Ulemper: "I did a web checkin for my flight number QR501 Hyderabad to Doha inspire of doing a web checkin I had to wait for 2 hours to get a boarding pass. Reason: There are two queues 1 For people who did a web checkin 2 people who didn’t do a web checkin The Qatar staff at Hyderabad experienced a technical glitch because their only system failed and there was no backup option. There was no apology from any of the staff. No one values the time of the people who chose Qatar making it a very bad experience overall"

Ulemper: "Had to claim bags at Doha and go through multiple security screenings to board connecting flight. At one point all the security was not functioning and we were packed up in lines. Barely had time to stop at the restroom before final security check where it was all so disorganized. After that check we were told that if we left we had to go through security again. Would have been nice to know that upfront. It was a madhouse going through that final security check and my husband's wallet was lost for a bit. No one really tried to help and we were told to move aside. Finally someone saw that it had fallen beside one of the counters. It was all horrible. Because of all this our 5 hour layover was a hassle with no time for food, etc. The whole airport experience was confusing and badly handled."
Fordele: "The food on foreign airlines is so much better than on american airlines (they even offer something in economy class on short local flights)."
Ulemper: "The seat spacing on the 70-minute flisght was a little cramped - it would be even worse for a taller person than I (at 5'10")."
Fordele: "Overall it was a nice flight however some areas need some attention. Boarding gates were very crowded and there was no crowd management in the small area. Secondly, the food was not at all upto the mark. If you are serving sandwich atleast make it flavorful or just serve drinks on this short flight with nuts/biscuits/chocolate."

Ulemper: "Boarding was horrible with those disorganized people that keeps telling you please sit while waiting for the gate to open AND THERE IS NO SEAT (in front of the gate) SO THEY ASK YOU TO SIT WHAILE THE NEAREST SEAT THAT AVAILABLE ARE TO FAR AND THEY ARE ALL OCCUPIED."

Fordele: "Qatar Airways was very cooperative and kind enough to switch my flight 4 hours earlier with alternative flight free when I asked them to change it if that possible. They did so with kind and smile within 10 minutes while it was very difficult due to boarding time and luggage switching Boarding was okay Crew also was kind, responsive, Food was great Entertsinment was the issue due to airplane size and airplane facilities like Internet and entertainment tv screen was not in your seat Thank you so much Qatar Airways"

Ulemper: "It took over an hour for Business class bags to come out. Not sure why I paid for business class if they don't know to offload them first in Dubai. Really ruined the first experience with Turkish Air."
Ulemper: "Very poor boarding conditions. The board only said "proceed to gate". Once at the gate, there was not one single boarding announcement. People next to the representatives started to get up and everyone else followed."
Fordele: "Turkish Airlines er normalt, som samlet pakke min favorit, men når indtjekning vælger at sætte 2 voksne mænd på sæder ved nødudgangen der kun er ca. 75% i størrelse af normle (små) sæder, så er 3½ time til Istanbul en lang sammenklemt oplevelse."

Ulemper: "Turkish airways is becoming delaying flights without any justification, that makes that every flight connection That I tried to make the laat two trips were lost , nobody tell you , unfortunately the poor client oriented services do not provide other alternatives, you as a passenger must be advising them how to solve your issues. Shame that they are loosing passengers based in their total lack of support"
Ulemper: "They forced me to check my cabin bag. It met their dimension requirements but said weighed too much (what does that have to do with space in cabin). They they lost the bag so I'm on vacation with no clothes."
Ulemper: "Our flight from Kathmandu was delayed so we missed our connecting flight to Vienna. We don't know why it took so long to organize the hotel. Turkish Airlines was ready with new boarding passes but we waited two hours at the hotel desk to get a bus to the hotel where we again had to wait till they gave each passenger a room. If they organized the boarding passes ahead of time, why not the hotel? So we were quite exhausted. The plane was again delayed leaving Istanbul. Movies on flight not what they used to be."

Ulemper: "I was penalized because of a political issue between USA and Turkey. I couldn't get the visa to travel there, and despite that I couldn't get a refund. I am 1k with united air, and will never include THY in my plans."

Ulemper: "My screen didnt work. They reset it a few times, then it began working.. after a while i started playing a game and the screen got stuck! There was no one in the seat next to me so i thought I'd use that screen.. but then that one got stuck too. Remained stuck for the rest of the flight... The USB cable for charging didnt work. And entertainment options were very limited too."

Ulemper: "our luggages were left in instanbul so when we arrived in kenya we waited for long before being told our bags were left in instanbul,were had to come next day to collect,stressful experience because we were staying like 80 miles away"

Fordele: "The flight was quite comfortable. We lucked out with only a partially filled flight leaving extra space to sleep. Service was friendly and the food was excellent! I was fed twice on my 9hour flight and once on my 4hour flight. Great in flight entertainment."

Ulemper: "Long boarding time from Amsterdam to Istanbul. No explanation of delay and THY wants you to wait miserably on gate. On Schipol airport there is screens everywhere and they do not bother to update the status of boarding. Instead, they behave like everything is normal you are the person making the problem."

Turkish airlines changes 6 hour transit time we purchased to more than 24 hours transit time and they refuse to help us when we try to change the flight to other day. Because of that we are forced to stay in terminal for morethan a day with out any hotel arrangment. I wouldn't recommend their service to any one. So sad"

Ulemper: "This was one of the worst days of my life, health-wise, so it could be that my observation of the passage of time was somewhat distorted, but Turkish did everything either slowly, or more slowly on this day. First, name two things on a flight line that are wheeled, movable objects. Did you answer bus and plane? Well done. So if both bus AND plane are theoretically mobile, why then must I endure a long walk AND a long bus ride? Boarding was an hour-long event, probably due again to inefficient ground services. I fell asleep and woke up twice before it was over."

Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Fordele: "The flight was only about 1 hour. Everything ran smoothly once we took off. The crew was very good, providing gate information for connecting passengers."
Ulemper: "It would have been better if we had departed on time. I don't remember why there was a late departure but it made it difficult for some passengers to make their connecting flight. My husband and I hurried to the gate for our flight to Washington, DC but that flight left late, too."

Ulemper: "The airport pretty much shut down for awhile so some flights were canceled. Due to the number of people attempting to check in and go through security, I missed my plane and was rebooked in an economy seat. These glitches occur but one would expect Lufthansa to have had a plan to deliver clear directions."

Ulemper: "The food was not good at all. The economy seats are uncomfortable and you should be able to walk around the plane, especially on a 9 plus hour flight."
Ulemper: "Flight was late causing me to miss flight to Chicago ORD. Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

Fordele: "That was the most comfortable flight I have ever had. Famous German standards of excellence. Everything was just as it's supposed to be. Punctuality, politeness, order - just perfection. Thank you for such a great treatment!"

Ulemper: "We had to land in Bari, due to weather, and the airline initially wanted to take us back to Munich for the night and return to Naples in the morning. They ultimately opted to drive us down to Naples but didn’t arrive at that decision until we’d been on the ground for quite a while."

Ulemper: "Tiny space for 8 hour flight. Men not sharing arm rests or leg room. Really really uncomfortable."
Ulemper: "Horrible experience. Stranded for 3 hours inside stationary flight, 4 hours in a long queue. Very very poorly managed. I slept on a chair in the cold weather. Atleast make arrangements for bad situations, apparently I was booked on another flight but they made me stand in a 4 hour long queue to find that out. Kiosk outside showed I was put in no flight. One of my worst experiences and rest assured if I’m given a chance I will never choose Lufthansa again."

Ulemper: "Took off almost an hour late. Flight personnel repeatedly skipped me for drinks, meals, etc. on plane for nearly 8 hours without a drop of water."

Ulemper: "They ran out of food- I didn’t have dinner on that flight. We were almost 2 hours late to Dubai. I was irritated to say the least."

Fordele: "This is about kayak. There's no relationship b/w kayak and lufthansa. Booked my flight through kayak going was okay but returning back was messed up. Kayak booked it in such a way that my schedule was from lagos to Frankfurt to Zurich to toronto without considering the fact that I needed a transit visa which I was not aware of as no one to advise me ahead of time . I ended up paying additional $750 CAD just to change my itinary. This was a very sad experience will never use kayak or recommend to others. My booking number is T28V67. They should have customer service agents to advise people."
Ulemper: "Kayak did not provide useful information regarding my flight and does not have contact centre like call center where customers can reach an agent for further assistance. When I contacted lufthansa was asked to contact kayak but no number for kayak"
Ulemper: "Plane delayed. Then when on board, pilot apologized due to the very warm cabin as "the auxilariary power unit isn't working." Then long delay because the baggage ground crew messed up and again according to the pilot "we apologize for the ground crew's failure to do their job properly and some baggage wasn't loaded properly." Once we landed we had like 20 minutes to go through security AGAIN and nearly missed the final flight to our Seattle destination. No mention of local time upon landing, no one at gate to direct lots of people rushing for connections."

Ulemper: "Our two hour connection in Paris became 30 minutes because Air France was late in leaving Washington. So our luggage didn't make to to KLM to Amsterdam. My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"
Fordele: "Decent meal (warm Pasta all'arrabbiata), nice little muffin for dessert and standard drinks (coffee & tea were a bonus, as they didn't serve any on a similar flight, from Barcelona to Amsterdam), friendly cabin crew."
Ulemper: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."
Fordele: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Ulemper: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."
Ulemper: "The cabin crew was racist! She asked me to move from a seat because she wanted another guy ( obviously from her country ) to take it! Rude and racist."

No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Sitting at the gate there was then suddenly a last call to board the flight and a mad rush for everyone to get on. I appreciate that delays happen but the lack of communication ragardinh altered boarding times didn't make the situation any easier"

Ulemper: "No leg room at all, cant believe those seats met legal standard. The plane smelled, boarding was a nightmare because too many people had big bags. An announcement had been madd that vags would be collected, but obviously were not."

Ulemper: "Air France is not a low fare airlines, I had to pay 225 USD against 3 luggages which is not acceptable. We should have the right for one luggage per ticket as all other airlines. If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France"

Ulemper: "Didn’t have the meal I ordered Got in 30 min early but no gate for us. We waited over 80min on tarmac to deplane I paid extra for an exit seat but there was no indication when I did that there would be walls for armrests and that made it very uncomfortable for me"

Fordele: "We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!"
Fordele: "The entertainment screen was a small 4" screen. The movie selection was outdated. The screen in my seat did not work. Flight attendant said she would "call to have it reset" but it never worked. Fortunately, there was an adjacent empty seat that I moved to on my own initiative and without the flight attendant offering a seat change."
Fordele: "The airplane was modern, and the crew very good. Nice, service oriented and in general trying to make the flight experience as good as possible."
Ulemper: "The flight was very late. I lost my connection. My bag was lost and unable to recover it so far (after more than 24 hours). About to initiate the next leg of the trip with no clothes or any idea if my luggage will be recovered."

Ulemper: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."
