Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

Ulemper: "My 6am flight was cancelled while we were waiting in line. No one explained anything. Just went up to desk and I was put on a flight an hour later. But then my bag did not make it I was there in plenty of time to check in. Easy explanation would have helped"

Ulemper: "The seats are way too close together for such a long flight. I fought off a panic attack for much of the trip. It was suffocating. I should not be able to give the person in front of me a head massage. The personal space humans should have was horribly invaded. I'm a 62 year old woman who's in good shape but even for me it was an act of gymnastics to get in and out of my seat. On my flight to Europe on the 13th with your airline our section of the plane did not have working monitors so it was like watching paint dry for 11 hours. So boring!"

Fordele: "Gate and flight crew were polite and attentive. As I could not check in online, I asked for an aisle seat at gate and crew did all they could to provide one. The flight was easy. Everyone in the flight crew offered their assistance before I asked and they did with a smile. Seat was comfortable and I didn't ask for upgrade. I paid for extra room on outbound flight only to sit in the most cramped seat ever. And on this flight I didn't bother paying for extra room and was pleasantly surprised I wasn't sardined. Very nice Lufthansa! The pilot made minimal interruptions and said only important stuff. No unnecessary pleasantries. Thank you!"

Ulemper: "#1 at Venice, allow the customers who checked in online to drop bags faster by giving them a separate line. And the online payment for bags was not user-friendly Venice should have a bus shuttle for the older folks from the Water Taxi to the terminal and one person to monitor the security at this location at all times. A few more signs in multiple languages at the security checkpoint would have made the line go faster. Same thing at the ticket check-in counter."

Ulemper: "Boarding at Frankfurt was a nightmare. All the economy class was pushing and shoving and cutting in front of other people. People were standing outside the line and putting their tickets on the entry system and the attendants were doing nothing to stop them or tell them to go to the end of the line. When left from Chicago to Frankfurt they seated you by rows and this was much more efficient. All flights should board by some system vs. just everyone trying to go at once."
Fordele: "J Lufthansa , this was my first flight with your airline and `i am glad to say that it was an excellent experience.\The crew was superb and the comfort of both the regular coach and coach comfort was excellent. `I would highly recommend you and will return as often as possible."

Ulemper: "Late departure for that most meaningless of excuses - the late arriving aircraft. And so late arriving at destination. On arrival at Berlin, there was also noone at the gate to allow us to leave the plane. All in all meant missing pickup time at the airport, and extra cost."

Ulemper: "Udkald til gate, hvorefter vi stod 15-20 min. uden info om forsinkelsen. I fly vidste man ikke at vi havde købt breakfast hjemmefra, men vi fik det da uden problemer alligevel. Men brød kun budt én gang og kaffe 2. gang langt senere. I Malaga ventede vi næsten en 1/2 time ved bagagebånd."
Ulemper: "Et halvtomt fly med en aldrende besætning der klart havde været for længe på arbejdsom kun havde fokus på at blive hurtigt færdige med pligterne så de kunne komme til at pludre med hinanden."

Ulemper: "Our seat location was near the toilets in the middle of the plane. Seemed like an unusual high number of passengers constantly using the toilets throughout the flight which created long ques in the isle and very unpleasant smells. Would never select these seats again."
Fordele: "Loved the service. Nice small plane. Very easy boarding. This is a quick inter-city flight. The plane is small and agile. It did some pretty nimble turns and sharp banking that might be a little too exciting for some."
Fordele: "SAS generally has better planes and more space than most airlines especially in economy class. Seats were comfortable, not too tight. Food was good. Most SAS planes are really nice and new. On this flight they had a problem and had to use one of their older planes. It was still pretty nice, but the entertainment system on the older plane was a little dated."
Ulemper: "Used backup plane. It had an older entertainment system."

Ulemper: "Sov hjem og fravalgte første servering på business. Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."

