Fordele: "flyturen i sig selv var fin men var forsinket."
Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "Couldn't check in online and because I booked pretty late, didn't get the seat choice I wanted. I purchased the flight via the Lufthansa site, but then on check-in, I found out that the first segment was SAS, so neither the Lufthansa site nor the SAS site let me check in online."

Ulemper: "I bought the flight for my mom and she is handicap, the flight got delayed and they wanted to leave her in Frankfurt for 2 days because there was no more flights to the States, in the end they found a flight to Washington DC, she was coming to Miami. She is an old woman who gets lost and I had to order assistance for her, in Washington DC they opened her bags after that they lost the bags, she had medication on them and it was a nightmare to get them back. Im really upset and I don’t think That I’m going to book with this aero line again."

One flight has delayed, but connecting flight ( the same company) has another plan for us. And left TO TLL. Instead Finnair.Who waiting pax from BRUSSELS. GREAT EXAMPLE OF COOPERATION. 👍

After informing Male Airport, a message was sent to Condor. No news all day. Next day lodged complaint replied they're investigating. Holiday ruined"

Ulemper: "When I got to the check-in desk, I was told to get out of line and check in online. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been good to know that it was necessary to do this so I didn't wait in line for a long time."
Ulemper: "There was a sceen right before my eyes telling me how much time of the flight was left. Even if I wanted to be unaware of the information I could not because as I mensioned it was right before my eyes. I was aware of almost every minute of this flight....found it hard to let go and just let time pass"
Fordele: "My checked in bag did not arrive to HEL... Nedless to say I did check the bag tag was properly labeled RIX to HEL... oh well ... bad score for Baltic Air ... truly hope to see my bag in CGK when I arrived. Qatar airways pls come to the rescue."

Ulemper: "The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

Ulemper: "on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it."

Ulemper: "The seats are worn and creek with every movement. There is very limited leg room even for someone who is short. When the person in front of you leans back it is impossible to reach your hand baggage or do anything but lay back in your seat. The landing was safe but not at all comfortable."

Ulemper: "The flight was cancelled, so I did not make to the my connection flight with different carrier. I had to reschedule the flight and stay in the hotel overnight. AirBaltic refused to compensate for my looses due to thair fault, castomer service is very poor, they took refusal position right away. Air Baltic planes are very old and no air conditioning, avoid air Baltic."

Ulemper: "I was flying transit, but I had to go through the check-in in Paris. At the check-in they started to make problems about my carry-on luggage. I had just two flights from the United States behind me and no problems at all and suddenly I can't fly with my carry-on luggage? I didn't like the AirBaltic check-in service."

Ulemper: "The air conditioning was not working properly on the 3 hour flight which made it a bit sweaty and unfortable. The purchase of a cold beer was a must."

