The seats DO NOT fold flat in business. Not a good experience, do not recommend. Fly Singapore airlines if possible, Thai airways just doesn’t have it together- plus it’s relatively the same price with way better amenities and experience"
Ulemper: "The whole booking experience and long phone and frustrating. Long phone calls with not very knowledgeable/understanding staff for clearing payment with Momondo was a farce. Using a corporate credit card I have used for several years. I didn't get confirmation before I went to bed. Only next morning, when I woke up 5 am for getting my flight, I finally had the confirmation. Could never get it before I went to bed 1.30 but - but they could confirm the payment was done alright! Hurray! Never booking with Momondo/Kiwi again."

Ulemper: "Right from how rude the flight attendants are to how the ground staff can forget of something as basic as informing passengers that their flight has been delayed by 6 hours. Furthermore, the no one from the ground personnel to the flight crew have any answers to why passengers upon boarding their flight are kept waiting for an hour on the plane before actual take-off. While on flight, flight attendants initially refused to serve us food stating that we should've ordered in advance. This was NOT mentioned during booking & clearly stated that food would be served as complimentary as per any International flight. I've been flying international for the past 10 years & have never come across such an incompetent lot. This was our honeymoon trip to Thailand & we 'Thank' Thai Airways for ruining it. Will never ever make the mistake of flying with them. And will make sure our friends & family do the same."

Ulemper: "I waited in line for 90 minutes to check my bag. Pace of that line moved extremely slowly. I fly frequently. Other airlines are more efficient. Delay 45 Min. in taking off. Delay upon arrival as we waited for what must have been 30-45 min for a people transporter to take us to our gate. I was at the back of the plane and I swear it seemed like they only had one bus making the (long) journey back and forth. All told I arrived over two hours late to my destination for reasons that are likely poor business design. Not a great experience."
Fordele: "Our flight was as always with Thai Airways very good and comfortable. We probably booked our domestic flight a bit too close to the landing of the international flight, and unfortunately, the flight was 25 minutes delayed, but Thai helped us get off the plane as the first people and we made our domestic flight, with a few minutes to spare. Thanks for the help and we will make sure to have a little better time between our flights in the future."

Ulemper: "The seats (bottom) have become worn and caved in. And the head rests are as flat and hard as rocks. They need to be changed ."

Ulemper: "I was not told to put my seat belt on for landing... I was actually not aware of landing as I was asleep, but landing woke me up and it was a little concerning, as most crew's check seat belts on approach to landing."

Ulemper: "everything. forced me to move to a seat beside very near to the toilet just because they let a passenger sitting right in front of me stretch his leg and sleep well"
Ulemper: "The air in the cabin was too cold during the first hour of the flight. Obviously many passengers were not comfortable and asking for blankets. Later, the crew must had adjusted the temperature and it was basically steaming hot because the it was only hot air blowing out from centralized air system. I would say, very uncomfortable during the entire flight from Bangkok to Manila."

Meal no choice. Entertainment nonexistent. Airshow only. The seats look like a 70s Sci Fi B movie set. In recline I kept kicking the seat in front of me. This was all on a one hour and ten minute flight. I'll never fly them long haul."

Fordele: "Boarding was easy even though it started late, it was organized. Once I got on the plane I wasn't waiting a long time to get to my seat because they seated the people sitting in the back of the plane first. There is a huge selection of movies, tv shows, and music."
Ulemper: "They have 2 food options and they're just ok. There wasn't very many drink options either."
Fordele: "Everything on the plane was fine, and the service was great."
Ulemper: "Not being delayed on the first leg and missing my connecting flight to Denpasar would have been great."

Ulemper: "I was incorrectly charged credit card fees by BudgetAir as I paid via debit card and they never replied to my emails or answered the phone. This caused stress as my bank account went overdrawn. Cannot recommend BudgetAir at all. Appalling lack of customer service. Avoid like the plague!"

Ulemper: "The crew at the check in counter were generally helpful and courteous, however the staff on the flight we're often short or generally rude; thus continuing the airlines reputation for poor service. The food wasn't great either, but we knew to expect this and brought food purchased from Sydney airport (which was a saving grace)!"

Ulemper: "Lateness and lack of transparency from MAS staff"
Fordele: "Malaysia airlines has some of the most beautiful women working for them. Most curteous, kind, and very personable. Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful"
Ulemper: "The long layovers with no hotel voucher from Malaysia air. That would be a big help especially for me since I travel alone. And not to familiar with hotel locations, taxis. I am concerned about my safety in another country..."
Fordele: "The flight was fairly typical. However, it left on time and arrived on time. This was a positive."
Ulemper: "As usual, the flight was completely full. Everyone carries on as many bags as allowed and there is no bin space for all the luggage. I bring only my briefcase and had to search for space."
Ulemper: "Lost baggage took 24 hours to arrive. Rude staff."
Ulemper: "Check in counter personnel were very slow. They did not know proper immigration rules. They made me wait for 30 minutes while they verified with immigration on something I had already told them. I had to rush through immigration and security to ensure I made the flight on time. Added stress as a customer."

Ulemper: "The IFE froze. I alerted the crew but it took them nearly 1.5 hours to do a reset of the system. I barely managed to watch a movie and only managed that due to the fact that I had my own earphones. They collect their headsets way too early."
Fordele: "Flight was full ...so felt cramped. Towards back of plane so only 1 toilet. The Veg pie was slightly warm and unappetising , took 1 bite and left rest. Steward saw this and gave me extra peanuts instead. The brekkie was awfulll, the supposed scrambled eggs was congealed into the shape of the holder and again lukewarm the grilled tomatoe looked washed out....unappetiising...so ate the squahed croissant , yoghurt and fruit. What happened to international food standards . Crew was nice...though if wanted water later on had to get yourself.They didn't come around much offering water before Brekkie. No game option eg Sudoku on Entertainment site. My bag come off carousel more scratched than with other Airlines, so poor handling. Disembarked by stairs at Sydney Airport near Cargo plane area and had bus to Airport. Never had that before on an International flight , so took much longer to get into terminal....last thing you want after a long flight."
Ulemper: "Flight canceled last minute! Lost my connection back home. Still no news about pay back. Had to book another flight on my own expense."
