Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"
Ulemper: "Agent changed our flight to Munich and sent as a email with with confirmation on July 10. involuntary. On July 20. I checked Lufthansa app and found that only flight that was shown was flight Toronto-Thunder Bay. After 3 hours of phoning I found that flight from Munich to Toronto wasn’t available for date that was given us in email. Only option was day earlier or later. Left us to take day earlier and we could not changed last flight( Toronto- Thunder Bay). We had to come on Aug 22. and stay in Toronto for 27 hours and than take a flight to Thunder Bay on Aug 23. We lost a day of our vacation, had to stay at hotel. Not good experience at all. We still don’t know whom to complain about that."

Ulemper: "Our plane sat on turnac in Toronto waiting for a parking gate for 30minutes making us miss our connecting flight. Finally arrived but missed our train to Florence had to stay Saturday night in Rome while our villa in Lucca sat empty which was paid for"
Fordele: "The crew was amazing and so welcoming! They did not flinch when they saw my three-year-old son and went out their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was very nice to be greeted with such hospitality!"

Ulemper: "5 hour lay over in Frankfurt. Sandwiches are all the same 2 choices on all aircraft"
Fordele: "Food quality was good, and movies had a great selection. Boarding went quickly."
Ulemper: "We did not request special meals because in the past there has always been an option without cheese. For both legs of the trip, everything had cheese. They tasted great, but left my husband eating only bread. At the first meal the crew just shrugged their shoulders. Second meal they brought him a snack from business class, but it had cream cheese on the sandwich. Drinks were only served during the meals on an 8 hour flight. When crew came back through at the first meal, they only had two bottles of wine in hand offering top offs (no cart, just physically carrying the bottles). We do not drink alcohol. During the second meal I did not even see them offering the top offs. All other airlines have at least come through a couple of times offering water or soda. Announcements were only audible half the time. Customs forms were confusing for people passing through Canada. This might have been explained over the intercom, but again, it was hard to hear."

It was a large selection of movies with very explicit sexual content. I didn't travel with kids but I was thinking what I would've done if my kids were seated next to a person like I did who was watching this kind of movies.."

Fordele: "I have never flown with Lufthansa, but now, I will fly with them any chance I get. The crew were amazing. Friendly and attentive. For airplane food, it was very good and tasty. Received headphones, a pillow and a blanket for the flight. Legroom was good, but probably cramped for people over 6'0" tall. 24 hour online check-in was smooth an trouble free. I like having the boarding pass on my phone. No paper to carry around."

Ulemper: "There was supposed to be a meal and a snack on this flight. There was a good meal but the "snack" was a pack of pretzels. I think Lufthansa's partner AC could do a little better. I think the drinks cart should precede the food cart. I did not receive my drink until 3/4 of the way through my meal."
Ulemper: "Not enough leg room I am 6ft 3 tall"
Fordele: "The flight attendants were very polite and helpful. The seats had those "wings" on either side of the head rest to help keep your head from bobbing back and forth. There were a few good movies to watch that were current, but a lot of old movies that we had zero interest in."
Ulemper: "The flight was considered a Lufthansa flight and had a Lufthansa flight number, but was operated by Air Canada. We could not check in online ahead of time for some reason. When we got to the airport, we tried to check in at the Lufthansa kiosk and check in line, but they told us we had to go to the Air Canada area. The ticketing/check in process was very confusing. As for the food, the chicken "wrap" was not a wrap, and was a weird Hot-Pocket type meal. After each meal, we ended up having to hold our garbage for quite some time which made manuvering in and out of seats a little tricky. I wish the seat cushion had a little more cushion since we were sitting for so long. Also at some point the overhead lights came on and stayed on, which was annoying if you were trying to nap."

Ulemper: "It was really cramped and small. The gate was far away from everything and cold."
Ulemper: "The return leg has been nothing but a disaster, in every way possible, specifically my time and financially. At no point in the booking process, when I paid over $800 for the trip, was I told that I needed a specific travel visa (Canadian ETA) to fly back into Toronto for my return flight. Subsequently when I checked in for my flight yesterday morning in Manchester, England, I did not have the required travel documents and had to be rerouted onto a flight into the U.S. at a cost to me of $350. The rerouted flight got me to Washington Dulles airport, where I then had to purchase a second flight to get me home to Cleveland, Ohio, at an additional/extra cost of $450. MY CAR IS PARKED AT TORONTO PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT!!! I am having to now rent a car and drive there tomorrow (Friday) to collect my car, at another additional cost of $100 plus a 10-hour round trip. Due to the lack of information and communication on your companies behalf, I am down close to a $1,000 and will lose 2-days in work as of the additional days I am having to travel back to Toronto to collect my vehicle. I would appreciate contact from your organization to find the avenue I need to take for compensation of my time and finances. Regards"
I had a small back pack and a small suitcase. The boarding staff were extremely rude and wouldn’t let me take both on board. Only one small bag on board even though there was tons of space and I paid for premium seat. Also—they want you to wear their mask—even though I had n95. Will definitely avoid this airline in the future

