Ulemper: "You shouldn't schedule a flight for a plane that is due to have scheduled maintenance. It's not like this should come as a surprise to you. Also, there was at least one over-served passenger on board who became loud and obnoxious, shouting obscenities."

Ulemper: "once again, the delta crew does not maintain their planes properly. during the taxi stage to get to the airway to lift off, there was a horrendous growling sound coming from the plane............seems like their hydraulic system is not maintained very well at all and it made a howling sound throughout the plane all the way to take off! we were wondering if there was something wrong with the plane."

Ulemper: "Traveling is always a challenge - abundance of patience required! We traveled from Dallas, Atlanta, Amsterdam, to Rome & back. Every country had a little different process for boarding and getting around - most had friendly staff, on point, helping clueless, stressed, & frustrated travelers. I was really disappointed in Atlanta, not a very welcoming or helpful spirit for visitors to US - not all (80% were awesome), mainly those trying to greet and direct through customs. Most hate the arrogant America anyway, don’t make it worse - put your best people on the front lines to help with international relations & show why the US is the best. Put those that don’t want to be here loading bags out back! Sorry for the lecture, but this is any business!"

Just because I used my points to buy the flight I wasn’t eligible for an upgrade to the one seat left in first class even though the flight is full and I am the first one on comfort+ upgrade list and there was no one on delta one upgrade list."

It should have been communicated sooner"

Ulemper: "There was nothing that I did not like. I had a previous bad experience with another airline that canceled my flight three days in a row. So I was very appreciative of the fact that Delta had available flights for me to leave."

A shared intercom system between two gates (b7 and b7a), boarding flights around the same time and our flight beginning portions of pre boarding with no announcements caused mass confusion. Passengers lining up to go before they should, bumping into each other, no info or corrections over the intercom. The gate agent yelling at people to move aside. Overall terrible gate agents and terrible set up. Flight crew was great though."

Fordele: "The crew was very friendly, especially the attendant named Charlie. The cabin was also nice and cold. I hate getting too hot on planes so it was really nice that they had good AC going. Short trip overall and was very pleased!"

Ulemper: "There was no screens, all the other airlines have screens, but that wasn't my problem and I got coloring book and crayons for me daughter, so she can play with them, but my issue was that when they gave snack to everyone and I didn't get anything and then I told the other flight attendant that I didn't get my snack and still she didn't get it, she said she was going to get it and didn't come back :(( I was really disappointed with that, they r old and forget things, so our line 19 nobody got anything .. i like delta was I wasn't happy this time with it"

Ulemper: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Ulemper: "A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great"

Fordele: "Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements."
Ulemper: "Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking."

Ulemper: "This return flight was much better than the flight going to Amsterdam. I believe the biggest factor was the type of aircraft. The old 747 just didn't meet expectations. The newer 777 on the way back was much more comfortable, with better amenities."

It was NOT possible to watch a movie and hear the sound too! I gave up! Not a great offering for the extra dollars..."

Ulemper: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place."

Ulemper: "Actually the Welcome on board announcement. The part where they special welcome loyalty program members. I do not get that... I am an explorer holder my self, but really?? so other paying customers are not as welcome. This is leftovers from the older days.."

Fordele: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Ulemper: "The "new" seats were hard and uncomfortable. Avoid any kinds of seats near the bathroom in a configuration with 3 abreast next to the windows. The "aisle" seat is essentially a "waiting area" for the rest room."

Ulemper: "Finnair are hellbent on trying to sell goods and continuously interrupt the movies with their confounded announcements every 15 minutes very annoying. If i wanted to buy something its in their mag and as a regional flight it should include some form of nourishment other than juice or coffee one off, tight fisted and not a descent selection of food either"

Ulemper: "The jack for the TV was broken! For seat 4H during my flight from Helsinki to Tokyo. I paid a business class ticket but had No audio for the television! This should be fixed immediately and I think I should receive something for the inconvenience and in return for the high price ticket I purchased!"

Fordele: "Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company"

Ulemper: "We seen other flights go out to the same destination before ours even though everyone should be delayed by the weather. Even flight taking off an hour after our scheduled flight got there a few hours earlier."

Ulemper: "Late departure. No roof during queuing for loading and rain..."

