Boarding in Doha was extremely slow, some passengers had issues with their travel documents and instead of handling those issues on the side, they kept everyone waiting for over 15 minutes"

Ulemper: "No European movies in English at all, very disappointing for someone who is not into latest Hollywood ( silly) movies and doesn’t want to watch Bollywood or Chinese ones(( The “ dinner” food was barely edible, both from Singapore to Doha and from Copenhagen to Doha."

I had no problems with my layover. The baggage allowance was great as I had extra luggage from my trip. I'm very happy with their customer service, the day before my first flight I received a phone call from Qatar's customer service saying that due to delays I wouldn't be able to make my connecting flight to Edinburgh so they would like to book me on another flight instead of me having to wait 24 hours in Doha. I was thoroughly impressed with this service."

Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "It’s hard to give a good review when the first of three flights is an hour late. Made me and my wife run through Frankfurt airport to make my connection. Only made it by 2 minutes. Frankfurt security was super slow and no one cares."

Ulemper: "There was an issue on the bus to take us to the teminal cuz a passenger took another's passenger's backpack which looked exactly the same but they made us wait on the bus til the mix up was settled. A lot of the passengers got frustrated cuz we had connecting flights and the workers by the plane didn't care including the bus driver. We finally went but we almost missed our flight .we had to literally run to the gate to make it."
Fordele: "As a United 1K member and Star Alliance Gold member, I expected a little better treatment than being charged a premium to sit with my family in a 'rock bottom' basic seat."
Ulemper: "I was surprised to have to pay more for a basic seat. I really thought I had paid enough already. I could not get boarding pass tickets for the last leg of our fight. I was told that Lufthansa''s system does not communicate with United Airline System. I found this to be untrue because I have had code share flights between United and Luftansa for 20 years. At Munich I was told that they could not get me tickets either and said that there may be a security issue with me. Once I heard this I walked away."

Ulemper: "The plane was 1 hour late and the plane wasn't even at the gate for its expected departure time. The boarding process was too long and take off took too long, thus causing me to miss my connecting flight. So that I missed my Saturday interview."

Ulemper: "Crew was not helpful. There was clearly not enough room for everyone's hand luggage, and the crew members simply shrugged their shoulders. I flew with hand luggage on lap because bins were full."

The breakfast was ok, fruit, muffin and ok cereal bar, too carb-heavy though. The entertainment offered my options. I particularely enjoyed the "Deep-Sleep" relaxation audios which indeed helped me to get some shut-eye during the overnight flight that left the East Coast late afternoon."
Ulemper: "The comfort in the economy class is mediocre at best. We had more space on the inner-German connection, see next review, than the international flight. The beverage service was skimpy. Flight arrived Dusseldorf on time and then spend 20 minutes on the ground, waiting for a gate, resulting in a scramble to reach our connection."

Ulemper: "Chek in took forever. They didn't have enough people at the counter. Flight took off late from New york to Moscow. Airline doesn't support TSA Pre service , which makes no sense . I had to stand in long security check point line , when I have trusted traveler privilages . Plane is super uncomfortable. Small seats. No hard liquor for 10 hour flight . Staff not so friendly ."
Fordele: "The most important part of a flight is arriving and returning safely, so in this regard, Aeroflot made the grade. The airplanes appeared new and on one of four flights, there seemed to be a decent amount of legroom in coach."
Ulemper: "The crew...upon boarding, they literally say things like "come on, come on, hurry up" when you are moving as fast they allow you to move. It was just rude. In Moscow, the boarding staff were even more pushy and rude. The flight attendants are relatively polite, but definitely not friendly. The bathrooms smelled of urine upon boarding the flight. The movie system (while it was better than nothing) worked very poorly, froze up, would not take the button presses and aside from a couple of the movies, the majority were from the 1980's, 90's and early 2000's. Lastly, and the worst, the food was over cooked and tasteless. We were served a total of 6 meals on all of our flights. I had requested gluten free meals. I was served the EXACT SAME FOOD at every single meal! Worse yet, that meal consisted a 2"x 2" piece of chicken (which was palatable), tasteless yellow rice and a teaspoon glob of deathly overcooked spinach. A salad with just olive oil for the dressing. No vinegar, nothing. And a dry rice cake. Seriously, it was the worst airplane food I have ever endured. I would avoid Aeroflot if at all possible."

