Ulemper: "The TVs weren’t working on the seats for the duration of the 8 hour flight. Some of them were working for other customers and we pointed it out to some of the flight attendants but they took no action"

Fordele: "Very kind crew. Great food. Nice leg room even for economy."
Ulemper: "This was one of the most empty flights I’ve ever been on. With that, lots of room for carry on baggage. I fail to see why it was necessary at all. It delayed my journey when time was of the essence."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed because of a flight late arriving from Barcelona. Unlike an international flight...no entertainment & only a slight snack food. Still highest marks for the crew and the service that they provided"

Ulemper: "They canceled the flight and took me to another company with a stop in Turkey,it was a really bad and uncomfortable flight And I’m really disappointed!!!!!"
Fordele: "Friendly crew. Food was good. Good take off and landing."
Ulemper: "Seats. They were extremely too small and tight. Made very hard to move or try to sleep during the long flight. I think they definitely need to be wider. Hard to sit side by side with others. Had to keep my arms in front of me or I would be pushing the other person. I know all airlines are pretty much the same...but it shouldn’t be."
Ulemper: "Cabin temperature was a little hot"
Fordele: "The most difficult problem I have to deal with in airline transportation occurs when the fellow traveler in the seat in front of me decides to drop their seat back into my lap. The seats are so close together that when the seat in front of you is all the way back the following happens: 1. You can no longer view the monitor on the seat back. 2. You cannot eat or write from your tray top. 3. You have great difficulty getting out of your seat. 4. You have great difficulty keeping from severely injuring the occupant of that seat. The way to deal with this is to get out of your seat. Stand in front of the offending passenger and as politely as you can as him or her to refrain from dropping the seat back so far. But the airline should not put you in this situation."

Ulemper: "Always when one sits in the back of the plane, they run out of one meal. The food was ok. Not sure why they serve ice cream and cheese as a snack."

Ulemper: "the landing was way too drastic. The pressure during landing was not gentle and I had a real hard time trying to allow my hearing to come back. The blood pressure in my head felt like my head would explode. My head hurt for a long time. Did not like the flight at all."
Fordele: "The flight was smooth; Attendants were nice and everything worked according to schedule"

Ulemper: "The food in economy class was one of the worst i have ever got in a flight. The chicken was not cooked completely. One of the side dishes was impossible to identify, perhaps past mixed with bread crumbs, only breadcrumbs, who knows? Ver disappointing for swiss. You were doing so much better in the past..."

Ulemper: "Limited space , very narrow and not very clean. I seated next to a dog, pet. The whole trip the dog was sitting on the floor next to me:(, although it was a very quiet and good dog. Crew not very friendly . They were tired I believe ."
Fordele: "The Swiss personnel both on board and off (check in) were courteous, efficient and very nice."

Ulemper: "Very narrow seats. Seat in front reclines in your face. Terrible experience for 100% full long haul flight from LAX to ZRH"
Fordele: "The staff was helpful and professional and kind. The equipment was new and clean. The flight was on-time and uneventful. I would fly this airline again any day of the week."

Ulemper: "You have to pay for second piece of luggage flying from US to Asia. Most airlines allow two pieces for these destinations even for economy class."

Ulemper: "The exit seats were extremely cold, I had to put on my jacket gloves hat and ablanket Didn't eat dinner, breakfast was all sweet things"

Ulemper: "Only one choice of the lunch dishes was available, since they had run out of the second one."
Ulemper: "Even one member of the crew was not very nice with my young daughters."
Fordele: "The best in flight service. I've taken Swiss air multiple times from Zurich to LA and I will never take another airline. The food is great, plenty of snacks and drinks. Great entertainment and the cabin crew treats you very well."

Ulemper: "The seats were too small. No room at all!! Could not rest bcause the passenger behind me was kicking the seat the whole trip. Very very disappointed We also paid money to reserve our seats but then checking in they gave us other seats. This is not how you do business."
Ulemper: "They lost my bag and after 24 hours, still no word on whether it's been located."
Fordele: "Staff was very polite"
Ulemper: "Our flight got cancelled and it was slow rebooking very confusing"
Fordele: "The flight crew were great very friendly & service oriented as far as getting your food & water"
Ulemper: "My partner & I were given separate seats. We tired to reserve our seats online according to instructions & time but the online registration wasn't working properly. We had to wait til we were at the airport to do that. When checking in we were told we had to wait til onboard? Then once on board told no. So we were not able to sit together & weren't even in the same area of the plane. We also had an old plane & seats very uncomfortable. The movie screen was barely visible so basically u could just listen."
Fordele: "The staff were very attentive, there was a free meal - a nice quality (fresh) panini with chicken ant then they came around with beautiful swiss chocolates. best experience on a short flight."

