabin and the seats were so narrow!!"

Fordele: "The staff were extremely helpful boarding me even when my previous domestic flight arrived late and I was able to board and check in my luggage half hour before take off time"
Fordele: "Friendly staff."
Ulemper: "Seat is too narrow and the recline is not ergonomically designed, i.e., uncomfortable. The entertainment portal is not user friendly. Food quality and variety seem to have declined."
Ulemper: "The flight was an hour late therefore I was worried I’d miss my next flight. The “kosher” meal I was given was just an apple! Hardly a meal... and the flight attendants were quite annoyed as if they were bothered. I don’t think I will fly with Thai Airways again."

Ulemper: "Our connection flight from Germany was changed and we were not informed meaning we land in Germany after the flight has departed. We're forced to buy a last minute flight with a different airline to ensure we do not miss our honeymoon plans"
Ulemper: "Being charged 5700baht on arrival check in for luggage. No mention of this as I booked through kayak!!!"

Fordele: "The crew are very friendly and helpful. There was a variety of entertainment options, with recent films, tv shows and music options to keep you busy. I also thought the food options were good, too. You didn't go too long without being asked about a new beverage or meal, pretty satisfying."
Ulemper: "The comfort could have been better. I find myself a little fidgety on flights anyway but I also had a sore back and couldn't seem to find a way to get completely comfortable, but I have had worse!"

Fordele: "vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though."
Ulemper: "Flight delayed due to technical issues, boarding crew said there was a hole in the plane and that it might be canceled. After a long delay we finally tookoff. Plane was very cramped and very little room for the legs. Food and entertainment were average and fine."

Ulemper: "A bit cramped in the economy class. Could have been more room for the money we had to spend on tickets"

Ulemper: "Guy behind me kept asking for a seat upgrade and when they didn’t oblige spent the whole 11hours kicking the back of my chair in protest. I understand this isn’t the crews’ fault. But maybe the bid upgrade for seats isn’t the best system?"
Fordele: "The approach into Venice airport was to the NE so the flight path gave a perfect areal tour of venice out the right side of the plane."
Fordele: "It was a lovely easy flight, always lovely flying star alliance."
Ulemper: "Such a quick flight, everything was appropriate for that. Unsure exactly what would make it better"
Fordele: "Leg room always an issue. Crew really great."

Ulemper: "suddnely delay of 30 Minutes , then waiting in the plane all in all 60 Minutes - thats a long time for a long distance flight"
Fordele: "Excellent crew and service, lots of extras at. I charge (like beer/wine, meals, Swiss chocolates). Also on time departure and arrivals. Clean terminal areas. A+"

Fordele: "On board is pretty good except that the seats are pretty narrow compare to our previous experiences. As a reference, I am 5‘3“ and 110 lbs."
Ulemper: "Our flight was delayed and the seats were narrrow."
Fordele: "I thought my out flight with Lufthansa would be good but it was surpassed by the return flight with Swiss Based on my experience I believe Swiss should be a 5 star airline as well"

Ulemper: "The screens would freeze for all the people around. The connecting flight had 50 minutes, however there was another security check and gate was quite far, everything had to be done in a hassle and we were nervous throughout regarding missing the flight."
Fordele: "They have a policy of letting kids under 5 board early which was a boon to us! The veggie pasta was really delicious."
Ulemper: "The delay to fly was the only issue"
Fordele: "We left on time, arrived on time. Flight went well despite lasting over 10h30"
Ulemper: "Two of the flight attrendants in our area were in a bad mood and it showed."
Ulemper: "It was so hot on the (delayed) flight"
Ulemper: "the seat did not reclined, it was broke. travel with my wife on different seat my wife had a broken knee and they assigned a seat smack in the middle of the isle and she told me she almost past out because she could not move I had a passenger in the back that was kicking my seat every few minutes and I woke up every time I went to sleep"

Fordele: "The crew was great. I was lucky to get a comfortable enough seat. Not the one I actually booked and paid for but still it was ok."
Ulemper: "I was told I was placed on standby for this flight despite the fact that I booked this flight and paid extra for the chosen seat far in advance. The boarding was chaotic. Very poor communication. The flight was very delayed."
Fordele: "the crew was wonderful, I was surprised that they had a little snack on such a short flight, the plane was clean and very comfortable. I plan to use Swiss Air again."

Ulemper: "The TV froze and stopped working for me. Thankfully it was the last thirty minutes of my flight. Mine was the only that appeared to be broken."
Ulemper: "Boarding terrible just one mass confusion, Flight was one hr.late as of today I am still missing my 4 pcs of luggage."
Fordele: "Who knows hope to actually get on it and make it to destination"
Ulemper: "Not sure just know leaving 10 hours late"

Ulemper: "3 of our 5 suitcases were out of luck to make it.. they damaged our 2 new luggages and the third one.. we only realized at home... now I have to deal with that too so I will be with Swiss on my mind for a while.. never again!!!"
Fordele: "Crew were good, apart from forgetting at breakfast time that I had ordered gluten free food. Food was OK but not memorable."
Ulemper: "Business class is not as roomy as other airlines. My partner had to climb over me to reach the aisle, there is very little storage space and seat size is quite small. Choice of movies is limited."
Ulemper: "Boarding started 20 mins late, once on board was moved to accommodate a family to sit together. No objection to them sitting together but how is it possible that they’re in that situation to begin with. Flight was overbooked so crew offering cash to delay for a later flight, which on a Sunday evening is an unappetising proposect"