Ulemper: "When people lean their seats back their heads end up in your face and you are forced to lean your seat back to make separation from passenger in front of you"
Fordele: "Da vi først var kommet ombord på flyet gik tingene sin vante gang... ellers var der ikke meget hoved og hale på noget som helst."
Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."
Ulemper: "The flight was over 2 hours late leaving Copenhagen, and then we sat at the gate while they unloaded bags to find the luggage of some passengers who decided not to be on that flight. Then it was total chaos at O'Hare. Very few SAS ticket agents who were not prepared to deal with the many passengers who had missed connections. We spent the night on hard chairs in the airport when we could have been re-booked on a flight out that night if they had been at all organized and efficient."
Ulemper: "Flight to Stockholm was cancelled. SAS Provided no informaton on the steps for re-scheduling my flight. I had to call the SAS headquarters in Stockholm before receiving any guidance on what to do next. All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."
Fordele: "Fairly new plane."
Ulemper: "Only airline that made us check in our luggage; and charged us an exorbitant amount (+/- $90 per luggage) in doing so. No customer service at all. 1st attendant wouldn’t let us check-in at the counter, and 2nd attendant made us check in our carry-on despite it only being 2kg over. We could’ve moved some items around. When we boarded the plane, we saw multiple people whose carry-on looked suspiciously over the weight limit. We felt singled out. It was obvious that this airline only cares about profit and does not care about the customer. Attendants were rude and not helpful. Needless to say I will nit fly with this airline again."
Fordele: "Overall a nice comfortable flight, no problem at all with the flight itself. Staff at check- in and on board were polite and efficient."
Ulemper: "70€ seems a little steep for luggage, but we were able to rearrange our liquids."

Fordele: "Seats were very comfortable for economy. Crew was pleasant, attentive and efficient. Good seatback entertainment system."
Ulemper: "Once passengers do final passport check and enter secure gate area on this flight to the US, there’s no bathroom available. On the transatlantic flight, no complimentary glass of wine as on other airlines."

Fordele: "I liked that boarding and take off went smoothly. The cabin crew was extremely nice and always was there when you need something!"

Fordele: "The flight attendants were very nice and on the cross continent part of our flight we had dinner and breakfast served. Lots of leg room."
Fordele: "The gate agent at check-in was very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire ground crew did a good job. The crew was friendly and attentive. The plane was clean. The entertainment options were more than adequate. Bathrooms were well kept."
Ulemper: "I know you can't expect coach to be luxurious. But the space between seats in the airline industry in general have gotten ridiculously small. Words were exchanged between my wife and the lady (nothing extreme, but still) in the seat in front of her. When the lady leaned her seat back, my wife could barely watch her movie. All in all, I would definitely fly SAS again."

Ulemper: "It was a quick flight, nothing much to say."
Fordele: "The flight was comfortable and the onboard crew were very nice."
Ulemper: "Since the flight was delayed taking off, the layover in Stockholm was very short. The airline did nothing to rush those of us through or contact our connecting SAS flights, and a few of us missed our connections by just a few minutes because of it. SAS did provide alternate tickets for me, but I arrived at my destination several hours late and the whole situation could have been avoided pretty easily."

Ulemper: "I didn't like that we waited an hour to take off I had to run through the terminal in Chicago to catch my flight to Dallas. I had to rush though customs then run to check in baggage didn't have time just to drop off and run to shuttle then run to terminal security check in then run to my gate to catch my flight I was 2 minutes before my gate closed. I barely made the flight. I am also still waiting on United Airlines to find my luggage, they are supposed to call me and drop off my luggage."
Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

Ulemper: "They provided no drinks or food for a 12hr flight. I was Charged $100 for my luggage when the check in process didn’t give me the option to pay at the kiosk. We were delayed by 2hrs and missed all connecting trains to my final destination."
Fordele: "Boarding was super easy - but then I did pay extra for Priority."
Ulemper: "If you don't order food in advance, there's only the snack menu available, which is very limited and poor quality. Also, the cabin staff basically ignore you, while offering a range of goodies, at different times, to those who did order in advance."
Ulemper: "Communication that all meals needed to be ordered beforehand and no drink service for an 8 hour flight unless you paid for it."
Fordele: "I know that the airlines can't do anything about this, but when you have a nice crew and polite passengers around you, it makes this long transatlantic flight so much better. I have had some horrible people next to me on these long flights and believe me I could not wait to get off. This one was a very pleasant one, time just flew by- before I know it, we were in New York."
Ulemper: "Tight space for a 6'2" guy but I know it is a norm on all of the commercial airplanes and the people around me managed just fine."

