Service was excellent but food was mediocre
Terrible experience when collecting bags, took an hour and a half to get our bags back at the Houston IAH airport. Not sure who's at fault, but not sure if I want to go through that again.

The lavatory to passenger ratio for Business class was excellent and I never had to wait for more than a minute. The food was very good but there is room for improvement."
Ulemper: "Some of the bread and croissants were not really fresh. Fresh fruits were also very limited and not properly ripened."

Ulemper: "Helper was literally dragging two whelchairs at a one time. Means two passengers sitting on two different whelchair was pulled by one helper. I actually want to share video with airline so they will understand what they are promissing and what they are providing to their customers."
Fordele: "Our meals were luke warm at best while the bread was still semi frozen. Food quality has always been low on Qatar flights but this time was the absolute worst. I fly with Qatar for work everything 4 months and that's solely due to convenience."

Fordele: "I was the third person in the line. The ticket agent couldn't find my ticket as multiple tickets were booked on my name and all tickets showed X mark. After 20-30 minutes of wait, I finally got my ticket but the security and custom lines were very long by that time. Never flying Qatar again."

TK airport (ground) staff that talked to us was antipathetic and it took ages to get any service. Looks like they didn't care we about the delay, nor they were trying to help us. Just kept saying we need to wait."

As per the rule Airlines has to pay for Visa. They never paid. Asked us to pay. Totally harassment. Never book Turkish Airlines in my remaining whole life. Also will this incident to all my friends after going back to USA. Very very bad experience. Sat down 24 hours at Airport without food and sleep. Mostly will file a case against Airlines."

Ulemper: "On line check-in system does not remember frequent flier info. Passport check at gate was poorly managed. Everyone was in waiting area then told to get out and stand in line for passport check. It happened each time so this seems to be their normal process. On flight back they bused us to the airplane and waited for all three buses to arrive at the airplane before allowing anyone to board. Flight attendants helped with moving carry on bags in bins but with little consideration to the items. Completely unorganized boarding process to the point it is worth paying a little more to fly a different airline."
Fordele: "Flight itself was comfortable even though it was very full. Good, well maintained airplane. Great pillow and blanket. Somewhat hard seat. Love the newspapers they give us to read - what a selection."
Ulemper: "Istanbul airport really lacks seating for its passengers in the general areas. You need to sit in a restaurant to rest your feet as waits are quite long between flights. Another problem is the lack of internet for passengers without Turkish cell accounts. This should be corrected. Finally, lack of water fountains in the airport is also a problem."

A330 were a bit older and started to look a little run down but with the correct seat selection in business (even A seats) a very comfortable ride. Crew was fantastic
The aircraft and the entertainment system were quite old and needs to be replaced. Loved the AVML meal on this flight, was a very good and well thought out Asian vegetarian meal with a slight European twist to it.
Air France bumped us without notice due to overbook. All other flights were overbooked. Had to pay $400 for a train to Bordeaux. Luggage was never returned to us. Now in Bordeaux for a week without any of our belongings. Not sure the flights back to the US will be honored. Worse travel experience of my life.

Flyet var forsinket. Vi fik ikke sæder ved siden af hinanden. Der var ikke plads til vores bagage. Jeg rejste med min gamle mor og måtte forgæves hele vejen gennem flyet, hvorefter vores bagage måtte blive tjekket ind, så vi var nød til at vente på den ved bagagebåndet og ikke nåede vores tog. Besætningen var ikke hjælpsomme og der var ikke tilstrækkelig information om forsinkelsen på næste 45 minutter. Rigtig dårlig afslutning på en ellers super ferie i smukke Helsinki.

Det værste jeg har oplevet - de ændrede gate uden announcement her i Helsinki - og lukkede den 1 min efter last Call - vi var fer 2 min senere og de nægtede os adgang så bliver nu 7 timer forsinket og misser et vigtigt møde i Tallinn, så meget meget skidt og meget urimeligt.
Da jeg bestilte tur/retur billetten via jeres site fik jeg en pris og da jeg så skulle til endelig bestilling og betaling var prisen lige pludselig forhøjet med ca.kr. 800,00. Jeg er blevet snydt af jer og forlanger difference refunderet.

Twice I called to see if A meal was served on the 1st class flight and was told no. So no gluten free meal for my wife and we purchased meals to carry on with us. Annoyed.

Need more coffee aboard the flight. ANA cleans the bathroom periodically, and wouldn't be bad to do the same on long flights. The arm rest between seats don't go all the way up, only half way. If the person in front of you is asleep during meal service, the FA (flight attendant) won't lift the seat and it may be a very uncomfortable meal experience. Other airlines will have the FA do it themselves. ...and you need to be careful about staying awake to get food (otherwise you can get forgotten)."

