The spa services were exceptional. Bob's chop house was delicious and convenient for my husband and I to celebrate. Our room was ready and clean the three days we stayed. The only complaint was that we thought there was a mini microwave and there wasn't. Other than that we were fine.
We loved the room , restaurants and felt it was a good value for amenities We called to make reservations to the Texas Spice & got no answer. Front desk tried and told us restaurant was booked. Called restaurant 10 min later. They answered and got us in at our requested time. Restaurant was half full. So communication breakdown. But it all worked out

The rooftop pool was an amazing feature. The pool was a blessed relief after a hot, muggy day. It was also in a central location downtown. Plenty of restaurant options nearby - although the hotel restaurant - Texas Spice - was a nice option as well. The work out facility was up to date with amazing views of the city. Certainly worth while.
The pillows and bed were worth every single penny. Getting ready for a night out with my husband and being able to watch tv in the bathroom was a luxury I will not soon forget. Breathtaking view! We requested a quiet room but there was a convention with young teenagers staying there and they were a bit unruly and loud.

The staff was very helpful. The Texas Spice and Box Office Staff were exceptional. The food at Texas Spice was great. The view was awesome. The beds comfortable. My daughter has stayed there several times before, and the price was atleast $100.00 a night cheaper than what I paid. We were also charged for wifi and self parking was very expensive. We stayed 2 nights, and after the cleaning people had been in our room, the sink handles had not been wiped down. For the price of our stay not sure we got the quality. Not sure we will come back.

The front dest gave me the runaround and I wound up speaking to 6 people in different departments all don't know what happend to my bag. The staff at this hotle was the unhelpful and rude. There are other great hotels in the area I suggest you find one of them.
Was not given the room we pre-paid for. I had booked a king bed, my wife and I arrived at about 9:00pm and were given two double beds. I thought that was a pretty rookie move by the kid behind the counter, who said there were no more king beds available, despite my having pre-paid for it. Not cool.
Loved the pillows and how big and beatiful it was! The staff were very friendly also I didn't like that there wasn't much to do inside the hotel but it's definitely no reason not to stay there
Staff was helpful with directions. Rooms were clean and nice. No drinks in vending machines on 3 different floors we tried. Only one snack vending machine that needs exact change on the far side of the other tower we didn't even stay in.
The staff was extremely nice. They were very concern about my issues. I was very upset because of the third party booking but the staff was very patient, polite and accommodating. My stay was enjoyable and the room was very clean.
............. Someone was smoking weed on my floor because my room smelled like we had 4+ blunts going at the same time. Repeated calls to the front desk for assistance was completely useless. The only decent thing in this hotel is the bar, to drink away your anger for being stuck in this horrible hotel.
Staff was friendly One of my families had dirty linens when they checked into their room. Another had a hole with mold on the ceiling. We had ants in our room. For the cost of the hotel I feel the rooms should be better and there should be some kind of breakfast included.
Nothing. Upon arrival we were told that all the king bed rooms were taken which we had reserved prior to. Then we walk into the room that wasn't clean. Beer cans strewed everywhere, beds were filthy and trash all in the room. Not only that but the elevators were out of order and we had to climb 8 flights of stairs each time we left the room. Worst stay ever
Amazing hospitality and service. I was suggesred to join a free awards members club for the starwood hotels at check in which allowed me a club level pass for a happy hour, complimentary breakfast and wifi. Dallas is a spread out city so it was only a short drive to downtown activities which meant uber/lyft friendly. It would have been better if it were a true walking distance but location was still really good just not great if you want to ho into extreme detail but still very satisfied.
Rooms were nice and clean. 1 out of 4 elevators were working and we all had to walk 30 flights of stairs with all of our luggage. There was no apology or compensation for anything. I understand technically issues happen but we were on the 30th floor and it had been 8 hours.. ridiculous.
The common areas were beautiful and staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Our room, room 1913 in the South Tower resembled a cheap motel room on the outskirts of town. There were stains on the walls and on the comforter, holes in the wall, wall paper pealing from the wall... Overall status of the room was extremely poor.

We felt welcomed, respected and valued as if we were family. The hotel is all about making you feel important. It is immaculate, the service was perfect in every respect. The staff made us feel comfortable as though we were both important and yet like we were old friends. Absolutely nothing.

