Fordele: "Good enough."
Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"
Fordele: "flyturen i sig selv var fin men var forsinket."
Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"
Fordele: "Flight was good. The problem was the ticket purchased from Kayak was not as stated. Because there was a layover in Amsterdam, I was not able to check my bag all the way through to USA. AND I had to visit 5 counters to check bag, pay for bag at different counter and 3 other counters!"
Ulemper: "It would have been better if the ticket I purchased was the one that I selected. It was not as advertised. I searched for ticket that was translatlantic with one checked bag. BUT kayak booked an ECONOMY LIGHT fare that required payment. It was not as advertised and a total head ache for check in."

Ulemper: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

The plane was about 30 minutes late which was nice because it took a while to get off our Munich flight, find our new gate and we ended up nearly running to the gate."
Ulemper: "I, again, didn't like walking down 3 flights of stairs, getting a crowded bus to take us to the plane. We are used to using a jetway to the plane. I realize that European airports are busier than American airports though."
Fordele: "Although the flight to Frankfurt was delayed for more than an hour they made special arrangements to get on time to the next flight."

They used to give little sandwiches, excellent in quality!!! A cookie is good too, but a better one would do a great difference! It was early morning, who would eat a sugary chocolate chip cookie for breakfast? But otherwise, I would fly with Lufthansa again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you!!!!!!"
Fordele: "The flight attendants were so friendly and helpful. The food was good...didn't even have to pay for food or wine. On-board entertainment was excellent. I would fly Lufthansa any time!"

Fordele: "We had a very short connection as a result of a long delay in our flight from Athens to Munich. Lufthansa held the gate open and helped us get on board tom our flight to Chicago. The plane was big, roomy and the seats were comfortable. There were adequate number of toilets so people didn't have to stand in long lines. The crew was very friendly in an efficient way, not like in Asian airlines where the passenger gets coddled. I particularly appreciated the serving of water/juices every so often to stay hydrated."
Ulemper: "They could have made the transfer easier by having a trolley to move us instead of having us run through the airport. I am 70 and have had both knees replaced. While I can walk just fine, running was very difficult."

Ulemper: "Things I don't like: 1. My seat was the 1st-row aisle seat. OMG, the seat is extremely small, my legs were very very uncomfortable. I would rather sit another regular seat instead of the 1st-row aisle seat. Usually, I sleep on the plane during whole flight, but this time I could not sleep at all. 2. There was a curtain which separates the business class and economic class. As the 1st point, my seat was the 1st-row aisle seat, so the curtain hit me every time the crew went through the curtain, which is extremely annoying. 3. The Entertainment screen is so difficult to use, either hard to touch or so slow."

Ulemper: "First of all, the boarding took an hour longer than it should have been so we all sat in the plane dripping with sweat, because it was 100 degrees in Houston and the plane didn't have A/C on until we took off. Food was not good, some mysterious meat they called beef stew and veggies with strange texture. We ended up drinking more since the food was bad. The entertainment choices were OK but the equipment was a bit ancient, my husband's screen ( we sat in the front where screen pulled out of the seat) was broken and was held by a duct tape(???!!!) The seats are small, I have flown with other companies on transatlantic flights and their seats are bigger and more comfortable in economy class."

Ulemper: "No food, plane felt pretty old and not so clean. Smaller seats than the other flights I had with Lufthansa. Otherwise, it was fine. I had a pretty bad earache on that particular flight, so I liked it less than I might have otherwise. Something didn't feel right, pressure wrong or something."
Ulemper: "Missed the flight from Houston to Fankfurt and the airline canceled the whole round trip. I did not know I had to call the airline to let them know not the cancel my trip. I would've appreciated a notice of that."

Ulemper: "Passengers should be notified of the process of changing airplanes at Vienna. What a nightmare. We were scheduled for 50 minutes between flights. Not really enough. If we were aware of what was required it may have helped, however the distance we had to walk was rather extreme."