I know that it could get chilly at the board and do take warm clothes with me just in case, but this was way too cold. Neither blanket nor my stuff helped. Fordele: "The flight was very fast, boarding and getting off were fast and convenient. They had a new Korean movie that I've been wanting to see but didn't expect would be offered on an airline, so that was great!"
Ulemper: "The crew seemed quite stressed, when I asked to store my wedding dress in the crew closet they were very short with me, which made me feel really guilty about it, as the stewardess obviously thought I was very troublesome, but they did allow it. The food was quite bland. The entertainment was much more limited than most international flight lines."

Ulemper: "Unfortunately the flight was done by HiFly , not Finnair. Boarding took almost two hours, the whole flight crew behaved is if they were doing everybody a favor by being there. Entertainment options included like 6 movies and 2 tv shows, only 2 movies were more or less new, not much for a 10.30 hour flight. We really enjoyed our experience on the outbound flight with Finnair and were looking forward to this flight also, but Finnair didn't service this flight."

Fordele: "That I made it safely to my destination. Updates from the cockpit were appreciated. Plane was nearly empty, so I was able to stretch out over severa seats."
Ulemper: "I haven't heard good things about American Airlines, and now I know why. Probably the oldest plane in the fleet. Entertainment was 2-3 fold down screens from the ceiling. I can't remember the last time I flew on a transatlantic fight with no entertainment- nearly 20 years ago I'm sure. Airplane food is never great, but food options were worse than normal. American Airlines customer service at JFK was horrendous, resulting in several passengers missing their flight. (I was there if 4 hours to spare, but had to wait 1hr+ to have my birthdate changed in the system.)"
Fordele: "great flight. a little cofusingto get the right airline"
Fordele: "I most liked milk lactose low for my coffee . I can't criticize about food because I was offered only beverage this time with only an hour flight. Hehe ."
Ulemper: "Nothing made me uncomfortable except for the concern about stealers in most of Europe . I didn't experience it yet but tons of times I've heard about stories of tourists ."
Fordele: "Plane was nice, new, every seat had an entertainment system. Crew was very nice and did their best to accommodate my needing a gluten free meal. *This was an Iberia plane, not an American Airlines plane."
Ulemper: "The Iberia web site, and web app were not functioning properly. I want able to save any of my personal information such as phone number or known traveler number. I was unable to select a gluten free meal prior to the flight since the web app and website were not working. I tried calleding Iberia customer support over 10 different times and was never able to speak with a representative. The customer support prior to the flight was non-existent."
Ulemper: "One of the crew members was rude."
Fordele: "Staff as always is polite"
Ulemper: "The man sitting next to me required two seats. The arm rested had to be lifted to my seat to accommodate him. I complained but the flight was full and my seat could not be changed. I was told that British Air policy was not to require extraordinary over weight people to buy two seats. No, instead the person next to that overweight person has to suffer. A very stupid and unfair policy. As a result I will never book Finnair or British Air again if I can avoid it."
Ulemper: "We were unable to find a row of seats to more comfortably facilitate traveling with a baby and a toddler as seats that should have had a cot or extra seating didn't have the cot and were sold out for an additional fee before we had the chance to. Discussing this with the staff at check0in and at the gate, made no difference as they had no knowledge of what was available on that particular flight. Every time I fly with American I'm reminded of why I don't like the airline and I will do my best to avoid them moving forward regardless of competitive ticket pricing."
Was not able to pay for checked luggage online. Even 24 hours before flying. More expensive at the airport.

Ulemper: "Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."

Ulemper: "boarding the flight on time instead of delaying it two times... and also putting the information at the flight information screen if I haven't gone to ask to the airport information stand I would never know the flight departure gate that was at the complete opposite side of the airport of were the initial flight was going to depart."
Ulemper: "The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came."
Ulemper: "I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"
Fordele: "Crew was great but at the airport they had us weight our carry on and then made us check it for 90 euro."
Ulemper: "I dint like the way you guys sold me the tickets with only one bag to check in with when I went to the airport I’ve got to pay 58 pounds extra I was not happy with you guys so next time you have to tell your customers before they buy the tickets that’ it’s one bag check"

Ulemper: "Maden var ringere end almindeligvis. Jeg finder det er mærkværdigt at man får servering og så når den nærmest er indtaget, så først kommer brød. Savner engelske tekster på engelske film, det er svært at høre al tale på filmen, både på grund af støj fra flyet og kvaliteten af øre telefonerne"
Ulemper: "Our request for vegetarian meals got lost after a glight was cancelled."
Ulemper: "This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."
Ulemper: "We had a short delay"
Ulemper: "boarding groups were not adhered to and those in a lower boarding group often boarded well after those in later boarding groups."