Ulemper: "We got disembarked from the aircraft for technical reasons, then they towed the same aircraft to the next gate and off we were. Delay almost two hours."
Ulemper: "My flight was delayed, and I missed my connecting flight. Next flight was 8 hours later. They did put me on this flight but didn't give any assistance to help me with another connecting flight because it was a different company. Voucher for a cup of coffee didn't cover all the troubles I had to go through."
Fordele: "It's very inexpensive, especially if you fly with only with a carry-on luggage. On-board service has always been excellent."
Ulemper: "The check-in process is horrible, regardless of the airport you are flying from. It's just the trademark of Air Baltic. I learned my lesson and pay extra to use the priority check in line, as well as boarding. Otherwise you end up staying in a VERY long line. This time I was bumped from the seat that I picked when booking my flight, which was still assigned to me when I checked in online. No explanation or heads-up, I was just handed a paper boarding pass when I checked my bag, and only after I was past security line I realized that I was bumped from row 4 to row 10. I was able to get a seat in row 4 again at the gate, but not the same seat. Also, there was no priority boarding, even though I paid for it. Given this experience I will only fly this airline if I can get away with a carry on, thus avoiding the check in desk altogether."
Fordele: "The equipment used for the trip to latvia. the cs300 was superb and I enjoyed my seat. It was comfortable. The boarding was quick and efficient. spacious and quite lovely. the food was ok . i enjoyed the grilled pork."
Ulemper: "the customer service rep stopped only me, the only black man travelling from riga to russia and was scrutinizing my passport for some long agonizing minutes. My russian visa is in the passport and updated and quite visible to see on the third page of my passport and being from Grenada I am able to travel to latvia visa free for up to 90 days. I stood there whilst others walked past me and went to the aircraft. that sucked. may 09 2017 at around 9 am."
Ulemper: "For people who have Airbaltic as a connecting flight this might be very inconvenient. We paid 40 Eur/person each way for our luggage . That brings the price that you pay so much higher than you expect at first. Also if you don't print boarding pass ahead of time which we didn't (plus still needed to drop off checked luggage and check our passports) they want to charge you 30 Eur a person to print that drinking piece of paper. If you don't want to pay that get out of the line with all of you luggage, go to kiosk and print it, then come back to the line. But that's companies rules , employees just have to follow it. Another problem was their attitude. The guy who got our luggage was so weird. Showing off and talking to us like a boss. After giving us boarding passes he said we can go to the screen and look up the gate ourselves. I never write long reviews but man! they got me mad that day. Never say never - but I don't want to fly with this airline again"

Fordele: "Modern aircraft. Quick flight. Quick delivery of baggage at terminal. Relieved that baggage from BKK-KBP-RIX was not lost nor delayed."
Ulemper: "It was cold and I was not dressed for the bus to the aircraft, but instead for the tropics where I had been. The toilet was not centered for stand - up use for men. Thus had to kneel in order to use. This booked by UIA, but the carrier was Air Baltic, which led to some confusion as to which airline to go to for boarding."
Fordele: "Fine, left on time, short flight."

Fordele: "Booked on kayak and wasn't clear at all about check in or tickets, I looked many times. No way of checking in or getting boarding passes had to pay an arm and a leg at the gate. Also had to pay to check my bag on a half full flight. Have never had to check same bag with Ryanair on over 10 flights now. Will never use this airline again."

Ulemper: "They wanted to charge me for water in Euros, though the flight left from Istanbul and I only had Turkish lira with me. So we tried credit card, but credit card machine didn't work on any of my three cards. So they kindly brought me a free cup of water after all."

Fordele: "The crews are friendly and smiling. Seat are comfortable"
Ulemper: "If they allow the family with young children to board first will be excellent"
Fordele: "The on-board crew were friendly and professional. The in flight entertainment options were great. And the flight was mostly on time and easy."
Ulemper: "We had significant issues getting our one boarding pass from the computers and then the workers in the airport. We purchased both tickets together and the one had no issues. However, we got nonchalantly passed off from one employee to another without having anyone seem really concerned for us."

Ulemper: "The check in process, the upgrade process, the boarding process. And, everyone just sat where they wanted, even after I paid for the upgraded seat. The crew could not care less, and I ended up with the largest person on the plane next to me, who seat jumped, so I had to sit sideways the whole fly."

Ulemper: "The ground staff should respect travelers. And they should look to customers satisfaction more"

Ulemper: "They flew me from Madrid to Istanbul with a replacement passport knowing my final destination. Was Bahrain but would not let me board the plane in Istanbul. Now I’m stuck here with no money, credit card, or flight and I’m completely screwed because of Pegasus"

Ulemper: "My husband and son both ordered a wheel chair because I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and when I arrived in turkey they said there was no order for one. I walked through the airport at a snails PA e and since I arrived I have been very sick."

Ulemper: "Pegasus Airlines service is so poor. We've waited for hours to check in. Your website did not clearly declare that the ticket did not have a luggage allowance. I have paid in total 70 Euros to check in my luggage. Innaddition to that Pegasus Airlines lost my luggage. Overall a terrible journey"

Ulemper: "Never in time and the POS machine on board never works with debit cards or cards without PIN code .... it didn’t work with more than half of the passengers on board!!! Oh they also charged me 47 euros for just 4 kgs of extra weight!!! Unacceptable !"

