Asian Art They put us in the middle of a high school cheerleading convention. Didnt sleep one night with teenage girls running wild throughout the hallways at all hours. Management did NOTHING to control them. Management offered no apologie or follow up. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton again!
I did not like the fact that the attendants behind the counters did not inform us about the breakfast at the lounge especially after we paid for the executive room which included the breakfast. We had to go to the other restaurant in the atrium to eat and pay... The attendants in the hotel are not good.
SER steak house was great everything. no continental breakfast, nickel and dime you for everything. rooms were dirty, linens were dirty
The only pluses: nice beds, great sheets and pillows, room was very clean. For this room costing me $400/night it was a fairly poor value. The bathroom was so small that I had to climb over the toilet to get in and out of the shower. No balcony, no sitting room, the plumbing gurgled and rattled every time anyone used it nearby, and I could hear everything going on in the adjacent room. The hotel is sooooo huge and no signs or directories. People were constantly lost and asking each other for directions everywhere I went (I don't get why they don't have signs in TX, not specific to the hotel alone, very few signs on the roads too). So basically the room was a confort inn with a hilton price tag. Nothing complimentary or included, not worth the money. Stay at the Sheraton across the street.
Everything was excellent.. Maintenance man knocked on our door at 9:30 to clean AC filter. We had Do Not Disturb sign on the door but he still knocked on the door. Kept knocking few times and woke me up.
The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. It was very easy to check in and out. The parking was very easy, and I was able to park close to the entrance. The parking was very expensive. Normally I pay nothing to park at other hotels, but I have paid up to $15 for parking a day. ($3 Anatole was $22 a day and the parking lot was almost empty.
Hotel is very nice. very disappointed at the fact that we had to pay for parking after spending good money to stay overnight. If already paying for a room, should not have to pay extra for parking.
Big facility with things to do. Basketball court was closed at 8pm. Rooms were dated
Check-in service, fairly affordable parking for the area, & the lobby was beautiful The hotel is an atrium hotel and is extremely large. During my stay there was a prom, a conference, and a wedding hosted by the hotel - it was extremely noisy and crowded. While its very large, its also quite an old hotel. There's one set of elevators for each atrium and the walk to and from the room is really long! Kayak listed it as 4 star and I've generally had a great experience with selected 4 star hotels throughout the country; this one was extremely disappointing.
TV kept loosing signal, staff question were not concrete and contradicted each other. The climate control wasn't working. Along with the facilities feeling humid n hot. Very uncomfortable especially with the weather of above 104.
Size of the room There was only one front desk representative at both front desks at 6:30 pm. I needed another key a was quite a wait. The parking is a total pain for $19, the gate readers do not work well. There was only one small trash can under the desk and none in the bathroom. And there was a creepy crawling visitor in the shower on the 20th floor.
Customer service was bad. Also not enough staff.
Attended 2007 Dallas International Guitar Festival. -1/2 mile walk from the Market Center venue. -This hotel was clean. -The free in room wireless internet connection. -The staff was polite and helpful when needed. -Did not try hotel restaurant, opted for the Dennys next door. -This hotel was nice, quiet and felt ''safe'', but watch out for the con-man though. He uses the busted fan belt scam.
I will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Great location.
Good value for the money. There sure are a lot of hotels is the same area.
Hotel was great. I was there for a convention at the Hilton Anatole, across the street. The group rate for our rooms at the Hilton was $***night. THe Courtyard was literally across the street at $**night, including a hot buffet breakfast each morning. Since it is my own bottom-line, the group is there twice a year and I'llb e at the Courtyard each time. Rooms were great, free basic internet wireless but you could upgrade to high speed wireless for $6/day. Would recommend it.
Check in was fast. Location was perfect. Room was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and I had hot water. NO BUGS at this hotel.
I stayed here one night of a Dallas mini-vacation, got a bargain rate. Location is great, breafast at $9.95 isn't out of line with comparable places. Only complaint - laundry carts blockng the hall
Good hotel for the money - Just wish breakfast included although easy to get something at hotel or Dennys nearby - Friendly staff / Room was comfortable with free internet - Close to downtown, but still need a car with a GPS!
Price was to high for quality and size of room. Overall to expensive and will not return in the future. Thank you
Hotel was very nice & clean, but I was extremely disappointed with the both rooms Air Conditioning. They let us move into another room and its A/C was no better and it was only May. The resturant prices were high, the menu for room service was reasonable priced, and they add 17% for room service. But... if you eat in the dinning room, the exact menu is about $3.00 higher for the same exact menu item. It would have been cheaper to have room service.Beds were soft and this could be a very nice hotel if they would fix the A/C system in each room.

We stayed here during the TX/OU game this past October. It was a great hotel. Our room was clean and the hotel was quiet even though we were near the parking lot. The room was on the small side but just fine for two people. If you plan on cramming a ton of friends in there you'll need a bigger room. The only reason I did not give this place a 5 is because of the parking. The parking lot was PACKED due to the amount of people staying there for the game and the size of the spots could not accommodate all the vehicles. The spots for were made for tiny compact cars and the majority of the hotel patrons drove SUVS and trucks. All of them took up more than one spot and caused us to get blocked in. If the hotel would repaint the parking spots it would solve that issue.
This was a clean and spacious room. Very clean and spacious Restrooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The facilities throughout the hotel were clean and fresh. We were there for a Dr. visit at Scottish Rite Hospital with our Daughter and this hotel gave us a significant discount. We recommend this hotel and will definenitly stay there next year when we go back for the yearly appointment.
Good location, quick access to downtown, good free breakfast Was not what I've come to expect from Fairfield. Room was clean but poor quality - old TVs, poor quality bedding, cheap decor. If you're looking for a reasonably priced room for the night this is a good place to sleep this is it but don't come expecting anymore than that.
Breakfast didn't run later on a holiday weekend
We were very pleased with the help from the front desk staff. We were in Dallas without a car, and they helped us find our way on foot, via public transportation, and by taxi.
I liked the space, confort, and price. The administration and cleaning staff were incredibly friendly. I had a good time during my time there. Nothing to say here.