Ulemper: "Didnt’t get any of my luggage. When out of the airport with the only purse that I had, no clothes, no pajamas, and it’s the scariest feeling. Never taking Aeroflot again"
Ulemper: "I booked my tirkcet online - and when I happily got to the airport and tried to check in - AEROFLOT personnel saw my reservation but actually ticket wasn't issued - so I was standing there with all my luggage and no ticket. already spent money on taxi cabs etc all I could do was to buy ANOTHER over expensive ticket - with loads of stress. when I landed in russia I received a cancellation notice from Flight Network. this is unacceptable and I am very disappointed that I have to spend so much extra money in the end and wasted so much of my nerves and time!"

Ulemper: "3 out of my 4 flight during this trip were late. One of those was at Moscow's SVO, 5 hour delay, because there were no planes! I don't know how does that happen, but that's what we were told. Called to board 3 times, cancelled twice. On my way to Bangkok the plane was late by an hour to the transfer to Moscow's SVO, they taxi's us to the furthest part of the airport and then the bus took about 15 minutes to get us to the terminal. Inside at the transfer gate one officer and about 150 people waiting to be checked. I had to cut the line to reach my flight. Horrible experience, and talking to others who use Aeroflot, I was told this wasn't the first case, but certainly the worst they have seen so far. Avoid this company and maybe even SVO airport as well."

However, Aeroflot security didn't listen to me and kept saying I'm okay( I guess she wanted to say I was a right gate) and didn't let me talk to groundhostes, and kept screeming to others to show her their boading pass. I could get to talk groundhostes right when I get in the flight, not sure my baggage were with me. My suitcase was damagged at both flights on the way and back. And had to wait for two hours to receive the form, and to claim it, you have to submit so many documents and takes tim e. I am waiting for it."

Ulemper: "The flight and its crew did well but I will NEVER use it again if it has to transit in Brussels. We were bussed to the T terminal ( ‘incidentally’ where were all the AFRICAN flights transit) were we had a 5 hour layover, which is fine with me, but the terminal has no restaurant or any decent stores."
Fordele: "The plane was clean and seats were comfortable considering 2.5. hour flight; all crew members were nice and friendly; there was some food available for purchase but we didn't buy it since we ate at the airport before the flight. I would definitely fly again."

Fordele: "On our longer flight, we were thrilled- nice crew, delicious food, spacious, great pilot, and enjoyable entertainment experience. However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency."
Ulemper: "I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers."

Ulemper: "There was a delay of almost an hour on my first leg of the trip, which meant that I was really rushing to get to the gate for my connection in Brussels. It would have been nice to have some sort of express option for that, since it was the airline's fault that we were late."

Fordele: "Crew members were very friendly, plane was clean, seats were comfortable, and flight was much quicker than what I thought it was going to be. Boarding was a tiny bit unorganized, but overall flight was great."
Ulemper: "Boarding was a bit disorganized. I had brought my carry-on but the lady at the counter said I had to check it with baggage (which ended up getting delayed once we landed for an additional 15 minutes)"

Ulemper: "It was a small plane with only 1 bathroom which was not available for the flight due to long lines. There was no food or even a drink of water without payment. there was no in flight entertainment."