Fordele: "They DID NOT let me aboard the airline!!! Austerian airline is the worst EVER, because they are not even helping me to get a credit to fly Monday to Israel. The of ticket counter at ORD were treating me as a dirt. And unwelcome. I was trying to reason with them, they did NOT want to help."
Ulemper: "It would have been better if back to back with priceline helped me out to get to another flight & they won’t even credit my ticket, so I LOST about $1200 & was excited for my vacation. They were unhelpful & they kept putting me untold & hanging up on me with their ticket agency on phone too."
Fordele: "On time, best connection for me, earning miles on my program. I booked based on time and cost, didn't even pay attention to what airline."
Ulemper: "No food, plane felt pretty old and not so clean. Smaller seats than the other flights I had with Lufthansa. Otherwise, it was fine. I had a pretty bad earache on that particular flight, so I liked it less than I might have otherwise. Something didn't feel right, pressure wrong or something."
Fordele: "Excellent on all measures. I will definitely try to fly Austrian Air again!"

Ulemper: "I felt like the airlines deliberately cheated me. I purchased a flight that was listed as "economy" , which means I am authorized one suitcase. When I got to checkout they said I had pay for the suitcase. Turns out my flight was economy 'light' flight and I had to go the Austrian airlines desk and pay euro 40 for my suitcase. Wish that would have been clear when I purchased the ticket. Also there is no clear info on what the cost is for your bag at what point in the check-in process."
Fordele: "The Swiss Air staff provided water and nice sandwiches for us while we stood in line for hours and put us up in a very nice hotel for the night."
Ulemper: "My first flight with Austrain Airlines was 2 hours late in leaving, partly because they mixed our baggage up and had to have each of us leave the airplane to identify our baggage before getting back on again. Because of this, I missed my connecting flight in Zurich. Apparently hundreds of other passengers were in a similar situation, because I spent the next 6.5 hours standing in line to getting my new itinerary and hotel vouchers."
Fordele: "Polite crew. The food was much better that on any airline these days. The boarding process was organized fine."
Ulemper: "As on any airline these days the leg space in economy class is very limited. The movie selection was OK but not great."
Fordele: "I'm so happy I did not book Austrian Airlines for the way back to Zurich."
Ulemper: "My checked in baggage did not arrive with me, the staff told me it'll arrive the same day in the evening but it did not and nobody informed me, I only found out after calling them 5 times (which 2 times they hung up on me after putting me on hold). My bag only arrived almost 35 hours after i already landed Hong Kong, without being able to tell me when exactly and made me sit and wait for them to deliver it at mid-night."

Ulemper: "Designs of Business Class seatings need some improvement. It seemed there was waste of useful space. Therefore, the area for Business Class seating was big but there were not enough space for everything."
Fordele: "Flight smoothness, service, friendliness, pilot experience, stewardesses (except for one), food, delicious."
Ulemper: "All flight attendants were great except for one tall with very short blonde hair. What a poor attitude! She really ruined my trip. There was not an exchange with her that was friendly and agreeable. When serving drinks a second time, she asked me what would I like to drink and I answered: What do you have? I had not asked the first time drinks were served since I knew I wanted orange juice. he second time, and not wanted to drink the same, I asked: what do you have? and her answer was: "Same as before". I had to let her know I had not asked before and then she proceeded to tell me the different drinks and finally added: My colleague will take care of you. She did not want to serve me. The first incident went I tried to use the bathroom in the back of the plane, she would tell people: "don"t use that one, I need that bathroom for......." ( not sure for what but her tone was so rude,that people walked to the other bathroom embarrassed). All I can say is that everything else was great, including the friendliness of all other crew, but that one ruined the experience. A third time I got up to walk to the bathroom and the seatbelt sign was on, but so it had been for a long time. She prompted me to go back to my seat. All others seem to do their job without been rude, Not sure why this one couldn't. Job stress? Not the passenger's problem. Besides that and the poor movie choices, everything else was great. I think the flight was delayed but to that point everything was going so smooth, I didn't even notice. I will fly Austrian again, and would love to visit Vienna. Please advise how to add the miles of my trip to my account. I booked in Kayak, left to Ohio from Miami running from hurricane Irma, my return from Ohio to Miami was cancelled and I had to embark on that long plan10 day trip without even returning home to Miami to pack. I totally forgot about putting the miles on my account on either ticket counter."

