Ulemper: "Check in is insanely long. Terminal 1 at JFK as usually Absolutely terrible. Line to go thru TSA is exacting 40 min at 12 am Midnight. We pay so much (in the price of our ticket) to be treated as cattle !!!"
Ulemper: "Our name wasn’t on the plane first ! After a while our names showed up than the plane left 25 minutes earlier and we were stuck in the airport and no one try to help they just informed us after 4 hours that we need to pay 600$ penalty!"
Fordele: "The staff was kind and well spoken on the flight."
Ulemper: "The gate staff was not forthcoming with information and both of my flights were delayed by an hour and no one shared info with passengers."

Fordele: "The flight crew was excellent. Very attentive, even in coach. Amenities were good. The food was adequate to good."
Ulemper: "The seats were a bit hard. Still, the legroom wasn't any worse than a domestic flight."
Fordele: "Boarding was on time. but food was very bad."
Ulemper: "I reserved my seats for all my destinations . And paid for that in advance. TURKISH airline refuse to give me the same seats and they said this not exceptable for them . I was very mad ."
Fordele: "Rapidly becoming my airline of choice. Great service, comfortable and on time. Relatively new fleet and not cramped. Puts other national carriers (including BA) to shame"
Fordele: "Turkish Airlines er normalt, som samlet pakke min favorit, men når indtjekning vælger at sætte 2 voksne mænd på sæder ved nødudgangen der kun er ca. 75% i størrelse af normle (små) sæder, så er 3½ time til Istanbul en lang sammenklemt oplevelse."

Ulemper: "Boarding process chaotic due to conflicting flow of movement in the aisle. People don't like to step aside to let others pass. Additionally some of carry on luggage was oversized and should have been checked into the cargo hold. When flight landed in Nouakchott an announcement should have been made so that the Dakar passengers allowed the NKC ones to deplane, AND the NKC passengers should have been advised to have their boarding passes out for inspection. This caused a backlog in the jetbridge. AND no announcement regarding local time."
Fordele: "The international pods were wonderful. Lots of space and could choose from a ton of movies. the bathroom was oversized with plenty of space. And the Bentley travel packs are a very nice touch. The highlight of the trip though is the Turskish Lounge in Istanbul. It has several grand pianos, tons of iMac stations, a freaking golf simulator, and different food stations. Thai, Turkish cuisine a salad bar. It it the best lounge I have experienced 10 fold. It’s the size of a mall."
Ulemper: "One negative was the beverage service. Iberia and Korean air are much more attentive before and upon take off. Beverage carts come around quite often. Turkish, not so much. Also food was just okay. Feel like other airlines do better in business class"
Ulemper: "Older plane, uncomfortable seats, no individual entertainment systems. Long boarding without a lot of staff facilitating extra coat/overhead luggage storage because of winter, then we sat on tarmac for two hours because they missed their slot to take-off."

Ulemper: "I had to take flight from San Juan to JFK on Jet Blue seperate ticket that supposed to leave san juan 5:26 am and get to JFK at 9:18 am , Jet Blue got delayed 5 houres due to the weather , when i got to JFK i went to the counter of Turkish Airlines to re book on another flight , i was attended by Indian look manager , he was very very very nasty with me and he told that the Turkish Airlines had cancelled my ticket and his comment to me ( you boughtyour ticket socheap there fore you need to pay $1650 dollar for new ticket and there is not gurranted i will be takig the next scheduled flight and i have to waite for thenextday ) he was very nastuy, so i went to Emirates Airlines and i bought a new tickets for $1475 dollar and ileft JFKwithen twohours , now when i want to retune from Lebnon i caled Turkish Airkines and they had informed that they cancelled my return ticktes as well , when the plane was delayed in san juan Puerto Rico Jet Blue manager in San Juan call Turkish Airlines to exolaine the situatuion and the agent had confirmed that i will be rebbok on another flight. I lst my ticket with Turkish and i will never recommend this Airline to no one from now on. I,m asking if i can use the monry that i had paid if i can rebook future flight , please do something i lost my tickets with Turkish and i had to pay $1475 dollar on Emirates , NO one seems to care .I have all the proof thatJet Blue gave me the boarding pass on Turkish after the station manager in San Juan called Turkish and they authorized him to print my boarding pass ( i have it all) unfortunatly Turkish refused to helo. Ulemper: "The food was rubbish. I ordered Hindu veg meal. The food was just plain and there was no glavors at all."
Fordele: "The few and very rarely seen employees are not even willing to listen to our questions let alone help us, Ican for sure say in 1 out of 10 wotkers there was only one that was willing to help And did let the one that helped us know I and my co travelers apriciated her or him to me there was one girl who offered me help after I cried because I thougth I would miss my flight to houston. I told her tgank you a 1000 times."
Ulemper: "Every thing Lack of help Lack of infirmation Lack of annoucement of next step Lack of a simple WIFI so I could let someone know what is happening to me There was no airport free wifi This turkish airline have now lost me as a customer unless I am traveling to somaliya where no other airline goes Bye bye Turkish air I am deeply disappointed at the lebel of the airport serveses For that reason I am done dealing with it and I will let this known to my friends and Family so they also stop doing bussniss with this airline It it my new mission now to stop anyone flying turkish air because of customer serves ... I just glad my horrifying experiance is over and I am home now Thanks for askiking me how was my flight"
Ulemper: "Screen was not working to watch movies and only a sandwich was given as dinner. Also drinks choice was very limited"

