Ulemper: "They ran out of the food option I preferred. When I asked if another Food cart might have one, I was told they were completely gone. A few minutes later o heard my preferred meal choice offered to another guest."
Ulemper: "Our name wasn’t on the plane first ! After a while our names showed up than the plane left 25 minutes earlier and we were stuck in the airport and no one try to help they just informed us after 4 hours that we need to pay 600$ penalty!"
Fordele: "The little details...slippers, nice meal, foot rests, deep carryon bins."
Ulemper: "Legroom, too tight. Attendants blocking lane unable to reach restroom, entertainment didnt work."
Fordele: "This flight on an A330 had big touch screens which worked well. Seats were spaced apart with good room and were fairly comfortable. Nice, friendly crew."

Ulemper: "The gate staff was not forthcoming with information and both of my flights were delayed by an hour and no one shared info with passengers."
Ulemper: "The stewardess actually I insisted that I do NOT recline my chair during the flight. The chairs are already too small. The person behind me didn’t have any room so I had to place it in the upright position. They ran out of chicken on both flights too"

Ulemper: "I reserved my seats for all my destinations . And paid for that in advance. TURKISH airline refuse to give me the same seats and they said this not exceptable for them . I was very mad ."
Fordele: "Turkish Airlines er normalt, som samlet pakke min favorit, men når indtjekning vælger at sætte 2 voksne mænd på sæder ved nødudgangen der kun er ca. 75% i størrelse af normle (små) sæder, så er 3½ time til Istanbul en lang sammenklemt oplevelse."

Ulemper: "I had to take flight from San Juan to JFK on Jet Blue seperate ticket that supposed to leave san juan 5:26 am and get to JFK at 9:18 am , Jet Blue got delayed 5 houres due to the weather , when i got to JFK i went to the counter of Turkish Airlines to re book on another flight , i was attended by Indian look manager , he was very very very nasty with me and he told that the Turkish Airlines had cancelled my ticket and his comment to me ( you boughtyour ticket socheap there fore you need to pay $1650 dollar for new ticket and there is not gurranted i will be takig the next scheduled flight and i have to waite for thenextday ) he was very nastuy, so i went to Emirates Airlines and i bought a new tickets for $1475 dollar and ileft JFKwithen twohours , now when i want to retune from Lebnon i caled Turkish Airkines and they had informed that they cancelled my return ticktes as well , when the plane was delayed in san juan Puerto Rico Jet Blue manager in San Juan call Turkish Airlines to exolaine the situatuion and the agent had confirmed that i will be rebbok on another flight. I lst my ticket with Turkish and i will never recommend this Airline to no one from now on. I,m asking if i can use the monry that i had paid if i can rebook future flight , please do something i lost my tickets with Turkish and i had to pay $1475 dollar on Emirates , NO one seems to care .I have all the proof thatJet Blue gave me the boarding pass on Turkish after the station manager in San Juan called Turkish and they authorized him to print my boarding pass ( i have it all) unfortunatly Turkish refused to helo. Fordele: "There is nothing bad that I can say about the trip. From the hot towels to refresh yourself to the friendly crew to the food. The entertainment choices were good and easy to use. I would defiantly fly with them again."

Ulemper: "There was no intertainment only the map. Not even music."
Ulemper: "I had a problem and I was not able to fly. I bought insurance and I tried to contact them, but they denied my request and I would definitely recommend to remove this option because it doesn't give a good image of KAYAK. If I want to trust this application, I have to be confident to use the services and I service from the insurance was fake. I tried to reach the airline to cancel my ticket and they said it's not refundable. Therefore, I would definitely recommend showing refund options when selling tickets. I lost every penny I spent because I was not able to fly. I am sure that my message is delivered now!!!!"

Ulemper: "What I didn't like was when Turkish Airlines told us that in order to get free hotel and free transportation because our layover was 13+ hours we must buy Turkish entry visas which costs us $200.00. The visas should've been free because we were on transit."
Fordele: "Flight crew did a wonderful job and truly looked to be enjoying their work! The meal was far better than those on bigger airlines. Metal flatware! Combination of everything made for a nice journey with little opportunity for disappointment! Wonderful experience!"

Ulemper: "Boarding was a nightmare, no lines were formed, people were not kept in order People were boarding with oversized luggage and it was allowed by the crew People were talking at a very loud voices across the cabin and staff never intervened Many people were standing during the landing and were opening the overhead compartments, staff never intervened I am allergic to cheese and there was no replacment"

Fordele: "I love how there is wifi on the long flights,great movies,food taste so good and the crew is so nice and helpful. I've tried Turkish Airline few years ago and since then I haven't changed my airline and I book with them to all my family :)"
Ulemper: "I always fly with my dog and he goes with me down by my feet so this could always be uncomfortable cause it's tight and not much place so I wish they give a little better seat for people who travel with their pets on board."

Ulemper: "The flight from Sarajevo was delayed for more than 2 hours, layover in IST was more than 8 hours, no complementary hotel or lounge stay was offered, selection of movie should take into consideration flight duration"
Fordele: "The food was very good. The movie selection was outstanding"
Ulemper: "The temperature was a little bit low."
Fordele: "I was upgraded to business class for this leg of my total journey. It was incredibly comfortable experience. The recliner seats with the massage feature add immensely to the overall experience."
Fordele: "- service was good. staff is very friendly"
Ulemper: "- it was VERY cold on the plane. on such a short flight i wore a sweater, jacket and ordered a blanket and I was still very cold. I even requested another blanket but they were out. Everyone was complaining about the same thing - seats were very upright, not very comfortable"