The staff were super. Very helpful and everyone was smiling! I stay at the Fairmont when I am visiting customers for business. Our family trip took us through Dallas and the only hotel I thought of was the Fairmont. My family will definitely visit the Fairmont in the future again. All good! Bartender made great drinks, pool was awesome for my daughter and wife and location was superb for walking to dinner.
This was like going back in time 15 years ago - such great customer service from valet, bellman and check in - everyone treated like you were the only one there. We felt pampered
The facilities have been updated but you can still tell it's a very old hotel. The a/c in our room wasn't great. Would stay there again!
Shower head was much to short for a tall person. I kept hitting my head on the spout which was both painful and disgusting.
The front desk and concierge was very polite and friendly. The entrance to the hotel is beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was nice. The room was in need of a remodel. Paint and color on the walls were out of date. There were several spots that have been patched over. The bar staff wasn't very knowledgable in making drinks or friendly. She seemed preoccupied with one customer the hour I was there.
The location is the reason I booked this hotel. Room smelled like wet mildewed gym socks. The bed was beyond uncomfortable. The toilet paper even felt like it was from the solitary confinement section of Riker's Island! We were forced to have our room keys re-magnetized 7 times in two days. I am very conscious not to let my cell phone come in contact with the keys etc, but it was a habitual problem. I have never experienced that in all the many places I have stayed in the past. The front desk staff was disinterested and going through the motions every time they were approached. Warm hospitality is not their strong suit. I really discourage this hotel when staying downtown. Go somewhere else.
For the location and a one night stay, it's all we needed. It needs updating. Old mattress and furniture. Typical wear and tear, but this hotel needs new everything.
The location was nice in that is was close to many other places downtown within walking distance. Although the immediate area didn't give us a fully safe feeling. The price we paid for the hotel was fair. The smell of the hallway was bad. It seems like they never cleaned or replaced the carpet ever. The location also looked a little shady as we were walking to the hotel.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room, though somewhat older, was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Water pressure on our floor (15) was good, but a friend staying on another floor (18) said that it was barely a trickle. Although we didn't use the pool, its location on the ninth floor was nice. Downtown Dallas, like downtown of other large, Texas cities (e.g., Houston) is just not a great location. We arrived on a Sunday, and very little was open. We walked several blocks to find dining options other than Subway, McDonald's or 7-Eleven. The hotel is not far from a Greyhound station and several urban parks, so there were often groups of people hanging around near the hotel that made the place seem a bit unsafe. The hotel is on the older side, and could stand to be upgraded a bit.
1. Shower head soaked the bathroom floor and carpet. I requested a repair but it did not happen. 2. Food was cold. I ordered soap but got chili. I was sink and too weak to complain. 3. Hotel has some many random people in and out. Not a professional environment.
We were supposed to have a room with two queen-size beds and instead we had two full-size. was very hard for four people to sleep in two full-sized beds.
Location is great, Dallas World Aquarium is within walking distance so you do save on parking. The hotel stay was ok, the room had a microwave and a fridge which I wasn't expecting so that was nice. You basically get what you pay for. The hotel is downtown and I checked other downtown hotel rates and they were quite expensive so settled on this. It's not a luxury hotel per say so plan to spend some time exploring the downtown because that way you get a good value out of your hotel stay.
Good stay overall! One complaint was told via email and booking that the room included breakfast even the server with breakfast told me it was included but somehow I was charged anyway. Ill just make sure to be mindful the next time.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was rundown. furniture broken and old. did not like that after a certain hour, the hotel bar turns into a nightclub with a $10 entrance. we just wanted to go have a drink at the hotel bar and it went from a nice hotel bar earlier in the day to a cheeky vegas nightclub packed with 20 somethings. We just wanted to go from our room to have a cocktail, not the gross club!
It was close to the 6th floor museum Noises, lots of people coming in and out because there was a big party in the club located inside. Relaxing was impossible.
The beds are very comfortable and the view from the roof is amazing The bar upstairs was too expensive and didn't allow us to bring our own drinks to the pool. I wish there was some sort of breakfast provided. The little Keurig coffee machine in our room left grounds in the cup.
Big Rooms. Comfy Beds. Windows Open with Lots of Light. Easy Walk to Downtown. Free Shuttle to Dallas spots. Consistent Staff who knows your name. Restaurants and Bars were exactly what I needed after a long day.
Cool decor, loft-like rooms with high ceilings, comfy bed. Kurig in every room for free coffee and tea. Paper thin walls - can hear noise from above, both sides of the rooms, and especially the hallway!!! I can hear clearly worded conversations from the hallway. The door to the bathroom is barn-door style, so it doesn't shut securely, doesn't lock, leaves a small gap, and can hear everything going on in there (not too awesome for friends or acquaintances who want to share a room but have loud bathroom manners).
The decor of the rooms and the style of converted warehouse to loft was very well executed. The rooftop bar also has a great view of downtown Dallas especially at night. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Onsite parking was also very easy considering proximity to downtown. As nice as the rooms were, we were given a 4th floor room that faced the main street through the Cedars district of Dallas; Lamar St. And that was what really put a damper on our stay. The noise of semi trucks and dump trucks going by with their loud exhaust was enough to wake you up many times during the night. There also were several potholes or bumps in the road that made the dump trucks rattle very loudly. This is not really the hotel's fault but it did sound like the trucks were coming through the room. I would think a brick building would be more sound proof. Perhaps its the old windows and some sort of acoustic film could reduce the noise a little. It is unfortunate because it really is a nice hotel, perhaps a room off the side street or rear of the hotel would be quieter. I really hope they can fix this because its a great location and well executed.
Exterior and lobby have a classic vibe. Seemed understaffed in the evening. Front desk girl sounded stressed and overworked and was extremely unhelpful when we mentioned our breakfast order was not picked up the night before. She said it wasn't "her job"...never the words you want to hear as a guest.
Big rooms. Beautiful shower. Comfy beds and pillows. Hard to find something bad to say. Overnight parking fees of $28 was a bit ridiculous. The area also gets a bit shady at night.

