Fordele: Seat was good
Ulemper: Depart on time (1 hour late), hostess put a laptop in the overhead, which fell out and hit me when the bin was opened
Fordele: the trip was excellent and comfortable. LOved the windows that shaded out rather than the having to pull down the plastic blind. entertainment on board top notch screen huge One hostess , Helen was absolutely fantastic and the best I ve had on my many trips. I will recommend KLM whenever I can
Ulemper: the headrest is hard. Apart from that- all was fine

Ulemper: Head support for 6 feet plus people on seats would be good

Fordele: Service was fine but nothing stood out in particular. We liked the newer Dreamliner.
Ulemper: Seat (economy) not comfortable. Less room that most other aircrafts in the same class. Seats seemed narrow. With all the extra charges, I would not consider Norwegian to be a ‘budget’ or low cost airline. In the end we paid the same, if not more, for a comparable ‘non-low cost’ airline.
Ulemper: Iin at newark was terrible. They apparently have no assigned checkin area for the airline. A line with hundreds of people played follow the leader through Newark Airport. On way back in Barcelona not nearly enough seats in the . waiting area or nearby. There was huge line because of this.
Fordele: Seats were comfortable.
Ulemper: Long check in time with long lines. No internet check-in Budget carrier, ticket is cheap, so they try to get money from you whenever they can. All hand items are weighed. Max bag weight 20kg instead of 23 Food needs to be paid except water
Fordele: Crew was very efficient and attentive when needed.
Ulemper: I was shocked that such a long flight and passengers must pay for any snacks or food. We brought our at the airport for half the price the airline charges as well as twice the amount of food.
Fordele: They were organized
Ulemper: Being told you have to pay for every meal prior to the flight and you don’t even get complimentary water, earphones or anything.... for an over 8 hr flight it was very un accommodating.
