Ulemper: "Before my flight I choosed my seat online and it was aisle seat. But when I checked in at airport they changed my seat to middle seat. I am not sure why there is a option to choose my seat if they are not going to honor it. Also seats were very little and there is not much room. I am only 5.4 and 140 pound. So not sure how big people can handle seating there for 10 hours."

Ulemper: "I usually prefer Turkish Airlines and always seek to take it in most of my travels. This time the service was not as I have been used to . Too many people were changing seats with permission from the air hostesses . The air hostesses missed me 3 times for food and beverage . They passed right by me . They weren't organized at all. I had to call them to remind them to give me some food and drink. Plus when boarding they only announced it in Turkish and not English"

Ulemper: "This was one of the worst days of my life, health-wise, so it could be that my observation of the passage of time was somewhat distorted, but Turkish did everything either slowly, or more slowly on this day. First, name two things on a flight line that are wheeled, movable objects. Did you answer bus and plane? Well done. So if both bus AND plane are theoretically mobile, why then must I endure a long walk AND a long bus ride? Boarding was an hour-long event, probably due again to inefficient ground services. I fell asleep and woke up twice before it was over."

Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Fordele: "The crew were very professional. There was a very difficult passenger who was very rude to the stewards and I thought they coped really well. I was sorry to see them treated in this way."

I find the seat average in comfort for premium economy. If only the seat would move forward, I keep sliding off it. Cathay Pacific has a much better seat."

Ulemper: "Flight from Heathrow to Frankfurt delayed, when we arrived we had no chance of making our connecting flight to Split yet no one told us. No one at the gate which didn’t say final call (or on any of the boards) or anyone calling us over the tannoy at any point. Super rude “flight manager” A. Turini burst out laughing when we told him our situation and when I asked why he said “Well would it make you happier if I cry instead?” So unprofessional."

Fordele: "I flew in the A380 bulkhead at row 50 from Munich to Hong Kong. Have flown premium economy with Lufthansa before, it was no different from before. The service is efficient. Entertainment was fine and had an interesting selection in their world cinema section."
Ulemper: "A pretty standard experience and nothing which makes you feel special. Other airlines might offer an upgraded meal in premium economy or a special cocktail, but not on Lufthansa."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed. There was a terrible backlog in Security at Frankfurt Airport. This is not Lufthansa's fault but considering how important Frankfurt is, you would think the airlines would say something. The flight was late. There were no proper queues for boarding. Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."

Ulemper: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."

Fordele: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Ulemper: "About 1h30min delay without an explanation. All other planes in the terminal seemed to take off on time without a problem, without exception (aside from this flight, of course)."

Ulemper: "Exceptionally unhelpful customer service when asking about extra kilos/bags. Just quoted the online info back at us. We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

Ulemper: "The plane was dirty, all seats did not have pillows and blankets. Seating was not very comfortable, particularly as there was a box attached to one of the legs of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to move my legs to an uncomfortable angle."

Ulemper: "Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line."

I thought I had seen someone in civilian clothes setting in a area right behind the pilots chair. They did return to cockpit area near end of flight"

Fordele: "The crew was efficient and friendly. The plane took off on time and landed on time."
Ulemper: "Boarding was slow and tedious. People still crowd around the boarding area despite there being row for the zones. Why they don't board from back to front is beyond me. The food was mediocre at best."

Fordele: "Very nice crew. Nice meal service and drink service throughout. Great choice of entertainment."

Ulemper: "Boarding at CDG was awfully slow"

Ulemper: "Air conditioning too cold. Wasn't offered an evening meal. My luggage went missing and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered."

Ulemper: "make passengers from Nigeria to feel respected and important. Imagine no entertainment in the aircraft in addition to a very poor food."

Ulemper: "I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre."

Ulemper: "There was no entertainment and there was a lot of annoyed passengers and flight attendants"

Ulemper: "My entertainment device did not work the entire flight."

Fordele: "FA kept bumping into my seat waking me up"

Ulemper: "Everything was incredibly poor. Flight was delayed, entertainment was outdated and the airport staff were rude."

Fordele: "The CDG airport is very bad in terms of finding your connections, the flight to CDG from LAX had a very old entertainment system and was hard to use."

Ulemper: "The food was awful and the option I wanted had run out. The entertainment was faulty and had to be reset several times. The comfort was below standard and needs to be improved."

Fordele: "The Dubai Red-Eye. Crew always ready with more fluids through the flight.... only proviso... being able to walk disembarking....."

Ulemper: "Flight was cancelled after boarding us and letting us sit on the plane on the rollway for 2 hours."

Ulemper: "1,5 hr delay. No effort from the cabin crew to compensate for delay. Just stuck in our seats for 1 hr waiting for the airline to be cleared for take off. Would have been nice with a hot towel for face and hands after a long semi-night flight (10hrs). Extremely cold. Everyone was freezing and coughing due to very, very cold cabin air. Very old entertainment system. Grainy blurry screens. No charging of devices via usb. The control was fixed to armrest and was accidentally pressed al the time while resting and arm on the armrest. Remote gate in LHR."