Fordele: "I would suggest to make up some how for my lost as I had other problems derived from missing my United Airlines but so far every body has been very understanding. For example selling me a new ticket at a special price or with some benefit - I WILL NEED TO FLY TO VIENNA AND KIEV AGAIN WITHIN 6 MONTHS - otherwise; I doubt I would ever buy a Austrian plane ticket again. I AM FLYING ON POLISH AIRLINES RIGHT NOW OCT 25TH."
Ulemper: "When I try to make the change of itinerary on Austrian Airlines on the selling web page, they told me to contact the Austrian Airlines, so I did. The Austrian Airlines lady who told me that I would just lose my tickets and that I could not even pay a penalty to avoid such thing, was very VERY RUDE!! As the Austrian Airlines did not offer me an option but losing my plane ticket,"

Ulemper: "Although AU blamed late arrival of the plane from Russia, fact is that the plane was at least one hour at the dock before boarding and the AU team was just extremely slow to get boarding done. We were all invited 45 minutes before boarding to board, when apologies were already offered for the slight delay, which turned into 1.5 hour overall. Worst is the lack of communication during the 45 minute wait, for which I have little understanding seeing many older people clearly suffering."

Ulemper: "I have the 'Economy Class' on the tickets. At check-in at the airport we wrote "economy light" on the boarding pass and want to pay for the first baggage. I check it on the original receipt I received by e-mail, there is ECONOMY CLASS and 1st baggage free of charge, another for a fee. So I do not understand and for two tickets I have paid 2 x 30 €."
Ulemper: "very tight connection in VIE after a small late departure from LHR but we make the connection."
Fordele: "They lost my baggage and nobody cares.They charging good money for extra bags but they have only sorry for they mistake. If you plan your important trip to Europe please don't use this company,so you can avoid unpleasant experience."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed an hour after boarding to wait for passengers from another flight. I understand waiting 10-15 mins but one hour was way too long."
Ulemper: "Oversold the tickets on my flight and put me on standby. Needed to change the flight and all my plans."
Fordele: "When you travel with an infant it's already a difficult trip but it's really fraustrating when you find out that they didn't assign you to the seats with the baby bassanet, and when I went to the counter to fix the problem instead they change our window seats to an isle seats without even asking or notifying us with the changes, and they when I asked how come you don't automatically assign infant reservations to infant seats their excuse was what if there were more infants than available infant seats and they already gave out those seats with extended leg space to others who already had paid for it, and surprisingly there were multiple of infants on board none of them in those seats but rather the other passengers who paid for it, so basically they got paid extra and you will only suffer for almost 10 hrs so they can make extra profit. NEVER AGAIN AUSTRIAN AIRLINES!!!"

Ulemper: "It was advertised as Austrian Airlines but when the details came through afterwards only then did it state that it was a United Airlines flight. So, I can't rate this flight because it had nothing to do with Austrian Airlines. You need to update your site so that it clearly states "Operated by..." when people are booking."
Ulemper: "My row was bypassed a couple of times for food/beverage service even though we were wide awake and looking expectantly at the flight attendant. Sometimes she asked me if I wanted a drink or something and as I was answering she looked away and moved on. I couldn't believe it. Then after pressing the service button and waiting a long time for her to return, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience."

Ulemper: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

I asked when the meal would be and was told a few hours...which turned out to be breakfast..i wated all night for food that only came an hour before landing. Now hungrey and tierd.I.will not be flying klm ever again !!"

Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Fordele: "Only thing we liked was the fact that we were able to get onto our flight at all..."
Ulemper: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Ulemper: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."
Fordele: "The crew were really helpful since I am a short person in putting my luggage away in the overhead compartment and attentive to everyone's needs. I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."