Ulemper: "I could not pay for check-in baggages when I bough 4 tickets for 4 passengers. So I called the airline customer service, and they told me that the first check-in baggage is free. However, when we boarded the airplane on 9/5/2016, we were charged 30 Euros for each bag, a total of 120 Euros for 4 checked in bags of 4 passengers. This is unfair, and I would like it to be corrected if possible. Thanks."

The Wi-Fi was out which really made the flight seem a lot longer.
I missed two connections because the flights were late. I was given a substitute itinerary that had more layovers in different cities, one of which was Oslo, which is quite possibly the worst airport I’ve ever experienced. I arrived to my destination 3 hours later than expected, which made my taxi ride to my hotel more expensive because of traffic. And then to top it all off, they misplaced my luggage. And as I watch it move through their system because of an AirTag placed in my suitcase, it’s quite clear that they are in no hurry to get it to my hotel.
SAS seems to like setting up flights that aren't ready to take off and then causing passengers to have to go through multiple transfers to get to their destination. The transfers also don't include the upgrades you paid for previously if their with a different airline. It is better to pay the extra hundred or so dollars to fly with an actual proper airline like Air France. Expect surprises if going with SAS.
No covid safety. Keep distance apparently don’t count when you onboard or in the bus from gate to/from plane. Could hardly move. And late again, again, again. Seems to be the new norm.

Ulemper: "SAS support and communication during the Copenhagen baggage handler strike, which cost us our connection and the family funeral in Scotland, which was the whole point, was abysmal."

Ulemper: "It would have been nice if the armrest went as far back as the seat. Flying with my partner, she doesn’t sleep well on planes unless she can completely lean on me. The armrest between our seats only retracted to the upright seat level."

Ulemper: "Udkald til gate, hvorefter vi stod 15-20 min. uden info om forsinkelsen. I fly vidste man ikke at vi havde købt breakfast hjemmefra, men vi fik det da uden problemer alligevel. Men brød kun budt én gang og kaffe 2. gang langt senere. I Malaga ventede vi næsten en 1/2 time ved bagagebånd."
Ulemper: "Et halvtomt fly med en aldrende besætning der klart havde været for længe på arbejdsom kun havde fokus på at blive hurtigt færdige med pligterne så de kunne komme til at pludre med hinanden."

Ulemper: "45 minutes late taking off. Could have been the airport's fault rather than the airline though. I don't know."

Food was also very mediocre (beef with chocolate sauce???) and many people in my flight were forced to check regulation carry ons for exorbitant fees. I would expect this kind of thing from a budget airline like Ryanair or something, but thought SAS could do better."
Ulemper: "I intensely disliked the 3 hour delay in Copenhagen!!! And that SAS offered the passengers in transit a meal voucher of only 50 danish Kronas, which was just enough to buy a tall Starbucks coffee drink but not enough to eat anything at the airport!"

Ulemper: "Everyone's breakfast was supposed to be an "egg and bacon" flavored wrap of some sort, but there was absolutely no egg or bacon flavor associated with it. The flavor of bacon is very distinctive. This thing's flavor and texture suggested some sort of very tasteless doughy material, with certainly nothing tasting like egg or bacon inside of it. Ugh."

Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."

