Fordele: "The crew was fine. The seats in the A330 are the worst only to be made worse by NO legroom. Very uncomfortable airplane. The flight crew also closes the rear bathroom off during most of the flight, I am assuming so they can use...."
Ulemper: "The check in staff at the gate could have been more friendly and paid better attention to customer care. I was standing in front of the counter with a simple Question but had to wait 5 minutes before the two agents got done with their own personal chat and thought about attending to me."
Fordele: "My first part of the flight, from SFO to CPH, was good. It was the second part that was terrible."
Ulemper: "SAS never emailed the second boarding ticket and there was no agent at the gate to help me print one. I paid $20 days in advance for a front aisle seat (6E), but was boarded last (group H) and had to put my carry-on in aisle 26. The stewardess was very rude and seemed racist towards me."
Fordele: "The flights and food were good. no problems there."
Ulemper: "There was a baggage strike in Copenhagen. We sat on the tarmac for about an hour awaiting a gate opening. The flight to Chicago took off an hour late and we missed our connecting flight into Columbus. And our bags never arrived in Chicago."
Ulemper: "Udkald til gate, hvorefter vi stod 15-20 min. uden info om forsinkelsen. I fly vidste man ikke at vi havde købt breakfast hjemmefra, men vi fik det da uden problemer alligevel. Men brød kun budt én gang og kaffe 2. gang langt senere. I Malaga ventede vi næsten en 1/2 time ved bagagebånd."
Ulemper: "Et halvtomt fly med en aldrende besætning der klart havde været for længe på arbejdsom kun havde fokus på at blive hurtigt færdige med pligterne så de kunne komme til at pludre med hinanden."
Ulemper: "SFO-Copenhagen was cancelled. Only hint for that came from Kayak which I didn't even use for booking (I used Flyus). Sas and Flyus didn't notify us and sas customer service had to actually use 5 min to verify that flight was cancelled after we called them. That left some poor rebooking options. Anyway, I am very disappointed how Sas didn't notify us. It would have been even nastier if we had got to the airport before realizing that flight was cancelled."
Fordele: "Loved the service. Nice small plane. Very easy boarding. This is a quick inter-city flight. The plane is small and agile. It did some pretty nimble turns and sharp banking that might be a little too exciting for some."

Ulemper: "Sov hjem og fravalgte første servering på business. Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."
Fordele: "Overall I was very pleased with your level of service and would highly recommend SAS airline for anyone traveling from New York City New Jersey area abroad ! The planes were new clean and the level of service was exceptional . I am in the Hotel hospitality industry as an executive corporate chef . I enjoyed the service of your steward wearing the chef jacket ,, very impressive."

Fordele: "Da vi først var kommet ombord på flyet gik tingene sin vante gang... ellers var der ikke meget hoved og hale på noget som helst."
Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

So I was pretty surprised when they just offered beef fajitas. I asked for a vegetarian option only to find out there isn’t none. The flight attendant wasn’t super nice about it either, she just said you have to order it online. But at no point I got an email saying, if you want something different than what we offer, tell us! So that was pretty annoying..."

Fordele: "We were in an empty Plus cabin at front. Coming from Miami, the hot towel service would have been nice. I blinked and missed the service. They will quickly skip you if they can. Food weird. Salmon in a box with no bread or rice or anything and a strange savory muffin. Ate neither. No entertainment."

Ulemper: "That my Silver Star Alliance status got me nothing with SAS, no early boarding, no ability to select a seat until 24 hours before without paying an extra cost, if you wanted a beer you had to pay, this is a no frills airline now, pay as you go."
Fordele: "The airline staff were so positive and friendly. Really made the long trip easier."

This was the first international flight I've been on where even small snacks such as peanuts or pretzels are for purchase only. Plus the flight attendants seem to be disorganized and in rush. I will never use SAS again."
Fordele: "I was only charged half the price for my checked suitcase on the return flight - after I called SAS the day before departure."
Ulemper: "It doesn't really matter that other aspects of the flight were ok when I had to pay £60.00 for my one regular-size suitcase, and I don't find out until I am standing at the check-in counter. Why do travelers have to pay for checked luggage, at all?"

Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

Ulemper: "We had purchased tickets with 2 bags at 15 Kg ea. The day before I realized that was under & I called to increase to 23 for one bag & 20 for the other. They initially said Increase would be 90 euro but when I complained that was terrible she lowered to 60. confirming email showed the icrease to 27 for 1 & 21 for the other. Actuals 22.3 & 16 . 3 for the 2nd."

Ulemper: "Our flight was delayed for an hour and a half and we had to sit on the plane for the entire time. The staff was rude and short. I don’t think Americans are very populated. Food selection was very limited, but at least we got a KitKat bar. They were out of all the sandwich food/main dishes."
Ulemper: "We didn’t take it. Although it was scheduled for a 6:50 am departure it was delayed until noon and we would have missed our flight from London to the U. S. It was very hectic and frustrating trying to find another flight. We got NO help from ez-Jet. Luckily TAP Portugal was extremely helpful and we did make our Delta flight with lots of extra help from them."
Fordele: "We had to pay 60$ for our carry on and it probably costed more than our entire ticket. I am so upset and infuriated at the fact that we weren’t warned in advance. The last easy jet flight we took a week ago we didn’t have to pay for our carry on."

Ulemper: "The multiple gate change, boarding the plane as there was no gate available and everything required a fee from the minute you booked the flight."

Normalt er jeg ok-tilfreds med EasyJet men hjemturen fra Madrid til Berlin var meget ringe udført."

Ulemper: "Vi kunne ikke få lov til at komme med selvom vi løb alt hvad vu kunne for at nå det trods Ryan airs forsinkelse, det var ingen forståelse for vores situation og vi er derfor strandet i Berlin når vi burde være i Budapest og studere. Det var stadig et kvarter til flyet skulle lette da vi stod ved gaten, men der var ingen service overhovedet."

Ulemper: "I was at the counter 39 min before the flight and they wouldn't check me in because 40 before the flight they close checkin. Zero flexibly makes for very very unhappy customer."

Ulemper: "Their check in system is not clear.. We have a reservation for 2 passengers, and in the system I paid for an extra luggage... considering the price I paid I didnt realize that that was only an extra piece only for one passenger, so we had to pay 57 euros for the additional piece of the second passenger at the counter... considering the total ticket for 2 passenger was 120 euros, that increased the total price for almost 50%... Not even in Mexico the ticket for these kind of low budget airlines are so confuse and "tricky"."

Ulemper: "The provision for speedy borders Roger passports check flying out of Schönefeld airport is poor. Just asking SBs Togo to the front causes friction and arguments. Saw it happening a few times just today."
Ulemper: "The flight was an hour and a fourth-five late for a 1:15 minutes flight. we got to the airport 30 minutes before the scheduled flight (2 hours before the departure) and they wouldn't let me check in."
Ulemper: "No boarding gate was printed on our tickets. No boarding gate was displayed on the airport screens. We arrived to CDG 2 hours early. But the airline closed boarding a half hour before the flight time on the ticket. We and others were then not allowed on the flight despite the fact that screens at the gate still said "boarding". When we tried to reschedule the Easy Jet information desk quoted us prices significantly higher than those we found online on our phones at the same time. We had to buy all new tickets spend the entire day in the airport and were fined by our hotel for late check in. Huge loss of money and waste of time. AVOID THIS AIRLINE!"

Ulemper: "Online site would not allow us to check our bags in advance. Not able to get boarding passes as at a hotel and then unable to get them at the airport. Could not get help. Untrained incompetent people at ticket counters. Airplane that is falling apart. Flight attendants that ignore you. It will be a cold day in Hades before I would consider flying on this so called airline again."

