Før passagerer rejser, skal de i god tid i forvejen foretage deres rejsearrangementer til transit gennem Canada, foretage flyvninger og forbindelser så direkte som muligt for at begrænse deres kontakt i Canada. Flere indenrigsforbindelser kan ikke anses for hensigtsmæssige, de skal foretage forbindelser, der er så korte som muligt. Hvis deres forbindelsesflyvning er mere end 24 timer fra hinanden, skal de i karantæne (selvisolation) indtil deres næste flyvning. I ended up missing my connection to Antayla because the customs line was too long, so I was re-booked for a later flight departing 7+ hours later. Ulemper: "I had a 14 hour layover in istanbul airport. Arrived at midnight and flight wasn’t until 2 pm the next day. I just assumed that they would give me a hotel. Come to find out thats wasnt the case when I landed. Given all kinds of reasons/excuses. The guy at the transfer desk told me”you should have known that your layover was this long since you booked it”. Will have second thoughts about flying Turkish again. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Might stick with Emirates or Qatar."

Ulemper: "I booked a place in advance, but the place was changed because I did not check in 24 hours before the flight. And I got a place near the restroom. It was terrible!!!! it was impossible to sleep and eat normally. And the smell of the restroom all the way. Very upset."

Boarding was through buses which was inefficient and messy. My trip was 11 hours of flying time. Economy seating is super tight and legroom awful. For long haul flights they must be more generous in terms of seat size and legroom."

Ulemper: "I was traveling with a group and wasn't able to be seated with my group for any of my flights including a 12 hour transatlantic flight. For whatever reason, I couldn't actually check in for my flight and select seats prior to arriving at the airport. This happened with each ticket I purchased through every other agency except for orbitz.com. Not sure if that was a Turkish Airlines issue or a kayak.com issue, but it was very frustrating. When we arrived at the airport, we could no longer be seated together because everyone else had already checked in online and selected their seats for an overbooked flight. One of my group members was issued a standby ticket and almost didn't get on one of the flights that we paid a lot of money for. I would call this travel experience subpar, but I don't entirely blame Turkish Airlines for this."

Ulemper: "I was first seated next to the two largest people on the plane, a couple. There was hardly room for me in the seat. I had the aisle seat. I asked the flight attendant if I could be reseated and she said the plane was full and there were no open seats. She eventually found me a middle seat in the back of the plane, which was so cramped I could harpy move. For a 10 hours flight, not good. I have gold status on Star Alliance, which got me an upgrade from Bishkek to Istanbul, but didn't help on this flight."

Ulemper: "We were forced to go through numerous security checks. The last check was at the gate and our carry-ons were searched yet again and our laptops, cameras and iPads were taken. Apparently we cannot bring these items on the plane and no one told us, the customers who paid to board this flight. Plus the wifi was not free. And when we tried to use the wifi code we were given from the crew as a "perk" from our camera Ana iPads being taken, that still did not work. So that was a 13 hr flight with no wifi. Plus on my flight from Istanbul to Atlanta my Tv did not work and the crew didn't speak English and could not understand my complaint. Overall the worst flight ever, close to a Delta flight which everyone knows is the bottom of the barrel of airlines. When we finally arrived in Atlanta it took 3 HOURS to get our baggage. We landed at 7:45 PM and did not get our bags until 11 pm. We were not told what the delay was and to just be patient. I will a NEVER take this airline agin."

Ulemper: "Turkish airlines do not care at all about passengers from other countries (other that western Europe and USA) - my flight was cancelled but the airline reps did not bother to tell 150 plus passengers until the end... passengers got angry and one rep took us to the hotel desk, confusing with boarding passes and passport control on the way - forcing us to waster 3-4 hours; we were provided hotel accomodation at midnight (flight was supposed to take off at 9 pm - maybe they were avoiding to spend on out meals???"

Fordele: "Crew was amazing , one patient was getting sick while flight and always to flight stewards where always outside bathroom to help her. And crew was still able to service whole plane of 200 passengers."
Ulemper: "My screen seat miniature work but headphone jack was messed up tried two cords and not working so could see movie could not hear so for 5hrs that’s what I did which made me focus more on comfort. Plane interior was or looked brand new."

Ulemper: "After boarding everyone they made us wait for another plane to arrive to take passengers on our flight to Syracuse since we had many empty seats. The wait was way too long and completely unnecessary. Not only did they keep everyone on the plane for a long time but they made us very late."

Ulemper: "Flight was cancelled. flight attendants were grumpy. One of the tightest seats I've flown in economy. No room in overheads so I had to stuff my winter coat between my legs with my backpack under the seat in front of me. Was basically wedged into the seat with my stuff."

Ulemper: "It took over 20 minutes to check our bags. Given that we paid $150 to "upgrade" to Economy Comfort for a ONE HOUR flight, it would have been nice if DAL enabled us to check in with Sky Priority."

Ulemper: "The flight left three hours late while the crew was waiting for an oxygen tank to arrive. We were boarded onto the plane after it was nearly an hour and a half late, then waited in out cramped seats for another hour and a half as we continued to wait for the same piece of equipment. At one point a Delta employee announced over the plane's PA system that we'd be getting vouchers to compensate us for this absurd delay, but there was no explanation of how to claim those vouchers."
Ulemper: "I was seated in first class, and due to some catering mix-up, no meal was served. I was given a banana and crackers which was very disappointing since I hadn't eaten in 8 hours and was starving. No on board entertainment whatsoever."

Ulemper: "Very uncomfortable seats Oddly shaped overhead bins, unable to put standard sized bags overhead, meanwhile they fit in planes of other major airline companies such as American Airlines. No food options, only sweet biscuit which contains soy and milk."
Ulemper: "The flight was delay for 3 hours and they only give us chips and water. They didn't explain well what was the problem. The plane was dirty inside and the seats werent comfortable at all, the plane was making weird noises. There is no window in the 11A Window Seat. Really really bad service at all."

