Ulemper: "Qatar in Belgrade didn't tell me about alchocol bottle I bought in the Duty Free and that i could not go with it all the way to melbourne even bag was sealed and receipt was visible. I lost $ buying, because custom in Doha had to take bottle. Its not right. Qatar custom could see in Belgrade and didn't tell me and the same in the Duty Free shop."

Ulemper: "The airline demaged both of my completely new suitcases. They both had TSA approved locks. One of the suitcses has a missing wheel, another one ripped zipper and missing lock and it was wraped in plastic. A few items were missing from that bag."

Ulemper: "Screaming babies, obese people sat next to me, water rationing, not a pleasant experience. Arrived sleep deprived and dehydrated. I have much better experiencs on a visit to Australia - this was my third time this year!"

Ulemper: "The arrival time was slightly delayed but overall it was okay. The hot food again can be improved as the chicken dish had no vegetables (even though there was a side salad dish). The waiting lounge at Doha airport gate was a bit cramped, and the bus ride from the gate to the aircraft was also a bit long."

There was no remote unlike the B787 between MAN and DOH. Pre-download things on laptops, tablets, phones or whatever ifyou are not going to sleep on the flight. It also took 3 hours because of UAE and Qatar :("

Ulemper: "Bus transfer to Termial 5 is VERY poorly organized and takes over an hour. This makes it harder to get to Terminal 5 even if you don't have to clear security again. Seats had a bar under the padding at about the position of my hips. Uncomfortable to sleep for several hours"

Ulemper: "No European movies in English at all, very disappointing for someone who is not into latest Hollywood ( silly) movies and doesn’t want to watch Bollywood or Chinese ones(( The “ dinner” food was barely edible, both from Singapore to Doha and from Copenhagen to Doha."

Ulemper: "When flying from New Zealand to Doha, we departed Auckland at 15h25 and due to the time zone, most passengers body clocks would have been expecting sleep within a few hours. However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

Fordele: "I appreciated the friendly and always service minded staff. The plane was clean and I enjoyed good leg room. I was happy with the menus and the film selection was entertaining and current. All over a great experience and I would not hesitate to choose Qatar again."

Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "The flights was considerably delayed, due to Lufthansa's operation issues. Information provided at the terminal was nearly non existent and the posted information on the extent of the delay was inaccurate and not updated. All in all, not effective and non communicative handling."

I find the seat average in comfort for premium economy. If only the seat would move forward, I keep sliding off it. Cathay Pacific has a much better seat."

Ulemper: "Boarding from a connecting flight wasn't enough time, esp as our duty free purchases were selected for additional screening. Food was identical to what we had been offered on previous flight, and the outbound one."
Fordele: "Great film choices, short flight time - no delays. The flight was relatively full but I experienced no discomfort and the food was good. I think they ran out of one option but this didn't bother me as it wasn't my choice."

I was clearly having trouble getting my seat converted to its bed and 3 flight attendants walked passed me and didn’t help even though they noticed I was. A portion of leather covering under the tv where I feet went was hanging off when I boarded and but on with masking tape. Took the elegance away. It’s funny they use the old fit our A380 but such a long flight."

Fordele: "We were warmly welcomed on board by the flight captain. I had not expected this. My wife has some physical challenges and received special treatment, in fact we were accorded priority in boarding as she had to temporarily use a wheel chair. Me and my daughter all enjoyed the privilege by association."
Ulemper: "My wife is diebetes, we had requested for a special diet but although this was documented on the air ticket, there was oversight and she had to make do with normal menu. Fortunately there was no adverse consequences."

Ulemper: "I was enquiringly about the transfer of my luggage from the Hurghada flight with sunexpress with one of the Lufthansa correspondents at the central fest and the guy was absolutely clueless. Needless to say- our luggage wasn’t in Manchester when we arrived. Had to travel back to Manchester to collect it 8 hours later as it was left in Munich. Not happy one bit"

Somehow, despite flying Aeroflot all the way from Sofia to St Pete, the tickets sold to us were sold via Bulgaria Air, which meant we had to collect suitcases and re-check them at Moscow, all while we were not checked-in for the second leg!! LastMinute.Com is hands down the WORST travel website in the history of travel websites, as the above was not disclosed at any time. NEVER again will I even entertain booking via them."