Fordele: "I liked the feeling of being free from the horror of the mean stewardess in common airlines. They harass you and interrupt you at all times, while playing boarding school mean head-teacher. Here at ezj, i brought my own food and entertainment, and was free to rest for the duration of the flight without any of those harassments. and so, combined with the fantastic price, this was a nice and refreshing experience,"

"Boarding and special attendance not managed well by ground crew. Also to late in general. After 90 Min. delayed boarding, it was found that technical repairs of the plain were needed before taxying. Immense waste of time for everybody, Ryan / Malta Air seemed to be doing it all for the first time. Not acceptable."

Fordele: "Fully understand the need to put a name tag on “priority customers”. But tagging the rest as “non-priority customers” is at best disrespectful and stupid. Time to look for a new head of communication?"

Ulemper: "Svært at forstå at komforten skal være så usædvanlig dårlig. Plus at man skal betale hver gang man trykker på nogen som helst service. Så som bagage som ellers bare skulle være standart."
Ulemper: "I tried to check in 24 hours before the flight and was unable to, resulting in a missed flight and hundreds of USD for another flight plus the cost to get to another airport"
Ulemper: "At være forsinket og være nødt Til at bruge penge på en taxi"
Ulemper: "Pga. fuldstændig kaotiske tilstande ved check-in, var der kun lige tid til at styrte til gaten. Meget langsomt arbejdende og inkompetente ansatte ved skranken, der pga. kaos ikke tjekkede pas!! Low fares - low/no service."
Fordele: "Very chip flight but expensive tricks about luggage paid my cabin bag but not allowed to check them I will never flight with Ryanair air."

Ulemper: "Der er mangler der gør at man kun kan få 20 kg ikke så smart når man er 2 p og kun har max 14 kg dette kom så til og koste mig 400-300-20 euro i alt mange penge for 14 kg samt 288kr oven i for at sidde sammen der skal stå lille rygsæk da det er dette der er med i prisen men syntes det er alt for mange penge for rejsen alt i alt"

Ulemper: "Checking to make sure people carried on only 1 bag that was of correct size, not letting people run up and down the aisles, providing free water, more space, crowd control. Overall, it was the worst flight of my life, and I will never fly Ryan Air again."

Ulemper: "Man kommer til at gå hele Københavns lufthavn igennem på den lange led, når man flyver med Ryanair. Derudover havde jeg betalt for kuffert med begge veje, men da vi skulle hjem kunne Ryanair ikke finde den betaling og jeg skal nu igennem klagesystem (hvilket er meget besværligt hos Ryanair) for at få mine penge retur. Desuden en time forsinket på hjemturen."

