Fordele: "Seat 39A did not recline. The gentleman next to me spread his arms out a bit as he typed on his computer the entire way. So I did not get ANY sleep. Plus he got up at least four times."

Ulemper: "After more than two hours of delay... Initially the flight takes off was at 8:35... Then 21:20... Then 21:50... Then 22:10. Finally we took off at 22:40... Refund our money klm..."
Ulemper: "Per usual, KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Strange choice of in-flight movies; no accounting for taste, I guess."

No covid safety. Keep distance apparently don’t count when you onboard or in the bus from gate to/from plane. Could hardly move. And late again, again, again. Seems to be the new norm.

Ulemper: "Udkald til gate, hvorefter vi stod 15-20 min. uden info om forsinkelsen. I fly vidste man ikke at vi havde købt breakfast hjemmefra, men vi fik det da uden problemer alligevel. Men brød kun budt én gang og kaffe 2. gang langt senere. I Malaga ventede vi næsten en 1/2 time ved bagagebånd."
Ulemper: "Et halvtomt fly med en aldrende besætning der klart havde været for længe på arbejdsom kun havde fokus på at blive hurtigt færdige med pligterne så de kunne komme til at pludre med hinanden."
Ulemper: "SFO-Copenhagen was cancelled. Only hint for that came from Kayak which I didn't even use for booking (I used Flyus). Sas and Flyus didn't notify us and sas customer service had to actually use 5 min to verify that flight was cancelled after we called them. That left some poor rebooking options. Anyway, I am very disappointed how Sas didn't notify us. It would have been even nastier if we had got to the airport before realizing that flight was cancelled."

Fordele: "I have used Kayak for years without issue. This time I was flying SAS for the first time. The plane broke and so that was the first huge delay SAS had terrible customer service. They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that."

Ulemper: "Missed connecting flight from Copenhagen to Geneva since flight from Newark left over an hour late.. They booked me on a flight to Zurich and then to Geneva. Had a connection to France booked separately that I had to move."

Ulemper: "Sov hjem og fravalgte første servering på business. Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."
Fordele: "Da vi først var kommet ombord på flyet gik tingene sin vante gang... ellers var der ikke meget hoved og hale på noget som helst."
Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."
Fordele: "The 7 hr trip to Copenhagen was rough. The seats are too close together. My knees hit the seat in front of me even without reclining. When the seat in front of me reclined the tv screen was 6” away from my face. It was next to impossible to get out of the seat."

Ulemper: "The flight was more than one hour delayed."
Ulemper: "We were traveling with two kids, and one of the kids drops some bread on the floor of the flight. One of the crew is angry to us about this, which makes us very uncomfortable."

Fordele: "Everything. Nothing ever goes wrong when I fly SAS which is why I seldom don't. And if something does go wrong their manners and spirits are high and they make sure everyone is still happy and comfortable. Best service in the airline industry."

Ulemper: "On the flight Copenhagen to WAW only one cup of water per passenger..?????....."
Fordele: "I loved that there were a lot of different movies, TV shows, games, music, and more to choose from- all for free! Then there was a dinner- not bad at all-, a snack later on, and breakfast too, all included. Headphones if you needed them ( lifesaver there as I had temporary misplaced mine), a blanket, and a pillow. The crew was really polite, and there was never more than one person in line for the bathroom."
Fordele: "We were eventually rebooked in the class we paid for."
Ulemper: "Our flight was cancelled with no notice. We were rebooked in economy class when we paid over $5,000 for business class tickets, and told we would "probably" receive a refund for the difference. after much prodding, asking and begging, we were finally rebooked in a flight on Lufthansa the same night. That airline was upset, though, because SAS did not call them or notify them that we had been switched to their airline."
Fordele: "Easy kiosk check in, baggage drop off, good service."
Ulemper: "No advance discussion about emergency exit row seating requirements, and we were not allowed to even have a paperback book to read in this row. The flight was full and boarded, so not able to change seats."
Fordele: "I had a window seat with a view of New York City as we flew North."
Ulemper: "The sound quality of the earphones was so poor that I could not understand most of the dialogue of the film that I watched."
Ulemper: "We paid $90 per checked bag. When we purchased our tickets we were never given an option to purchase luggage ahead of time, we were under the impression that luggage was included."
Ulemper: "The flight arrived an hour late."
Ulemper: "My 1st experience on SAS & everything was late: takeoff over an hour late, and upon arrival in CPH we were delayed again to exit the plane because they couldn't get the skyway door attached to the plane."
Fordele: "Friendly staff. Good food. Movie/tv options were excellent."
Ulemper: "Didn't like that I had to order vegetarian food option in advance. I would forget to do so before the flight. Despite that, I was still able to eat most of the meal since there was salad, bread and dessert which was filling enough."
Ulemper: "TV's on our whole row did not work for the entire flight. Reading lamp was burned out. It would have been tolerable for a domestic flight but these amenities are needed and appreciated on a six hour flight!"
Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

