Spanien har genåbnet sine grænser for rejsende fra de fleste EU- og Schengenområder, men indrejsen er fortsat begrænset for rejsende, der ankommer fra andre områder, undtagen spanske statsborgere og indbyggere, ledsagere og deres nærmeste familiemedlemmer. Spanien tillader ikke indrejse for rejsende, der har været i Storbritannien, Brasilien og Sydafrika med undtagelse af spanske statsborgere og personer, der lovligt opholder sig i Spanien. Fra den 22. juli har rejsende fra Montenegro og Serbien ikke længere adgang til Spanien. Rejsende, der ankommer uden for EU, kan kun få adgang til følgende kategorier af rejsende: •Personer med bopæl i EU, Schengen-associerede stater, Andorra, Monaco, Vatikanet eller San Marino. •Indehavere af et visum til længerevarende ophold udstedt af et Schengen-medlem af en associeret stat, som rejser til dette land. •Sundhedspersonale, der kommer til Spanien for at arbejde. •Varer og transportpersonale i udøvelsen af deres hverv. •Diplomater, konsulater, internationale tjenestemænd, militært personel, civilbeskyttelse og medlemmer af humanitære organisationer i udøvelsen af deres hverv. •Studerende, der studerer i et af EU/Schengen-medlemsstaterne og har et passende visum eller en tilsvarende tilladelse og sygeforsikring. De kan rejse ind i landet 15 dage før deres studier påbegyndes. •Højt kvalificerede arbejdstagere, herunder deltagere i sportsbegivenheder på højt niveau, der finder sted i Spanien. •Rejser med familie af behørigt godkendte årsager. •Personer, der rejser af behørigt godkendte humanitære årsager og af alvorlige årsager. •Indbyggere i Australien, Canada, Georgien, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, Sydkorea, Thailand, Tunesien eller Uruguay, forudsat at de kommer direkte fra disse lande eller kun foretager internationale transit i lufthavne uden for disse lande.
Fra den 23. november har alle rejsende (herunder børn) fra Albanien, Andorra, Argentina, Armenien, Aruba, Østrig, Bahrain, Belgien, Belize, Bosnien-Hercegovina, Bulgarien, Kap Verde, Colombia, Costa Rica, Kroatien, Cypern, Tjekkiet, Danmark, Estland, Frankrig, Fransk Polynesien, Georgien, Tyskland, Gibraltar, Grækenland, Guam, Ungarn, Island, Irland, Italien, Jordan, Kuwait, Letland, Libanon, Libyen, Liechtenstein, Litauen, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova , Monaco, Marokko, Holland, Nordmakedonien, Norges, palæstinensisk territorium, Panama, Polen, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Rumænien, Rusland, San Marino, Serbien, Slovakiet, Slovenien, St.Martin, Sverige, Schweiz, Tunesien, UAE, Storbritannien, Ukraine og USA pligt til at fremlægge en lægeerklæring med et negativt COVID-19 TMA, LAMP eller PCR testresultat udstedt inden for 72 timer før ankomst, med undtagelse af rejsende, der ankommer fra Azorerne i Portugal Rogaland, More og Romsdal, Nordland, Viken, Innlandet, Vestfold og Telemark, Agder, Vestland, Trondelag eller Troms og Finnmarkin i Norge; Kitri, Ionia Nisia, Dytiki Ellada eller Sterea Ellada i Grækenland; Færøerne eller Grønland. Ved ankomsten kan der foretages stikprøvekontrol for at bekræfte, at rejsende har gennemgået en COVID-19 PCR-, TMA- eller LAMP-test og har reageret negativt. Der kan udstedes en minimumsbøde på 3.000 EUR til enhver, der ikke overholder reglerne. Rejsende skal også gennemgå en temperaturkontrol og en visuel helbredsundersøgelse. Fra den 14. november skal rejsende, der besøger De Kanariske Øer og er booket på et reguleret overnatningssted, fremvise en negativ COVID-19-test, som er taget senest 72 timer tidligere, når de tjekker ind på deres overnatningssted, downloade og aktivere Radar COVID-anmeldelses appen for ophold på alle dage på øerne. Børn under 7 år er fritaget for disse krav. De regionale myndigheder på Balearerne (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera) har indført tre kontrolfaser for indenlandske ankommende til øerne med skib eller fly ud over dem, der gælder for internationale ankommende til Spanien. Alle turister, der ankommer fra eller via regioner i Spanien med en kumulativ forekomst af virusset på 150 tilfælde pr. 100.000 indbyggere eller derover, skal fremvise en negativ PCR eller TMA udført inden for 72 timer før ankomst. Der opkræves en bøde på op til 3.000 EUR for alle, der ankommer uden en gyldig test. Personer med begrundet rejseårsag skal udfylde en erklæring og foretage en antigentest ved ankomsten til lufthavnen eller havnen eller skal underkastes en 10-dages karantæne. Personer, der bor på Balearerne, skal have en PCR inden for 72 timer før deres ankomst, eller blive testet ved ankomsten eller gennemgå en 10-dages karantæne.
Rejsende er i øjeblikket ikke underlagt karantænekrav, medmindre de spanske myndigheder instruerer dem ved ankomsten til Spanien på grund af særlige omstændigheder.
Rejsende, der rejser gennem Spanien via en spansk lufthavn på vej til deres endelige bestemmelsessted, gælder ikke ovennævnte krav til PCR, TMA eller LAMP-test og sundhedskontrolformular for at komme ind i landet. De bør dog være rede til at dokumentere deres videre rejse, f.eks. flybilletter til deres endelige bestemmelsessted. De restriktioner, som Spanien har indført for passagerrejser fra Storbritannien fra den 22. december til 19. januar, kan også gælde for dem der rejser gennem Spanien til andre internationale rejsemål.