Ulemper: "This is something that has happened to me on every flight/airline I have taken to India. I am sat next to some slightly older Indian nationals who I find inconsiderate. This again happened on this flight, the 'gent' next to me continually elbowed his way into my space, kicked me, fidgeted, pushed against me continually. when I asked him to stop kicking me and to move his feet back to under the seat in front of me, he tried to silence me as if I shouldn't be talking to him like that or that I had no right to be annoyed. I was in pain, couldn't sleep. He encroached into my space so that he could give his wife lots of space. Selfish. I do feel it's a cultural thing. It doesn't happen to me when I fly to other destinations and travel economy. I didn't feel safe at the end of the flight when it was taxing to the bay. Passengers turned on their phones the minute we hit the tarmac and were opening the overhead lockers and left them open even the plane was still moving at speed. I thought things were going to come crashing out. It just doens't feel save and controllled when fellow passengers do not follow instructions. I worry what would happen if there was an emergency."

Ulemper: "Other airlines give a warm welcome. Getting to airport, plus the run up to a trip can be stressful. It is also where for me the holiday/trip begins and a smile, or even a 'have a good holiday/trip' said genuinely would really get things off to good start. I felt depressed."

Fordele: "The Ukraine airline did a sting operation and took 80 euro from everyone who had a bag that was a little bigger than a purse. Shame on them, will never fly with them again."

All TEN of us were denied boarding and the supervisor refused to tell us why. SCAM SCAM SCAM"

Ulemper: "Frankfurt is a terrible airport to fly through, based on my last two experiences. This time the security was better but still very slow compared to other airports I use routinely. I could have easily missed the connection if I had not left the business lounge early to go to the boarding gate. I try to avoid this airport."

Ulemper: "The flight was packed with Jewish people,unfortunately very rude and uncontrollable by the cabin staff,I could see there growing frustration,at telling them to sit down,or stay in your seats! This was relayed by conversations with the other passengers.No consideration for others!which overall ruined the flight"

Ulemper: "The worst flight ever! Flight assistants no friendly at all during all the journey and even the girls at the desk in Bangkok had no costumer service. Lunch was terrible, I left everything. I tried to order something on the menu but nothing was available. I won't flight with Ukraine international airways anymore"

Ulemper: "Service is appalling. I ant deal with a small shitty seat, four dollar water, and a 6 hour delay (for a 1hr long flight). But the service throughout was just reaching new levels of low. Negative stars should be given."

Ulemper: "First, the security took about 15 extra minutes trying to decide if I was the person in the passport and on my work permit. Then they brought in another person who eventually agreed that I was the one. The second was I spoke to one of the crew that I was hungry and I would not mind eating something and she showed me the menu. I told her what I would want and she said I should hold on...Then She served, I waited for about 2 hours only to be told they are out of food!"
Ulemper: "Impossible to check in at the airport, can only be done online!!! I normally only use my phone for phone calls. Had to go on the web site to check in then get an email sent to me with boarding pass to be able to put my bag on a check in computer!!!all of this while I’m standing at the desk. This is now rediculous way to travel, hope the airline does not go broke with people avoiding travel with this company!"

Ulemper: "Overall I am disappoint with Ukraine Airlines. I will give you several reasons. First of all I'm a frequent traveller of Ukraine Airlines because I had a business in Ukraine. I have use your Airlines more than 10 times. I fly internationally frequently and I also use several other International Airlines. Compared to the Airlines I would rank Ukraine Airlines at the bottom. 1) I have never been on one Ukraine airlines that has the ability for a passenger to charge a cellphone or any other electronic device in the seating area oh the plane. Ukraine Airlines might be the only International Airline that does not have this. How can you not have this option for passengers in 2018 when you know people are using laptops and cell phones more than ever? This is unacceptable. 2) there are no television options on the headrest for passengers. Again, I do not know of any other International Airline that is not allow each passenger the ability to watch movies in front of their seats. The movie option for Ukraine Airlines is extremely outdated. 3) when taking the international flight from New York to Kiev, the food option is not good. It is only one Hot meal served. To give passengers a cold sandwich as a first option on an 8hr international flight is acceptable. It appears to me that Ukraine Airlines is 10 or 15 years outdated. I travel to Ukraine often and I do as much as I can to avoid your airline. Also whenever I'm talking to passengers in other airports and even passengers boarding Airlines we all talk the same about your airline. Most people are disappointed with your Airlines but have to use it because scheduling etc."
Ulemper: "2 return flights were canceled. At that second one was canceled 9 hours prior departure, we had to take cab in rush for 7 hours driving to catch up our next flight. Plane Kiev-Nyc is super old, seats are super small and TVs for 10 hour flight!"

Ulemper: "I've got an E-mail about flight cancellation less than 24 hours before deparute, but their hotline was not working at all, so I had to book a seat with Qatar in advance to secure my trip. 8 hours before the departure I've finally got an E-mail from their representative with 2 possible routes to Bangkok to change my ticket too. It was a perfect trip with Turkish, but I lost 150 USD for Qatar cancellation."