Ulemper: "departure board listed flight as being boarded and gate closed hour before flight leading to confusion and standing in queue for over an hour, part of food was frozen and inedible, paid for upgraded seat which turned out to be by bathroom smells were as bad as you can imagine"

Ulemper: "Placed in last row w/ non-reclining seats, even though bought tix 7 months early. We travel w/ only carry-on bags. AF allows 35 kg each but only 12 kg in cabin. I asked, online, twice, if we could have a couple of extra kg for hand pieces. Rec’d only auto. luggage policy. Forced to check both bags."

Fordele: "The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude."
Ulemper: "Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"
Fordele: "Plane was new, and seatback screen responsive and functional."
Ulemper: "Economy seats not very comfortable, very tightly packed together"
Fordele: "Food was ok."
Ulemper: "Very little room in economy class. For a 6'1" person, it's impossible to get comfortable."
Fordele: "Over all pretty good for price."
Fordele: "It was a nice plane and boarding was well organized."
Ulemper: "I was assigned a middle seat, if not for that I would have given a higher rating."
Fordele: "That we were heading home. Nice seats. Good food. Lots of entertainment choices. Power plugs ( USB and European power) were appreciated. Wine as a choice with meal was appreciated and brandy after the meal."
Ulemper: "Some of the shows and movies were a bit 'trashy'. Long flight. I was in the middle seat next to an inattentive octanegarian who was nice but kept calling the flight crew to fix her mess up of the video system. No air controls on this plane - so it was overly warm. 10 hours of overly warm makes for a stinky passenger. Oof."
Fordele: "The size of the plane was nice. They had a good move selection. The vegan meal I was given was great."
Ulemper: "It was loud, cold, the food was just okay at least my vegan meal was the bomb but it would have been better had when we booked the flight it allowed me to also choose this option for my husband. Since he is vegan as well."
Fordele: "25 min ahead schedule!!!"

Fordele: "Modern aircraft with power, big screens etc"
Ulemper: "Teenage crew, poor service (not even water brought on request, all "self service" at back of flight, and not being allowed a second drink with dinner), poor language skills (crew not very helpful when 2 hour delay meant I could miss connecting flight, suggesting I "walk fast")."
Fordele: "Late leaving - no reason or apology. A bumpy flight all flight. Food almoat inedible. Seat gave bum axhe after 45 minutes. Staff friendly, but they dropped my meal"

Ulemper: "flight was delayed by 20 minutes Boarding got me through Sky priority quickly. Had to then wait in the boarding tunnel as the cabin was not ready. large queue Seats were exactly the same as economy so offered no added benefits apart from the meal on board parked in a distant area of the terminal and had to shuttle bus to 2E which meant a very tight transfer"
Fordele: "The stewardesses were extremely kind and helpful to me as I was travelling alone with my toddler. I really appreciated their help and kindness."
Fordele: "Nothing... and we were late which made me miss my connecting flight and I wasn’t reimbursed because it was with a different airline"
Ulemper: "See above and the food was disgusting"

Ulemper: "very old planes we waited 1 hour to drop our bags as their belt had an issue we had to pay extra 70 pounds to reserve a baby cot on the plane"

Fordele: "You can't go wrong with delta when it comes to customer satisfation. It's the primary reason I'm okay with paying extra money for delta flights"
Fordele: "I liked the way a fligh attandant treated me and another two passengers. At the end of the flight he gave us a cup of strawberries for all. The food was delicious specially that pasta, it was yummy."
Ulemper: "TV was too slow."
Fordele: "No delays, service with a smile"

Ulemper: "The leg-space is very narrow The chair is very tiring No entertainment at all Food was tasteless But most surprising was that we were on stand by for our connecting flight. Though we bought the tickets months ago and we got our luggage checked in all the way to the final destination."

Ulemper: "Disorganized uninformed staff. One says I have to have an additional "random" security check after going through the same thing in security. Turns out it wasn't random and I didn't need it. Both times they read my boarding pass wrong thought I was going to Tel Aviv - not random. Airport was hot as hell! Flight kept getting delayed then we had a gate change as well. Finally got on the plane and it took forever to take off so we were basically sitting in a sauna for 30+ minutes."
Ulemper: "Bording far away, got my cabin luggage and everyone elses into the cellar because ¨it didn´t fit in the plane¨. There was plenty of room, I had breakable stuff in my luggage, didn´t get the chance to choose. No entertainment AT ALL. Confort: no leg space at all. Not an AirFrance plane, subcontracted. Lousy food."