I booked through Justfly.com and had to cancel the flights due to the new Omicron virus. The airline (Scandinavian Airlines) told me to get in touch with the agency as they could not do anything. However, its been completely impossible to get a hold of the agency by phone (I called them twice and stayed on the line for more than 1h without getting through), and you cannot reply to or send them e-mails. I cancelled the flights, for which I paid about $1,500 to be on the safe side so they would not think I just missed them, and for that they charged me $60 (!!!), so anything they can charge you for online works, but everything else does not. Absolutely horrible customer service.

No covid safety. Keep distance apparently don’t count when you onboard or in the bus from gate to/from plane. Could hardly move. And late again, again, again. Seems to be the new norm.

Ulemper: "Staff was lacy and rude to another customer. She told the passenger she wasn’t walking to the back of the plane to get her a paper cup."

Fordele: "The SAS flight was fine. My dissatisfaction was with the company that booked my ticket which I found through a Kayak search. When booking, there was no information about luggage and I ended up paying for it at the airport. This should clearly be declared in the online booking process."
Fordele: "- Great timing for the flight, had a connection and it was stress-free to get through - Nintendo-type controller to play like, two games they had to choose from (clearly an old plane) - Meals were decent"
Ulemper: "- The plane was older - it had the ash-trays in the armrests full of dust and god knows what else, gross. - No wifi, I was planning to get some work done because it was an international flight so that was a bust - Limited entertainment selection. Some of the newer ones have more movie/TV selections"

Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."
Ulemper: "We had to leave the airplane and board another one due to technical issues. This is the second time that that happens to me with SAS."
Fordele: "Da vi først var kommet ombord på flyet gik tingene sin vante gang... ellers var der ikke meget hoved og hale på noget som helst."
Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Ulemper: "Hottest I have ever been in a plane (we were in 40G and H) and I “run cold”. We were sweating and drinking water like crazy (they gave us one bottle and did not routinely walk the aisles handing out more). Luckily we brought our own water. Early June and headed to Scandinavia, not someplace hot. Seats were hard and I put my unused blankets under me."

Fordele: "I purchased Plus and found it a good value. My seat on the overseas leg was comfortable -- though it could have reclined better. The food & drink service was conducted as at an elegant restaurant."

Ulemper: "Had to pay for wifi in coach for internet access. It was dropping routinely, dial-up slow, and very frustrating. The food was on par with other airlines, minus the vegetable turnover. That was a bit odd. What was shocking to me, is that no alcohol of any kind was complimentary in coach."

Ulemper: "Full Flight was very hot and cramped. not sure if the AC was broken, but no effort was made to cool the cabin despite my requests. This made for a very sweaty, uncomfortable flight"

Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

Ulemper: "Horrible and unprofessional check in process, by time of boarding more than half of passengers had not gone through security yet due to their delays. The machine and website weren’t working so everyone had to check in via the desks."

Ulemper: "This was my first trip to Europe and I was a bit nervous about the experience, I've been on plenty of planes, however, about nothing like this. Norwegian Airlines is the worst experience I have ever had on a plane or any mode of transportation. We were running to the terminal because they only announced that they had last call,and we were eating. When we got there, they pulled my fiancee aside to weigh her bags (mind you this is about 5 mins before the plane is about the leave). I'm waiting inside of the airway for her and they spot me and pull me back out to weigh my bag. The guy was shady, he pulled on my bag as it was on the hand scale and said it was 3 kg overweight. I told him it's not, I weighed it myself, so he weighs it again and say "sorry, I meant it is 4kg overweight" he said that it is 15 dollars per kg, unless I want to leave stuff here. I looked at him and he just stared at me until I gave him my credit card. $60!! That's ridiculous, especially considering I bought a hand weight just for this occasion. My fiancee had to pay $90!! And just to top it off, they wouldn't give her passport, she had to ask for it back. Also, if you dont purchase a food plan before hand you have to buy it on the plan. They dont even offer peanuts. This airline will nickel and dime you for everything. Better off with another airline if you are traveling abroad. You'll end up paying the same, but will have better service. Never again will I fly Norwegian"

My husband had bug bites on his feet. I ordered a sandwich from online monitor and received a very different sandwich, when I asked flight attendant he said, the picture its just an illusion. Very unprofessional and misleading information to passengers."