Ulemper: "Wifi virkede ikke eller kostede Xtra. Man fik ikke en gang et glas vand."

Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."

Ulemper: "We had to leave the airplane and board another one due to technical issues. This is the second time that that happens to me with SAS."

Fordele: "Da vi først var kommet ombord på flyet gik tingene sin vante gang... ellers var der ikke meget hoved og hale på noget som helst."
Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Fordele: "- Seats are fairly comfy (as much as one can hope for an economy seat) - Excellent meals. I'm impressed that I'm getting things like ganache and cold-pressed juice in airline snacks!"
Ulemper: "- Wish the entertainment/movie selection was better, or that the foreign films had subtitles,"

Ulemper: "We were traveling with two kids, and one of the kids drops some bread on the floor of the flight. One of the crew is angry to us about this, which makes us very uncomfortable."

Fordele: "Flight left on time, plane was clean, the entertainment was good, and the food was good. The crew in this flight were polite and responsive."

Ulemper: "The flight from EWR to Oslo was delayed by over 2 hours which meant I would miss my next connection... and I understand that happens sometimes. But, it was after hours on the airline number phone number and the fly.com customer service could not help with finding an alternate connection from Oslo to FRA. It was frustrating to then have to wait at Oslo airport for another 4 hours before the new connecting flight."

Fordele: "I was running late to my flight, and I found the SAS customer service line exceptionally helpful in helping me make the right decisions regarding how best to deal with the risk of missing my flight. In the end, I made my flight in time, but I found customer service critical in making the best decisions regarding my pre-flight transportation. Additionally, the flight was smooth and enjoyable."
Ulemper: "Nothing"

Ulemper: "Service was poor and seats were uncomfortable. There were only 4 flight attendants for the entire flight. It took over an hour for our food to be served after we received our drinks. The food was not good at all. The movie options were not the best either. Also, it was so hot during the entire flight especially once we landed and taxied for 30 minutes. I flew SAS to Europe and really enjoyed my flight but this experience makes me never want to fly SAS again!"

Ulemper: "Not much entertainment but a domestic flight"

Ulemper: "They should really let you know ahead of time that certain seats (like the ones in front of the emergency exit--not at the emergency exit) dont recline. The passenger in front of me reclined her chair all the way back and seeing as I couldnt recline my seat I had very little space and found the three hour flight extremely unpleasant."

Fordele: "I have no complaints. Will recommend SAS to all my friend. Thank you."
Ulemper: "I do not like the way they conduct their business from the office never returning phone calls as we are trying to get our questions answered. Would also be nice if the airline would use JFK instead of Liberty in Newark. Thank you."

Fordele: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "Got delayed 13-hours in an airport with no SAS staff present to communicate anything to all of the passengers. We were not accommodated with hotel vouchers or provided with alternative travel options to our final destinations and missed flights. SAS did not cancel the flight after the first 4-hours of delay which is illegal by EU Standards. None of us were able to leave the airport as we were not told any information about potential flight departure times and it would have been $2000 to re-book with a different airline. No answers were given by SAS over the phone and their staff seemed unaware of any problems."

Fordele: "The flight was very comfortable. I came to know this after I feel asleep instantly after take off."
Ulemper: "N/a"

Ulemper: "My 1st experience on SAS & everything was late: takeoff over an hour late, and upon arrival in CPH we were delayed again to exit the plane because they couldn't get the skyway door attached to the plane."

Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

Fordele: "The crew"
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed well over an hour. I was unable to check in the night before. I was finally able to check in online the afternoon of the flight, but no seats were left, so had a boarding pass with no seat assignment. Got to the gate and they sent me and about 25 other folks with no seat assignment to wait for a "colleague" who finally appeared after almost everyone else had boarded. I did get a seat, but I was one of the last to board. They ran out of salmon dinners, so the stewardess plopped a chicken dish in front of me--didn't eat since I am vegetarian. The stewardess did give me a free mini bottle of wine, which is normally free on Lufthansa. I am just not all that impressed with SAS. I will try to avoid them in the future."

Fordele: "It was a clean plane and entertainment was good."
Ulemper: "Crew wasn't nice unless you were Scandinavian. I asked questions about going into Stockholm for our long layover. How easy it was, etc. they were less than helpful. My daughter and I figured it out ourselves. Won't fly them on next trip. Air France or BA r better"

Ulemper: "No entertainment or any special difference between business and coach except you get a meal. Seats are the same as economy and the bathrooms are shared. Why bother paying extra?"

