Not very helpful and courteous crew at the gate when they printed the ticket with assigned seat that I did not have yet. After waiting in line for a few minutes, they asked me to go back to them for help in a couple of minutes. Very confused! Extremely uncomfortable for such a long flight. Food was good, and the staff was very helpful and kind, but the TVs on the very last row on the left did not work at all the entire flight. Very disappointed.
Very friendly crew members. They ran out of veggie food half way through the distribution. Had to make do with bread only.
Simply put, short of upgrading seat class, I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, accommodating, comfortable experience flying.

Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Fordele: "I have used Kayak for years without issue. This time I was flying SAS for the first time. The plane broke and so that was the first huge delay SAS had terrible customer service. They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that."
Fordele: "Stille fly godt sæde."
Ulemper: "Wifi virkede ikke eller kostede Xtra. Man fik ikke en gang et glas vand."
Ulemper: "I don’t like how the food on premium economy is packed in a cubic box that is really messy to eat from which the small plastic cutlery. Food quality is good, but feels like being an animal being fed from a bucket."
Fordele: "At jeg kunne ligge ned og sove"
Ulemper: "Sov hjem og fravalgte første servering på business. Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."
Ulemper: "Got asked to leave my seat in row 3 for one further back because I couldnt pull up my ticket mid flight to show it was my seat. Their system had me in another row so I missed out on the extra service offered to that row."
Fordele: "Da vi først var kommet ombord på flyet gik tingene sin vante gang... ellers var der ikke meget hoved og hale på noget som helst."
Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."
Ulemper: "Seats were horrible, tiny , cramped"
Fordele: "Stewardess assistence"
Ulemper: "Delay without other notification than the expected change of departure and loooong wait before boarding"
Fordele: "Efficient crew, food served at proper temperatures Good movie selections"
Ulemper: "My seat could/would not recline, passenger in front of me had his seat in recline for most of flight. it was a long uncomfortable flight."
Ulemper: "We were traveling with two kids, and one of the kids drops some bread on the floor of the flight. One of the crew is angry to us about this, which makes us very uncomfortable."
Fordele: "Samme som på hjemturen - sæderne var bedre ude i siden"
Ulemper: "Check-in was a disaster. Took almost one hour for a trainee to check us in. Printed 8 bag tickets (for 2 bags) and after we complained was told there was no line at immigration, so should be okay. Guess having a 3 year old wasn’t enough for us to get any compassion or expedited service. At gate. No early boarding for children."
Fordele: "A lot of leg room"
Ulemper: "No snack served before dinner, no choice of dinner food. over see flight and the only food is dinner??? My laggage had priority tag but got out last and in resolt of it I missed the connecting flight to Boston!!! Damaged laggage"

Fordele: "Easy boarding. Friendly staff"
Ulemper: "This has nothing directly with SAS, but since I experienced it during my flight there, they are responsible of it. I was waiting for the flight at the OSLO airport waiting for the flight to LONDON. I had ample time to work on my computer. In the big room by the gate there was only one spot where I found three electrical sockets hanging from a pillar or post. To my dismay none worked. My plug would fall off from each. To document, I took the pictures of the useless sockets... I complained to the lady at the boarding desk (she left before the SAS staff moved in), she did not even care... This experience frustrated me and turned an otherwise pleasant trip into a bitter one. Please install some working sockets in your waiting room! Fordele: "This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience."
Ulemper: "We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue."
Ulemper: "The crew passed by me TWICE while serving food and I was not sleeping at that time. I had to go and ask for food myself. Also there was a delay about 40 minutes when taking off in CPH (CPH-EWR) because of a fuel-screen malfunction or smth. The pilot was very nice and kept us informed all the time. I still didn't make my connection flight due to the delay and SAS rebooked me which made my already long trip 8 hrs longer."
Fordele: "On time, easy boarding"
Ulemper: "The flight was nearly full and everyone seemed to have at least two cases. This caused lots of jostling for space in the lockers"
Fordele: "Pleasant crew"
Ulemper: "Boarding was shambolic and the 737 is not as nice as the new A320 in terms of comfort or amenity. Boarding was all over the place - and the gate agents clearly need extra people around for a full flight. One person for 170 ppl didn't feel right."
Ulemper: "They only offered tea and coffee for free as a drink and nothing anything more, and were not kind at explaining this."
Fordele: "Crew were excellent, had a row to myself, luggage turned up quickly"
Ulemper: "No landing cards given!"
Fordele: "This wasn't a very long flight and I didn't eat or drink anything so there isn't really that much to say. But I can say that nothing was a problem at all"
Ulemper: "There were no problems"
Ulemper: "Unable to select seat/baggage until 22 hours before flight because not booked through SAS. Thought bagged was checked in online and had to pay More than the cost of the flight. Flight was delayed due to mechanical problem. Cabin very warm throughout flight."
Ulemper: "No food service whatsoever. Not even a bag of pretzels or peanuts. You have to pay for soft drinks. Really? A can of soda costs less than 50 cents. Bathrooms were not cleaned at all. Soap dispenser was empty for the entire duration of the flight. No entertainment."
Ulemper: "I was really disappointed at finding out at luggage check-in that I had to pay extra (£60.00) for my one regular-size suitcase. On the return flight I was told that this amount would be - as it turned out in my case - less than half, if I called SAS a day before departure. Why did I have to pay for the checked luggage at all?"
Ulemper: "We paid over $75 for each piece of checked luggage. We could have saved 40% by pre-purchase but were not warned when purchasing our flights for almost the same price as the cost of the luggage."
Fordele: "Good experience. Nothing extra-ordinary. Only complimentary tea, water and coffee."
Ulemper: "Flight arrived on time."
Fordele: "Landing was very smooth"
Ulemper: "No staff at the gate until fifteen minutes after start of boarding. Flight was delayed, but gate staff were not forthcoming with details."
Ulemper: "This flight did not occur due to delays."
Waited 45 minutes for the pale to get cleaned up. Almost missed my next flight. My bags didn’t make it to my final destination.
Air France lost my luggage again Its the second time in a week
The staff were excellent, very helpful and efficient
Check-in was TERRIBLE !!! The AF staff was mostly clueless and not helpful, and the procedures in place were outdated.