Ulemper: "There is not business class even though you pay business class fares. Their seats are not comfortable. The food was okay. The clincher for me was that they charge by the kilo for excess baggage. I had just gotten married and we were moving my wife to Asia to live with me. We had 1 extra bag and they would not even listen to our situation. They charged me $600 for an extra bag. I will never fly Norwegian Airways again. No consideration for their passengers. The bottom line - do not fly Norwegian Airlines..."
Ulemper: "My luggage was lost. Filed a case. Norwegian has no ide when I will get my suitcase."
Fordele: "Nice, clean plane."
Ulemper: "1. Flight attendants except for a couple, were not interested in helping passengers or answering questions 2. For the basic fare (which I didn’t realise I was even purchasing), you had to pay extra for a seat and for luggage, on long haul transatlantic! 3. I wasn’t offered food or beverage once on the 8 hour trip 4. You had to purchase a blanket if you wanted one. Everyone was wearing their coats onboard. It almost felt like they were intentionally keeping the temperature cold to induce passengers to purchase blankets. When I requested they raise the temperature, I was told that this was the warmest they could make it and this is the warmest on any plane. (Obviously not true. I fly every month and have mostly found plane temperatures to be manageable.) Oh, and did I mention how you had to pay to check luggage on a transatlantic flight!!"
Ulemper: "Flight was 4 hours late causing us to miss our connecting flight and lose a day of our vacation plans because the next flight wasn't until the morning. Customer service phone center personnel were rude. He "new" movies being shown in the on flight entertainment were old and there were only a few."
Ulemper: "Wasn’t expecting to fly for 8hrs across the Atlantic in the same kind of plane usually expected for the short flights between European countries. A last minute plane change to a non-Norwegian aircraft had me scrambling to re-reserve pre-selected seats (the change moved our reserved seats to a less than ideal location), which had to be done through customer service because the Norwegian site wouldn’t let me make the change. What seemed like a 30+ yr old aircraft, no in-flight entertainment, broken seat backs, and an ornery flight attendant - I guess I get what I paid for..."
Fordele: "Hassle free. Didn't make use of all facilities. Good value for money."
Ulemper: "Nothing."
Fordele: "I arrived safely in Paris at a cheaper rate. Checking was quick. A lot of agents in JFK to check in."
Ulemper: "10kg on board including your purse... really? Yes. Paying extra money for a glass of water!!! Not acceptable... Only snack food. No hot meal even if you wish to pay extra. Also don't expect a fork or a paper plate to eat your wrap sandwich. Paying extra for a cover to stay warm... don't forget to bring a scarf. The crew spent their time chatting in the back of the plane."
Fordele: "I loved the plane, really quiet, clean and pleasant to be in. Crew was also very kind and helpful"
Fordele: "One of the best planes I have traveled in to go to Europe. I will definitely be using them again"
Ulemper: "Nothing much, the boarding was a bit chaotic at first but that was because all the passangers decided to stand by the entrance to the line even when it wasn't their time to board. The seat I was in had some water leaking on it at first from the air conditioner, I assume condensation but it stopped once we really got up in the air."

Ulemper: "Wait to board and after time passes for departure, notice for delay only after expected departure time. No explanation. 1hr delay then they call to gate and everyone waits and another hour passes and no explanation given. Finally next boarding time passes and then gate change and plane change and we are notified they needed to get new crew. Finally board. Landing was terrible and I dont feel particularly comfortable ever flying with this airline again. Will rather pay more and fly klm"

Ulemper: "no real effort or offer to be compensated we are still with cold temperatures here in Sweden - Holland, my coat goes missing in the cabin and the only explanation is, this could happen to anybody!"
