Fordele: "My flight was from Pakistan to new York. Pak to Istanbul was the worst experience. The bassinet seat was on my legs and my daughter was laying inclined. They increase the number of seat which impact uncomfortable leg stretch. But same airline will offer the wonderful plane from Istanbul to new York JFK. You know why???????? Because it's USA :D"

Ulemper: "This was one of the worst days of my life, health-wise, so it could be that my observation of the passage of time was somewhat distorted, but Turkish did everything either slowly, or more slowly on this day. First, name two things on a flight line that are wheeled, movable objects. Did you answer bus and plane? Well done. So if both bus AND plane are theoretically mobile, why then must I endure a long walk AND a long bus ride? Boarding was an hour-long event, probably due again to inefficient ground services. I fell asleep and woke up twice before it was over."

Ulemper: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."
Fordele: "The flight AMS to MEX was smooth, very helpful personnel on board, we enjoyed a bit more space and the seat seemed a bit more comfortable."
Ulemper: "Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Ulemper: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Sitting at the gate there was then suddenly a last call to board the flight and a mad rush for everyone to get on. I appreciate that delays happen but the lack of communication ragardinh altered boarding times didn't make the situation any easier"

Ulemper: "KLM's new configuration for this type of plane made the seats even narrower than before. While leg room was reasonable, the 3 abreast seating meant a lot of discomfort, especially in the row right in front of the restroom."

Comfort of seats, entertainment selection, water offerings, meal choices, over attitude and helpfulness of staff, across the board.
I paid for reserved seats with Lufthansa months before flying. Apparently no one relayed this to ticketing clerk as we were seated at the very back of the plane (row 46), next to restrooms and storage bins. Needless to say, we were unable to sleep for the entire overseas flight. We are returning October 11th via the same route and sincerely hope to have better accommodations.
The flight was cancelled. I asked Kayak for a refund by email. No answer.

The flight crew did a great job handling a volatile passenger.
The headrest was adjustable. There was meals and drinks at appropriate times and they tasted great. Blanket and pillow were provided.
The seats seemed much closer together on this plane. I felt much more cramped than other journeys in coach. Other passengers around me who are taller or bigger had even even more trouble.

Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Ulemper: "They told us there were no earbuds so recommended using our own. Our children had left theirs at home so they ran to get a $20 pair nearby. But the the plane DID have the buds; what we did not have were blankets — the crew said none were to be had."

Ulemper: "Flight was late causing me to miss flight to Chicago ORD. Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

Ulemper: "Due to the reason that the flight was overbookef LH asked us to drop off our hand luggages as well, however both were approved for the cabine. For this reason I had to buy padlocks. The problem was, that even if we were asked for favor we had to wait for baggage drop off at boarding for one hour."

Fordele: "The crew was extremely responsive, inviting, and constantly walking about the cabin to see if passengers needed juice or water. The boarding, for such a large flight, was pretty smooth."
Ulemper: "The small screens for entertainment need to be updated. It took mine a few minutes into the flight before I could access all of the entertainment options. Additionally, the touchscreen was very difficult to navigate, as it jumped between non-responsive and too sensitive throughout the flight. Furthermore, the headphone jack should be updated, so that passengers can use their own headphones without an adapter. The headphone audio setup at my seat did not work very well."

Ulemper: "Horrible experience. Stranded for 3 hours inside stationary flight, 4 hours in a long queue. Very very poorly managed. I slept on a chair in the cold weather. Atleast make arrangements for bad situations, apparently I was booked on another flight but they made me stand in a 4 hour long queue to find that out. Kiosk outside showed I was put in no flight. One of my worst experiences and rest assured if I’m given a chance I will never choose Lufthansa again."

Ulemper: "By the time my daughter got through security the gate had closed and her ticket didn't allow for any opportunity for her to get another flight. Would not book again using Lastminute.com, nor Lufthansa, as they provided a lack of service and no help for her to change her flight - even though the ticket was nearly €200 and she was clearly distressed and upset."
Fordele: "I loved that there were bathrooms downstairs so we didn't have to wait in the aisle. And there were enough bathrooms that the line moved quickly! They boarded families with young children first!"
Ulemper: "Could use better entertainment options. When the person in front of me reclined, there was very little room!"
Worst room in a 737 for a very long time. You should adjust the pitch. Old aircraft.

Great friendly crew on the flight. This was a Krakow>Budapest flight. Will review again after our Budapest>Chicago flight."

