Courteous staff, beautiful decor Noisy neighbors as they departed at 5am, though that is not the hotels fault.
Very clean hotel, and courteous staff. Booked this hotel last minute, and only wish I could've stayed longer. I would definitely be back to enjoy that rooftop pool that I missed.
Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean. Hotel offers valet service for $20 a night but self-parking garage is directly behind hotel wirh direct access to hotel. Beds are hign which was great for my inlaws and their arthritic knees. Beds were comfortable and the room was well groomed. Breakfast buffet was traditional foods so nothing spectacular but the food was cooked fresh and hot food was always available. The wait staff was very attentive. Overall a nice hotel to utilize when looking for something close to the airport, mall and restaurants- all are within 5 miles. The hotel is attached to business offices so when I opened the curtains I could cleary see people working in their offices and they could see me which forced me to keep the curtains drawn.
Best breakfast buffet of any hotel.
Location, attractive room and lobby, parking garage, nice TV. The high bed, no hot water, difficulty turning on shower, toilet running, broken bathroom door hook, no movie channel.
Good location, free parking, clean room, very comfortable beds! Great experience overall...can't wait to return! No negatives
When we opened up the mini bar it had not been cleaned in a while. Something brown had leaked in the bottom of the fridge. Very gross. We were told another guest had put some of their own things in the fridge and that's what made the mess. So no one ever cleans or looks in the mini bar? We were in a junior suite and you expect the room to be clean. Also there were 6 bed risers stacked up on the bedroom night stand. Will not be back again. Very disappointed in the hotel. You should not have to call the front desk to get your room cleaned.
This hotel was really clean and tasteful. My room was very comfortable and staff was very helpful. Will stay again next time I'm in town. I wasn't sure where the hotel ended and the business complex or restaurants started. Granted, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I kind of found myself wandering around and in some area's felt out of place in shorts and flip-flops.
The pool on the roof was very nice, decor throughout hotel was tasteful, staff very friendly Having to pay extra to use the refrigerator in the room- after the cost of the room it should be included.
My room had only lukewarm water and was extremely noisy.
The staff (not managers) are friendly. My stay at this hotel was entirely disappointing. I requested a room away from the elevators and had called twice to confirm this request and was given a room right next to loud creaky bumping elevators. My friend had ordered me room service to be in my room when I arrived as a surprise and it was never there and would not have been delivered had she not asked how I enjoyed my surprise food. At my insistence I was moved to a different room the next day and the day I left the hotel saw a BED BUG crawling on my pillow as I was getting ready. I alerted the staff who was appropriately horrified only to NOT hear from a manager for the next day and a half. After repeated calls and emails from me including one to a front staff who said she had seen the manager and was surprised I had not heard back only to be lied to by that same manager hours later that she 'only just arrived' and that was why my calls were not returned. Finally after a rant to a lower level manager the front desk manager was all of the sudden made available to me and finally an investigation into the bed bug was launched. What is MOST disturbing is because they themselves had not 'confirmed' this was a bed bug (which is very clearly was...I have photos) they could not tell me for certain that no one else was staying in that room. At the LEAST that room and neighboring rooms should have been closed and checked immediately but the managers were slow to take action and initially very dismissive. It is a DISGUSTING feeling to have the experience of knowing you slept somewhere that has bed bugs and all the effort I had to put in once I got home to try and decontaminate myself and my stuff to not infest my house and my baby's nursery. Most disheartening was the response from the hotel on the matter. I wish this review would let me submit the picture of the bed bug I took. I was forced to stay at this hotel because of an exam that was being given onsite but I will never stay at this or any related hotel again. Not even because of the bed bugs themselves, but because the hotel was so slow to respond and so dismissive, potentially putting others at risk as well by not quarantining the room(s).
Very nice building. The place was very well decorated and it was apparent that considerable effort was put into the interior design of my room. There was a very nice fitness center with a full range of equipment (including free weights; a rarity for a hotel) and there were even complimentary earbuds (wifi was $13.95 but earbuds are free? ... Seems odd but thank you.). The whole place seemed very clean on the houskeeping side but there was some building maintenance issues. The staff I encountered were very friendly and hospitible. With the exception of the minibar which was jam packed with the usual assortment of ridiculously priced things there was no fridge. Also, despite the a/c being set to 65° the entire time the room never felt cooler than 75° which makes it very hard for me to sleep. We were on the top floor so I assumed it was the blazing hot sun beating on the building but even at night it couldn't catch up. Lastly the wifi cost $13.95 to use which I thought was pretty steep considering every hotel I've stayed in for the past 10 years or so has included it for free.