Ulemper: "NO, THE CREW WAS “NOT” AMAZING !!! They were VERY UNFRIENDLY... if you ordered food in which Is RIDICULOUS YOU PAY for EVERYTHING even a SODA in the first place. It is delivered with ZERO customer service!!"

Catered primarily to customers ordering and paying on the plane...including cooked meals....customers with preordered meals got everything last...we end up having no choice of meal (chicken only) while people seated next to us got their NOT preordered beef dinner promptly, 10 minutes before us...and people seated behind us got no prepaid meals because they run out of food...???..."

Ulemper: "Norwegian airlines handling of their 3 hour delay and subsequent missing of connection flight."
Ulemper: "Never made the flight. It was delayed 6 hours causing me to miss my connection in Madrid. Norwegian Air was good enough to reroute me to Malaga (final destination) through Oslo. Ended up landing at one in the morning Friday instead of 9pm thursday. For an 86 year old woman, this was very tiring."

Ulemper: "LAX to Barcelona with no complimentary water or snacks?? So bad for your health. This level of horrible bare bones service goes beyond inconvenient and is simply bad for your health."
Ulemper: "I had to sleep on the cold airport floor by myself because every hotel close to the airport was full. Those 5 minutes late caused me a very miserable next 24 hours sitting at the airport."
Fordele: "It was quick, took 20min off the expected time. Comfortable airplane, great crew."
Fordele: "I liked the ladies, i like that the ticket was affordable and that the crew was responsive on the flight very helpful."
Ulemper: "They charged me for my bag when i left france but said i wouldnt have to be charged to change my ticket datethen when i changed the ticket date they charged me. I wasnt charged when i left new york for my bags why now? They asked me detailed personal question about who i was visiting and why which i felt i didnt have to explain and two its none of there business whom i visit or why. Then they told me i could not bring my container onto the flight that day and made remove its liquid but didnt provided a container to put the remaining liquid into. They said it had to be no more than 100ml mine was 115ml very small. The first guy whom checked my bag said it was ok then the second guy made a big deal about the bottle. I had another bottle with olives they made me pour out the water and keep the food and the bottle but that bottle was17.6 bigger than the 100 ml bottle. I told them it was stealing i paid 50 dollars us for the product back home and that it they took it it was stealing. The told me if i wanted a container for the oil i had in the 100ml bottle i would have to go downstairs to purchase the empty container, then told me i dont know if you will have enough time to board your flight if i went to purchase it they said it would be too far. Again customs never provided a container nor remburse ment for the stuff that they steal from people. I told them i needed my water cause of health reason and they forced me to drink all of my water and not allow me to bring it on to the flight.. crazy! Horrible experience!"