Ulemper: "You could be choose food... one of the dish was only pasta... what about the people who's allergic? I am... The business class crew was very stuck up! Totally looked down at people who wasn't in the business class... The Aircraft has no AC that you could adjust air blowing on you! It was incredibly hot the whole time !"
Fordele: "Same as my Los Angeles flight, my Athens flight and my Beirut flight Extremely pleasant"
Fordele: "Our screens didn't work and they wouldn't move us to a business class seat. It was also freezing, everyone was complaining, I even got sick. It's the worst. Will never travel again with them"

Ulemper: "Very poor experience , no clear gate assignment prior to boarding , i missed this flight due to no gate info poping on the monitors. Bad customer experience , No manners no proper English, By Far the worst experience."
Fordele: "Very friendly crew, specially a guy I believe was called Gilbert maybe."
Ulemper: "There was no intertainment only the map. Not even music."

Fordele: "The flight from Istanbul to New York was great. Excellent service, good food, free drinks throughout, comfortable modern plane with wide selection of entertainment. Great layover at Istanbul Airport with lots of selection for food and drink. Far better than any direct airline that flies new york to tel aviv so if you don't mind a layover choose Turkish."
Ulemper: "Free WiFi at Istanbul Airport requires sms authentication which makes no sense on an international trip."
Fordele: "The entertainment was great Wifi at the terminal was great"
Ulemper: "Boarding was a nightmare, no lines were formed, people were not kept in order People were boarding with oversized luggage and it was allowed by the crew People were talking at a very loud voices across the cabin and staff never intervened Many people were standing during the landing and were opening the overhead compartments, staff never intervened I am allergic to cheese and there was no replacment"

Fordele: "I love how there is wifi on the long flights,great movies,food taste so good and the crew is so nice and helpful. I've tried Turkish Airline few years ago and since then I haven't changed my airline and I book with them to all my family :)"
Ulemper: "I always fly with my dog and he goes with me down by my feet so this could always be uncomfortable cause it's tight and not much place so I wish they give a little better seat for people who travel with their pets on board."
Fordele: "Entertainment on board had a good selection of movies"
Ulemper: "The flight from Sarajevo was delayed for more than 2 hours, layover in IST was more than 8 hours, no complementary hotel or lounge stay was offered, selection of movie should take into consideration flight duration"
Fordele: "Courteous and efficient crew."
Fordele: "- service was good. staff is very friendly"
Ulemper: "- it was VERY cold on the plane. on such a short flight i wore a sweater, jacket and ordered a blanket and I was still very cold. I even requested another blanket but they were out. Everyone was complaining about the same thing - seats were very upright, not very comfortable"
Ulemper: "My seat was terribly uncomfortable. The airplane temprature was really low that it made me so sick. I had a missing luggage where i did not hear any updates from Turkish Airlines for 5 days. I ALWAYS fly Turkish Airline internationally when going to Turkey. But after my last experience, i am not so sure"
Fordele: "The flight was amazing with every detail. Big thanks from cabin crew as well as i had a free upgrade to business seat"

Ulemper: "We travel very frequently and each time the food same (meatballs) And the air conditining is terrible."
Fordele: "Food was good, airplane was newer than expected (nearly brand new, from the look) and the movie selection was excellent - and it was all free."
Ulemper: "More legroom would be nice. Boarding was a bit delayed for no visible reason."
Fordele: "I flew Turkish Airlines this year - 2 domestic flights and 3 international - and every flight was great. The long-distance flight (Japan-Istanbul) especially. My seat was more comfortable than with USA companies I've used, I was fed on short-lap flights and provided a pillow (no extra charges), I had real milk to put in my coffee (not chemical creamer) and I didn't pay extra for baggage. Flights were on time, crews were friendly. I'll be using Turkish Airlines more in the future, for certain."
Fordele: "This was my first time flying with Turkish Airlines, and I had a great experience. I travel internationally a lot and it has been by far the best airline I have been on. I love flights that give you a hot towel when you arrive, so that was a big plus in my book. The flight stewards were so helpful both on and off the flight. The food was delicious. Movie selections were freat ad well."

Ulemper: "The baggage handling was Horrible just horrible! my Suitcase came back to me broken! it look like someone grabbed a knife to it and slammed it with a wreaking ball!!! Rips all over it as well the hand rail Wont pullout of its casing!!! It was Perfect when I left my starting destination."