The Adolphus has always been our special hotel. The remodeling that they have done is great.Our room was very spacious and clean. The service, room service and front desk, was impeccable. We love being downtown near restaurants. We had a very relaxing stay at The Adolphus and we will go there again.
The beautiful historic lobby was a perfect first impression The room we stayed in was newly remodeled modern, comfortable, incredibly large with 2 king beds, beautiful, luxurious bathroom and great view of Dallas. We never used our car, everything was close enough to walk but , when we didn't walk, the hotel had a courtesy car with a very pleasant driver to take us to theme farmers market. The choice of restaurants in the hotel were very limited. The choices included a barbeque, cowboy theme, or the French Room, which was beautiful but not casual and comfortable. Very special occasion, dressy type atmosphere.
I have to brag on Rachel at the front desk! She was such a joy and so accommodating. She had to go through a few hurdles to find our reservations but kept us informed and happy. We were there for a girlfriends birthday and decided to schedule a ghost tour with Kevin. He made it so memorable! Overall the staff was so welcoming and professional. The room we were checked into went above our expectations. Comfy bed, clean and crisp linens, full sized pillows, spacious, equipped with a phone charging station, mini fridge, keurig and a wonderful view of downtown. The price of parking! 4 stars on location since there seemed to be some construction work being done on the roadways. Made it a bit challenging to get in and out with a truck.
The hotel is a grande dame of a bygone era in Texas and US history, and the room could not have been more comfortable. The location for anything in downtown Dallas is great, and it is an easy walk almost anywhere in the downtown vicinity. The room was spacious and large, and for a downtown hotel is very quiet. The bathroom fixtures could use updating.
I prepaid for a room and adolphus sold it. I had to spend the night at a friends place and my card was still charged. Now I have to deal with the refund.

Manager Gina (spelling?) was very sweet and helpful We checked in for New Year's Eve and specifically requested a room with a view of fireworks. The first room had no view, I had to pay for an upgraded room after going back downstairs. The room we got next was a disaster. Stains on the couches, dirty carpets, chair that was breaking, and fraying towels. The MOD came up to the room, looked at everything, apologized and moved us to yet another room. She was lovely and sent up a bottle of champagne but I would rather not have had to deal with switching rooms which led to us being very late for our dinner reservation. In short- rooms are not well maintained (last room had staples on the floor), only valet parking, SLOW elevators and front desk staff that don't seem to actually care.

Our room was a one Queen bed. Room is small but very clean and nice. Bed is great. All staff are excellent. Bartender makes great "Mule" drinks and it is a good atmosphere. Breakfast comes with the room. You get hot scrambled eggs, ham, salsa, onions, mushrooms, breads, oatmeal, etc. Drinks for the evening reception: you get 2 drinks each, house wine which is not good, or domestic beer...hope you like Bud or Miller, not good for me. They have plenty of drinks but you pay for anything else. But the biggest problem is the food. We have eaten at Magnolia before and it was great. This time there is nothing good to say except for those who served us, excellent service. I sent my $29 rib eye back when it was well done instead of med. rare. Came back bloody pulp rare. I gave up. The spaghetti with veal meatball sounds great on paper and has no taste in reality. Given the other places around to eat, do not eat here as the kitchen has taken a dive.
Great location, fre bud light draft from 5:30-6:30, free hot breakfast buffet (impressive spread on the weekends). Cool retro boutique vibe. Weird smell in lobby, like cleaning agent masked with perfume. No dresser in our room to stash clothes, just a closet.