Fordele: "Everything went smoothly on the rebooked flight the next day through Vienna to Newark USA. The flight on Austrian airlines was quite comfortable, good food and entertainment for the long flight. Boarding and deboarding all very smooth. Very helpful SWISS staff helped locate our luggage when we missed connecting flight the previous day."
Ulemper: "Thunderstorm at Zurich caused delay of our flight into Zurich, and we missed original connecting flight to USA. Many other travelers affected and there were no other flights that day. One wonders if they could have held the flight for one hour or so to allow everyone to make the flight. There was a huge line, 2-3 hours of waiting, at SWISS transfer desk to rebook. It took another 2 hours to locate our luggage. I believe SWISS were required by EU regs to provide overnight accommodations and meals. But the hotel was 30+ km from the airport and we were not confident we would have transport in the morning to make our rebooked flight. Because we could not take the chance already being delayed by a day, we booked an airport hotel at our own expense. Overall experience of the missed connection was negative based on the airline's (SWISS) procedures, but the individual SWISS staff helping us were all helpful and made extra effort to accommodate."
Ulemper: "Kayak sold me a “lite” ticket on Swiss, but never mentioned that it didn’t include baggage. Even though Swiss is Star Alliance they didng count my Star Alliance Gold status for free bags and didn’t offer an upgrade. Zurich was incredibly hot and the airport didn’t have air conditoning anywhere. The boarding was worse than Ryan Air. The plane was okd and super uncomfortable. staff was rude and not at all helpful. Swiss is definitely a budget air line!!!!"

WE PICKED OUR SEATS BY THE FRONT BULKHEAD AND WHEN WE CHECKED IN THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US THOSE SEATS BECAUSE THEY SAID OTHER PEOPLE PAID MORE THAN US TO HAVE THEM. THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR THIS KIND OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY."

Ulemper: "If you put the seats this close together, with the amount of recline. Once one person on the fligh reclines their seat it forces everyone else to do so. You can't eat if the person in front of you reclines!"

Ulemper: "Geneva airport is so busy on the weekend I had to stay in the line for 20 minutes it's a little annoying"

Fordele: "Service-first class! The hosts did their best to keep me comfortable after my operation. My TV system did not work at all and there was no sound. This was not addressed. The directions were not clear on the control machine. It did not say to keep pressing start after each activity The flight was ice cold during the entire journey. I was told that if the pilot put on a little heat the others would complain."
Ulemper: "Food was the worst I've had on a European flight. I ordered special food that had n0 preservatives because of my stomach ailment. I got Molly's special pre packed horrible food all through the flight filled with preservatives and prepackaged. I therefore didn't eat anything. They kept giving me kosher food on top of it . That was worse. I did not order kosher food! So on my entire flight, I ate nothing. The hostess finally found a left over but it was horrible as well. A tiny salad with plain head lettuce, not like the Lufthasa food. This continued into breakfast. Molly food was unhealthy and inedible. I ate one piece of packaged cheese for the entire journey."

Fordele: "The boarding process was well organized. The crew was overall pleasant."
Ulemper: "Check in time at the swiss ticket counter exceeded one hour. Too little space per seat. At breakfast, I was asked by the steward to bring my seat forward (presumably so that the people behind me could have more space?), when the people in front of me were reclined: my face was literally centimeters from their seat, which made eating breakfast difficult and unpleasant. The breakfast rolls were clearly not fresh and we're tough and dry, inspite of having been heated."