Staff was great from the moment i stepped in. Restaurant in hotel, night club, pool, basically all you need. Room was cleaned and smelled great. The room wasnt luxurious, like marble baths, but was clean and provided all we needed. Door to the room opened outside. Room had 2 full sized beds, not queens. (My fault for not double checking) We were positioned close to the night club and listened to thumping at 10pm when we went to sleep. We had a 5am wake up, so we missed the am breakfast that starts at 7.
Price Soggy , sticky carpet. AC leaked. One slow elevator, getting to our room was a challenge. NO continental breakfast, NO microwave in ea room (one $20 microwave next to ice machine)
We did not have shuttle service to the airport between 4:30 AM and 5:30 AM and we had to pay a Taxi driver $30.00 to be able to make our flight. There were three of us. The front desk was unsympathetic and we almost missed our flight.
The location is great and very close to the airport. You could tell that the room had been updated (new paint, fresh linens, nice towels, etc) and there was a mini fridge - not bad for under $100 a night. The bed was horrible - completely worn down to the springs on one side and the other wasn't much better. The sheets were nice though. The outside door had a gap about as wide as my finger all the way around and the carpet looked quite dirty and worn. The front desk staff were pleasant at check-in, however it was a completely different story at check-out. I clearly interrupted the two employees talking when I walked up to the desk. After both looking at me standing there, they continued their personal conversation for another five minutes and after realizing I wasn't going away, reluctantly came to the desk. I said I needed to check out, she asked my room number, then didn't say another word, just slapped the paper on the desk and walked back to the office behind the desk, closing the door behind her. Not a bad price, but I don't plan on saying here again.
Comfortable bed needs updating of furnishings and decor. Carpet tacks from bedrrom area to bathroom were exposed, painful!! Restaurant was expensive.
Close to Airport No shuttle at night; Breakfast not included; outside (motel) doors; Could hear highway traffic; Restaurant opened 15 minutes late;
Plenty of outlets for charging, plenty of towels and coffee. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. No bed bugs!
The fact that its next door to a strip club Sink didnt work. Had to use shower to brush teeth.
Clean room. Good size Restaurant in hotel has poor service and doesn't seem clean. Wouldn't eat there
I wouldn't stay at this hotel for free!
location near airport hotel was out dated
We had a room on the top floor. The front desk staff was friendly, the room was a good size. Only 10 minutes to get to the straz center downtown. We woke up to people yelling down the hall to each other and a woman using very foul language. I acknowledge this isn't the hotels fault, but if I stayed again I would ask for s room far away from the elevator. The walls are pretty thin to the outside so you could clearly hear other people's conversations as they walked by our room.
locatin the room was warn blanket had a hole in it bathroom ceiling badly patched lamps that did not work Bad WIFI
Price was great for what we got. Lots of amenities. This is one of the few hotels that has queen size beds with a roll out couch in separate office/bedroom. Stayed in a far more expensive place last year with double beds and no separate room. I'll save my money and sleep better by staying here again! Everything was fine.
Location, nice indoor patio. Indoor pool.
I found some odd kind of little insects crawling around on the desk in the living room area. The fridge couldn't be used because it reeked so bad. My daughter wouldn't use the quilt because the padding was so old it was falling apart inside and was in small pieces and looked dirty. From the outside the hotel looks nice, however, don't be fooled.
The staff was really nice and helpful. Awesome room
Great location and bed was very comfy. A/C was very noisy. Wifi was poor and the bathroom ceiling was falling down in spots.
Highway was 100yards from room window. Awaken by truck and motorcycle noise at night. Would request room on other side of hotel next time.
Staff was very accommodating and cordial! Convenient location, nice beds! Very Spacious!! The room needs to be updated/painted and some of the furniture cleaned/replaced.
Room wasn't nice and bathroom tub was gross
Rooms were spacious and clean. The atrium is gorgeous and inviting. Staff was friendly and restaurant was good. Couldn't sleep more than a few hours due to hearing the interstate through the closed balcony doors.
Location is the best thing.... close to everything downtown - Restaurants, Mall, Ibor City. First appearance was nice but room was not cleaned at all several times. I had to request soap and towels everyday because they were never replaced. If they did clean the bathroom always had a sour smell after as though they were using a dirty mop or towel to wipe down. They did not vacuum once in the 8 days that we were there. To top it off we came back to our room to find the room next door to ours propped open and the pillows from the bed were all on the floor and the maid was nowhere to be found. The room door was wide open for anyone to walk in and the same pillows that were put back on the bed had just been on the floor.. this is just GROSS. Nasty feeling and I didn't walk on the floor with bare feet. I will never stay here again. Save your money and go to another hotel.
