Ulemper: "Food service was poor; food trays were arranged in a sloppy way; in fact the tray that came to me was not clean at all. First meal service from Doha to Washington (IAD) took nearly 2.5 hours to reach my home after the service started. The male attendants were sloppy, not well organized. When asked why it takes so long, the answer I got: "We were not prepared to meet the customer's preferences." But that does not excuse the long delay in serving row 36."
Fordele: "I appreciated the friendly and always service minded staff. The plane was clean and I enjoyed good leg room. I was happy with the menus and the film selection was entertaining and current. All over a great experience and I would not hesitate to choose Qatar again."
Fordele: "I enjoyed my flight,it was a smooth trip from Doha to Manila, the Cabin Crew received adequate training on taking care of people, as a professional nurse who is use to taking care of others ,I see someone else looking after me and I really appreciate their efforts. Shortly before we landed at Manila, we were informed that in order to meet international flight rules and regulations that insecticide will be sprayed we were advised to cover our nose,as a medical personnel I see it not good cos it can trigger an Asthmatic attack in a known asthmatic patient ,it was a lovely journey"

Have capacity to feed extra or not. Last minute upgrades can be both a revenue stream and another option to further satisfy some customers. Particularly older generations that can afford and would fund such a win win appealing."

Fordele: "Flight was without any hitches, could have done better with boarding after the previous mishap of a 5 hour delayed flight and being forced to stay in Doha for a night which put everyone's schedules off by a day. Still, I would book another flight with Qatar airways for their efforts and overall good service."
Ulemper: "It would have been nice if Qatar Airlines also provided Priority Boarding for everyone on the flight that got delayed as there was a long line just to get to the boarding area."

Ulemper: "The flight departure from Dar was moved up an hour and the congestion at the airport made it close. Also I need a name tag on a checked piece of luggage. When I asked, I was told that none were available. The check in person was not pleasant or helpful. I also had to watch to make sure that the luggage labels were attached to be sure that they would make it to Chicago. Once on the plane there was an unrudy boy sitting in front of us jumping in his seat, never wearing his seat belt kicking the seat, turning on the light beating on the tray table, calling the flight attendant. The adult ignored the child through the flight. It was one of the worse experiences I have had on a plane. I would have to think very hard before I fly Qatar again."

Ulemper: "I had booked the Amaya lounge for the 3,5 hours stop over. It cost $50+ and was so not worth it! Bad food and uncomfortable chairs plus it was really crowded! Next time I'll just go to a cafe! No seats at the gate when I got there. Slooow boarding!"

Ulemper: "The screen of my seat and my mom ( sitting next to me) and the lady near the window stopped working after launching and we had to stair in the dark for eleven hours the flight attendant tried but couldn't fix it. The seat itself was broken and I had to put the bottom Cushing back every time I stand up.the cue to the rest room ( one off them has a broken lock so you can't lock it ) was very long and I had to wait for 25 minutes tell I got in ( the first time I waited too long standing in an air plane )"

Fordele: "It was my first time traveling on business class and I had an amazing experience, friendly and helpful crew, they always made sure that I was doing fine and if I needed anything or any help. Healthy options on they food menu and delicious food and beverages. I am looking forward to traveling with Qatar airways again in the future."

Ulemper: "Arrival in Johannesburg was a nightmare due to queues at immigration - I nearly missed my connecting flight. This was not the fault of Quatar airlines but needs to be taken up with the authorities at OT Airport in Johannesburg"
Fordele: "The leg room was good especially for tall passengers. Food was fantastic. The interior lighting of the plane was amazing. The airport is probably one of the best i have seen that a 9-hour layover didn't feel as bad. Very clean and so many things to do."
Ulemper: "Airconditioning needs a bit of improvement. I had to remove my jacket. It had a point that i was sweating in the middle of the flight. Probably the warmest airplane ride i had."

Ulemper: "This is my first flight with Turkish Airlines. It is much better than every Europe Airline company. Until the Covid19 pandemic is over I will not fly to Europe with any European company. Turkish Airline are that good. On top of that you get to transport two big bags of luggage for free."

Ulemper: "- Media devices is obsolete with bad barely working touch screens, plus my screen holder was broken - not adjustable. - Old style two-pin audio connectors (making hard to connect your own headphones), it's good that I had an adapter. Though port was malfunctioning anyway and I had to readjust it once in a while or I could not hear anything. - Censored movies, with such censorship it is practically pointless to watch some movies. - Leg room is far from generous (economy class)."

