No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Ulemper: "Udkald til gate, hvorefter vi stod 15-20 min. uden info om forsinkelsen. I fly vidste man ikke at vi havde købt breakfast hjemmefra, men vi fik det da uden problemer alligevel. Men brød kun budt én gang og kaffe 2. gang langt senere. I Malaga ventede vi næsten en 1/2 time ved bagagebånd."

Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."

Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Ulemper: "No on offered me anything to drink or a snack the entire flight or even a hand towel but others in front and behind me were receiving them. I didnt even feel acknowledged during the flight. Even though the tine was good, the price was way too high but since I was desperate I paid it."

Ulemper: "Hottest I have ever been in a plane (we were in 40G and H) and I “run cold”. We were sweating and drinking water like crazy (they gave us one bottle and did not routinely walk the aisles handing out more). Luckily we brought our own water. Early June and headed to Scandinavia, not someplace hot. Seats were hard and I put my unused blankets under me."

Fordele: "boarding is different and they were talking over pa announcements at heathrow so you could not hear what to do. you go through one ticket agent to the down stairs to another ticket agent. everyone knowing what to expect crowded around the second ticket agent and there because of that forget about boarding by row or zone you couldn't get throught the crowd. plus the second ticket agent was right next to the downstairs escalator so people coming late got on before us."
Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

Ulemper: "to realise at the airport that they will charge me 70 EUR for one luggage for one way only is outrageous! it wasnt clear at all that there wasnt luggage included in the price of the ticket... all of my previous tickets bought via kayak and priceline were also with luggage included and we have understood the given price as including luggage! i find it very negative and very bad experience and feel robbed, this is not acceptable business approach. my suggestion is that you will refund me the extra cost for the luggage. thank you."

Ulemper: "Our flight in Lisbon was scheduled to board an hour before departure. We arrived on-time, went through the line and were then placed in a standing room only area to stand and wait for another 45 minutes before boarding. We were placed near the entrance (I thought to board early as a family) but were later told to join another line when we asked why we sere just standing and waiting while other passengers were walking past us. The communication between staff and between your staff and passengers was poor."
Ulemper: "I was surprised by a $120 fee for luggage. I don't remember any indication from Kayak or from TAP about a luggage fee when I booked or when I got confirmation. Further, I found out that if I had indicated that I had luggage 3 days prior to checkin, I would have only been charged $92 saving me $."

Fordele: "I liked that the airline provided blankets pillows and headsets at no extra cost for our 8 hour flight. The crew were very nice and accommodating. The food was good."
Ulemper: "I did not like having to pay 75 Euro for one checked bag. That should Have been more clearly set out when booking a flight. The entertainment could have been better. Poor reception for some shows."
Ulemper: "1) An extra piece of baggage, using the iPhone TAP, was priced at EUR 65; but, finalizing the purchase, the app tried to charge me EUR 140! Had to go to LIS airport to buy at the right price. 2) Had to pay for my free of charge seats!!!! They changed 4 times!!! a) Having tickets with seat assignments free of charge, had the chosen seats confirmed on e-ticket. b) At airport, 3 days before departure, attendant informed that seats assignment had been erased; she made new seat assignments at worse location; c) On check-in, found that seats were changed again to worse even; now to the back, and “2 in the middle of 4”. d) Had to pay to get my original free of charge seat assignments!!! Had similar situations in all my recent TAP flights. Cannot believe is a system problem! Looks like more a TAP policy to short-change (long time, in my case) customers."

Ulemper: "The 2 hour turned 3 hour delay. Lack of organizational during check in. Had to show our documents 4 times within 10 meters."

