Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"

Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "Flight left late! Flight attendants not super attentive. Meals came late. Took forever to get off the plane! Plane never made it to the terminal but passengers were let off in the middle of the airport and placed on buses! No driver on a fully loaded bus for 10 min. Terrible! Didn’t make it on next"
Fordele: "Everything from check in to offloading went smoothly. Pretty good food and accommodating flight staff."
Ulemper: "My row had 3 seats behing a row of 4. We were weirdly offset so I had to look to the right to see my TV. Super uncomfortable. Dont like TV much anyway. Gave up on it real quick"

Ulemper: "Departure arrangement at Budapest airport was total confusion; the plane and departure was approx. 2 hours late. The result: we missed our connecting flight from Munich to Washington DC, thus loosing a whole day to return home. Huge disappointment !!!"

Fordele: "I had to change my flight times three times, and each time they charged me less than 30 dollars (for taxes) and the wait times on the phone were super fast. It was shocking to not lose hundreds of dollars for life happening and needing to change my flight. AND!! I got a free upgrade to premium economy for free!"

Fordele: "They are prompt and very fast at loading and unloading. Quite a bit better than any other airline I have used. Leg room on small airplanes was good in economy, but not as good on larger jet to USA. The servers offered me ice in my water bc I am American. I appreciated that so much since I'd spent the last 12 days in Europe where no one serves with ice!"

Fordele: "The food and frequency of service and free checked bag were among my favorite parts of the flight. Overall the flight was fantastic. I loved the camera feature that allowed you to look at the outside of the plane. The crew was so friendly and courteous."
Ulemper: "The amount of entertainment available was not unappreciated, I enjoyed many of the documentaries although I wish there had been even more nature documentaries, as those are my favorite :) I did hope for a more updated selection of Hollywood movies."

Fordele: "I have never flown with Lufthansa, but now, I will fly with them any chance I get. The crew were amazing. Friendly and attentive. For airplane food, it was very good and tasty. Received headphones, a pillow and a blanket for the flight. Legroom was good, but probably cramped for people over 6'0" tall. 24 hour online check-in was smooth an trouble free. I like having the boarding pass on my phone. No paper to carry around."

Fordele: "Professional, friendly, helpful staff in a new, quiet plane (A380-800). Smooth landing. Easy disembarkment despite approximately 500 passengers from a large aircraft."
Ulemper: "Unreliable domestic Lufthansa flights (in Germany) connected to this international one, and the departure time history for this LH400 proved typical for this flight, which ultimately left nearly 2 hours late despite good local weather. An announcement cited technical difficulties with the originally scheduled plane. Several small groups we recognized from embarkation on this LH400 flight filed lost luggage claims, as we did. Uncharacteristically bad planning by LH on food choices left our rows near the front of Economy without a choice of meals: only pasta, tasty though it was, was available. The chicken option was gone. The flight status video program function did not work for anybody near us despite three equipment restarts by the crew."
Ulemper: "The flight boarded late, and very slowly, and took off late as a consequence. Thus, landing late. The inflight entertainment is only accessible with aps that you need to download before you get on the plane, when, of course, you don't know you need them. A remarkably illogical process."
Fordele: "We were impressed with every aspect of the flight. Will most defiditey use this airline again."

Ulemper: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Ulemper: "My male neighbor was hanging in my seat :( No normal milk for my coffee - only cream and I don't like cream"
Fordele: "Our experience flying with Lufthansa was very pleasant. The overall process of making connecting flights through Frankfurt was much easier than we had anticipated. The cabin crew was friendly and courteous. I will be flying Lufthansa again."
Ulemper: "I would appreciate the ability to check in and get seat assignments at least 2 days before the flight. The day before traveling can be fraught."

Ulemper: "Long lines and chaos at counters two hours waiting -- poor hotel provided-- poor food -- so awful. Now I hope we can get home today"

Fordele: "I was seated in the emergency exit row, so it was nice to stretch my legs. The flight attendants were nice."
Ulemper: "The only bad part was some chaos at the baggage check. Things moved very slowly. After that, I was crying after saying farewell to a good friend, and the man working the security checkpoint said something in German I couldn't understand then mimicked crying in a crass way. I felt like he was making fun of me but couldn't be sure because I don't speak German. Terrible start to the flying experience, however the flight itself was smooth and pleasant."
Fordele: "I was so pleased with all the people involved from ticket desk to pilots and stewardesses. I would recommend Air Canada to everyone."