Ulemper: "Flight from Copanhagen to Istanbul was delayed for an hour...computer malfunction was the reason. I was a little bit stressed because I had a connecting flight to Manila, was afraid i wouldn't make it. And also, no gate assignment yet for Istanbul to Manila. Since it was my first time to travel via Turkish Airline, not familiar with Istanbul airport."

Ulemper: "In Istanbul the line for boarding was badly mismanaged, something unusual for them."
Fordele: "Long time n not in time Food is not enough quality n quantity for health"
Ulemper: "Must change catering n in time , Staff working in the airport is not pro enough"
Ulemper: "They cancelled my returning flight WITHOUT me knowing and expecting me to pay for the penalty fee for misisng the first flight even tho I DID not cancel the returning flight which obviously I was gonna take. The staff was RUDE and INSENSITIVE. Qatar was better in overall customer service. Worst customer service from Turkish airline."
Fordele: "Turkish Airlines er normalt, som samlet pakke min favorit, men når indtjekning vælger at sætte 2 voksne mænd på sæder ved nødudgangen der kun er ca. 75% i størrelse af normle (små) sæder, så er 3½ time til Istanbul en lang sammenklemt oplevelse."

Fordele: "Food was too complicated and saucy. Simple dishes preferred. My fork had chunks of fried on food (was dirty) snd unusable. Interior of plane was tired."
Ulemper: "LOts of water available. I like the menu being given at beginning of flight as one could plan the hours."
Ulemper: "We had to spend the night in Istanbul and get only on the next flight the following morning. TK airport (ground) staff that talked to us was antipathetic and it took ages to get any service. Looks like they didn't care we about the delay, nor they were trying to help us. Just kept saying we need to wait."

Ulemper: "Our trip to Europe required three legs: Boston to Ljubljana, Slovenia; Slovenia to Barcelona; and Barcelona to Boston. Each leg required a plane change in Istanbul which added a lot of time to the trip and resulting jet lag. We knew this going in but were motivated by the very low fare. I don't think I'd do it again."

Ulemper: "The airplane was way to warm, for such a long flight it should've been a better temperature inside the plane, you dont want to get all sweaty and smelly while traveling!"

Fordele: "Flight attendant in my section seemed annoyed with everything the entire flight. My interactions with her were all fine, but I saw her get obviously frustrated with multiple customers that weren't doing anything out of the ordinary. The rest of the crew seemed pleasant. Seats were incredibly tight for a ten hour flight. Loved the movie/show selection and the food was on the better end of any airline food I've had."
Fordele: "The food and beverage selection, as well as the service in business class was excellent. Initially I dreaded the long layover of 8 hours. But I found the Turkish Airlines Business Lounge. It was so spectacular that I didn't want to leave it. I found a small movie theatre equipped with leather oversized recliners and slept. I was told that the 2 story lounge is 6000 square meters."
Ulemper: "The business class seating is old and not as comfortable as the newer herring bone configurations. Privacy could be improved."

Ulemper: "The seat spacing on that flight was some of the tightest I have ever seen - worse than even most of the short-haul (Embraer) flights i have been on - barely manageable for 3.5 hours. Flight attendants were borderline rude and bossy, but they had to be, because the passengers were loud and unruly."
Fordele: "All aspects of the flight were flawless. Lounge in IST is always a great addition."

Ulemper: "Their service on ground needs a lot of work. From luggage check in to attitude of the staff is horrible. Specially in Turkey the service is so frightening that you hope you have your luggage and no need to go to find help. If you need help you are on your own. No one will take responsibility and help you."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed for 1.5 hours from its scheduled departure time. Upon arrival to Boston airport, it took a long time to find gate and disembark. As a result, I missed my boat ride connection. I had to incur hotel fees and be late for my business appointment the next morning."

Fordele: "same as above, i love that i was able to check in online and choose my seat. I love the kit (toothbrush, socks) and the quality of the pouch - super love it! Pillow and blanket as well is still the same quality as before."

Ulemper: "The seat next to me had two kids sitting in it. The seats are only supposed to have one person per seat. So they we also halfway in my seat also."
Fordele: "There were great entertainment options, which is really important for such a long haul flight."
Ulemper: "They had assigned the same seat to me and somebody else, and the other person was already sitting in the seat when I got there. The only other available seat was in business class, and although the flight attendant later admitted I should have been given that business class seat, the other person successfully argued to take it. Staff are good though not as friendly as most Asian airlines."

Ulemper: "Didn't like any thing zero bad I wanna come back to the state! I'm was born in 1946 I couldn't stand on my feet any more!"
Fordele: "- Hospitable staff and crew - Despite their relative difficulty in communicating in English, they did their best to communicate and in the end we were able to understand each other - Very generous day tour in Istanbul in between layovers - Accommodating of my seating requests"