Ulemper: "No where in sight when I booked my flight it said I needed to order my food in advance. The flight attendant would not even consider giving us food after everyone was served. We had to overpay for awful junk food. One of the worst experiences flying...doubt will book Norwegian ever again."
Fordele: "I flew from BNA ago JFK and when I landed i found out my flight was canceled. they just booked me on the next earliest flight and when I tried to ask about alternatives they were of no help. they also told me my accommodations in NYC for 2.5 days may not be covered."
Ulemper: "Rude customer service. No help with getting me to my destination earlier. Unclear on providing necessary information."
Fordele: "I did not like the fact that there are so many hidden fees. Customer service is also the worst. It took a flight attendant 20 minutes to attend a request, and another 20 minutes to give you what you requested/orderd. Also, once they attend you, they make you feel like you are the worst customer for requesting/ordering something. They give you the nastiest side eye, all of them!!! They also kept getting the orders wrong. The old gentleman I sat next to was vegetarian, and they gave his meal to someone else, so they gave him a sandwich with meat in it."
Fordele: "Liked the relatively new movies available, wish there had been a few more!"
Ulemper: "Getting stuck in a narrow middle seat wasn’t ideal, also disappointed that the over head bins at the back of the plane don’t open. Beef meal was fatty and not worth it."
Fordele: "Liked: that it didn't crash, I guess."
Ulemper: "Didn't like: we had to beg for water from the staff (there and back) just because we didn't pay for a meal. We didn't even get offered snacks on either flight. One way was 13 hours and the way back was nearly a 12 hour flight. There was also no wi-fi, and even though this is a first world problem, it's 2018 and the flights were longer than some people stay awake in a whole day. That's ridiculous. Kayak is chill, but Norwegian will no longer be an option for my travels."

Ulemper: "I flew from Milano and transferred in Oslo. We had 1,5 hrs of lay over which should be sufficient to transfer baggage to the NY flight however, my bag didn’t make it to NY. The staff at JFK couldn’t tell me where the bag is, I am still waiting to hear from them."

Ulemper: "DY 7016 was scheduled to leave JFK on January 7th at 10 PM. We took off at 4 AM. This is unacceptable."
Ulemper: "There was no option to choose a meal when booking through you. We weren't aware that we would have to do this somehow so we went the 10 hour flight without food. They were sold out of anything decent on the SNACK BAR menu."
Fordele: "Lots of empty seats, fancy new computer thing in the chair, good movie choice"
Fordele: "My seat was comfortable,bathrooms were clean."
Ulemper: "Some not all of the staff was a tad bit cooler in demanor than was needed. Too much movement by other passengers."
Fordele: "The flight was on a nice modern 767, clean and I was lucky as a tall person I had no one next to me. So I was relatively comfortable. Tickets for a flight from London to JFK were very cheap. USB port to keep phone charged was nice, but whats the point with no WiFi available?"
Ulemper: "I felt this was a bait and switch offer. Cheap price offered, but no checked in baggage included nor any food and drinks or snacks. NOTHING. Flight attendants basically ignore you the whole flight unless you purchase on the flight or in advance. Very poor choice of movies, all old movies. And no WiFi whatsoever. All of these are major inclusions on trans-Atlantic flights, and were not visible when purchasing this flight. I thought it sounded too good to be true. To be honest, if this were all included up front, I couldve brought on-board food and drink for the flight. I dont like being nickel and dimed on everything. Charging over $50 for a checked in bag is ridiculous. At least if it were for $25 like every other flight, I wouldnt of minded."

Ulemper: "Both Athens and JFK were horribly prepared for our flight. We were delayed 90 min departure due to the irresponsible extra screening by the Athens security staff. Then, when we got to JFK, we sat on the tarmac an extra 45 min because the gate wasn't ready for us."
Ulemper: "Both online check-in and self-service kiosk check-in were unavailable. Only middle seats were available upon assisted check-in. Flight was delayed. Pre-order meal was not offered at booking and therefore was not served any food on 8+ hour international flight. Flight attendants did not offer clear explanation or alternatives to assist."
Ulemper: "my previous flight was delayed and I missed checkin for this flight by 10 minutes and was not able to make the flight, even though I had enough time to do so. Had to pay $2000 for a new ticket. TERRIBLE experience."

Ulemper: "Der er mangler der gør at man kun kan få 20 kg ikke så smart når man er 2 p og kun har max 14 kg dette kom så til og koste mig 400-300-20 euro i alt mange penge for 14 kg samt 288kr oven i for at sidde sammen der skal stå lille rygsæk da det er dette der er med i prisen men syntes det er alt for mange penge for rejsen alt i alt"

Derudover havde jeg betalt for kuffert med begge veje, men da vi skulle hjem kunne Ryanair ikke finde den betaling og jeg skal nu igennem klagesystem (hvilket er meget besværligt hos Ryanair) for at få mine penge retur. Desuden en time forsinket på hjemturen."