Fordele: "Seats were ok and crew was kind and professional. Food was terrible on all flights. They gave mayo or cheese or something I can’t figure out in a sandwich on multiple flights. That thing though slightly different was terrible every time. Also gates changes and pilot landed in wrong part of the airport for its-fra leg and we had to have passportA checked while exiting the plane and had to take a bus. My transit time was short but gladly made it"
Ulemper: "I missed my second leg from fra-ist. The gate was changed and I was given wrong directions by airport employees so I went through a very long and painful wait at a security line that I didn’t need to go through had the airport info employees knew what they were doing or saying. I ended up missing the flight because of repeated wrong directions"
Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"

Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "Boarding is chaotic for economy, with everyone mobbing around the entrance. Having people board in subsets, beyond just 1st class and people needing assistance would be helpful. It makes the entire airport gate areas hard to maneuver around for other people as each plane loads, and it stresses out the group waiting to get on the plane."

Ulemper: "The airport pretty much shut down for awhile so some flights were canceled. Due to the number of people attempting to check in and go through security, I missed my plane and was rebooked in an economy seat. These glitches occur but one would expect Lufthansa to have had a plan to deliver clear directions."
Ulemper: "No volume on entertainment system for our row. But the crew were excellent - very professional, courteous and apologetic."

Ulemper: "Luggage was held up at baggage claim over 45 minutes, therefore we missed our connecting flight. Had to argue with desk to get rebooked the following morning. Overall took about 2 hours from the time we received our luggage til we got to hotel !! After a 9 hour flight, we were done!!!!!!!!"
Fordele: "We had seats in last row 46 during flight to Munich .,it wasn’t enough legroom for me ,mom was ok . Because we were the last people who received dinner we didn’t get any choices , food was just poor for both for us but another passengers were satsifeted Crew was fantastic the best ever ,very pleasant, informative , happy to serve us . I love flighting Lufthansa , they have wonderful people working there ."

We are now at least 24 hours without our luggage (we still don't have it) and cannot take advantage of our very expensive vacation. I must say, we will stop using Lufthansa and all partner airlines. This is completely unacceptable. I have received no communication at all from Lufthansa to explain why our bags were not loaded onto the plane, even though we saw them out the window, on the cart, next to the plane, before door closure. I am wondering if someone at Lufthansa decided it would be fun to ruin our vacation?"

Ulemper: "Check in was very, very slow, for some reason."
Fordele: "Very professional, attentive, friendly flight attendants, clean aircraft (even the restrooms), surprisingly good food. I appreciate the complimentary wine, beer and after meal cordials. Boarding was quick, easy and on time."
Ulemper: "Economy seat room feels even smaller which, I guess, is to be expected. My husband is 6'2' and his knees touched the seat in front of him. When the person in front leans their seat back it is very claustrophobic. Over all an excellent flight though."
Fordele: "So much continent flight with online check - in. I have to stayed over night at the hotel in Frankfurt and all my lagged come from Barcelona to the end of my destination. On my flight had one passenger got sick before boarding, the crew had responded very quick to support his life. And great entertainment."

Ulemper: "Forsinkelse aflyste afgange og mere forsinkelse i flere timer. 7-8 timer, hvor man har siddet i lufthavnen 2 timer inden afgang i forvejen. Og bliver bare tilbudt en madkupon på 75kr..."
Fordele: "Coffee/water complimentary regardless of class. 45 minutes in the air."
Ulemper: "Very small plane. No USB."
Fordele: "I really enjoyed the ease of boarding and how smooth the flight went. The airline crew was friendly and the food was great."
Ulemper: "I wish that I was informed ahead of time that SAS GO LITE flights do not include check-in baggage. I ended up paying $109 instead of $60 because I was unaware that the fees change the day of departure. This upset me."
Fordele: "Calm, friendly and professional crew, good food and spotlessly clean aircraft."
Ulemper: "Disorganized boarding. People were jumping the line saying they were in the zone that was called when they couldn’t have been. I was there early (one of the 1st) but because I’m polite and only approached the gate when my zone was called, ended up at the back. More monitoring of this would help because I saw other people bothered by this."
Ulemper: "my first flight overseas. friendly staff. movies ..headphones..pillow and blankets included. 2 beverages included with meal. only downside was paying for checked bag. looks like that is included on the return flight so that won't be and issue on the way home. no issues with carryons."

Ulemper: "Plane was changed to a different plane and caused lots of confusion. Boarding process was chaos, loaded all passengers in a room too small with many standing and getting too hot."
Ulemper: "Udkald til gate, hvorefter vi stod 15-20 min. uden info om forsinkelsen. I fly vidste man ikke at vi havde købt breakfast hjemmefra, men vi fik det da uden problemer alligevel. Men brød kun budt én gang og kaffe 2. gang langt senere. I Malaga ventede vi næsten en 1/2 time ved bagagebånd."
Fordele: "Crew was good. Flight was delayed by incoming flight from Oslo so I was anxious that I might miss my connection in Oslo. Flight attendants announced connection gates for transit which was very helpful."
Ulemper: "Perhaps a little more communication about delayed flights. Even though passengers were asked to let connecting passengers through at disembarking, it was still very difficult. Perhaps back stairs to the plane as well as front would have helped."

Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."
Fordele: "Da vi først var kommet ombord på flyet gik tingene sin vante gang... ellers var der ikke meget hoved og hale på noget som helst."
Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Ulemper: "We were traveling with two kids, and one of the kids drops some bread on the floor of the flight. One of the crew is angry to us about this, which makes us very uncomfortable."

Ulemper: "Space is always going to be something I don't like. Meanwhile most of the plane in 1st class sits wide open. Expand business class."
Ulemper: "Didn't make connectingflight due to a bomb alert at airport. sAS didntgive any support with either food or hotel. Stuck in Copenhagen for a day and night."
Fordele: "Nice flight, comfortable seating, blankets/pillows/headphones were provided, and food was good."
Fordele: "Flight was on time and the crew was effcicient"
Ulemper: "My knees hit the sear in front of m before they recloined. No way to sleep."
Fordele: "The crew was nice, the plane was large and had many bathrooms. The seats were comfortable enough and there was a good selection of movies to watch."
Ulemper: "The boarding process was completely disorganized and hectic. The woman making the announcements on the plane was extremely soft spoken and the PA system was static-y so I could neither hear nor understand any of the announcements. The refrigeration system for the food also broke down on the plane so we weren't fed our second meal. Instead, they chose the cheapest and most unappealing snack of plain almonds to give us. Despite confirming our luggage situation with us at the first airport repeatedly (because of our connecting flight) SAS still temporarily lost our baggage when we arrived at our final destination and caused us to stay an additional hour at the airport after already having spent an exhausting day travelling."

Fordele: "In-flight entertainment had a good variety of options to choose from. Passport control was timely. Food service was also timely and efficient."
Ulemper: "As with most airplanes, the air was quite cold, but the SAS blanket adequately made things a bit warmer. I'm always puzzled by the fact that once business class and SAS plus passengers board that SAS Go passengers can all then board. It would make more sense to have people board from the back during this time so that people don't block aisles and it makes arranging overhead baggage a bit easier."
Ulemper: "Flight delayed so that would not be able to make the SAS flight. Therefore had to switch flights to go to CHicago instead. But initial flight was booked under alaska--but boarding pass unable to be printed from any of the kiosks and we were told to talk to American. American didn't know anything about it. THen stood in Assistance line for 45 minutes to be told that we needed to talk to VIrgin American. They rebooked us on to American, which then promptly was also delayed for several hours, and we thereby missed our connection. Throughout the process there were no customer service representatives either in person or on the phone who were remotely helpful. Overall, worst travel experience of my life."
Ulemper: "I hated flying on easyjet, there was NOTHING easy about it. hidden fees, horrible service, and flight delays. I am never flying with them again"
Ulemper: "The screaming children. All. The. Yelling. Kids. Also it was an inferno in there. if it's a packed house and customers are standing in the aisles, do us a favor and crank the AC."
Ulemper: "We couldn't check in online because we had an infant in arms. So we tried to check in there. There were 3 different terrible queues. One to use the machines, one to check bags and another for special situations. We tried the machines, didn't work. A rep told us to go to the special situations line. There was a rep there that was trying to prevent people to getting into the line because it was sooo long (1+ hr). So we tied the machines again. Didn't work. So we convinced the guy to let us in the special line. It was nuts. We waited as our flight got closer and closer. Right when it looked like we might make the flight, one of the TWO reps left. When we finally made it, they said we wouldn't make the flight. We rebooked and had to pay extra. WORST travel experience ever."

Ulemper: "Checkin was a disaster, girl was not aware of anything she was doing and after over ten minutes of explainatiin she still put me and my bags on a wrong flight. Lady at the boarding gate tried to help and finally managed to send me and my bag in the same flight. Even bigger disappointment was that I booked a business class seat and paid three times more money then a normal economy ticket, there wasn't any business class seat and all seats were occupied in the front rows. Staff was generally rude and not willing to help."
Fordele: "Had to pay USD 75/bag which was not clear when I booked the ticket. You have to inform the customer about these rukes."
Fordele: "Movie selection"
Ulemper: "The flight attendants were rude. Not once was water offered. Only one drink cart for >8 flight."
Fordele: "I flew SAS from ewr to wro and back a d can't say enough good things about the company. The crew was very friendly and always smiling, the flight was quick and arrived early, the plane was very clean aND overall just great experience. Next flight I'll be looking to book with SAS. Thank you Adam Bartosik"
Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."