Fordele: "Cabin temperature was comfortable. Flight attendants were friendly. At check-in I was given the option to add a second cabin bag and have priority boarding for only €7. Ryanair sent me a text message reminder to check in on-line, or else I would have had to pay extra at the airport."
Ulemper: "I do not like the bus connections from the gate to the airplane. It is always a hassle and people are packed in the buses like sardines. I understand that Ryanair is a budget airline, but they should offer free beverages."
Ulemper: "Flyet var så forskinket at jeg mistede mit fly til København"
Ulemper: "Central Naples to Central London lasted 16 hours door to door! No proper explanation is given as to when to expect the flight to depart even roughly. People were kept standing up, waiting. Vouchers given for refreshments were valid in two places, one of them outside the airport! Somebody who couldn't use her voucher wanted to use it on the plane and it was not accepted."
Fordele: "Prisen. At vi landede planmæssigt."
Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."
Ulemper: "I was not allowed to come aboard because of not showing passport. This was a bad surprise to me."
Ulemper: "Very cramped and hot in The plane."
Fordele: "The price, and that’s it."
Ulemper: "The airline had hidden regulations that if you are a first time customer will cost you way more than you think. Just be carefull"
Ulemper: "We were told we had to go to the toilets before taking off as the Toilets were not working on the plane. Also the plane was delayed in taking off."
Ulemper: "Delayed take off 20 minutes late from Cork, now at STN, we stuck on the plane because the ladder and stairs to get off the plane are not ready?????? Do we blame Ryanair???? Second time I have had this excuse while flying with them!!!! Maybe this is what you get when you fly with an airline who cut corners and costs?????"
Fordele: "Besætningen var søde."
Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"
Fordele: "Staff are nice and friendly plane and toilets very clean."
Ulemper: "Too pricey for hold luggage so everyone is taking hand luggage and not enough room on flight. My legs were really sore I felt uncomfortable and squeezed in."
Fordele: "Vi kom frem..."
Ulemper: "Flyet var så forsinket at vi ikke nåede flyet til Budapest, vi er derfor strandet i Berlin til næste dag, vi har ikke noget sted at sove eller være og vi måtte bruge over dobbelt så mange penge på nye flybilletter. Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Fordele: "Crew was friendly"
Ulemper: "Baggage fees were outrageous, way past industry standards I've seen elsewhere."
Ulemper: "I did my reservation online and they asked me to pay 50 euro because it not completed I already did first step and second strip but than no response from your website I came to the airport 3 hours before departure to a void the problem but office was closed"
Fordele: "The flight crew leader was the friendliest part of the trip!"
Ulemper: "Their check-in process is completely frustrating & annoying...not to mention EXPENSIVE!!! If you want a printed boarding passes, they're 20 Euros then the baggage process is confusing & AGAIN EXPENSIVE!!! I certainly will use caution booking with them again!"
Fordele: "They charged me 50 euro for my carry on, after that I was flying with the same small bag 3 times in Ryanair."
Ulemper: "I want my money back because they didn't charge me before when I had travel on Ryanair, just I Italy. And they said that if I dindt pay they close the gate for me, and after I said that I am gonna paid, they laugh with the other girl, and say "she has money and she said not""
Ulemper: "It was our first trip with Ryanair and it is really low low cost, compared to Norvegian and other low cost airlines. Never again - first and last time...."
Fordele: "I showed up at the airport I checked in I got in line I boarded I flew to my destination I got off I left in a rental car all without a single issue. I flew from Edinburgh to Dublin in one hour for 25 dollars. I have had more things go wrong ordering pizzas from Dominos for delivery that cost more"
Ulemper: "I did not buy any food or drink so I can't comment I did not have to check or pay bag fees because I followed directions so I can't comment I knew exactly what 25 dollars gets me so the fact it had 2 wings and working engines and competent pilots was a pure bonus Ryan Air you have a fan"
Fordele: "The crew. And the wheelchair personnel in both Prague and Dublin were outstanding."
Ulemper: "The one-hour, 50-minute delay. And why are both airports using stairs instead of jet bridges?"
Ulemper: "Fly forsinket. Boarder folk med prioritet til at stå og vente i gangen. Flyet var end ikke landet endnu da vi begyndte boarding. Efter ca25 minutter blev vi lukket ud på pladsen til flyet men blev stoppet igen og stod der i godt 20 minutter inden vi kom ombord. Sammenlagt forsinket 1 time."
Ulemper: "Anxiety over the luggage."
Ulemper: "It took way too long for us to get into our flight, then one of my friends was told she was okay to bring her luggage on the airplane as a carry on but then when we got in line to board she had to go back and pay the €30 fee. This made the situation a lot more stressful. Also, there is just way too many fees for an only hour long flight from Santorini to Athens. I will not fly ryanair ever again."
Fordele: "Ryanair is really inexpensive, I appreciate being able to fly all over Europe with such a low cost."
Ulemper: "We had to pay for the three of us to sit near each other (not even next to each other, just to avoid one of us sitting in the back of the plane and the other two in the front). The check-in and boarding process is total chaos, but the flight was fine once we were boarded."
Ulemper: "Worst service ever. I didn't see the email reminder that they sent to print the boarding pass. I also didn't prepay my bag because I wasn't sure if it was going to be 15 or 20 kilos. They charged me 160 euros just to print the two boarding passes and 1 20 kilo bag and the man at the counter told me that I should have printed them at home. Not only have I never ever had hat happen to me on any respectable airline but we took Vueling from Mykonos to Rome and they included the bag and they printed the boarding passes for free as all other customer friendly airlines. Never again!! Horrible customer service."