What I liked best is the shower. The water was nice and hot. The bathroom was not working properly, but offered to relocate or fix it. I was on my way to important meeting and the bathroom was fixed. It was a minor inconvenience, but it was resolved quickly.
Location and available transportation to airport Stayed at this hotel due to early international flight out the next morning was assigned a room as close to the interstate highway as possible. Needless to say we didn't sleep all night. We were told the hotel was only at 70% occupancy so don't understand why we were given such s terrible room other than booking with Kyak rather than Hilton direct.
Staff were kind and attentive. Gym had all the basic equipment that I use to have a decent sweat. Rooms were updated finely. They had plenty of.good choices for meals. And a refreshing water fruit fusion stand at the front entrance. It was clear, that the hotel was being renovated and maintenance were scattered throughout the hotel. It seemed old in some parts with bad wallpaper . My room area where l stayed, very 80s. But surprisingly, the inside of my room was updated. The balcony was gross.
Took my family to Busch gardens for the day, when we checked in we had not eaten and we got room service, the food was horrible, the fries were cold and the kids chicken tenders were burned. The room was old and outdated and had a very week wifi signal. Overall I paid 267 dollars for this one night, when I really should only have paid at the most 150.
It was a nice facility. Staff were friendly. Pool was nice. Staff were very poorly trained, almost every step of the way things were done poorly or incorrectly. They didn't have my reservation which was made through this booking agency so we were told we'd have to find another hotel with out kids. No apology. Staff were leaving with piles of hotel cookies for themselves as we just sat there with no place to stay for the night. The hotel blamed the booking agency and said they do this often, I asked why the hotel chooses to work them if they often leave their guests with no room for the night. Obviously the booking agency sells their unsold rooms and this works out for the hotel and they don't care that it sometimes leaves the customer with no place to stay. Finally we asked for a second manager and she was somehow able to get us a room at this sold-out hotel and the first manager then appeared with some cookies for the kids. Room service never brought the drinks we ordered and paid for, the cot didn't have a sheet, the bathroom sink was leaking from a pipe beneath it and the phone lines to the front desk were constantly busy when I tried to tell them about these things. Room service trays were left outside rooms for 12 hours at a time as cleaning staff walked right by, kind of gross to look at. The hotel double billed me for the room I had already paid for through kayak. They billed the credit card that they told me was just for "incidentals."The staff here really need some training in customer service and basic hotel management. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. This hotel is very damaging to the Hilton brand.
right by freeway, no mention of that anywhere. VERY LOUD FREEWAY. they gave us earplugs ... its just kindle a crappy chain hotel. yuk.
the staff at the players club bar THE ENTIRE HOTEL. THE WHOLE PLACE WAS OLD AND FALLNG APART.
Staff there was extremely helpful and friendly. Even with a booking error on my end, they were right there helping me resolve it and getting us to our room as fast as possible. Definitely recommend staying here and will the next time I'm in town for work or leisure.
The staff member (Marcell) was the most professional hotel staff, very nice and we felt so welcomed thanks to Him!! The room was okay, clean and was nice to go on a quick trip. The price was perfect!!
Everything was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We requested a pack n playfoe our room for our baby, which was promptly delivered. The bar/restaurant downstairs is HAPPENING and very loud, but seemed family friendly enough. Balconies on our rooms were nice, but faced a wall. Noisy high traffic area, but if you're looking to stay close to the airport it's totally fine. Rooms are on the small side, so was a bit tough with a young child in tow.
I liked the sports bar in the hotel lobby. The rooms were way old and outdated. There was furniture missing from my room and when I asked about it, all they said was to wait until next year and I wouldn't be able to recognize the hotel after its renovation. I had no where to sit except my bed.
Friendly and courteous staff at check in. n/a
early check-in design was chaotic and confusing, no breakfast
Lobby is nice with better-than-average free breakfast and Starbucks coffee. Building is old- room is old, chips in walls and the shower didn't get hot. Pull out couch bed wasn't very comfortable.