Ulemper: "The “vegetarian” option was tuna which isn’t vegetarian and there was no vegetarian snack. With the hundreds of dietary and religious food restrictions you would think having a vegetarian option would be much more attainable.. They also didn’t make an announcement about our flight being late."
Fordele: "Plane was new, and seatback screen responsive and functional."

Fordele: "Very good male crew member. Pilot genuinely apologetic for the delay."
Ulemper: "After running due to a 1 hr 10 min change over between flights boarding didn't prioritise anyone but I got on fine. Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."
Fordele: "Very helpful cabin crew and did well to communicate in English to me. Flight was on time and landed ahead of schedule"
Ulemper: "Entertainment system had to be rebooted as it did not work Small screen handset was not working for the entire flight food selection was not as big as KLM or China Eastern Bathroom on board was smaller than KLM or China Eastern which meant changing into more comfortable clothing for the night flight"
Fordele: "It was quick, very good space in premium economy. Good and friendly service. The food was better than expected"
Ulemper: "The crew did not announce the score of soccer cup semi final between Belgium and France"
Fordele: "The plane arrived in New York smoothly"
Ulemper: "They lost my luggage and have no information as to where it is. It has been 3 days and no Information. There was only one meal for the flight and alcoholic beverages were not included."
Ulemper: "Flight cancelled because of weather"
Ulemper: "The company simply lets passengers board a fulled booked flight with far too much luggage. Result, take off 20 minutes late because there was not enough room for luggage in the overhead compartments. I was flying with just a small backpack that went under the seat"
Ulemper: "I was asked to change my seat repeatedly"
Fordele: "Crew was friendly and professional, fresh croissant and hot chocolate on my short flight. As many airlines charge now for any and all food items it was nice to again experience fast and efficient food and beverage service without the tedious hassle of ordering and paying. I’d gladly fly Air France again. First time, but likely not the last."
Ulemper: "Like all airlines , the seats could use a few more inches of space, even two would be nice."

Ulemper: "Disorganized uninformed staff. One says I have to have an additional "random" security check after going through the same thing in security. Turns out it wasn't random and I didn't need it. Both times they read my boarding pass wrong thought I was going to Tel Aviv - not random. Airport was hot as hell! Flight kept getting delayed then we had a gate change as well. Finally got on the plane and it took forever to take off so we were basically sitting in a sauna for 30+ minutes."
Fordele: "The service provided by Jet and Air France was excellent. The wheelchair service did help very much"
Ulemper: "It was all good, only in comparison with Turkish airlines and etihad it is not at par."

Ulemper: "Mindre end 15 cm til sædet foran. (og ja, jeg målte) HELT uacceptabelt. Ikke engang plads til at mase min håndbaggage (en helt almindelig computertaske) ned i hullet."