Fordele: "Da vi først var kommet ombord på flyet gik tingene sin vante gang... ellers var der ikke meget hoved og hale på noget som helst."
Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Ulemper: "We were in 40G and H, bulkhead seats. I have never had such a hot plane (and I am a world traveler). We were both very warm (felt like 85 degrees- warm enough to not be comfortable). I was told by the flight attendant that people in back of plane were freezing. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was ok, but not ‘I wish I could have seconds” good. I lowered the rating because they never gave us more than the one bottle of water that was on our seats when we arrived. That may have been ok for the people in the cold part of the plane but not for us in the sweating part. Luckily we had brought a big bottle of water."
Fordele: "Liked the ticket price, the service, the food and the onboard free movies, free water bottle, free ear plugs."
Ulemper: "Nothing--it was a good flight - on-time and with little turbulence."
Fordele: "The crew on-board were polite and did a fairly decent job, with what they had to work with... It's a big long flight of 11+ hours, so tough to deal with so many people. An unexpected surprise was the nice selection of all types of movies to watch and kill time."
Ulemper: "300+ People on a plane will "radiate" heat, so the temperature inside the cabin after 6 hours was so hot that I was perspiring profusely. I even requested it be adjusted, which it seemed to be for a few minutes but then right back up to 27°C... it is too long of a flight to be that uncomfortable with no adjustments considered. I asked other passengers if they too were "uncomfortable" ALL said yes. This would have solved also in my opinion the screaming small children that were also obviously "irritated" A cooler cabin would have induced a "sleep" environment, none of which I was able to get. Sadly, based on this alone, I will not fly SAS again, unless Business Coach class or 1st Class. I was surprised that an additional Coca-Cola was charged for when some beverages were complimentary... puzzling."

Ulemper: "Some of the staff at the check in desks can be very rude. Also, on my initial flight, they closed the check-in early and left many of us stranded without knowing who to talk to and how to manage to get on the plane. When someone from SAS finally came, I was told I would be escorted through security and most into the plane but then the "manager" or whoever was in charge denied it. The plane did not leave for another our and instead of arguing with the costumers they could have just helped us get on the plane. It was unfair of them to close the check in desks early and on top of that to catch a plane the next day they wanted to charge and exorbitant fee. I Wii never fly SAS again."

Days before the return flight yet to chicago they had no record of my vegetarian meal The same transfer desk told me there were no morning flights to amsterdam the next day so they booked me 930pm next day, I found hour later a flight on Dad leaving 6am next morning, had to buy own toclet"

What really sets them apart is the really great service. I had a problem with WOW air not honoring my ticket due to snow. I had to book at the airport on Iceland air last minute. They didn't have a gate agent who could sell me a ticket - so they sent a manager out from the back office to book us so we would not be stranded due to WOW's incompetence. Booked us just minutes before take off, escorted us through security and onto the plane. Start to finish less than 30 minutes. Amazing service. Their class of service is far above that of major carriers. Iceland Air works harder and makes sure everything is right."

Ulemper: "The booking was too tight. We BARELY made our flight to Minneapolis and the airport in Rehkjavik is way too small for the number of flights coming in at the same time. We were in a winding, snakelike line for security that went on forever and then when we got through, the lines for the gates were mixed up, without proper seating areas and separation. People were in the wrong lines because it was too crowded to see where we should be. This is a POORLY run airport that needs significant expansion and improvement."

Ulemper: "They land you on tarmac and you have the board a bus to come to the terminal. This is a challenge because the temperature in Reykjavik ranges 40-50F and rains frequently. Challenging for passengers who are not in tip top physical shape,have arthritis , have balance problem ,are older etc. We are talking about people who don't need a wheelchair and can manage well at other airports. No information from crew about what what to expect on landing and about connections. Flight was late and it caused us a lot of stress. Airport not friendly and no information about immigration etc, Only people who are very fit should consider this flight with a transfer at Reykjavik No food served. The steward serving our section was friendly"
Fordele: "Cost was good. We doubt we'll fly Icelandia again because of the poor service and the unprepared state of affairs in Reykjavik."
Ulemper: "The boarding on a connection in Reykjavic was the worst I've ever seen in my thousand flights. Customers were very upset wanted to break through the longest boarding line they'd ever seen. I was somewhat concerned for the potential of the passengers getting out of order. Safety became an issue as passengers began threatening to bust the line. "But, our flight leaves in 10 min." was heard again and again as we slowly meandered toward our plane for which we were over 30 min. late. Planes in Reykjavik were held up, though there was no weather problem, because of an overwhelming number of passengers trying to board their connecrtion. We were told this is common. On an eight hour flight we had little food available for purchase. After delivering the food we waited about an hour before the attendants came through to pick up the paper and boxes remaining from the food."

Ulemper: "The boarding process is hectic as they neither organize the area into rows nor have boarding groups of any kind. the in flight entertainment has many options to choose from but my tv stopped working for about 30 minutes."