Really nice and modern rooms Nowhere to grab a drink late at night
Not much I confirmed my reservation 6 hours before I arrived from New York. My flight was delayed. I didn't get to the hotel until midnight. The automatic doors wouldn't open to let me into the hotel. Once I got in, the front desk didn't have my reservation. I was holding the confirmation in my phone as well as told him I confirmed it on the phone. He didn't have king bed and gave us two doubles instead. It took almost 45 minutes with nobody there and he had to write all of the information off of my phone. Hotel condition was fine just not a good night for the hotel.
Nice room, comparable to your best-known business hotel competitor. Complimentary breakfast was better than most. Staff were courteous and professional. Given the location, the price seemed a bit steep to me. Outside areas could be better lit at night.
The hot breakfast was fantastic! Eggs and omelets made to order, yummy baked goods and lots of options to choose from. Also the staff were friendly and helpful. The cocktail hour was a nice touch, too. Bed was comfy and room clean. I would've liked a soaking tub or jacuzzi in the suite. Also there was no channel guide in the room so we had to go through all the channels to figure out what was what.
Friendly staff, excellent room, and the usual full Embassy Suites breakfast. Checked in late for a two night stay. No problem. Room was ready. The hotel is extremely convenient. Large mall across street. Bucs stadium close. Had 3 busloads of Oakland Raider fans in the hotel on second night. Also close to airport with shuttle service available. We'll be back. At least 1 of 3 elevators weren't working. Made for significant delays on Sunday morning.
Open bar of FREE drinks and good hospitality. I love all Embassy hotels and they never put me down. If I have to pay a little extra to stay here I will, no hands down. This hotel was very clean and had everything ready for my request at just a simple push of "front desk" button. If you are in the Tampa area, pick this hotel. The rooms are HUGE and enough room for moving around without having feeling cramped together. Everything was GREAT. No negative feedback!
Extremely big room, "happy hour" everyday from 17:30 to 19:30
Breakfast and happy hour. Also the suites
Ran out of the continental breakfast both mornings of my stay. Literally no food left.
This hotel is ideally located only minutes from Tampa Airport and brilliant for anyone wanting to spend the night before travelling onward. The deluxe double room has two standard beds, which are smaller than most American hotel beds but fine if sharing with your children. It would not be very suitable for 4 adults. The breakfast is a "self service" buffet style breakfast but adequate given the price.
Supportive and helpful staff, nice pool, rooms very comfortable (particulalry after a transatlantic flight) I understood the breakfast would be a hot buffet but this wasn't the case
Wonderful hot buffet breakfast! Very convenient computers for checking my email. Suggestion for breakfast cafe: Packets of hot chocolate mix.
Staff at front desk were great.Shuttle driver was very helpful and courteous. No area to sit down for business. Only a stand up kiosk.
Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Couldn't figure out dehumidifier.
Very clean Room seemed very small
Very friendly staff. Excellent location close to the airport and shopping. Travel van was convenient and took us to the airport, shopping, restaurants. Work out facility was small, but did the job. Breakfast was free and also served hot food. Pool was also good.
Affordable. Plenty to do nearby. Good breakfast. Doesn't provide a unique experience. Just your basic hotel near an airport.
Every one was nice rooms we're comfy good break fest
Exercise room was very, very tiny
The beds and bedding were super comfortable and cozy. The room was nicely upgraded and clean. The free HOT breakfast bar was perfect before heading off to the stadium. Would definitely stay here again.
Hotel was clean Staff was very friendly The room had no refrigerator which is out of the ordinary.
one of our rooms with two double beds had a leak so we were moved to 2 rooms with a king with a pull out. The manager gave us a free shuttle ride to the tampa bay port terminal the next day to make up for the inconvenience. he was very helpful
The "double" beds are very small. I had a reservation for 4 people and they gave us a room for two. I went to the front desk to look for a solution and they were charging us with extra fees to get a confortable stay. I cancelled the reservation and went to the Marriot accorss the street and we ended up paying almost the same for a bigger room and included breakfast. The Holiday Inn was horrible and the staff had a bad attitude. I'll never visit this hotel again The staff, the room, the service
Great breakfast buffett, convenience of shuttle to airport and cruise port terminal. also in a gret area for shopping
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities. Our room was very good. We would stay here again.
Clean and comfortable. Probably the best hotel for the price in the area. Place has a bar and restaurant too. Shower didn't shut completely off and room temperature was hard to control. Otherwise, no complaints.
We arrived in the late evening. Shuttle from Airport to Hotel was fast and very convenient. The King Size bed was very comfy and the breakfast was one of the best we had in our 3 week tour along the east coast. Great stay!
The price was awesome! Location was great. Room was very clean. Check in /Out super fast and easy. Staff was extremely helpful! No continental breakfast but hey....less than a $100 a night I can deal without it!
