Ulemper: "I know seats in the 777-300 recline but do not disrupt the next row's space. That was not the case on the Airbus A330-300. It would be nice if the same seats were on the Airbus aircraft I flew from Istanbul to Bangkok."
Fordele: "Even on short flights they still provided lunch and beverages, which unfortunately you don't get on such short flights (less than 60 min) with most companies. Still they maintain their service impeccable."

Ulemper: "The seats area are too small my knees hurt as they hit just the edge of the food tray, impossible flight with the seat other than straight as you will be disturbing a lot the other passengers, although unfortunately some people do not care about the confort of the others"
Fordele: "I had two short flights with Turkish Airlines and on both flights I received good meals and entertainment. Young children in the seats around mine received shrink wrapped comic books and stuffed animals. Headphones were provided to those who needed them. I definitely did not expect such good treatment on such short flights. I really got the impression that they are trying hard to keep the quality of their services as high as possible. I really recommend these guys."

Ulemper: "Pet was left behind at vacation destination as pet's reservation (made and confirmed through KLM) was not found at check in. Waiting for Customer Care to help get pet home and take responsibility for situation and getting no response. Very dissapointed, considering law suit."

Fordele: "The most comfortable coach seats I've ever been lucky enough to sit in (aisle and window in the first row of economy)! First time flying an A340-600, it's a great plane for a long trip."
Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"

Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"
Ulemper: "Well,my whole trip was an adventure! I booked it online but in reality, it wasn't what was advertised. There was a problem with my checked in bag, so i had to pay 22 pounds extra to fit it in a connection flight and now i have to send receipt to get the refund. On my way back, there was a delay, so"

Fordele: "I had to change my flight times three times, and each time they charged me less than 30 dollars (for taxes) and the wait times on the phone were super fast. It was shocking to not lose hundreds of dollars for life happening and needing to change my flight. AND!! I got a free upgrade to premium economy for free!"
Ulemper: "Water only and.. I had to asked for it. No snacks or other drinks in my eighteenth hour of flying back from Poland :(("

Ulemper: "Flight was late causing me to miss flight to Chicago ORD. Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

Other than the fact I was sick, I enjoyed the flight."

Fordele: "The crew was friendly and the boarding process was fast and simple. No food just snacks and what they had was good. Once I got to the airport there was a wheelchair at the gate and it was great because we were on the opposite side if the airport for our next flight and he was very nice to talk to as we were walking."

Ulemper: "They had grabbed my carry-on luggage at the gate. I specifically told the gate agents that I put heirloom plates that used to belong to my mother in my carry-on. They assured me it would be handled properly. Well this promise turned out to be lie. The plates were broken. Even though they were wrapped. I am sad and angry. My carry-on was small and light. There was no reason that it should be singled out in the first place. Now what?"
Ulemper: "Awful customer service once out of the airplane. It took 2 hours from landing to get our luggage. Just terrible. How many times can someone hear a generic announcement about luggage being here momentarily? This left a very poor impression of Lufthansa overall for me and everyone in my party."

Fordele: "The flight was delayed due to the need to replace an engine part, but the crew kept us well informed. Despite taking off nearly an hour and half late, we were only about 45 minutes late in arriving. What was so great about this flight was that it was NOT full. I had an entire row to myself so I could stretch out and sleep. If I was in a regular coach seat, I would not have been comfortable for the entire trip. The crew was pleasant and helpful."

Fordele: "Consistency of service, even for economy class. On time departure. Early arrival, Teutonic punctuality. Well maintained aircraft. Super flight crew. Seemed friendlier than typical US carriers transcontinental service. Perhaps it was the free wine and beer, but seems as if everyone was relaxed and enjoyed the flight."
Ulemper: "Boarding was a little out of my normal sequence and the PA announcements were not so clear. All sorted it self out after a spell."

I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

Special meal was good (Asian Vegetarian), but that was the only meal for 6 hours. Luckily I had eaten lunch at the airport before boarding at 13.40. And waiting about 2 hrs in flight before meal service. Tea and coffee was served together with the meal, but there wasn’t enough space on tray to have both the meal, the included tiny water bottle, the meal drinks and coffee/tea. Other airlines serve tea at the end of the meal. It was clear Etihad just wanted to get the meal service over with and minimize the service. This was the only time during 6 hrs that the staff showed themselves. Otherwise no pre dinner drinks of any kind, no follow-up serving of at least water This was really one of the most terrible meal and drink services I have ever experienced on - 6hr flight. The food itself was nice - due to special order. On the outbound flight (AUH - BRU) they did serve a meal and an extra snack. And followed up with several rounds of water. Shame on you Etihad for terrible service. The Dreamliner 781 is spacious in etihad’s economy configuration. Their 787 economy (AUH-BRU) was much more cramped!!

I was somehow selected by the airplane for an upgrade flying to Bangkok which even elevate all of my experiences above. A great layover program definitely recommended!!!"
Ulemper: "Flight attendants in the economy class could be more attentive and walk around more frequently to check up passengers needs and passing out waters. Need more care to the food sanitation especially open water because I had later diarrhea after drinking it. Could be more organized for lining up different seating zones onto the flight, also seat arrangement is a bit off because bothe times I was asked to switch seats for couples and families w kids."

Ulemper: "The flight did not take off on time, either from NYC to Abu Dhabi or Abu Dhabi to Islamabad. From Abu Dhabi to Islamabad, it was almost an hour late."

Ulemper: "Etihad no longer providing pajamas to change into for long haul flights when you'll inevitably be sleeping. There's no bedding provided to make the hard seats more comfortable for sleeping. Need more storage for personal items."
Ulemper: "Staff saw us a burden. They need to accommodate the needs of family with children who might need food at odd times."

Ulemper: "They wouldn't print my boarding pass in time for me to make it back. The transfer desk at Kuwait airport is inefficient and I missed my flight home. I could not get a flight home without buying another flight. They refused to put me on the next flight out without me purchasing it. I will never fly them again. Now they don't want to reimburse me for my flight I missed without an $800 penalty. Ridiculous!"

Ulemper: "TERRIBLE time management!! Missed the connecting flight by a few minutes and didn't get a connecting flight for 7 hours thereafter! There was absolutely time for us customers (who landed just 20 min later than expected) to make the connecting flight but we were told it was "too late" to board the other plane. This is extremely inconvenient! I got back to SFO 14 hours after the expected time! WHY don't you guys manage your connections better?? I am never flying Etihad again!"

When coming to online checkin these guys had some server issues and I don't know how it's possible but some one was able to login to my checkin and ordered a wheelchair for me that was little embarrassing"

Fordele: "Perhaps since it is in the shadow of Emirates, Etihad has been neglected. It is a truly outstanding airline."

Ulemper: "Particularly on the flight from Abu Dahbi to Washington, D.C., attendants were rude with not only me, but other customers. They were short in their responses, forgot requests multiple times, and didn't make the little bit of extra effort to provide translators in Arabic, ensure an elderly lady next to me had the meal she needed, and secure the food options that we asked for. Our row was told us there were no more chicken meals for example, when we saw an attendant on the other side of the plane offer consistent chicken meals for multiple rows to come. They were just being lazy and didn't even want to ask."

Ulemper: "Major delay in boarding. Then we had to stop at Mumbai for hours. No clear explanation was made. They didn't provide us wifi, we couldn't reach our families to let them know."
Ulemper: "Coldest flight. Everyone was freezing. Whenever I asked a question, I felt the crew members didn't want to be there. My seat couldn't recline so I had to ask if I could move and the staff member seemed annoyed. Compared to other planes, there isn't enough room between seats."