It was already assigned and didn't let me change it Boarding was later than scheduled and caused my connecting flight at O'Hare hectic This was the first time that I had ordered Kosher food and I would never make that mistake again, the meal was okay but the sandwich was awful and had no taste!"
Fordele: "I never try Austrian airlines because this trip was my first trip with them and I'll say that it's one of the best trips I ever had the airport at Vienna it's very small and easy to go anywhere you want and it's super clean and the stuff at the airport are very helpful and they all speak English and I was able to get a hotel room with walking destination from the airport and it was a very good experience overall I'll definitely recommend to anyone and I'll definitely keep them on my top list"
Ulemper: "We ended up needing to check a bag. It cost 40 Euros which seemed high. We were sent to another line to pay then back to check in. Then our flight was 45 minutes delayed leaving. Fortunately the pilot got us in to Zurich only 20 Mon late. Just typical "never know what's gonna happen"."
Fordele: "Again as in previous flight very efficient professional and pleasant staff ."
Ulemper: "Seat reservation system didn't work ,reserved one seat and got another.Food portions were smallish .No internet over the Atlantic .While the multimedia service was phenomenal I guess there could have been a larger variety and more episodes would have been good as well ."

Fordele: "Crew only offered water once during the whole night flight. The entertainment programs regarding games was very restricted, both in terms of game offers as well as operation / handling"

Fordele: "The flight in General. Small space with a large audience make things smaller. It's not a flight where one can relax. Grueling."
Ulemper: "Breakfast was just a sandwich and yogurt. Is this standard Austrian Breakfast?"
Fordele: "Very comfortable aircraft"
Fordele: "Make sure your carry on luggage is less then 8 kg. Or you would have to check it at your own cost. The food is OK but the portion is very small. If you want a window or isle seat, it would’ve cost you 30 euro to reserve it. The crew is very nice. I guess because the air fare is very cheap, they need to do everything to make the extra cash."

Ulemper: "My flight was cancel,then they transfer me to swees airlines they checked me in they took my luggage and then they told me I can't travel coz I can't make 2 stops inside the Europe. I have to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to fine my bags . I went back and forth from terminal 1 and 4 many times.The changed my flight to turkey airlines and I wait 9 more hours at airport to check in again. Terrible experience ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️"

Fordele: "They lost my baggage and nobody cares.They charging good money for extra bags but they have only sorry for they mistake. If you plan your important trip to Europe please don't use this company,so you can avoid unpleasant experience."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed an hour after boarding to wait for passengers from another flight. I understand waiting 10-15 mins but one hour was way too long."
Fordele: "This time it seems I had a little bit more leg room. Which makes a big difference!"
Fordele: "The crew was nice and the entertainment was okay."
Ulemper: "It was impossible to make a seat reservation--impossible. When I asked Air Canada they said contact Austrian Airlines. When I asked them they said get in touch with United. Then I was told I could book a seat 24 hours in advance. When I got email I couldn't--said I had to do it at the gate. When I got to the gate I was told I had a seat in the middle of the plane. Not true I was at the back of the plane. Just awful"
Fordele: "The flight was smooth and the staff was great."
Ulemper: "My flight to JFK on August 31 was cancelled. And they didn't provide me ticket same day. They gave ticket for next day. I had problems at work and other issues because of that."
Fordele: "The boarding and exiting of the aircraft was smooth and organized. I really do prefer that passengers be strictly monitored when boarding the plane according to their seats. It really does make sense to board the plane from the rear forward. I realize airlines feel like they have to make their business class passengers feel special, but it really doesn't make sense for passengers to be climbing over one another."
Ulemper: "I left my entertainment at home in a mad rush to depart which is very unusual for me. As a result, I had to rely on Austrian Airlines' copyright licenses, and they were less than satisfactory. Fortunately, I'm flying back with Lufthansa, so I hope there will be more variety there. The lavatory at the back of the plane was filthy by the end of the flight. I don't understand why the flight attendants feel to good to clean the lavatories for their passengers. We are stuck on a flying can for 9-10 hours and deserve to have clean lavatories during that time. At one point, I was thirty and approached the back of the plane. When I entered the rear galley, the ladies looked at me like I was intruding. If self-service is not available for passengers, then flight attendants should be prepared to serve their customers."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed 35 minutes. I made my connection. But heard one woman say she and her husband would miss hers."
Fordele: "Everything was wonderful ,except for the poor food."
Ulemper: "The flight was 9 and half hours and the food was very poor, I was starving ,maybe AA can improve that, it would be nice if they could add a little bit of fruit and a yogurt for a good digestion .Also, the sandwich they gave us at the end was so small ,maybe they can give us a real sandwich instead ..Sorry AA ,but you need to work on that .For the price I paid I can fly United ,they don't let me starve."

Ulemper: "The entertainment selection for adults was very good (really liked the documentary section and Asian movie offering). However they need more films or programs for ages 2-10 .... There is a section for family and kids but almost all of the movies are more appropriate for ages 9 and up."
