I asked the male flight attendant about changing airplanes, said our new gate was right next to our arriving gate. He said no problem. He failed to mention we had to go through customs and security again, and walk almost a Kilometer in the process. Fortunately they held the Amsterdam plane because many passengers would have missed it. I did not appreciate the lack of information from the flight attendant, however holding the plane was a godsend."

Fordele: "The outbound flight from Vienna to IAD had much better service. The return flight from IAD to Vienna, the crew didn't come back to refill water or ask to top up drinks. The food choices were more limited. The entertainment system on the flight needs a larger selection."
Fordele: "Make sure your carry on luggage is less then 8 kg. Or you would have to check it at your own cost. The food is OK but the portion is very small. If you want a window or isle seat, it would’ve cost you 30 euro to reserve it. The crew is very nice. I guess because the air fare is very cheap, they need to do everything to make the extra cash."
Ulemper: "We sat on the tarmac for 2 hours because a crew member did not have the proper paperwork. This is incompetence. The trip was long enough w/o adding another two hours due to poor planning. This was completely preventable."

Ulemper: "The crew members on the flight from Washington to Vienna were absolutely rude and unhelpful."
Ulemper: "Predictably, why I was expected to meet the tight schedule between planes squeezed by the 1st flight leaving one hour later than planned, my checked-in baggage apparently wasn't. So for me 35 minutes was more than enough to go through yet another passport checkpoint, security checkpoint, run like a headless chicken then travel by bus to the plane; for AU it wasn't enough to transfer my bag to the connecting flight."
Fordele: "1st class should board last, it just makes mire sense for a lot of reasons. Also 8kg carry limit is rediculous and loosely enforced. We were clearly selected to check our bags. There were others with bags heavier and larger than ours that were permitted to stuff them in their overheads."

Staff on board was cheerful. Airport staff was Ok, but the plane was late and the boarding by zones makes it very stressful because I was in the last zone and therefore wasn’t sure I could get my bag onto the overhead rack. Plane was FILTHY.

My flight form Denver to Albuquerque was canceled without my knowledge and I had to spend 5 hours in Denver before getting on to NM. A heads up would have been nice...

Plane was delayed 1 hour on the Chicago O'hare tarmack waiting for a gate. I had a 2 hr. layover & barely made my connecting flight by 5 min.

Multiple cancelled flights ended up cancelling the whole itinerary. Went on my own and booked directly the day of flight and am demanding full refund.

The luggage was handled very poorly and they broke my Golf Carrier which I bought for $350 in September of 2016. The Airlines wanted to settle for $15 compensation."

The entertainment was awesome - made 8 hours quickly disappear! Will definitely fly with Lufthansa again when I go overseas!"

No covid safety. Keep distance apparently don’t count when you onboard or in the bus from gate to/from plane. Could hardly move. And late again, again, again. Seems to be the new norm.

SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

Ulemper: "1) on the plane, they announced a choice of two meals and I enquired why did I get one without choice and they told me the second choice was an option only for 'economy plus' !! That was a rude situation....I felt cheated and then insulted . 2) CPH - Nice : The breakfast or the included orange drink gave me an upset stomach and bad case of Hemorroides. 3) I accepted a glass of tomatoe juice and when I asked for a coke with my lunch , the stewardess said I had only right to one drink and would have to pay the rest....really ? - wine used to be free and now a glass costs $4...really ?? 4) I arrived at CPH airport for my transfer .. the flight was yet not on the screen but no one gave any instruction and no officials of any kind were around to enquire....a cleaning crew finally directed me correctly. 5) the security line in New York to board was ridiculously long...someone shouted to take off our smelly shoes...really ?? 6) most were directed to the right with four snaking unending lines to one security check . From time to time others were directly directed ed to the left where there was no line and option of two security checks. Half way through my wait , most were directed to the left and all who were 'late', were let out first to their gate. The whole experience before, on the plane and after was not worth the money...least of all a pleasant one."