They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Ulemper: "The none sense of explaining why I cant go on the plane ... according to there website I should have 2 stamps from the lebaniese authority on my passport one for going in and one for going out which I gladly provide them with... the responsoable for the check in at Frankfurt Airport and according to him was communicating with "pegasus Airline" in Istanbul by WhatsApp and just kept saying "those can't fly today" the funny thing he was writing in german and refuse to give me there number so I can explain the situation now the main reason why i couldn't go on the plane because I wasn't once in my life in Turkei which makes none sense according to there website I contacted them with Emails and they answered me that I should have the 2 stamps if i want to fly from Instanboul to Beirut which I already have but the haven't notice that i didnt even got ob the plane at the 1st place .... the huge amount of nobe sense, stupidity, the lying that there is no Pegasus airline office ath the airport and the 0 responsibility for there actions can provide you guys with a picture of how they behave with the customers"

Fordele: "Desk personnel who checked us in spoke Not One Single Word to us in any language. We were kept standing in line to board even though the plane was late."
Ulemper: "The plane wasn't cleaned and empty bottle, used tissues and remainders of the meal served on previous flight were on our seats. People were not helped to stow carry ons and many should have been requested to check large carryon bags. They were out of beer even though beverages had just been loaded. Attendants could not clearly communicate the price of a beverage."
Fordele: "The seats are comfortable and there was enough place in the overhead bins"
Ulemper: "The airport in Istanbul does not offer WiFi - which is unbelievable for 2017...."
Ulemper: "The seats were very tight. The crew at the airport was terrible. The security staff didnt know english. The bis to the plane was crammed which was quite dangerous"
Ulemper: "45 minutes delay"
Ulemper: "This experience was absolutely horrible for my wife and myself both. We understood that being among the more "budget friendly" airlines, we would have to sacrifice some comfort. But this airline is beyond atrocious to say the least. There is no terminal exit, but rather we had to walk down steps from the plane, walk in the rain to a stand-up bus, and ride it to the airport. How on earth are you supposed to make close connecting flights with those conditions? We barely made it only because they let us skip the line for security. Save yourself the misery; dig deeper in your pocket for a better airline."
Ulemper: "We didn't get a glass of water. Shame on you"
Fordele: "The seats are not narrow."
Ulemper: "I am guessing this company does clean their aircraft only once in a while. In both of my flights between Istanbul and Amsterdam, the airplane was not cleaned off of the previous flight's trash. When I was seated in my first flight to Amsterdam, my tray had a lot of stains of food and drinks. Not a pleasant sight! In my flight back to Istanbul, I had to travel looking at a former passenger's waste, such as a used napkin tissue, stuck to the handle of the seat, and a chocolate package. I also have to say that the sinks of the bathrooms do not drain properly, so you, actually, cannot leave the place clean for the next person. All in all, this company definitely needs to work on the cleanliness of their aircraft. Thank you!"

Fordele: "Staff was super friendly and efficient."
Ulemper: "The smallest leg room I have ever experienced! Flight was 30 min late, with no explanation...but we had a long layover so didn't really care."
Fordele: "Boarding was OK. Price is good"
Ulemper: "Crew service is not good Lotec airplane Trouble website"
Ulemper: "All they wanted was money. It was a scam. What is 8kg for a canyon? They would have charged me $75 for 5 kg! The only reason they didn't is because their system was down. They tried my credit cards and when that didn't work, they asked for cash. I never carry more than $5. There was no order in the airport and it was absolute mayhem. I went from line to line. I will never use this airline aha in! TWO hours to get my boarding pass? Anthony Gallo"
Fordele: "Seating is comfortable enough with sufficient leg space."
Ulemper: "As there is no entertainment nor food served on board the grade has to be the minimum score. Precisely that there is no entertainment system."