The free shuttle from the airport was why I initially selected his hotel. My sister and I needed an inexpensive hotel for a one night stay near the airport. This fit the bill! The room was ready as soon as we arrived (around 10am) and the shuttle not only picked us up from the airport but also brought us to a shopping mall and dinner for no additional charge! All staff members were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable with lots of new and high end finishes. I would definitely stay here again! No complaints on this hotel. We didn't take advantage of the hotel breakfast so I cannot comment on the food. We went across the street to the Waffle House- which was amazing!
Easy way to get beaches None
Excellent conference capability. Breakfast buffet offered many choices. Rooms were sufficent size for comfort.
They serve Starbucks coffee staff attention to customers was only fair. Too much personal stuff going on with staff
I liked the location and the helpfulness and courteousness of the staff. The room was also vey comfortable.
It was just a well needed relaxing 2 night stay...alone! I was in town visiting a friend and the location was accessible to all my needs! The atmosphere was great! The 8th floor gave me an excellent view....I could see the airplanes landing @the airport! Awesome! I am a airplane fanatic! I really enjoyed my stay! Quiet! Who ever else was checked in on the 8th floor with me; I wouldn't know because the hallways were so quiet that you could hear a pin drop! I loved it! Thanks...and the price for all this excellence was great! Thumbs up! Everything was great!
convenient to highway, clean overall, comfortable room, fitness center well-maintained it should be made clearer that standard and double rooms don't come with a mini-fridge-- most people would expect that to be included; also, a/c filter and bathroom fan need to be cleaned (very dusty)
Pool and facilities were great hospitality and food were excellent very comfortable Nothing observable
Very nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
The double bed room is comfortable and the business center is open 24 hours, though the ventilation system was out of order for the whole 6 days without repair The 8 floor vending machine was out of order for at least 11 days. the ventilation system in business center was out of order without any repair and we have open the door to breath when using the computers.
Staff was excellent and the hotel was very clean and well run. Not a lot of things to do w/in walking distance but shuttle available at all times for nominal tip. Ask for Joel
Great!!!!!!! N/A. I wishi could have stayed longer.
Very hard water. Avoid this place.
Very clean and felt secure. The chef who made the omelets on Friday morning the 8th....you are excellent. You were most accommodating and even recommended items not listed on the omelet items. I wish I could have seen your name. You truly enjoyed serving your customers Bartender on the 8th had 3 gentleman she was talking to and pretty much ignored me and my sister. A Margarita is not that hard to make she took out glasses set them down and continued to talk. We decided to make it easy on her we ordered just 2 beers as she never started making the drinks. She still got that messed up. We ate breakfast and went to the coffee bar which we found the staff to be fantastic. The bartender is a serious weak link. She made it a choice to ignore us. Ignoring any customer speaks to how you value your job.
The staff at the front desk were very helpful! The rooms were comfortable, although my girlfriend had an issue with the pillows and how "crunchy" the cases were on her head.
The hotel was clean, the restaurant was surprisingly good, and the staff was very pleasant The rooms were significantly smaller than any I can recall at similar hotels
Location, nice breakfasts
From beginning to end everybody were friendly and pleasant.
It was convenient to get to the airport.
First they couldn't find my reservation the guy in front desk did not have customer service skills ,second they gave the keys to the roomi went up to the room keys did not work went to them again to have them corrected but they seemed to have trouble with the key machine but apparently fixed it I go up to the room again and they still don't work this I did three times I still could not use them thank God one of the house keepers open the room for us once in found the bed to be sunk in the middle very squeaky tried to rest but to much noise from outside room door where the house keepers have their laundry room over all it was a very bad stay will never stay there again very unhappy I feel I was robbed from my money.
Great location, awesome staff, love the Jacuzzi n the pool w/ cabanas
Nice clean and friendly Live music by the pool tho a nice feature if I would have known but looking to relax it was a bit annoying.
Everything Everything was good
Nice, clean room not carpeted Didn't know that our door faced the outside staff didn't have record of us when we checked in so we had to wait getaroom took a while to send them the information friend had an allergic reaction to the detergent used to clean towels, staff was not helpful in knowing what they were washed in
The bar by the pool was nice. We were staying here after Disney, because flying out of Tampa was cheaper. The price was cheap and close to the airport. Tile floors. Door faces outside. Everything seemed like it was staying together with duct tape.