Fordele: "Great moives and enteratinment system. Comfy seat. attentive staff on board. Also minimal annoucements, which i love because i don't like to be disturbed in my sleep to hear about the weather."
Ulemper: "Was stuck on plane for 3 hours before they had to cancel it due to computer issues. Missed connenction flight ( 27 hour delay for connecting flight) with them as well as a result, had to stay 2 extra nights (in great accommodation they provided, at least) had minimal information about what to do in the morning (almost missed the bus to the airport because they only had a little sign noting it) Overall they took care of us from the delays, but I still missed a day and a half of work because of it."
Ulemper: "Probably nothing to do with Brussels but the boarding out ot IAD was very unorganized."
Ulemper: "Called and made a reservation directly with Air Brussels to make sure we got a bassinet seat for our infant and that did not happen. Old airplane and very bad customer service all around. Took over 2 hours to check in at 4am in the morning."
Ulemper: "Lack of any real help with lost luggage. Man on the phone in Brussel asked for File complaint numbers and found nothing. Absolutely no information whatsoever. He gave us a number to call in Florence, which was automated. File number was requested but not found. For all we know our luggage may have been thrown away. Completely unacceptable. Never ever use Brussels Airline."

Ulemper: "Very dirty plane, limited space poor customer service. Took pictures of stained trays, seats. Very gross."
Fordele: "The crew members were kind and friendly and went the extra mile to be helpful."
Ulemper: "The entertainment screen was about 6 inches wide and there were only four movies to choose from (one that was older than the hills). The screen wasn't clear. Hard to believe that there was such poor technology for a flight from the U.S. to Europe. Also, there were no ports to charge phones or tablets which made it near impossible to watch entertainment on a phone or tablet due to low battery levels. The wi-fi was not strong. I typically like food on an airplane, but this food was not something to be enjoyed. I hope to not fly Brussels Airlines/United again. I'll stick with British Airways and American."
Ulemper: "Lost my bags or did not make it on time for connection."
Fordele: "Flight was delayed and we had to spend time Waiting both in the terminal and the plane. But crew was very nice!"
Ulemper: "Would have been nice to have been given a free snack or some water while waiting. We got a tiny chocolate which was nice but didn't make up for the waiting time"
Ulemper: "4 hour delay"
Ulemper: "We got stuck on the plane for an additional 5 hours before take off because of the smallest amount of snow. Even knowing how much extra time they did not load any extra food on the plane. We finally took off only to be rerouted to Lome instead of Accra which took an additional 2 hours. The whole thing took an extra 7 hours. From 11am to 12:55 pm we were provided only 1 meal and ice cream. The staff were not apologetic at all, they said if we wanted to be mad at someone it should be the weather... They should probably go back to customer service school."
Fordele: "The food served was wonderful, as well as service."
Fordele: "Pleasant staff, entertainment system is ok although a bit outdated."
Ulemper: "Our flight (operated by Air Canada) was delayed due to a control tower fire. Other flights seemed to have been delayed 1 or 2 hours, but ours was delayed 3.5 hours. That's not really the airline's fault, but it seems like they didn't want to communicate updates or give us any options for alternate flights. They also listed the delay at just under 3 hours, rather than the real 3.5 we were late leaving the gate (to avoid giving out vouchers, I suspect)."
Fordele: "Nice plane, great entertainment unit. USB charging is nice. Food service was surprisingly good and the staff was very pleasant and helpful on the flight."
Ulemper: "Boarding from a connecting flight is a disaster. For some reason brussel's air didn't validate our passports at the first international flight. Everyone was expected to do it at the Brussels airport. This would be fine if they had a sign up explaining what to do, or even a basic queue set up. There were passengers for 3 flights mobbed around the check point in front of our gate with nothing resembling a line. Everyone was completely confused and crawling over each other. Add that to our delayed landing that put us on the tarmac, forcing us back through security and a huge walk away from the gate... We very nearly missed our flight! Please please please figure out a way to communicate to your passengers and get people into a proper queue!!!"

