Fordele: "Decent meal (warm Pasta all'arrabbiata), nice little muffin for dessert and standard drinks (coffee & tea were a bonus, as they didn't serve any on a similar flight, from Barcelona to Amsterdam), friendly cabin crew."
Ulemper: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."
Fordele: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Ulemper: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Ulemper: "Not that I cared at the time but having been asked for a rating on “entertainment” - there was none. Cheap and cheerful really. No extras over the likes of RyanAir."

Ulemper: "2 hours on the tarmac delayed with no explanation. Uncomfortable seats, no leg room. Poor management of seating, there was enough empty seats to have groups together but they were split up. Drinks served from a communal bottle in a polystyrene cup."
Fordele: "The time keeping was very good. We left on time and arrived early on both occasion. Good organisation. Excellent service."

Ulemper: "It was announced I can choose between fish and chicken meal but when I requested for fish meal, I was told it’s finished. My seat was 21, and it surprised me. If something can be changed about that then your services would be much appreciated. Thank you."
Ulemper: "The Guy who had an accident when boarding causing a delay. Also I didn’t like the wait fir checking as passengers with children went before business class and should be after."

Fordele: "Fully understand the need to put a name tag on “priority customers”. But tagging the rest as “non-priority customers” is at best disrespectful and stupid. Time to look for a new head of communication?"

Ulemper: "Svært at forstå at komforten skal være så usædvanlig dårlig. Plus at man skal betale hver gang man trykker på nogen som helst service. Så som bagage som ellers bare skulle være standart."

Fordele: "I could not fault anything with this flight. I arrived 2.5 hours before my flight, was able to drop my bag (I kept it to 20kgs) and pass security all within 15 minutes. Boarding was efficient and the seat quite comfortable. I was asleep before take off and didn't wake until 30 mins before landing. For any airline that many complain about - there is nothing I could fault. Yes - it is cheap and yes there are restrictions but if you follow the advice ie pack to the kg limit, arrive as per the airline suggestion for checkin and be at the gate when required and pre-order any food (or eat before the flight) - there is nothing I can complain about - it was cheap and I was able to be where I needed to be 10 min ahead of schedule. Staff were friendly and helpful."
Ulemper: "Pga. fuldstændig kaotiske tilstande ved check-in, var der kun lige tid til at styrte til gaten. Meget langsomt arbejdende og inkompetente ansatte ved skranken, der pga. kaos ikke tjekkede pas!! Low fares - low/no service."
Fordele: "Very chip flight but expensive tricks about luggage paid my cabin bag but not allowed to check them I will never flight with Ryanair air."

Ulemper: "Der er mangler der gør at man kun kan få 20 kg ikke så smart når man er 2 p og kun har max 14 kg dette kom så til og koste mig 400-300-20 euro i alt mange penge for 14 kg samt 288kr oven i for at sidde sammen der skal stå lille rygsæk da det er dette der er med i prisen men syntes det er alt for mange penge for rejsen alt i alt"
Fordele: "Despite a late departure, it wasn't particularly late when we landed."
Ulemper: "Flight departed late due to high winds (not the airline's fault) but the result of leaving late was a missed departure slot. To avoid passenger disturbance, they told everyone that there was an extra passenger on board? Not the best way to defuse a situation..."
Fordele: "Prisen er lav - men har man noget man skal klage over bagefter, fx. dobbeltgebyr på kuffert, så kommer man til at arbejde for sagen."
Ulemper: "Man kommer til at gå hele Københavns lufthavn igennem på den lange led, når man flyver med Ryanair. Derudover havde jeg betalt for kuffert med begge veje, men da vi skulle hjem kunne Ryanair ikke finde den betaling og jeg skal nu igennem klagesystem (hvilket er meget besværligt hos Ryanair) for at få mine penge retur. Desuden en time forsinket på hjemturen."

Ulemper: "We had to wait ages for our baggage. So effectively the flight was very late. This won't show in statistics as it la ded on time. Potentially serious for travellers. Thank you."

Ulemper: "The crew had no control over rowdy/drunk passengers. A shame as young children present. Not one request to calm down and refrain from shouting and swearing. Very uncomfortable and intimidating flight. Will not fly Ryanair again"

Ulemper: "Ryanair hides a lot of hidden costs and inabilities through their site. I had to pay extra for the luggage that I didn't know about."

Ulemper: "My wife was not allowed to board the flight. because her passport expires in april, we was told by ryanair in a phone call that this would not be a problem,then when she tried to board she was refused. thanks ryanair you cost us a lot of money and caused a lot of stress. you just lost another customer. why not make it clear that a person needs 90 days on their passport if you are going to enforce these purile rules."

Fordele: "I booked and pey 83.5 € and when I want to get a boarding Rayan air get 55€ agin!!!!!! What has happened there?!"

Ulemper: "To prepare on time!! Plz Eeven though I’ve booked more planty of time for next plan, it was late because of too much delayed"

Ulemper: "Flyet var så forskinket at jeg mistede mit fly til København"

Ulemper: "It was our honeymoon, flight was nearly an hour late. When we asked the guy that was boarding us why the flight was not on time and very late he said ‘wheelchairs and stuff, you know the usual’ and laughed?! I have no idea why he would find incompetence or disabilities funny. The whole scenario was awful. Will not be flying with Ryanair again!"

Fordele: "Once the aircraft arrived the boarding and take off were fairly quick. The flight itself self was extremely quick and there was no hassle. Quite impressed with that."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed initially with 2 hours. There was no notification by the airport. After 2 hours there was another hpur delay. Again there was no notification. We and the other passengers had to constantly last to the gatw screen to see any updates. We were left in the dark until the very moment we started boarding."
Fordele: "The crew were nice"
Ulemper: "Check in was a complete disaster. I only needed to check my suitcase as we had our boarding passes already. It was anarchy and we nearly missed our flight despite being there hours early purely because the check in procedure was so chaotic. Then to top it off, my bag was lost and I was given a stranger’s baggage tag. I don’t know how they will be able to trace my bag with this. It is currently missing in action. Great start to a long awaited holiday!"
Ulemper: "NOTHING. I will never fly with Ryanair again. On the way to Malaga only one toilet was working, on the way back to Leeds I was told I'd only paid for my luggage one way and had to pay another 50 euros go get it back to Leeds. There was no food or cold drinks on the flight and we were delayed by an hour and half which meant my partner who came to pick me up had to pay £27 for parking. Ridiculous! So no, never again."
Ulemper: "Everyone stood up the entire flight and being split up from family."
Fordele: "Low(ish) cost, no fuss actually made about baggage despite ludicrous amount of e-mails and instructions"
Ulemper: "Non-frills seats and boarding starts fairly late and then is a bit cumbersome."
Ulemper: "Departure was nearly 30 minutes late!"
Fordele: "Prisen. At vi landede planmæssigt."
Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."

Ulemper: "- Surliness of staff especially at the gate: some passengers were queuing for the wrong flight and gate staff did very little to ensure that the risk of this was highlighted to others. Consequently when boarding some people were turned away as they should have been elsewhere - Unecessary split seats - New cabin baggage rules - caused delay at the gate and could have been avoided by asking people to check in the excess earlier as other airlines do."
Fordele: "I was by myself with a toddler, a pram and 2 hand baggage. down"
Ulemper: "I thought the would take at least one of them at the gate as usual and I asked if they could help with pram and they said NO! It was a nightmare I had to go down a lot stairs. The only person that helped me it was an old lady! This is a rubbish service I won’t reccomend to anyone with kids!"