Fordele: "People were nice"
Ulemper: "They charged me 60 pounds to check my bag after I checked my bag in online. When I got to the airport, they told me I had a bag on my connecting flight from Copenhagen to Helsinki but not on my flight to Copenhagen from LHR. At the airport I was charged 60 pounds for a small bag. Crazy! Completely unreasonable. Never flying SAS again if I can avoid it."
Fordele: "Crew was very helpful and attentive. Seemed to care about the comfort of the passengers. Very inviting and gracious."
Ulemper: "Seats and pillows could be more comfortable. All airline food is not good so okay indicated above is above expectations."
Ulemper: "So many delays and lost luggage. The craziest was leaving Manchester. I was supposed to have 30 minutes after leaving security at Manchester and would have done if they hadn't decided to board early. That's ok but then we sat on the plane waiting which resulted in leaving later than the original time of departure and therefore a large run for my connection at Copenhagen. Was badly organized clearly."

Ulemper: "I did not like having to pay Euro 70 for my luggage at the AP. I do not recall ever having got the option to pay for my suitcase online when I booked my ticket. You guys need to make this more clear."

Ulemper: "Uncomfortable seats, somewhat small for a 6-foot+ tall person to fit, especially legroom"

Ulemper: "We left an iPad on board in Copenhagen and found that there was no way to inform SAS!"

Der var ikke på noget tidspunkt styr på at vi havde købt priority selv vi fulgtes med en handicappet. Hverken frem eller tilbage. Heller ikke når vi spurgte ind til det.
Alt for lidt information i forbindelse med boarding. Hvorfor man står og venter, hvor længe man skal vente, og når man er nået igennem boarding, hvorfor man så venter midt i en gang bag en låst dør i yderligere 20 minutter uden at vide hvor længe det skal stå på
Flyet var forsinket fra Birmingham. Hvis det havde været rettidigt havde bedømmelsen været bedre.
Det var en god flyvetur. Flyet var i god tid, og ankom til destinationen før tid.
Det er dejligt, at der er mere benplads. Trykket i kabine var godt, så man ikke fik ondt i ørerne ved landing. Eneste minus - der var meget varmt i flyet.
Besætningen var fantastisk når det kom til at få styr på bagage, men selve firmaet føles som en scam. Vi skulle betale 55 euro pr person fordi vi kom 2 minutter forsent til check in. Og begge vores afgange var en helv time forsinket. Hver gang man kiggede på sit boardingkort eller andet info på deres app bliver man bombet med advarsler om bagage størrelse, forsikringskøb, pladsvalg etc. Det føltes meget tungt og drænende som som rejsende.
Både turen til Barcelona samt turen fra Barcelona var forsinket, og årsagen var ukendt eller ikke forståelig, da purserne taler utydeligt.
Det var godt pris og kort tur

Ulemper: "The seat was very very small for an average size human and the seat belt was on max.. No social distancing between seats"

Ulemper: "Checking to make sure people carried on only 1 bag that was of correct size, not letting people run up and down the aisles, providing free water, more space, crowd control. Overall, it was the worst flight of my life, and I will never fly Ryan Air again."
Fordele: "Best flight for what I needed, the time was perfect, cost was good. It was on time and everything went smooth."
Ulemper: "Well, small plane, cheap flight. Seats small and crowded. There was not even a place to put my water bottle. But for a short flight at the right time, it's fine. Crew made all kinds of announcements and sales pitches, bit annoying when you are trying to sleep."
Ulemper: "I paid nothing for my bag going to Dublin and had to pay 10€ coming back. WHY???"
Fordele: "The flight was fine, we arrived safely."

Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."
Ulemper: "Very cramped and hot in The plane."
Ulemper: "Need a pocket at the back of the seat!"
Fordele: "Besætningen var søde."
Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"

Ulemper: "For the low cost flight it was flawless"

Ulemper: "Flyet var så forsinket at vi ikke nåede flyet til Budapest, vi er derfor strandet i Berlin til næste dag, vi har ikke noget sted at sove eller være og vi måtte bruge over dobbelt så mange penge på nye flybilletter. Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Fordele: "At least we arrived at our destination intact."
Ulemper: "Cabin attendant (male, manning the aft galley) bumped into my knee while rushing down the aisle, and stopped to yell in my face -- I was asleep at the time. 0/10 will not fly Ryanair again."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed by 45 mins without any announcements as to why. Also-you can't recline the seats!!!"
Ulemper: "It was our first trip with Ryanair and it is really low low cost, compared to Norvegian and other low cost airlines. Never again - first and last time...."
Fordele: "I think the crew were ok. But I didn't need them for anything. I guess I'm happy they were not rude or miserable themselves. They seemed upbeat which was the only positive thing about this whole trip. Plus I think the pilot stepped on it, cause I think travel time was less than what was planned (I might be missing taxiing time though, so not sure)."
Ulemper: "Well, I can't say I wasn't entirely expecting this. There was over an hour and half delay. Nothing announced. We were in the dark. The plane didn't arrive on time, nothing announced. Boarding was delayed, nothing announced. When boarding was complete, there was an indefinite delay that was only announced quite a bit later. Anyway, the whole experience, including naming Charleroi airport as "South Brussels" is not something I intend to repeat."
Ulemper: "Not organized by any means We went back and forth in line. No one communicated that we needed to prepay before we stood on the long line to check only to get upfront and asked to go to another counter Staff not polite seemed annoyed Then after paying, got back in line and they didn't even ask for receipt of payment"
Ulemper: "Fly forsinket. Boarder folk med prioritet til at stå og vente i gangen. Flyet var end ikke landet endnu da vi begyndte boarding. Efter ca25 minutter blev vi lukket ud på pladsen til flyet men blev stoppet igen og stod der i godt 20 minutter inden vi kom ombord. Sammenlagt forsinket 1 time."
Fordele: "The flight was delayed. No one took charge of boarding. Passengers talked over announcements."
Fordele: "If you are flying Iceland air it's for the great value, the friendly and courteous crew, and the chance to see the Icelandic landscape from the air. We did not try the food for sale."
Ulemper: "Boarding and transfers in Reykjavik can be quick and chaotic, leaving little to no time for the food purchases and bathroom stops you probably need. Also don't plan on having access to a large selection of current entertainment. Plan ahead."

Fordele: "I arrived at the airport at the last minute, and the staff was very helpful ensuring I get onto the plane on time."
Ulemper: "I confirmed and booked online to avoid the fees, however they did not show it in the system. They confirmed I had paired for a new such but still charged me. My bag was overweight and I have to pay a small fortune for that. I was instructed to contact their customer service to get the bill taken care of."

Fordele: "The two seats next to me on the plane were vacant, so I was able to spread out and pretend I was in first class."
Ulemper: "They have you stand in line 30 mins before the flight. By the time you board the plane, you're stiff and unhappy."

Ulemper: "nickel & dimed entire process. Crew hates their lives so they yell at passengers. They would not allow you to lower your window shade at any point during the flight and would verbally assault you if you did."
Fordele: "Price Ryanair app - inuitive and easy to use. Liked the app boarding pass - easy to read - good overview. Seats comfortable Breakfast deal was suffiecient - tasty. Arrived on time. Fa´s were pleasant"
Ulemper: "Gate agent at CPH did not direct us into the Prioritery Que. And it was not clearly marked. Had to stand in the rain on the steps to the aircraft waiting to get onboard. FA´s didnt have enough spare change on both flights and had to come by later to give me the due amount. Inflight announcements were not audible. The taped one´s were pretty bad. Wish they flew to Stansted or Southend - instead of Luton, which is a maze of corridors."
Fordele: "The flight and the crew was great and it was a really great flight. It was only a 2 hr flight so I did not eat and there wasn't any entertainment."
Ulemper: "SO MANY HIDDEN FEES!! I expected to pay for my bags but didn't know I would have to pay for my boarding pass or the seat as well!"
Fordele: "Half boarded from front and half boarded from back,so took less time getting on plane. Crew friendly. helpful."

Ulemper: "Online chat confirmed I'd paid for a checked bag, but had to pay again. One check-in employee, long line. Flight gate changed abruptly. Much standing in line, as though all the chairs had been stolen."