Ulemper: "Entertainment center was not working for left half of plane (which included me). Crew was extremely lazy. I asked for a coffee and she told me to get up out of my chair and follow her to the back to get the coffee. Why couldnt she just bring me my coffee? My friend had the same issue, he asked for water and she had him come to the back to get it."

Fordele: "Great crew. Clean plane. Good food. Entertainment kept us busy especially our 3 year old."
Ulemper: "I really enjoyed flying with SAS on my way to Stockholm but on my return flight back to DC it was dreadful. Boarding the plane in Stockholm was one of the most unorganized setups I've ever witnessed. Something so simple was made so complicated. Second, their seat recliners go so far back that you barely have space in front of you and can barely see your tv screen. On my previous flight I was in a row where there was no one in front of us so I didn't get to experience the recliner situation. Passengers on the plane were getting into fights. So bad."

Fordele: "A bottle of water along with the standard pillow and blanket at each seat. Never had a long line for the bathroom (dumb luck?)"

Ulemper: "Food was so so. Entertainment system is old and a bit slow."

Fordele: "Fast onboarding, quick flight, travel agent went above and beyond fixing my ticket"
Ulemper: "My ticket had to be reissued and I was the last one to board the plane."

Ulemper: "Being late and I missed my next flight. I talked with the customer service to book me on next flight from Dallas to London. They did that and told me that they moved my luaggage to the new booking but didn’t happen and I was going around in London looking for my luggage."

Ulemper: "1,5 hr delay. No effort from the cabin crew to compensate for delay. Just stuck in our seats for 1 hr waiting for the airline to be cleared for take off. Would have been nice with a hot towel for face and hands after a long semi-night flight (10hrs). Extremely cold. Everyone was freezing and coughing due to very, very cold cabin air. Very old entertainment system. Grainy blurry screens. No charging of devices via usb. The control was fixed to armrest and was accidentally pressed al the time while resting and arm on the armrest. Remote gate in LHR."

Ulemper: "No free non-alcoholic drinks. Everything at a fee. Remote gate in LHR."

Ulemper: "One of the worst experience I’ve had, if not the worst. Lack of communication between flight attendants at gate was the main reason for missing our flight, after 2 delays from the previous flight. When we got to the gate they closed it at that moment, earlier than it should have. A Mr. Fenney, person in charge at the gate, didn’t help much. Just went through the motion and as slow as possible trying to help us. It seemed he just wanted to pretend he was helping us. Worse was his attitude when telling is the gate has already closed, didn’t do anything to help us, nothing at all. We had to literally get information out of him. We then went to customer service were the same thing happened, a lack of care that we missed our flight due to things out of our control. Even to the point where the agent told us “be sure to be there on time this time”, like if it was our fault we missed it (we told her the details of our situation). Till this point they don’t seem to care. They left about 15 people, that i know of, hanging. If they had better comunication between gates and waited a miserably 5 more minutes (although they closed the gate earlier then they should have) everyone would have made it. Throughout the whole process we noticed that american airlines employees did not care that many on that first flight had connection flights. They were just going through the motion, slowly while all of us were a bit desperate knowing that the layover time was going to be very close."

Ulemper: "I felt that I was treated differently because I am American."

Fordele: "Flight was safe and not cancelled."
Ulemper: "BA needs to adopt the Ryanair policy of limiting the number of carry-on bags allowed on board. BA needs to work better on cabin maintenance. Some reading lights did not work. Ryanair cabin crew are nowadays polite and cheerful. BA crew seem stressed depressed and defensive."

Ulemper: "Mangler benplads"

Fordele: "Good seats, good attention to the kids prior boarding."
Ulemper: "Language with the personnel was a minus. An experienced flight attendant uttered "Jesus F..... Christ" - as a reaction to people getting up before seatbelt signs have been switched off seems fair, the wordage is unacceptable from an airline that ought to be a pillar of decency."

Fordele: "Comfortable cabin pleasant crew. On time."
Ulemper: "BA charges for everything even water."