Everything cost extra charges, we had to add a non négligeable amount, in order to be seated with the kids, to have our boarding pass printed. A tiny bottle of water cost 3€. No entertainment whatsoever. Seats are uncomfortable."

I read I could confirm it upon arrival and after bringing my receipt to the customer service desk, they claimed my flight was not confirmed and I need to pay $40 in Euros. I feel deceived and lied to."
Ulemper: "I didn’t like concern for customer care and placing blame on travel agency instead of taking responsibility. I had a receipt and someone accepted my money. My contract for a flight was made the moment my money was received!"

Ulemper: "Boarding: They didn't take my hand luggage from Luton/London to Murcia, but wanted to put it in the hold from Murcia to Luton/London. Boarding-They didn't separate the different passengers, priority vs cattle. Inconsistent process. Paninnie-pretty lame, more bread than cheese and meat."
Ulemper: "I didn't liked price for changing the name. I've booked flight for 19,99 to Barcelona, but name change costs 110 euro. It's not very normal"

At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."

Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"
Fordele: "I not only had paid for 2 seats last night and paid for, but I also booked 2 bags and paid for them. In all E 37.50 per bag in cargo, then E 8 for each seat, AND I checked in both of is. Upon arrval at Athens airport, I was charged another E 62,50 for your failure to privode me with another boarding pass. Terrible,"
Ulemper: "Refund my trip. I will never fly RyanAir again,"

Ulemper: "Flyet var så forsinket at vi ikke nåede flyet til Budapest, vi er derfor strandet i Berlin til næste dag, vi har ikke noget sted at sove eller være og vi måtte bruge over dobbelt så mange penge på nye flybilletter. Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Fordele: "Easy online check in with no need to visit a desk anyway, unlike Jet2 who enforce an online check in only for you to have to do it all again in person."
Ulemper: "Unnecessarily held at the gate for 45 minutes as the departures boards showed the flight as boarding - no way to get out of this area so stuck. Flight left late and then had to queue up to get access to a drop off area so missed my onward train connection. Paid for food in pounds but given change in Euros - disgraceful - don't offer to take payment in a currency you can't provide change for. Overall a poor experience, will not be flying with RyanAir again."

Ulemper: "At SXP there was no separate line for security for those who purchased priority boarding like at many other airports. I almost missed my flight because of the line. I don't honestly think there's a point in buying priority from SXP because it doesn't help here."
Ulemper: "Problems: 1. very difficult to understand what was and was not included in the price of the ticket when purchased. Basically, later I found, it was a $50 ticket for the price of $90 because I had to pay for a checked bag, about $40 per person. Rediculous! 2. The next surprise came when I tried to check-in early while on vacation, for my flight to Athens. Apparently another $50 if we didn't check-in early (before the airport). My computer wasn't working on the website for some reason, so I was stressed. Fortunately able to check-in using my husband's computer. But then I was stressed because we couldn't print-out the tickets and I thought that they would charge us another arm-and-leg. They didn't, but the poor couple next to us in line had to pay the $50 extra per person for not checking in early - Rediculous! 3. There were about 5 long lines to go thru for check-in, basically showing/reshowing passports...it took forever! And so crowded. Rediculous! I will NEVER fly RyanAir"

Efter ca25 minutter blev vi lukket ud på pladsen til flyet men blev stoppet igen og stod der i godt 20 minutter inden vi kom ombord. Sammenlagt forsinket 1 time."

Ulemper: "I didn't like the fact that I had no access to my email until an hour and forty minutes before my flight and then saw I had to check in online witch I tried doing once I saw the email and because I was late by 10 minutes they charged me more than what I paid for my tickets! So wrong! And they were so rude about it at the airport! I will never fly with them again."
