Fordele: "nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever."

Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"
Fordele: "flyturen i sig selv var fin men var forsinket."
Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "I was told on the phone earlier (and very rudely) there are no gluten free options for eating. I have celiac disease and do not do the diet for "fun". It's for health. I found out thanks to the excellent crew on board there is an option."
Ulemper: "I travelled economy and found the seats not very enabling for big and tall folks as myself ! Other than that I highly recommend flying Lufthansa"
Fordele: "Entertainment and food was good. Pilot kept good communication with passengers. Some of the inflight crew were nice and willing to help"
Ulemper: "Some flight attendants should show more willingness to assist and help passengers. Boarding was a bit messy plus they changed boarding gate last minute. Flight was delayed almost one hr"

Fordele: "On the airline website the price of the ticket was $3000 and I bought it for $750 on Kayak, I expected delays, cancellations or something to go wrong and justify that price drop. Nothing of that sort happened! It was a comfortable and on time trip with no problems!"

Ulemper: "Worse travel day of my life. I'll never fly Lufthansa again and never go thru Frankfort again. Lost luggage both ways. Awful experience!! Hundreds of gates and we had to ride a bus out to the plane. Airline kept complaining to passengers that they didn't have enough personnel. Flight was late! Given totally incorrect information about luggage retrieval in Chicago. Not required! Waited 45 minutes for luggage that was not there and was supposed to be headed to Houston but did not arrive there either. Still waiting..."

Ulemper: "Lufthansa is always late, every single flight I have caught with them has been at least 45 minutes late. Additionally they are very inflexible if you want to make a change to your tickets after purchasing. Boarding the plane is handled very inefficiently and takes much longer than most other airlines. The food is mediocre and the drink cart only comes by every 2 hours or so which is far too infrequent"

Ulemper: "How on earth did my i arrived lagos and only one out of my two bags showed up, i have to extend my stay in lagos and hoping my bag will come the next day, i have to pay $100 extra just to extend my one-night hotel booking to two nights. Someone really need to get fired, as i wasn't the only one with the same issue and it has been long going, i only hope my bag shows up"

Ulemper: "Worst crew, at one point when they start serving lunch they left like 10 people waiting and waiting to be served also, they start to put together some lunch one by one, took maybe another 1/2 hour for some people to get food, i was the last one to get served but when they got some leftovers from some other people they put that on my tray for me, they run out of food in the plane, of course i refused the lunch but no other option for me was given, again WORST crew ever, never flight Lufthansa again, NEVER"

Fordele: "The flight itself was fine, about what you'd expect from a short-duration flight on a major airline."
Ulemper: "I wished to change to an earlier flight with plenty of seats available. the Lufthansa ticket agent stated the only way, as I had booked a "light" fare, was to pay a full-price one-way economy ticket--plus luggage--for about 380 euros with no credit for my current ticket. After booking a day-room at a local hotel, I checked in on-line and discovered for 115 euros I could have upgraded to business class, with luggage included, and been accommodated on schedule changes. My suggestion to Lufthansa is if they intend to rip their customers off it's best NOT TO LET THEM FIND OUT ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE, or if they're simply too incompetent to match marketing offers to their booking department they could save considerable income and reputation by closing the ticket office. As it was, the impression was a low-class money grab. It's not like they can count on their partnership with United to make them look good."

Fordele: "Though our flight was cancelled due to inclement weather in Boston, I cannot say enough about the ticketing agent at the Luftansa desk. she was so incredibly helpful in rearranging our flights to get us where we needed to be as soon as possible. She spent so much time with us and on the phone and was very patient."
Ulemper: "Seated near and next to me were about 9 German men who had begun their vacation to Colorado in the airport bar prior to the flight. I was seated in a middle seat "J" (I believe) in row 37 or 39. The men were receiving from the stewardesses repeatedly two glasses at a time and kept going back to the galley and getting two glasses of wine at a time Although they were loud, congregating in the aisle around rows 37 and 39 they were not limited in what they could drink. The two on either side of me were disrespectful of my personal space and were very inappropriate. I got up and went to the galley behind my seat to ask the stewardesses to get me another seat. During this time the guys kept coming back to this galley for more wine still taking two at a time. The stewardesses explained that the plane was full. Others complained also. I then asked the stewardesses if since they were over serving these guys, would they trade one of their jump seats with me. At this point they cut the guys off and got the pursar. She talked to them and ignored my personal safety concerns and said no one gets on a plane drunk (yeah, right) and that they would now behave and were asleep. That's why they are still talking at the top of their lungs and standing in the aisle? I asked. I wish I had video recorded this, I did not as others with kids in the aisles across from me did. I hope their videos go viral Not impressed with Lufthansa"