Ulemper: "Seats were a bit hard and not a lot of legroom. But. Not unexpected for the section/price. Shorter flight made this bearable. Interior looked dated. Though, it is an A319."
Fordele: "The plan was clean, newer, and comfortable. If you sit towards the front of the plane you end up sitting in economy plus for the economy price."
Ulemper: "No entertainment, but the flight were short enough it wasn't really a problem. With downloadable Netflix and Prime, that isn't a problem anymore."
Fordele: "The crew was very nice, we boarded on time and landed a bit early which was nice. We recieved little snack packs that had a sandwich and a granola bar or fruit snacks and a juice."
Ulemper: "The seats were not very comfortable to sleep on for 6 hours as they didn't recline back too much but that is to be expected in 2nd class seats."
Ulemper: "THE PROBLEM IS THE SAME: WE PAID AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR LUGGAGES, HOWEVER WE HAD A NORMAL TICKET THAT INCLUDED THE PRICE. TRY TO PROVIDE THE MONEY BACK!"

Ulemper: "The airline wanted to double charge me for baggage after have had a layover during my trip, so when I was checking my luggage by second time in order to go to my destination, they insisted on make me pay, even thought I had paid my luggage online before to take the flight from the beginning."
Ulemper: "Kayak needs to inform us passengers that the price doesn’t include checked in luggage. It’s a very unpleasant surprise to find out that one has to pay 180$ on top only to have luggage. That’s unacceptable"

Surprisingly TAP told me that they could pay the hotel in Newark, but not in Lisbon.. Go figure! Called TAP Customer Service 4 times, 2 from Lisbon 2 from Newark... all cases more than 1 hour wait... AND THEY NEVER EVER ANSWERED!?!?!"

Ulemper: "There were 2 screaming children in the row next to me. The parents did not handle themselves well. On the brightside, the crew did everything they could to help better the situation."

We checked two bags when we went to the desk to get our boarding passes.....then when we were boarding the plane, I went through without a problem but my wife was flagged. we were informed that we now had to pay for our checked bags..both of us even though I had already been cleared. 70 dollars was needed...and so with our flight ready to leave we had to just about run 250 meters and then back 250 meters to catch our flight....we are in our 60's!!!!!. If we had to pay we should have been told at check in! and to make matters worse both of our checked bags are carryon size...we only checked them because we thought it would be convenient. Given that it was not our mistake that bag fee should have been waived....very poor customer service to people who have flown TAP many times........"
Ulemper: "They kept us all day in the airport t to then tell us at 7pm that the flight wouldnt actually leave that day."

Ulemper: "Crew was rude, unhelpful, and the business class seats were essentially coach with the middle seat unoccupied. It was extremely uncomfortable and made worse by the crew being very impatient and not helpful when we had people in our seats, a 3-year-old we were trying to seat, and all of the overhead compartments closed so unclear where to place bags. Boarding began 20 min late and then we had to stand on the boarding ramp for another 20 min while the crew finished "cleaning" the aircraft."

I'm not happy at all with this flight, and over 12 hours later, I feel disgusting, and my first day in Barcelona has been miserable because of it. I place all of the blame on the Lisbon connecting terminal. I am not happy."

Ulemper: "Horrible and unprofessional check in process, by time of boarding more than half of passengers had not gone through security yet due to their delays. The machine and website weren’t working so everyone had to check in via the desks."

Ulemper: "Service was, surprisingly, not so good (this is my second time with Norwegian). My son was sleeping and I pressed the call button to get some help form cabin crew. They turned it off. I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok."
Fordele: "Plane, fight time, boarding speed, efficiency all excellent"
Ulemper: "Departure was suddenly changed from 4 to 7 without clear announcement. On the Norwegian terminal nor on the departure boards nothing was indicated nor had anybody bothered to leave a note or sign on the Norwegian Terminal 4. I discovered at the last minute as I hearD a “last boarding call” announcement in the Knick of time"
Ulemper: "Too many delays, airplane was cold"
Ulemper: "SERVICE. ORGANIZATION WAS AWFUL. TWO HOURS TO CHECK IN."