Ulemper: "Airport in Iceland cannot accommodate the number of passengers that fly through there. Long lines, no seats, standing for hours. I won't fly Icelandic air through Rejikyvik again. Also the plane departing from IAD to Iceland was old and uncomfortable. Overall, I feel that I had to run the gauntlet of discomfort and tedium before I could actually enjoy my trip----as if the suffering was part of the package. This airport impacts the flight itself. Now we are supposed to accept an hours delay without apology as if that's ok. Standing in line at the airport for two hours in Iceland just makes me commit to traveling less and becoming more selective in my choice of airlines."
Fordele: "The flight itself was nice. Love the free WiFi and entertainment options. Icelandair is one of the most comfortable flights I have been on."
Ulemper: "I am very upset with how icelandair handled luggage for our layover. Our layover was and overnight, 17.5 hour layover. Not a single staff member told us they would be withholding our bags for the entire layover. Not at check in, not during boarding, not when we landed. We had to figure it out ourselves by asking the baggage info, to which they responded with "if you wait 2 hours maybe it will come on the carousel and you can take it." Mind you it is 1:30 in the morning and we had already waited for an hour, not knowing this was the answer. I am extremely disappointed that we could not access our bags and that not a single staff member told us our bags would not come. I've never had a problem with icelandair until now and I strongly hope this does not happen again to anyone else."
Ulemper: "The airport was absolute chaos. No room to wait at the gate, poor communication, no info at the gate, late flights, people crammed into the bus for the plane. Seems the amount of travrlers has simply overwhelmed the airport staff and space. Hot cramped airplane and you have to pay for the most meager snack. By contrast, Jet Blue was spacious and comfortable. Unlikely to travel Icelandair in the future."
Fordele: "Air Canada found a spot for us, great flight and service."
Fordele: "Crew was kind and accommodating. Boarding was quick and organized. Great amount of leg room."
Ulemper: "Very disappointed that no food was served during the 5 hour flight from Reykjavik to Toronto. We had to pay 8 euro for a less than pleasant sandwich! Having to pay for food (even a snack!) was very surprising considering the length of the flight and that other airlines give out at least a small sandwich. I had a two hour connection flight with another airline and they offered a sandwich and granola bar, so for a 5 hour flight I assumed we would receive at least something small- nope!"
Fordele: "There was a fantastic and extensive entertainment selection for international flights (including safe options for kids and a range of genres for adults). Variety of movies, selections of TV shows, music, audio books, and more. Make sure to bring your own headphones if you don't want to have to buy headphones. When the flight attendants of my first flight realized several of us were going to miss our connecting flights (after we kindly expressed concern while we waited to de-plane), they worked diligently to talk to four different outgoing flights and asked them to stall. To my knowledge we all made it on our connecting flights, though it delayed the flights for others whom had already boarded. It wasn't difficult to get additional water, which is important when in air for an extensive time."
Ulemper: "Based on all of my flights to / from in this journey on Iceland Air, they tend to lose time in air or have some sort of ground delay. That said, I would encourage buyers to select flights with at least a 2 hour stop over in Iceland to prevent stress, especially if you want a wider selection of food sonce the airport has more options and IA doesn't serve food for free on any of their U. S. To/From Europe flights."
Fordele: "The entertainment system was current and had great selection. I liked that they gave you a water upon boarding."
Ulemper: "KEF is not equipped for their sudden volume in the airport: seating, food service, line formation, departure formations. All are a mess. There were literally 500 people in line for four different flights in the same corridor departing in a 15 minute window. Plus riding a bus where the doctor was slamming the breaks while squeezing out of a tight spot, with passengers almost falling. Unacceptable. We were like cattle."
Fordele: "Greenland. Always get a window seat. Fantastic."
Ulemper: "I had to run from my incoming flight to the gate because they were "boarding". But they held us in a waiting room and then loaded on a bus in the rain (just above zero temp). There we stood on the bus for 25 minutes with no explanation of the delay. Finally out to the plane where we had to line up in the rain and blistering winds to get on the plane. Ruined my leather jacket."
Fordele: "Fast service onboard. so many flight attendants!!"
Ulemper: "Some menu items weren't carried on this flight. Oh yeah - as I peep at reviews below - Reykjavik airport is super chaotic around departure gates. Probably wasn't built to accommodate the masses and endless international connections. The backlog of travelers is likely caused by another carrier who is known for delayed departures and arrivals."
Ulemper: "I understand that businesses must expand, and that is no different with the Keflavik airport. In routing passengers through the airport, there were listings for Canada/UK, and US/All Passengers. It was unclear whether this signage was meant for "flights" or "passport." It was actually for "flights" meaning, if you are taking a flight to Canada, use this line; for US flights, use that line. However, many people, myself included, mistakenly assumed that the signage was meant for passports, in other words, US passport holders use this line; Canada/UK passport holders, use that line."