The service from kayak should have been better
I like the efficiency and punctuality . But all passengers were put in 1 bus for boarding and it was very crowded and no social distancing

Ulemper: "It was an old plane so not much comfort in business class"
Ulemper: "Our name wasn’t on the plane first ! After a while our names showed up than the plane left 25 minutes earlier and we were stuck in the airport and no one try to help they just informed us after 4 hours that we need to pay 600$ penalty!"
Fordele: "Everything else but seats."
Ulemper: "Seats are very small and there is not much room even though I am only 5.4 and 140 pound."
Fordele: "The staff was kind and well spoken on the flight."
Ulemper: "The gate staff was not forthcoming with information and both of my flights were delayed by an hour and no one shared info with passengers."

Fordele: "Check in process was good, and toilette inside airplane has a little more space, The set each passenger received for long trip was nice."
Ulemper: "The seats, the comfort on those seats are terrible, very hard to sit for 12 hours and this is unaceptable, food needs to be more vary since passengers are from different countries"
Ulemper: "Nothing! It’s no comfortable at all!"
Fordele: "Boarding was on time. but food was very bad."
Ulemper: "I reserved my seats for all my destinations . And paid for that in advance. TURKISH airline refuse to give me the same seats and they said this not exceptable for them . I was very mad ."

Fordele: "Turkish Airlines er normalt, som samlet pakke min favorit, men når indtjekning vælger at sætte 2 voksne mænd på sæder ved nødudgangen der kun er ca. 75% i størrelse af normle (små) sæder, så er 3½ time til Istanbul en lang sammenklemt oplevelse."

Fordele: "The food was good, the entertainment ample and up-to-date, and our flight attendant on that flight was very nice and helpful. My sister is incredibly tall and they were able to put us in an exit row, which was much more comfortable for her."
Ulemper: "Older plane, uncomfortable seats, no individual entertainment systems. Long boarding without a lot of staff facilitating extra coat/overhead luggage storage because of winter, then we sat on tarmac for two hours because they missed their slot to take-off."

Ulemper: "Sloppy cabin crew at the time of embarkation. Bad entertainment system (horrible touch screen, earphones with loose contact), made a 7 hours trip an unforgettable experience. Food quality was marginal. A drastic contrast with the previous flight of the same airline company (but from Amsterdam to Istanbul), which was very good."
Fordele: "The security checks to board the plane were extensive and there was potential for the situation to be very stressful, but the personnel handled themselves very well under the pressure and stayed calm."
Ulemper: "Turkish airlines used to be airline offering good food, now you only get sendwich"
Ulemper: "i was flaying from San juan , puerto rico conneting to jfk totake turkish airlinethe flight was delyed five hours in san juan due to the weather wh, the station manger called Turkish airlines to tell them my situation they advised it will be ok and hegave me the boarding pass all the way to Lebanon y finaldestination, when i arrived to New york the manager at Turkish Airline (Indian Look) was very very rude and nasty and he tolñd that my ticket was cancelled and i have t pay a new one that cost $1600 Dollar, he did not offer any apology niether look at my face the wole time , the only comment he had told me "you bought your ticket cheap" so i went to Emirates and i bought a new ticket with them. on my return from Lebanon also Turkish airlines had cancelled my return ticket as well . I demand from you to give me a voucher of money because i belive turkish airline are the worst and i wll never fly with them again , i,m going to put my experience with the in all over the social media.Hope to hear from you with some good news. Ulemper: "I had to take flight from San Juan to JFK on Jet Blue seperate ticket that supposed to leave san juan 5:26 am and get to JFK at 9:18 am , Jet Blue got delayed 5 houres due to the weather , when i got to JFK i went to the counter of Turkish Airlines to re book on another flight , i was attended by Indian look manager , he was very very very nasty with me and he told that the Turkish Airlines had cancelled my ticket and his comment to me ( you boughtyour ticket socheap there fore you need to pay $1650 dollar for new ticket and there is not gurranted i will be takig the next scheduled flight and i have to waite for thenextday ) he was very nastuy, so i went to Emirates Airlines and i bought a new tickets for $1475 dollar and ileft JFKwithen twohours , now when i want to retune from Lebnon i caled Turkish Airkines and they had informed that they cancelled my return ticktes as well , when the plane was delayed in san juan Puerto Rico Jet Blue manager in San Juan call Turkish Airlines to exolaine the situatuion and the agent had confirmed that i will be rebbok on another flight. I lst my ticket with Turkish and i will never recommend this Airline to no one from now on. I,m asking if i can use the monry that i had paid if i can rebook future flight , please do something i lost my tickets with Turkish and i had to pay $1475 dollar on Emirates , NO one seems to care .I have all the proof thatJet Blue gave me the boarding pass on Turkish after the station manager in San Juan called Turkish and they authorized him to print my boarding pass ( i have it all) unfortunatly Turkish refused to helo. Fordele: "Had REAL silverware and great food. Also great customer service via the flight attendents. THANK YOU!"
Fordele: "I made it home a few minutes early. The flight attendants. The inflight bathroom was clean. The dinner rolls were warm."
Ulemper: "The airport felt like 95 degrees. There was no elevator to carry luggage and my cat downstairs. Everything had to be hand carried, two large bags, a carry-on and my handbag and my cat. I was kept waiting many times without explanation. The carpet in the plane was soaking wet...when you step on it you could feel liquid splash up on your feet. the airplane was quite warm. The seat would not stay upright. The children behind me kicked my seat the entire 11.5 hour flight. The monitor to watch TV also would not stay upright. The solitaire game would never load. The airport crew had conflicting instructions. My checked bags were damaged and bungee cords were missing. I was not alerted before boarding that my computer, tablet and camera would be confiscated until my ATL destination and therefore they were not properly padded for flight. A long time to disembark the plane...The attendant had to call and ask where the connector was to let us leave."

