Great leg room in economy and the entertainment system has lots of options, I watched a few docs with David Attenborough. the flight crew were wonderful and helpful. I was really impressed with the food, both the main meal and the snack prior to landing. Some of the best food I have had on a flight! Great job Air Canada!
Loved check in / food / blanket & entertainmenr on Lufthansa. The seats are old and need a redo. The crew was decent just not warm. The lounge at Frankfurt took over 25 minutes to get in. Something needs to change United connecting flight crew / entertainment / updated seating was great. They could not accommodate my special meal as the only special meal available is kosher. We shd have been informed of that earlier!!

Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"
Fordele: "Everything from check in to offloading went smoothly. Pretty good food and accommodating flight staff."
Ulemper: "My row had 3 seats behing a row of 4. We were weirdly offset so I had to look to the right to see my TV. Super uncomfortable. Dont like TV much anyway. Gave up on it real quick"
Ulemper: "Lufthansa changed my flight last minute but was sending me updates for the old booking- it made no sense!!! Never again!"
Fordele: "The crew on-board was nicer this time"
Ulemper: "Had wait in line for more than 1.5 hours to check in (no self-serve kiosk) and then conform to the 10kg carry-on (both backpack and suitcase) rule which didn't happen on the first flight. The staff are rude and unhelpful and the whole process of dealing with Norwegian is confusing."
Ulemper: "The food was sub-standard, though it was described accurately as a snack."
Fordele: "The service from the flight attendants was wonderful."
Ulemper: "The seats are horrible without any lumbar support nor sufficient cushion for the seat. It leaves you sore all over. If the person in front lays back, they will be hitting your knees. The food for dinner was ok but the breakfast was horrible. Plain eggs with inedible spinach and tomatoes."
Fordele: "I paid to go with Lufthansa airways not with United Airways. And I came to know the day of the flight that I was to board United airways. Really disappointed."
Ulemper: "In the international flight United Airways charge for the Wiskey liquor. And that is ridiculous."

Fordele: "I had to change my flight times three times, and each time they charged me less than 30 dollars (for taxes) and the wait times on the phone were super fast. It was shocking to not lose hundreds of dollars for life happening and needing to change my flight. AND!! I got a free upgrade to premium economy for free!"
Fordele: "I loved that the staff made everyone comfortable and answered all questions. The captain was in constant communication with us. and especially that the ground service team managed to rebook us all the way home to Tucson the same day."
Ulemper: "That the flight was so late getting to Munich that we missed our flight from Rome to Houston and then to Tucson."
Fordele: "I flew in the A380 bulkhead at row 50 from Munich to Hong Kong. Have flown premium economy with Lufthansa before, it was no different from before. The service is efficient. Entertainment was fine and had an interesting selection in their world cinema section."
Ulemper: "A pretty standard experience and nothing which makes you feel special. Other airlines might offer an upgraded meal in premium economy or a special cocktail, but not on Lufthansa."
Fordele: "Plenty of room in both the cabin and the bathroom- more than we have ever experienced. Food was very good. Crew was outstanding"
Ulemper: "Boarding is chaotic for economy, with everyone mobbing around the entrance. Having people board in subsets, beyond just 1st class and people needing assistance would be helpful. It makes the entire airport gate areas hard to maneuver around for other people as each plane loads, and it stresses out the group waiting to get on the plane."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed. There was a terrible backlog in Security at Frankfurt Airport. This is not Lufthansa's fault but considering how important Frankfurt is, you would think the airlines would say something. The flight was late. There were no proper queues for boarding. Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."

Ulemper: "The seats are way too close together for such a long flight. I fought off a panic attack for much of the trip. It was suffocating. I should not be able to give the person in front of me a head massage. The personal space humans should have was horribly invaded. I'm a 62 year old woman who's in good shape but even for me it was an act of gymnastics to get in and out of my seat. On my flight to Europe on the 13th with your airline our section of the plane did not have working monitors so it was like watching paint dry for 11 hours. So boring!"
Fordele: "Lufthansa makes coach travel tolerable. Blankets, pillows, free access to on board entertainment and a large selection of real food, not just snacks, and beverages. All beverages available the entire flight. Plane was clean and everything in working order."

Ulemper: "Flight from Munich to Charlotte: I do not fly that frequently (just only about 1 or 2 times per year - usually with Lufthansa) so I had no idea that as an Economy class passenger I cannot use the Business class bathroom. I admit my mistake for violating this etiquette. There was no line formed so I just used it, but as I was leaving the toilet a stewardess grabbed my arm and sternly made me aware of my trespassing. She was very professional and I believe it was not her intention; however, she made me feel very stupid for not realizing that the Business class toiled is for the Business class customers only. Don't get me wrong, if I paid premium for my fare I would probably expect less crowded toilets too. In my opinion, this unwritten rule should be made more explicit to the Economy class passengers, as nobody likes to feel embarrassed by mistakenly wandering into an exclusive club they don't belong to. I know there are separating curtains, but they were open. I saw a line forming in the Economy section so my next instinct was to go a different direction, which led me to the Business section. I really needed to use the bathroom, so I did not think of the proper etiquette at the moment."

24 hour delay due to a crew member arriving 1.5 h late. People clapped for this? Obscene. Will never fly delta again. A simple error could have been resolved by holding connecting flights for 15 minutes. But no, not enough passengers to cross the 8-10 person threshold. Lost $800 due to this malfeasance. Never flying delta again.
Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.
Swift clean friendly on time
They canceled our flights but they flew anyway.

Ulemper: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."