Ulemper: "I had a flight from Detroit to Montreal. Tried to check in and DTW was not a choice on the westjet website and so I physically could not check in. I realized the flight was technically operated not by WestJet, but Gojet. Went to Gojet's website and was told that Delta took care of all of their ticketing and such. Went to Delta's website, entered my ticket number and card number but I was not in the system as I was given all WestJet info (not Delta's). Luckily the baggage check in people figured it all out."

Ulemper: "The fact is that it is illegal to pack Sardines at compact as you are packing us on your aluminum cans."

Ulemper: "They delayed the takeoff because of catering, really over a half hour because you wanted to sell more sandwiches. So you make us late and the poor people who had connecting flight, it just does not make sense."
Ulemper: "I could not check in on the kiosk and I had to go to two agents before they could find my reservation. The lines were extremely long and the customer service was poor."

Fordele: "It was a pleasant enough trip. Friendly crew, surprisingly decent food for a flight, and some decent entertainment available, though admittedly my headphones broke within a couple of hours for some reason, but by then I was nearly asleep anyway."
Ulemper: "It wasn't very comfortable and I had basically no leg room, but then, I sat in economy, so I can't be too surprised by that. Otherwise it was a good flight."

They will not refund my money at the airport and now I need to go through their home office for a refund. It was bad enough not having any extra leg room on a red eye when you are over 6 feet tall but now I have to jump through hoops to get my money back."

Ulemper: "My only dislike was that we left 45 minutes late. Maybe it was not a good situation for some passengers who had to connect immediately, but I still made it in time for my connecting flight."
Ulemper: "The entertainment kept shutting off, and the crew had to reset it about 5 times. They were very apologetic, and kept trying until finally getting it fixed."

Ulemper: "My family's seats were separated by several rows. The airport gate was not manned until several minutes before boarding time. We had to ride a bus to board the plane. There was an extra passport check. The plane had a very old and outdated entertainment system."
Fordele: "Finnair lost my luggage on my way to Sweden. However, they upgraded my seat to Business class during my flight home from Helsinki. It was great!"
Fordele: "They gave us a warm cloth to wash our hands and face at the beginning of the flight. There was a bottle of water there too. We were constantly offered various drinks, especially water. The staff was extremely friendly and each of the flight attendants spoke about 4 languages."

Fordele: "This flight was co-shared by British airways. After our horrible flight from San Diego to London, we decided to upgrade our returning flight from London to San Diego to a economy plus premier. This time the plane seems newer and recently refurbished. The seat can recline more, with lump bar support and nice foot/leg rest. It has a bit more legroom. The cabin is nice and new with large view touchscreen TV for each seat. Gluten free meal was good, I'm just glad they finally boarded the plane with my GF meal (after repeated unsuccessful attempts). The service was great, our BA attendants were polite and attentive."

Thankfully Im small but the man sitting next to me was rather tall and had to turn into a human pretzel to fit in that seat and space allotted."

Ulemper: "I regularly fly between Chicago and London and dread having to get on AA90. The planes are ridiculously old with barely any legroom and no seat-back entertainment. On this occasion, my friend sitting next to me, who is 5'10" had his knees right up against the seat in front. When the passengers in front reclined it was almost impossible to get comfortable. There is no seat-back entertainment. For some this may not be a big deal, what with iPads and other devices, but it speaks to AA's failure to consider it's customers comfort and ease on long-haul flights."
Ulemper: "no food on the first flight no private tv they tell you can have wi fi entertainment but you have to pay for it the staff was rude tell also told me my cary on luggage could not be taken on board because there was no more space so i had to cary all my things for two flights but once i came in into the plane there was plenty of space. the seats had a very low head rest"
Ulemper: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."

Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing."

Fordele: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Ulemper: "Sitting in the middle two seats in the center of the 777 left me stuck for most of the flight. Got up only once. Wife's feet and ankles were swollen by the end of the flight. Not enough legroom to move much during the flight and not enough aisle space to get around with the plane so full. Have made flights twice as long on the 747 and were able to get up and walk."
Fordele: "I am a 70 year old woman with reduced mobility. The flight attendants made sure that I was given an aisle seat and they helped me find a seat with two empty ones next to me. The crew could not have been kinder."

Fordele: "The aircraft was big and clean, but the seats were not comfortable. No entertainment at all, not sure why it was list for review. My biggest problem was with their communicates. I booked this flight from Tel Aviv to London with 60min.layover in Warsaw, the schedule LOT offered. .The first leg to Warsaw was 30min. late without any announcement and no one mentioned about how it would affected connecting flights. So I asked the flight attendent before lading in Warsaw and she suggested to run throught the security. We thought we might have a chance as we were sitting close to the front rows. Nah, not so fast. It turned out that's not as rsimple as unning between the gates, everyone had to be shuttled to the main terminal and only the business class got a small van and went first, abd we were not allowed on that van even I told the guy we needed to catch the flight. Long story short, we finally made to the gate, Thanks to a LOT personnel pushed us to the front of security check and informed the gate we were coming. We literally RAN after the security to the gate. They reopened the gate to let us in and the aircraft pushed away right after we got on. The luggage, with that tight schedule, of course they would not be able to make the swich to London. So we had nothing except the cloth from Tel Aviv, its about 15C in tempture, we were freezing. Waiting for our luggage to be delivered to our hotel for warm clothes before we can go out"

The crew in the airport in Warsaw were very slow and unprofessional When I got back to chicago they had a delay 30 min as well. I had a very bad experience overall with Lot company I will never fly again with them"