Nice size room, location, complimentary bar & breakfast, & shuttle. Housekeeping was TERRIBLE. We stayed 3 nights & they only made the bed every day. They never cleaned the bathroom, 2 of the 3 nights they didn't even replace our towels. I had to track down housekeeping to ask for some. They didn't vacuum or empty the trash. There were only 2 elevators that worked.
Professional and friendly service, excellent breakfast, good Wi-Fi connection, very nice decor, convenient location in the downtown . Our room had 2 queen beds with good mattresses. The stuff allowed us to check out one hour late and then let us sit in the lobby for an hour in the evening.

The Ghostbar! It was hottt! People keep to themselves though. I loved the roof top pool as well but at first it's a little awkward when people are just staring at you when you first come in because it is rather small. A rude girl named Jennifer that works at the desk. She hung up on me without saying at least a thank you. I had called about revising my statement because a pending transaction was showing on my bank card and I wanted clarification. I called her back right away and told her she was very rude.

The staff knows you well and gives you a very close approach, this way they help you and lot's of times gives you good directions. Friday and Saturday the lobby becomes a Club and sometimes the sound is too loud even in the elevators.

The Marriott location couldn't be better. Being located inside the city center was an experience in itself. It's as if your in a city...inside! Loved our balcony. Overall was more than pleased!

The rooms were amazing. Great location in Dallas. The elevator was a little too high tech.
Cleanliness and willingness of the staff to help find a more comfortable room. When the hotel lost power and the fire alarm was tripped it seemed that the emergency response was disorganized and didn't have a clear leader. I was also disappointed in the city, there was not one police officer or fire fighter at the from of the hotel helping matters. Felt very unsafe throughout the situation.

The minute you pull up the The Joule you know this is something different. The lobby is unique and modern without being cold and industrial. At check in we were handed a glass of sparkling wine. The staff was excellent. The were very professional yet extremely friendly. Not once did I get the pretentious feeling that I sometimes get from 4 star hotels. Every staff person I came in contact with went out of their way to be helpful and made me feel like a valued guest. The room was very comfortable and the design modern. I could tell that a lot of thought went into the design; picking the fabrics, fixtures, colors, etc. I would here again in a heartbeat.
Some of the staff were a bit condescending at times. Just because I'm not wearing slacks and shoes that shimmer, doesn't mean I can't afford to stay in your hotel.
The staff at The Joule is amazing and incredibly attentive. They upgraded us to the larger room. Someone helped us to our room with our bags. Since we had never been there, he gave us a quick tour of the room and told us all about the hotel. You can tell they are very proud of the hotel, and they should be. It is gorgeous! I have stayed at The W in downtown Dallas, and got the worst service there. The Joule is so much better in every aspect, and it doesn't cost as much.

Everything was indefinably perfect. This was my first experience with a four star hotel, and I walked in with high expectations. They met and exceeded every single one. The environment is luxurious, the staff is very friendly and very accommodating. We were given a ride to our concert venue free of charge, and when no drivers were available to pick us up, the concierge did so himself (Daniel's a great guy). The cocktails in the lobby bar were unique and tasty. The store across from the lobby bar (an art book store) stocks some great additions to any coffee table. And our purchase was transported up to our room with a little note from the concierge: "Enjoy your staycation." We had only told him once that we weren't from out of town, but he remembered. We felt like royalty from check-in to check-out. I highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dallas. Shower didn't have hot water. We didn't alert the staff because we found out too close to check-out. I imagine, with the quality of customer service we experienced, they would have been up really quickly to fix it.