Ulemper: "Lack of clarity about baggage charges. I had to pay 93$ to check my single bag. It was not well explained that paying for the bag online was going to be cheaper. Felt like a scam."
Ulemper: "I've been to 40 countries and flown many airlines. the only ones worse than Norwegian is the budget Russian ones. Never again. They hit us with $200 in bagage fees because we didn't order baggage online 24 hrs before the flight. Unheard of."
Fordele: "We had a great flight from Copenhagen to Orlando on a 787 Dreamliner."
Fordele: "Everything went well ... very nice people work for Norwegian Air"
Fordele: "No trolleys. Difficult if you have to carry a lot of luggage from an international flight to a car rental"
Ulemper: "The seats are wider than coach and you have more leg room but they aren't very comfortable. No back support and I felt like I was always sliding off my seat. My footrest didn't work properly, and my husband's didn't work at all on the flight to Norway. The food was limited and really bad. In fact, my husband got sick from the chicken he ate, and the steak I got was like a grey eraser. I took one bite and threw the rest away. They didn't have enough food to offer me something else (remember, this is premium economy), and the flight attendant was irritated and short with me. They don't have any pillows on the flight and the "blanket" they give you is basically a sheet folded in two sewn together, and doesn't keep you warm at all. I felt like I was on a discount airline, but I didn't get the discount! I will not fly with Norwegian again."

Ulemper: "Checking in at CPH, was a complete zoo, with failing computer systems and little or no information."
Fordele: "Plane was okay and the food was pretty good."
Ulemper: "Flight attendants were not friendly or attentive. Movie choices were not great. Many people commented about that. I flew Delta to London in April and what a world of difference. Pillows, blankets, earphones, eye masks, toothbrush and paste. A couple of meals and a couple of snacks. Free drinks which they must have come by 8 times during the flight. Those flight attendants were working most of the flight and were very friendly. No so with your company."
Fordele: "I always feel the plane itself is newer than other companies. The batcheooms seem bigger which is nice."
Ulemper: "I can never figure out if I am getting food or not. My ticket said light & tasty meal and when I tried searching for this on the Norwegian site all I could find is that I could purchase a meal on board or in advance. So of course I brought my own snacks on board and was surprised when the staff said they had prepared a meal for me. This really needs to be more clear. I'm tired of wasting money or food. I also had seen all of the movies already so I wish there was a bigger selection."
Fordele: "Comfortable and really works to help alleviate jet lag. Amazing!"
Fordele: "The plane is designed to establish a different cabin pressure which helps your fatigue when traveling long distances and it works! The place is quiet as well and there's an avg amount of space in coach."
Ulemper: "No wifi? Just seems odd for a new plane not to have that as an option."
Ulemper: "See aforementioned notes on luggage troubles."
Ulemper: "rude staff, and ill informed and incompetent. Had to beg for water and food, even though I had ordered meal service. Unpleasant, I repeatedly complained about roudy passengers, who were occupying nearby seats that weren't theirs. these passengers were drunk and loud and hanging out in others seats and ailses NEVER FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR. The only folks who had a great trip were the flight attendants - they hung out in the large spacious kitchen eating the food that they said they didn't have for the passengers and doing little else. Worst flight experience of my life. And fancy expecting folks to carry all the food and hydration needed for an 8 hour flight. I think TSA needs to look into the this from the airport chaos - as it is clear that my experience is not isolated. DONT FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR"

Ulemper: "Wait to board and after time passes for departure, notice for delay only after expected departure time. No explanation. 1hr delay then they call to gate and everyone waits and another hour passes and no explanation given. Finally next boarding time passes and then gate change and plane change and we are notified they needed to get new crew. Finally board. Landing was terrible and I dont feel particularly comfortable ever flying with this airline again. Will rather pay more and fly klm"