Ulemper: "the seats are incredibly uncomfortable, the boarding process is a mess (no groups so everyone rushes to board at the same time, no lines), there's no food on a transatlantic flight. They were also extremely affected by the air traffic controller strike. On our way to Europe we missed an entire day having to get re-booked after missing our connection in Iceland. On the way back (this flight) we had a 17hr layover, and our flight back to the US was delayed 2 hours -- but we didn't have a connection to make in the US, so this didn't affect us that much, apart from being home two hours later. I probably will not fly Iceland Air again and would NOT recommend them."
I was assigned a seat in Row 44 and when I got to my seat there was no luggage compartment for Rows 42,43,44. Centre Row. The crew member said I would have to find room in another compartment but the flight was pretty full and it is awkward trying to find a spot with very little room. Maybe the staff at check in could make passengers aware of this so they could find a compartment as they make their way back the plane. Otherwise it was a wonderful flight
Probably not the airlines fault but covid regulations for boarding and deboarding the plane were completely different. Not sure if covid boarded the plane mid-flight.

Very old entertainment system. Grainy blurry screens. No charging of devices via usb. The control was fixed to armrest and was accidentally pressed al the time while resting and arm on the armrest. Ulemper: "It seems amazing to me that BA will leave 50 First and Business Class passengers standing in line while they pre-board "families with young children". Some of the families had children who were 7 or 8 years old and certainly had no need for pre-boarding; its just an opportunistic way of jumping the queue. Similarly, some of the "elderly" passengers who claim to need pre-boarding on departure spring to their feet and dash down the aisle on arrival. Air Canada boards Business Class first on this same route; I'm going to migrate back to them, as virtually everything else on the two flights is comparable."
Fordele: "Only wish they would've put me on the direct flight"
Ulemper: "The transfer was a pain. Signage at Toronto Airport is non existent. I had to stop and ask people which way to go 3 times"
Fordele: "Food, Movies Staff Treatment Aircraft: B787...quiet, new and clean Heathrow Terminal 5"
Fordele: "I thought the staff were helpful and professional. I had enough legroom and there was room for my wedding dress to be hung, although it was slightly small."
Ulemper: "There was a lot of turbulence but I know this is not the fault of the airline. Additionally, the in-flight entertainment was not working properly and this had to be reset on request. There were no wet towels/wipes to wipe our hands."
Fordele: "Flight was safe and not cancelled."
Ulemper: "BA needs to adopt the Ryanair policy of limiting the number of carry-on bags allowed on board. BA needs to work better on cabin maintenance. Some reading lights did not work. Ryanair cabin crew are nowadays polite and cheerful. BA crew seem stressed depressed and defensive."

Fordele: "The best part of the Stuttgart to London trip is speed of getting through the Stuttgart Airport - no lines and very efficient. And the fact that it is a jet (my preference over turbo-props)."
Ulemper: "No entertainment connections. Not even free coffee, tea, or soda. Very no frill. Even a small bottle water and hand wipes would have been better than nothing. Not much interaction with crew."

Ulemper: "I was very disappointed in the serious lack of legroom on the flight. I would think of a flight was 8 hours there would at least A little leg room. I paid for a seat and the lady next to me kept raising the arm rest and spilling into my seat. I had to lean over into the aisle and was miserable the entire flight. The guy in front of me also reclined his seat all the way and I couldn't get my tray down and it took a lot of effort to get out to use the restroom. I was beyond disappointed with how little leg room there was and I am only 5'6". I completely understand that more seats mean more money for airline, but this isn't even safe in the event of an emergency."

Fordele: "great service - flight was smooth takeoff and landing"
Fordele: "My screen worked and there was a good selection of movies. I also had a window seat which was great. Any seat except the middle, is always great."
Ulemper: "No vegetarian options."
Fordele: "The airline boarded a little late, but that's typical in Europe. They gave lots of food for the in-flight meal. Several people didn't have their screens work, so they rebooted the system, and then it worked fine. The crew constantly came through with beverages."
Fordele: "Fabulous experience on every level"
Fordele: "That you could watch movies and shows from the headrest, very helpful to pass the time. They fed us a lot (very salty) and were very nice."
Ulemper: "I was in the back in the cheap seats (row 50) with a friend, we are both small to regular size and the guy seated in the aisle seat was very small and it was still difficult to get up and around each other to use the restroom. Oh well I paid $462 for round trip and arrived safely, that's what matters most."
Fordele: "I got upgraded which was a huge bonus and the staff were great and attentive."