The value for the price is great. And the building is interesting; not just the same old thing. The perfect choice for the night before leaving on a cruise. Insufficient front desk help leads to long waits.
Decorated very well, nice suite we stayed in, The bathroom was great Smelled like mildew outside our room there was an old plastic plant that might've been the culprit but we were also next to a spa room so I'm not sure but either way they should look into it
The bed, tile floor, pool, location, architecture Housekeeping needs hearing aides
The pool The shower was horrible
Great location on and off the freeway and access to the airport. Very clean and nicely laid out. Very friendly staff. It strikes me as odd that there wasn't a continental breakfast where less expensive hotels will offer a very nice breakfast that is included in the price. In addition, the bathroom in our room was very small and cramped. There is only a quarter of an inch of clearance between the door and commode when you open the door. You have to step over between the sink and the commode in order to close the door.
This hotel was easy to find, new renovated, close to shopping and eating. I would stay there again.
The staff was great. The breakfast was hot and fresh with a great variety. The location was central to everything. The furniture and appliances were worn and dated in our room.
Fri madly staff, hot breakfast, socials/mixers
The staff was friendly & transactions were quick. The room was excellent. We did not find anything we didn't like.
The room was very nice and clean home away from home away fromhad to come into town for a family emergency, I was able to check in without incident and make it to my destination in time. It Florida insects are bound to be in be the room.
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
Great price for a 1-bedroom suite. Ask for a balcony. Every thing was perfect.
Staff friendly and accommodating one of the two elevators was often not working
The staff was wonderful and so helpful!
Easy parking. It wasn't the best location for my activities, but that was my fault.
The location is great, friendly staff.
No problems whatsoever. Staff was very helpful and friendly. No
-Close to airport -Easy check in and check out -Comfortable beds - Easy to find -Cold pool -No hot tub - Not secure enough -No 24hr airport shuttle
Good place to stay when coming in from a late flight. Was disappointed with breakfast choices.
The IHOP across the street was the best thing about the hotel. My husband and I were late with our flight to Tampa out of our control, (plane issues). We paid for the hotel 2 weeks prior and requested a non smoking room. We called the hotel letting them know we will be arriving around 12-1am. We landed at Tampa called again to have them come pick us up with their shuttle and asked if our non smoking room was still available. The front desk lady said yes it is. We arrive after 8-10 hours of traveling and at the desk told our room was given away. The last non smoking room was given away 5 mins after my call for the shuttle pickup. I'm pregnant and my husband has asthma so we were livid it was given away. They overbooked and the next available hotel was 15 miles away. Also, they had people waiting if we didn't want the room. On the reservation it said non-smoking room. They said because we arrived so late we were pushed to the bottom and were moved to a smoking room. They said the non smoking option is just a request and no guarantee of getting a room. The front desk lady had such an attitude with us and couldn't explain why she gave the room away when we just spoke to her on the phone. Luckily we were compensated for this mistake but I would not recommend this hotel. Im very easy going not high maintenance but this was the worst by far i had. Horrible parking and the front desk lady said no guarantee of break ins also could get towed and there was no parking for hotel guests. They assistant manager said there is no policy about holding rooms regarding smoking or non smoking. But that in itself seems like a violation if I'm pregnant and husband has asthma and we get moved to a smoking room vs requesting a non smoking room. I would recommend to not stay at this hotel even tho it is close to the pier for the cruise.
good location for TAM airport. Good selection of resturants nearby Shuttle only ran every 45 minutes in early morning and often could not take everyone waiting, so trip to airport was delayed for 15-20 minutes, plan accordingly.
Very friendly staff who proved extremely accommodating to large numbers of people needing rides due to a music festival. They went very much above and beyond to make sure folks were taken care of. General Manager was also very visible and helpful to folks. There was a rather odd, unpleasant odor in our hallway & room (second floor). Smelled a bit like salt marsh.
Very comfortable room and bed
Great service & location. Very professional staff---attentive to all your needs. Great location---just minutes away from shopping, sightseeing & airport.
price/quality is good, clean rooms,no noice, great breakfast
TownePlace Suites rooms are well designed and comfortable. In spite of being close to the airport it was very quiet at night. There is a small well equiped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, lots of plug ins for electronics and a comfortable chair and work table. There is a free shuttle to the airport which runs 24 hours a day. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
The hotel is well done and has a nicer feel than other fairfields. I stay in this hotel chain frequently and while they are fine, they are a lesser expensive chain which is what I'm looking for. This Fairfield was a better design. I liked the room as well as the eating area off the lobby. A more modern look and feel.