Ulemper: "Thw flight attendents gave a really bad service. They forgot to bring me food. The plain was really small and crowded... There was a lot of noise."
Ulemper: "Not allowing free seat selection when the ticket is purchased."
Fordele: "Flight from US was wonderful. Plane had everything you would want. Food was good and seats comfortable."
Ulemper: "Flight from Brussels to Kinshasa was different. It seems for the people of color, there was an old plane. My seat mate TV sCreek did not work. You could tell moldings on seat were very old. one bathroom had no soap, dispenser was broken. I hope this is not your pratice to use your older planes for those traveling to Africa. I will observe this as I travel back to Brussel and on to US."

Fordele: "The flight from Tel Aviv followed and I had to fly to Holland to continue to Beijing. I also ordered kosher food and had to pay € 30 when the site was available for free. But in the end I was not given a kosher meal from the Netherlands to Beijing."

Ulemper: "They sent passengers an e-mail about downloading and printing our tickets. And because I was n`t even able to download, let alone to find a printer and print it. I end up paying 10euros for something that was always their responsibility."
Fordele: "I do like that crew were very welcoming and nice to passengers. An airplane was completely booked and I barely found a space for my carry on. it was a short flight and all of us were served water and drinks. I did not order food, but I saw other passenger did and they were pleased."
Ulemper: "I did not like that many passengers were inpatient and were pushing others. I guess they had never been educated how to fly with stress free mode."
Ulemper: "We couldn't fly because of serious health problem of my pregnant wife and no one cancelled our booking and even didn't provide partial refund. It is the worst customer service I've ever met."

Fordele: "Nothing really, Luggage arrived to London after 3 days, had no clothes, chronic medication in luggage and had to see a dr to prescribe it for my 14 yr son, I had to spend over 100 pound to get by unlit I received the luggage"

Fordele: "Everything was OK except at frankfurt it took 25 minutes to get from the plane into the terminal. FRA airport operations was VERY VERY slow and seemed quite inefficient. I assume UIA does not have access to a gate and jetway at FRA, but the transfer from plane to terminal added about 25% more time to the overall trip time."
Fordele: "Depart on time, arrive on time. Pleasent crew. Good value for money."

Ulemper: "i took a flight from jfk to tbilisi, georgia. i was very disappointed that on my 12 hour flight i did not have a food tray available for my seating, so i had to hold everything with my hands, i had to rush eating my food before getting my drink. i also had to take precautions because i didn't want to burn myself with the tea. another problem that the plane has one that one of the bathroom were out of order so there was a huge line just to go to the bathroom. and i also almost forgot to tell you that the plane was leaking water from the top. the person sitting in the next row was getting very frustrated with getting wet. is that even safe? i would never recommended this airways to anyone. by far the worse."
Fordele: "Refused to give me discount on extra baggage because I missed the time before the flight by 3 hours. Ordered kosher meals for this flight and the second but they didn't have it for me. All together spent over 15 hours with no food!!! On top of all they lost my baggage. Still did not get it. Terrible company!!!"
Fordele: "No food. Bad attitude at check in They had a delay and kept us 6 hours on the plane instead of deplane. Just horrible service. Avoid it if you can"
Fordele: "The flight was affordable and you could check one bag free."
Ulemper: "Unfortunately our luggage was delayed several days both ways of our trip. When we called the airlines they couldn't give us any information or any help. We just had to give an address and hope for the best. In the meantime we had to buy clothes and toiletries and got zero reimbursement from the company and not even an apology. This is a budget airlines. If you want food you have to buy it. The only thing your given on board is one cup of water for a 3 hour flight. There are no tvs and the legroom is very tight."

Ulemper: "Felt like I went back in time. No electric socket? And they won't let me upgrade for business at the gate saying its too late for me to go back out to the check in desk even tho they had free seats. Ridiculous"

Fordele: "The flight attendants were very nice and one even helped me find my way in the Kiev airport."
Ulemper: "The seats were very small and cramped. No pillows were provided for an overnight flight. Only blankets were given, so I had to roll it up and try to use it as a pillow. And my neck was very sore by the end of the flight. Surprisingly, for such a long trip, there were no personal screens, but three larger ones at the front of the cabin. Also, the flight was delayed because the crew was kate to board."