Ulemper: "Leg room/space BA offers is calculated for short and small body frame passengers and it is on not acceptable. It feels like cattle Wagon. BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"

Fordele: "On time, friendly staff"
Ulemper: "No entertainment in board and the AC dripped on me."

Fordele: "Ease of boarding, no fuss no muss. Premium economy worth the price"
Ulemper: "Kosher food was frozen - inedible. Chicken dry. Worst meal ever on a plane"

Fordele: "The entertainment and the service"
Ulemper: "Both legs delayed, almost missed connection due to delay and the crew on the flight didn't seem to care. When we asked if they could inform the next flight that our flight wasn't delayed, the stewards response was "our planes don't wait for anyone". Real friendly. Wish Southwest flew to Europe!!!!"

Fordele: "Impressive airplane at first sight when boarding."
Ulemper: "Blankets were a little bit dirty. Screen was very small compared to other air crafts. Food was... British. So it was OK. Crew could have been better."

Ulemper: "Missed connection again at Heathrow. That's 2 out of 4 of the last trips."

Ulemper: "We purchased tickets months in advance. We were unable to check in online ahead of time so they put us on standby. We were informed by the airline that they overbook 20% - always. I purchased a seat on that flight, I should have been guaranteed that I got it. Being unable to check in early should not be a cause to bump us."

Fordele: "Not much."
Ulemper: "The replacement plane was very old. The entertainment screen was actually smaller than my phone, with just 4 low definition movie selections that started at preset times. My phone had 45 HD movies that started whenever I wanted them to. Toilets were dirty and in poor condition."

Fordele: "Hard to find anything positive."
Ulemper: "Each leg of the trip was delayed by so much that I missed each following connection. Got to Prague and found out my luggage had been lost. After filing a claim about 8:30 pm on the 19th, I had to take a taxi into town because my hotel car had been taken out of service for the night. Rotten trip to Prague."

Ulemper: "The flight from AMA to Dfw was cancelled . I was told in March , yet no one told us . We had to book that trip ourselves & pay for it out of pocket , even though it was supposed to be part of this flight . We called the airline trying to rebook that flight & was told they couldn't till the next day , yet we could go online & book it ourselves . Pretty poor way to run a business . If we hadn't gone online to check in the night before , we wouldn't have known about the cancellation till we showed up at the airport . Very disappointed with your service"

Ulemper: "Ticket sold as BA, but was shifted to AA (I'm assuming this was due to overbooking) Old aircraft - no power on seats, old TV displays, limited movie selection."

Fordele: "When the flight was delayed and I missed my connection, the crew had a new ticket for me by the time we landed."

Fordele: "The seats were too cramped leg wise is why the lower rating"

Ulemper: "Didn't even offer or apologize for no drink service. Prefer Southwest-excellent customer service. Airport check in was terrible. Was placed in 3 different lines before the computer checked us through. Worst I have EVER experienced."

Fordele: "Arrived at my destination"
Ulemper: "Bought British Air tickets, got their partner airline American Air flight instead and didn't know of this switch until after purchase. Very rude! Crappy old plane, departed late, crappy food, mediocre service. I wanted British Air specifically as they are good in these areas."

Fordele: "The staff are good, and that is probably the only good part. This trip is operated by American Arilines"
Ulemper: "The airplain is too old. It is time to upgrade. Each seat should has its own TV. There should be a charger too on this long flight."

Fordele: "Very fine work of flight attendants in Coach, serving 41C area. Making real connections and obviously thinking of their clients."
Ulemper: "American Airlines check in services at CDG were inadequate to demand. If a deal is done for British Airways flight coverage, additional check in agents are required."

Fordele: "Everything about the trip was marvelous. Friendly employees, good seating, terrific food,and lots of great movies. From booking to ticket retrieval to transportation to arrival all was done wonderfullyrics and with no problem. Thank you for a trip well done!"
Ulemper: "Not a thing..."

Ulemper: "if flight was on time weather would not have been a factor. They would not pay for hotel room. Flight was delayed due to AA issues."

Fordele: "Travelling buisnes means a lot to me."