Ulemper: "They didn't start boarding until 5 minutes before take off and this was just onto the bus that would take us to the airplane. There was no communication why they were running so far behind. Once we landed in Warsaw, we sat on the plane for around 20 minutes waiting for them to bring the bus to pick us up and remove our luggage from underneath. I had a connecting flight I would have missed if it wasn't delayed. They also had the door open while waiting and the heat and humidity was pretty stifling with everyone already standing up waiting to disembark."
Fordele: "Movie selection was decent as well as the service - the crew was more or less nice and professional with me."
Ulemper: "The fact that we took off 1 hour late and no apologies have been given. No drink service ha been provided while everyone was just sitting there and waiting for takeoff. Normally the plane would catch up the 1 hr delay but not this time. We arrived 1 hour late."
Fordele: "Absolutely nothing about checking in process. It was a nightmare."
Ulemper: "Took 2+ hours of standing in a very long, confusing line to finally check in for the flight. LOT was clearly understaffed to check in passengers on a small Boeing 737 plane used for the flight. Line moved incredibly slowly, many of us were afraid that we were going to miss the flight.m, with no updates from LOT ground personnel. Flight's takeoff was eventually 1 hour 45 minutes late, so did LOT understaff the check-in process knowing that the plane's departure was going to be late? I paid a premium to fly LOT and assumed that would avoid the consistently terrible Easyjet/Ryan Air check-in and boarding process. No such luck. It was a truly horrible. Next time I'll just fly Easyjet or Ryan Air. At least. I'll know whatï to expect evo, s"

Ulemper: "For three of us we had only one bag to check. They charged us 70 euro for that bag. All their flights were 30-60 minute late."
Fordele: "Relatively new aircraft with not-bad room between the rows. Water, coffee and tea offered gratis, otherwise pay for snacks, but prices not bad. Good flight for a budget airline. Twi toilets for a full plane a bit ridiculous, but the flight was only 2 1/2 hours, so no big lines."

Ulemper: "Ungodly early start from Cracow then 4 hours layover in Warsaw with absolutely nothing to do. UGH. Food and entertainment is nonexistant on LOT European flights. Onetime snack and basic drink service (no apple or orange juices). Oh, and use of propeller airplanes should be forbidden on commercial flights. We are in jet era, aren't we???"

Ulemper: "Both planes were late taking off. My wife and I both checked our backpacks, her's made it, mine did not. If my bag comes in they will not deliver it unless someone is there to sign for it. That doesn't work well as we are on vacation and have plans/appointments to be out all day. I'm not sure if I'll ever see my bag again. Avoid this airline if possible. Also boarding is odd as you have to take a bus to the plane, which is slow, extremely crowded, and inefficient."

Ulemper: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."

Ulemper: "To find a way to enforce people to only put their baggage in the compartments above their own seats. If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats..."
Fordele: "Clean aircraft with good on board staff. Flight departed on time and arrived early. Overall they are good value for a low cost carrier."
Ulemper: "Wizz are a bit disorganised at bag check in, disorganised with overhead storage. Don't like the random seat assignment used if you don't want to pay the high price for assigned seats."

Ulemper: "I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment."
Ulemper: "Unconfortable sears. The seats cannot be moved back. The table is too high. I have traveled a lot but never seen tables at this height (above the chest). No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices."

Ulemper: "There was a mix up and the Wizz Air website did not work. Therefore, I couldn't check in a get my seats booked. I also could not prepay for my luggage so they overcharged me at the airport and had an attitude about it. My luggage was given three different prices quotes. I am very upset their website didn't work and they ripped me off at the airport."
Fordele: "Wizz air has great deals and you will get to your destination which is a effective way to travel. Unfortunately the seats are not always comfortable and everything else costs extras for food, seat choice, bags, water, drinks, or anything else you’d desire during flight."

No customer service at the airport to hidden fees to airport 3rd party contractors who don't care at checkin Do yourself a favor just book a major carrier of your choice instead of saving 100& on weak I mean wizz Airlines. It will make Budapest a more enjoyable time before you touchdown."

Ulemper: "I didn't receive my online check in details so I couldn't check in. I was abroad so chasing up details I should have been provided with / were never told that I should have, were not on the top of my to do list. I only found out that I had to check in online and that I hadn't been provided with these details when I arrived at the airport. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the problem was rectified and I was given my online check in details but it was now top late to check in online (by 5 minutes ). The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."

Ulemper: "The boarding was announced 30 minutes before the beginning of the procedure. All the passengers were standing in the queue, without any possibilities to sit down. At Luton there is no connection among the announcements and the actual status of the boarding of a particular plane."

Ulemper: "Needed to pay 50 euros for luggage. Beware that unless you have a kids suitcase you will need to pay for luggage. Also, when boarding the hostess was pushing me to show my boarding pass- it took 30 seconds but she was already trying to push me to the side and let others board. Patience and understanding would have been nice. Seats are the smallest of all the regional carriers - not my first airline choice to travel for next time."
Fordele: "I like the bubbly upbeat attitude of the flight attendants interacting excellently in English and other languages and also how they dealt with an angry passenger."

Ulemper: "i was surprised by the high extra charge we have been requested to pay for the suitcases. Wizz attracts clients by offering low prices. while in fact the price is much higher than with other companies. price paid for the suitcases, 235 eur, is an additional ticket. unbleivable. and no one tells us that the extra fees might be as high as the ticket itself. personnaly, in future, i shall avoid flying with wizz and i shall never recommend this company to anybody!"
Fordele: "There really isn't a lot to like except the base ticket fare."
Ulemper: "They ticketing agent lost my luggage, after misreading the "package" I had to purchase just to check a bag. They had a push cart in which they sold perfumes and cosmetics. They charged for everything, including coffee and water."