Also, the hotel mgmt clearly made a conscious decision not to charge their guests for essential amenities, such as laundry (free do-it-yourself washer & dryer access, free internet access in the rooms, and free local shuttle on call for the guests). Aside from that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were not big; however, the bathroom spacious and there was plenty of closet space to hang clothes.
We were upgraded to a queen suite. They were undergoing renovations, only one elevator worked, smell of sulfur.
I really liked the room decoration/colors, the staff (great!), and the van service, which really made a difference (as I was attending a conference at the Hyatt). The chair by the desk (too short and very uncomfortable) and the fact that the door to the other room does not block any sound (the person next door had a cough that I had to put up with all night long -- fortunately our stay overlapped for only one night).
Bathroom: it was big, clean, had amazing lighting and neat, futuristic features.The shower could fit 3 people with a huge bench. The shower head was by far the nest thing about the whole stay! It was a massive, square, waterfall that covered every inch of me at one time. This is where the positives begin and end however. My husband took me to the Westin Downtown Dallas for our anniversary. We are not wealthy and my expectations may be too high for today's lack of standards...I don't know. Parking: Self is $26, valet is $30 (only options) Bed: Like sleeping on the floor with only a thin down blanket to cushion you. Room Service: Not only did it take forever to get, but we called 3 different times before we made a choice that they actually had!! They had "run out" of the first 2 choices, and the third choice we were informed, although it was already on the menu, it was new and wouldn't be actually available for another 2 WEEKS!!! A 5 stat hotel shouldn't run out of everything or misrepresent a darn thing in my opinion! Staff: Cleaning lady flat out walked in on us twice! So we had to leave the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door the entire time with the extra lock on. However, the front desk had to call so we could open the door for the towel guy because he couldn't knock with the sign there (maybe the maid could learn from him). TV: Only a handful of channels and the programs/actual episodes, that are the same everyday! I'm talking not just the same program but the exact same episodes everyday we were there. Noise: Although on the second to highest floor, 31 floors up, we heard sirens, traffic, and construction (the entire time)! I understand we were in downtown Dallas, but seriously, I even had to listen to the delivery truck trying to back up and park for almost 5 minutes a couple times a day. We heard every door that opened and closed, and although we were as far away from the elevators as one could get, we heard it EVERY time it moved! Checking out: We requested a luggage cart/dolly THREE times over a total of 35 minutes and still NEVER saw hair of it nor any attendants! We waited until the exact minute of check out time and then hauled it all down by ourselves with no apology or anything. Misc: No vending machines, and the gift shop is an over priced joke even in gift shop standards. However there is a nicely stalked, friendly staffed Seven Eleven around the corner within comfortable walking distance. All of that said.....would I own the bathroom, yes! Would I ever stay there again, NO.....but that's just me and my opinion.
The rooms very large and the gym was awesome. They even provided workout clothes and shoes, which I forgot to bring. The staff was very professional, except for the maid service. The maid service was lazy. The staff only cleaned the room once in three nights in spite of our repeated efforts to have it cleaned daily.
While the room was not super luxurious - for a business trip - it was perfect. Rather a NYC loft feel (hence the name) with modern vibe. I had a nice view of some of the Dallas skyline. I do believe they really are green conscious - with a little recycle bin in the room so I didn't have to feel guilty about water bottles being tossed. Very close to the convention center and Main Street where we found some nice eateries and pubs (a five minute walk). Super friendly staff from the front desk to the bartender at the lounge. At the end of the day, the bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Erm - the pool area could have used a little help. I have come to count upon the hotel shampoo & conditioner (never bother to pack my own anymore)- but didn't care for the pre-mixed stuff in the wall dispenser.
One elevator of 2 was out most of my stay. There with a large wedding party and we were all going and coming at same time. Very frustrating....

Good location, easy check-in, & very helpful, friendly staff. Wouldn't consider the hipster, trendy decor, setting, etc., a bad thing- just different. Kinda cool (but glad I had researched online prior to know what to expect). The shower wall (foggy glass) was a bit strange, especially for my situation - staying with a friend. There's no room service, but refreshment/snack bar had enough.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast is very good. The facilities were fun (basketball room, swimming pool ...).
excellent hotel! Kayak hooked us up with a spacious suite complete with a kitchen and small living room! If i'd come back to Dallas, for the price... this is where I want to stay.
The hotel was clean. The hotel attempted to cancel my reservation due to their overbooking problems. They didn't want to recognize my reservation. After getting rather irate with them, they tried to send me to a sister property. I called and that property was overbooked as well. The desk manager finally provided me my room. I will never stay at this location again. I am a a Marriott Gold member and they treated me like crap.
The hotel had clean rooms, but the beds were not the most comfortable. It is located in a great part of Dallas, central to a lot of entertainment and easily accessible to the highway.
It's location in the West End where all the events of the Texas/OU Weekend took place.
Great location, new hotel so in great condition, friendly staff. Great stay and the rate was amazing. 5 stars because with the rate I was expecting a less quality stay. Parking is $30 a night and you can park in the next garage (right next door) for $5 on the weekends. Don't park with the hotel. Also, they can't accommodate late checkouts since it is a smaller hotel and does not have 24hr housekeeping, not a big deal

The lobby is beautiful. And the pool is very cool being on the 5th floor. Seemed like it was geared more for business purposes than families. No Continental breakfast.