Ulemper: "No free non-alcoholic drinks. Everything at a fee. Remote gate in LHR."

Fordele: "Was a new aircraft, very clean. M&S food is good (though extra of course)"
Ulemper: "The new seats are now no different to a no-fills airline, seriously BA, no seat recline option?! 3 times price of Easyjet yet no difference in comfort. No Map display of progress. Shall we call you Beasy jet now then?"

Fordele: "Fast service. No delays. Free baggage check in"
Ulemper: "Not so much as a free water let alone tea or coffee"

Fordele: "First bed and bedding Food was nice Drinks are great - both choice and quality"
Ulemper: "Lighting in the cabin No dedicated channel to board and to go through immigration on arrival"

Fordele: "Cabin crew was nice and accommodating for passengers"
Ulemper: "Lack of leg room"

Fordele: "It got me to my destination safely."
Ulemper: "Everything- BA’s relentless push downmarket means it’s justbtoo awful for words. Ryanair with better livery but more expensive."

Fordele: "Plenty food. Very well looked after by the crew. Lots of good movies."
Ulemper: "Some of the screens had a scratches on them."

Fordele: "Check in staff and Crew are brilliant. Always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Some aircraft are a little ‘tired’ and a few things don’t quite work as they should. For example my wife’s headphone socket was broken, and therefore no in flight entertainment. But we managed. It was reported to the crew and they immediately set about recording it for attention at next maintenance and changed our seats, so no complaints there. A few of the entertainment screens are scratched, and the controls faulty. But still usable with a little perseverance."
Ulemper: "Seat row spacing too close. There is little point of a reclining seat because using it greatly inconveniences the passenger behind."

Fordele: "Much quieter than Heathrow so a more relaxed environment to travel. Flight left slightly late but made up time and landed ahead of schedule."
Ulemper: "Having to pay for a cup of tea. No issue with BA charging for alcolhol in a 1 hour flight but still think drinks like tea/coffee should be provided free."

Ulemper: "5h before take off, it was impossible to have 2 seats next to another!!! we were even on different floors in the plane! the employees at the counter and then in the Heathrow airport were not able to join. on mentioned that the plane had been overbooked. I thought these practices had stopped. only the employee at the gate managed to move us to be at least on the same floor of the plane. very disappointed."

Ulemper: "Uncomfortable seats"

Ulemper: "Buy on board menu poor Both sandwiches contained cheese Of the meat dishes all except one containing pork No indication of halal dishes Also several nut dishes The of the four confectionary offerings, three contained chocolate"

Fordele: "All pretty good."
Ulemper: "I received an email before the flight telling me as the flight would be operated by another carrier there would be free refreshments - but it wasn't and there weren't. Rather odd."

Fordele: "The staff were wonderful within my two boys aged 6 and 7. There was really good room and the entertainment of Paddington 2 and then comedy shows was a great balance. Really enjoyed it."
Ulemper: "Only down side was the food, had to pay, quite expensive and didn’t really get ‘a meal’ as such."

Ulemper: "The type of the people flew with me -loud and misbehaving. Crew couldn't do anything."

Fordele: "The crew were amazing, friendly, attentive and quick at everything they did"
Ulemper: "The entertainment screens were a little old and battered - scratched and all, which meant a reduced viewing experience"

Fordele: "Great crew members and boarding was immaculate."
Ulemper: "Good flight, however I could see that not only my children were bored after an hour into the flight. Entertainment would be beneficial for BA to introduce asap."

Fordele: "Good flight no complaints"

Fordele: "Flight was safe and not cancelled."
Ulemper: "BA needs to adopt the Ryanair policy of limiting the number of carry-on bags allowed on board. BA needs to work better on cabin maintenance. Some reading lights did not work. Ryanair cabin crew are nowadays polite and cheerful. BA crew seem stressed depressed and defensive."

Fordele: "On time, spacious plane."
Ulemper: "No service until 20 minutes before landing (over 2 hours into flight) by which time all sandwiches had run out. No time to drink coffee before landing!"

Fordele: "So the 777 WTP is definitely more comfortable than the 787. Much better than the Beijing leg outbound. Entertainment option also improved as outbound they hadn’t changed since August."
Ulemper: "Dining options in WTP poor with breakfast being a major fail. English was potatoes, spinach, beans and mushrooms. Alternative was the same but with a slice of tomato replacing the beans and spinach. Inedible."

Fordele: "Service and price"

Ulemper: "Lack of seinking water and no toilet in the world traveller plus cabin - curtains divided off the area blocking access to any toilets!"

Ulemper: "I think it's a real shame that BA have gone budget and no longer offer complimentary food on their shorter haul flights. At least they're using M&S though."

Fordele: "Punctual on time"
Ulemper: "A measly bar for breakfast, even Michael O Leary would laugh at that."