Ulemper: "There was no intertainment only the map. Not even music."
Fordele: "Very professional, helpful staff. Clean plane. Great entertainment selection."
Ulemper: "Nothing to complain about honestly."
Fordele: "The flight itself was smooth . Aircraft looks better than usual ones on this route . Istanbul -lagos though with very little leg room ."
Ulemper: "The food is a total zero. Food is presented to human being like begged on the street . Pasta with just tomatoes sauce ? No meat , chicken or fish absolutely empty . The chicken meal had like 2 spoons of riice thrown in . Food was very unappealing . For a flight of about 7hrs it could have been better. My flight from U S to Istanbul was perfect . Meals , service ,bathrooms all good . Please they need to improve on the African route or stay off the route ."
Ulemper: "Airport in Turkey is a big mess. Too many checkpoints that make no sense"
Fordele: "Very comfortable seats and high quality staff."
Ulemper: "Boarding procedures, especially owing to TSA requirements. difficult."
Ulemper: "My logged didn't arrived to Amman I received one and I miss one TAG number TK633655"
Fordele: "The entertainment was great Wifi at the terminal was great"
Ulemper: "Boarding was a nightmare, no lines were formed, people were not kept in order People were boarding with oversized luggage and it was allowed by the crew People were talking at a very loud voices across the cabin and staff never intervened Many people were standing during the landing and were opening the overhead compartments, staff never intervened I am allergic to cheese and there was no replacment"

Fordele: "I love how there is wifi on the long flights,great movies,food taste so good and the crew is so nice and helpful. I've tried Turkish Airline few years ago and since then I haven't changed my airline and I book with them to all my family :)"
Ulemper: "I always fly with my dog and he goes with me down by my feet so this could always be uncomfortable cause it's tight and not much place so I wish they give a little better seat for people who travel with their pets on board."
Fordele: "The crew on the flight was trying to do his best - but too late and too little."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed in 22.5 hours. No information or instructions where to go or what to do was given. When little info was obtained by shouting of chinese-speaking passengers, it was in mostly in chinese - not English. For 22 hours we actually did not know what to expect. When we finally were told that there is a flight - huge lines to check in. No help with connecting flights was offered. when I asked to reserve a connecting flight - I was put on a connecting flight that I missed anyway because of further on-going delay. When I reached Istanbul - no help was actively offered. I had to arrange my connecting flight. No compensation was offered. When we asked for some food and water, we were sent to the lowest level lounge in Ataturk airport. Very poor Turkish Airlines experience!"
Fordele: "That was the only problem, it was a long flight. Also had to store my carry on further back from my seat due to the crowd. Made exiting awkward."

Ulemper: "The flight from Sarajevo was delayed for more than 2 hours, layover in IST was more than 8 hours, no complementary hotel or lounge stay was offered, selection of movie should take into consideration flight duration"

Ulemper: "- it was VERY cold on the plane. on such a short flight i wore a sweater, jacket and ordered a blanket and I was still very cold. I even requested another blanket but they were out. Everyone was complaining about the same thing - seats were very upright, not very comfortable"