Ulemper: "There was a lot of turbulence . When the plane landed we were on the runway for over an hour."
Fordele: "My coat was stolen inside the flight, nobody from the airline was able to help. very poor service"
Ulemper: "no real effort or offer to be compensated we are still with cold temperatures here in Sweden - Holland, my coat goes missing in the cabin and the only explanation is, this could happen to anybody!"
Ulemper: "I was ordered to checkin my carry-on bag although there is still space in the overhead bin. It fits there. I was carrying that bag and a small daypack."
Fordele: "Flight attendants were great"
Ulemper: "Did not accept American Express credit cards. In flight entertainment was old kids cartoons on shared screens. Other flights allow passengers to choose their own in flight entertainment."
Fordele: "Price was competitive."
Ulemper: "Lines at check-in were long. Odd feeling that most passengers did not get even cup of water on long oversee flights, unless they do not pay outrageous meal prices in advance or in flight. I gave up my meal to my young neighbors, because I could not eat while they were hungry. Norwegian went way over board with their frugality."
Ulemper: "I did not get to select my vegetarian meal since i booked through kayak."
Fordele: "Flight boarded quickly. Departed and arrived on schedule."
Ulemper: "I tried to flag down a flight attendant 3 times to buy a beverage and snack; I was ignored. Since a short flight, 90 minutes, I gave up. Man sitting across from me was served immediately."

Ulemper: "We had to spend €50 to check a bag that we can carry on to other flights due to weight restriction. There was terrible communication about a gate change. The flight was late and no one seemed to care or acknowledge that. The seats were very uncomfortable."

Ulemper: "Extremely poor service by the cabin crew. They were extremely lethargic and slow with service. So much so that numerous rows of seats with young families were never served. No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had."
Fordele: "Getting off the plane."
Ulemper: "Everything else. This was the worst plane experience ever. The flight was super super delayed (as were several other Vueling flights) and we stood in the bag drop line for over 2 hours because there was no system and everyone was confused. Then when we finally got through they updated the flight status every 10 min confusing everyone cause the time kept changing and no one knew what was going on. Then they finally posted the gate and we had to run to the other side of the airport and then they delayed the flight again so it was over 3 1/2 hours delayed In the end. Then boarding was a mess and the plane itself was pitiful for how expensive that flight was. This is never going to be a company of choice for me. Definitely a last resort."
Fordele: "Good aircraft and seats."
Ulemper: "Bad check-in by Vueling staff. They kept changing the time to check-in. At first the sign said "All Destinations" with no restriction on check-in. Nest, while we were in the line, they changed the sign to say you could only check-in 2 hours before the flight and then, when we got to the front of the line, they said it was 2 1/2 hours. Very rude in response to our questions."

Ulemper: "The airline lost my luggage. I called continuously and they kept telling me that it was on its way, but it never arrived! I finally received it 2 days later."
Ulemper: "They overbooked the flight. We were a party of eight and half of us got to go on the 12pm flight and myself my husband and 2 children had to wait! We were told we could get on a 4pm flight and were rebooked for a 9pm flight!! Then they lost all my luggage and when I did get it we only got 2bags! My kids while suitcase went missing for two days! Totally unacceptable! Worse thing is the lack of direction to handle the situation. Their answer was by law were allowed to overbook! Seriously! I know this is true but these airlines should. It be allowed to do that it’s disruptive to people’s lives that have paid money to be on these flights. So our 4day vacation is now down to 3 and of those 3days we spent one day waiting on partial delivery of our luggage!"
Ulemper: "Boarding was messed up. Paying for priority boarding then having the gate open the boarding area to all passengers created some heated words, plus people pushing ahead for boarding."

Fordele: "The electronic check-in was breathtakingly simple but this airlines excels at optimal usage of available space - to the extreme discomfort of its clients. I am of average height and my flight was an exercise in pain endurance."

Ulemper: "I wanted to book with British Airlines only to find out it was booked with a low end poorly rated airline I cancelled the flight I bought trip insurance but BA will not get back to me about a refund. Was on the phone many times waiting for very long time only to get disconnected and left on hold Now but rate BA low low low"

Ulemper: "Plane never left. Bused us to Bilbao, missed our flight to Porto. Have to wait in Barcelona for hours. Flying us to Vigo, Spain then ground transportation to Porto., 11 hours later."

Fordele: "Plane was comfortable, flight attendants friendly and professional. Departures and arrivals on time!"
Ulemper: "Cattle car boarding procedures were dehumanizing. Also, don't forget a book if you expect entertainment."

Half of plane was empty for "weight balancing" while rest of us stuffed like sausages in all rows ahead of those. Boarding is a mess - takes way too long and is not organized."