Fordele: "Because the flight was about half full between Madrid and Dallas (a rather long flight!) and because my sweetheart and I were seated in the middle 5 seats alone, we were able to put the arm rests up and get some real sleep to acclimate to West Coast time (our final destination). I can never sleep very well sitting up. Also, the food and entertainment were pretty good. We were given two main meals and a few snacks in between, including chocolate ice cream, which I've never received on a plane before. All that in addition to the decent selection of recent movies available made for a relatively pleasant red eye flight."
Ulemper: "The entertainment system on the back of the seat was clearly outdated and the screens were not very reliable. While watching a movie, if the captain made an announcement, it was made in the headsets, too, as usual, but uncomfortably loud."

Fordele: "Location in the aircraft"

Ulemper: "Our reserved seats were not available"

Fordele: "Fast boarding. Food was pretty good. Plane was clean, no entertainment on such a short flight which is perfectly fine."
Ulemper: "Crew was having a bad day, seemed tired and out-of-sorts. The entire Club Europe was skipped for duty free and when I asked a bit after halfway through the flight I was told they had already passed through the plane and locked the computer for further sales."

Fordele: "Fast boarding"
Ulemper: "Not enough newer movies for a 10+ hour flight. I am not a movie-buff but only managed to find 3 movies I had not seen before. Monitor for video was hazy and hard to see the movies with the overhead lights on the whole flight. Flight attendants for my area (business class upstairs) did not seem to want to be there, did the bare minimum, felt like the attendants you usually get on any airlines US domestic flights. Yes, daytime flight, but did the lights have to be on the whole flight? Had 6-8 kids in 10-15 year range that were running around the whole flight, maybe if the lights had been at least dimmed they could have settled down so the other travelers who would have liked to sleep could... Food servings were smaller than usual, but since it was also unusually uninspired and tasteless I guess that was ok. Plane was dirty (visibly so on, f.ex. the sides of seats, traytable, and bathroom) and it was not just from the ongoing journey but from previous flights."

Ulemper: "Ir was an American Airlines plane, had really small and olf screens that didn't work."

Fordele: "Quick boarding"
Ulemper: "Cramped"

Fordele: "The food was solid, legroom was spacious even in economy. Chairs lean back pretty far. The staff was courteous and came by several times with water and juice before the end of the flight (and we had scones with clotted cream... win)."

Fordele: "On Time"

Fordele: "The plane took off and landed on time Good with giving water with regularity."
Ulemper: "The Plane was so cold I needed to wear a sweater, scarf, down jacket and a blanket, compared to only having to wear a button up long sleeve shirt for the flight to germany. When i would get up to go to the bathroom I could see a large portion of the passengers wearing winter coats, hats, scarves, and hoods to keep warm. The temperature was never addressed during the flight. The flight crew with one exception could not have been in a worse mood. For example whenever they needed to tell people what the choices for drinks are they gave a big sigh and rolled their eyes. it seemed as if they had been working for 36 hours without a break and they had to smell trash the whole time. I am very unhappy with the way american airlines handled the british airways scheduled flight and i will make sure to not book with them again."

Fordele: "We were like sardines caned for 8 hours. Horrible American Airlines airplane. Lesson learned for next time."

Ulemper: "asking one of the flight crew to give me a snack for my child was initially reused with the excuse that she didn't have any. Came back after few moments with an angry approach and the snacks showed up all the sudden when asking another flight attendant"

Fordele: "Departed on time"

Fordele: "The flight attendants were generous and helpful. I like that there was lots of water served, and lots of extra snacks and more water at the back of the plane for those who needed it."
Ulemper: "The light controlled by the switch at my chair illuminated the seat of my neighbor, due to a mis-alignment that the stewardess was unable to correct. The light switch of my neighbor also illuminated her seat, which meant that she had two lights to read by, even though she wanted to sleep, and I had no lights to read by, even though I had a lot of important work I was hoping to get done on the flight. The stewardess suggested that I switch from the aisle to the center seat (occupied by my neighbor's husband), but I did not want to switch seats like that because the seating was 5-across in the center and I didn't want to have to climb over two people unrelated to me every time I needed to use the bathroom. There was a sparse selection of movies, but it included a few I hadn't already seen, which helped the time pass - much better than my flight from ORD to CDG where the plane didn't even have personal entertainment systems and the common system only played TV shows."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed due to equipment malfunction almost missed my connection in Dallas onward to Frankfurt"