I didn't like the bar in the hotel. They said that it closed at 10, and we went in well before 10, but were told it was shut down already. It was our 10 anniversary and we wanted to end the night with one drink, but instead had to walk to a different bar.
it was downtown I pulled up to valet and I was told it was a mere $30 to valet and $12 EVERY time you have your car pulled up. Valet tells me I can park in the garage next door for $15 a night. The next morning when I inserted my parking ticket, $30! Not happy!!
The room stayed pretty cool. Housekeeping never came tonswitxh out towels or clean the room. The toilet handle broke and it was unable to flush. It took two phone calls and several hours before it was fixed.

Chic, boutique style, *very* polished & professional staff, great downtown location. Some mis-steps at the hotel restaurant. It wasn't anything terrible, it's that the rest of the service was so good, that this stood out by comparison.
The hotel staff were very friendly. They room was clean & comfy. The location was close to all the spots we planned to visit. I will definitely be staying there again.

Cleanl, comfortable rooms. Amazing staff! Front desk crew and valet crew deserve raises. Lack of parking, but valet crew did a great job.
Price was great for the location. Staff is friendly. Room itself was adequate. Drab, drab, drab and breaking down. One elevator not working. Working elevator said no more than four people. Old tv blaring in the lobby. Room was drab and worn. Worst of all, my shower stream came out as a trickle. No time to deal with it as I discovered it in the am. Told the front desk upon checkout and was simply told, "sorry."
Front desk staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good. No insulation in the walls...the couple next door fought for two and a half hours starting at 2 am. Also, none of the lamps were plugged in when we got there and there were giant cleaning carts in the hall ways right outside of the door.

Super friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast in the morning. Quiet and comfortable. Good location for any downtown visits. A bit beat up, looks like they are working to improve. Slow elevators, iffy plumbing and HVAC.
Great value for location downtown. Walking distance to the JFK memorial and museum. Vending machines on 2nd floor. Extra towels provided. Iron did not work (cheap & leaking). Mold in sink. Lime build up on shower-head. Paint chipping thought room and hotel. Outdated small T.V in room.
Would not recommend this hotel. The decor is drabby and outdated. The hotel was undergoing construction so place reeked and covered in dust. Not only was the hotel filthy but the rooms were as well. And no available outlets to charge phone in room except the bathroom. Bums walk around the area, the only parking at the hotel you have to pay for...and it's down the street and around the corner. Overall, bad experience and wished I would've gone elsewhere. However, the staff was friendly.

Location: Was very helpful since it was close by to the Tram station. Facilities: Breakfast great and room was fairly clean Cleanliness: In room was good, but each floor had 1/2 the floor closed off (which was left wide open very frequently) for reconstruction. Hallways were a mess and I constantly kept finding pieces of plaster and nails in front of my doorway. Would have been smarter to seal off an entire floor for construction rather than 1/2 a floor every floor (or atleast the floors I saw personally since I went exploring because multiple Ice Machines were broken). Comfort: Besides the construction literally right next to my room, the plaster pieces, and nails... It was fairly comfortable. Location: My only issue was the parking. Even though they gave me a ticket when I gave them my keys you might want to get them a better tracking system. They apparently had lost my keys in the key pile in their office. I had to explain what my rental car and keys looked like just to narrow it down to 3 key sets. Would be kinda worried if this was a personal vehicle. Staff: The check-in and check-out process was smooth I will give them that. As for my other complaints (described in the cleanliness part) was met with 1 of 2 very well rehearsed apologies which seemed more of a blow off apology. Even after telling them I work in another hotel and to just lay it out straight to me (I'm understanding especially since the hotel I work at just did renovations), they still gave me the rehearsed blow off apology. Value for money: I'll let you decide from the above if $100+ per night is worth it. Especially considering this is gonna be ongoing til February 2016 (from what staff said to me directly). As a fair warning they are not advertising the construction on any website except their own. Even if you call up to confirm your reservation they don't even disclose to you (in email or over the phone) that they are under construction.
