Ulemper: "We did not like that to use Internet we had to pay an extra fee. We did not care for the food. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the aircraft. We did not like that the bathrooms ran out of water to wash our hands. We did not like that flight attendants handled and served food with no water on the flight to wash their hands. Most flight attendants were unfriendly. The one gentleman that served us was pleasant. We really did not like that between the food service we saw virtually no flight attendants other than those sleeping in the area at the back of the plane. We did not like that we could not understand the announcements made. We did not like the fact that passengers were not reprimanded upon landing for using electrical devices and laptop computers even though an announcement had been made to turn all devices off and put them away. Once announcement was made not one flight attendant said anything to those people around us who did not follow the request. We did not appreciate the uncomfortable seats."

Ulemper: "About 8 hours into the flight the restrooms became very, VERY unclean--urine on the floors, sinks clogged, smelled terrible. More restroom maintenance was needed throughout this long flight. I thought this airline was the nicest I have been on save this one issue. It would be great if Turkish Airlines could resolve it in the future! Additionally the boarding process in Istanbul was like herding cattle. People weren't seated according to boarding group and it was absolute mayhem--no single file line, people shoving past one another to get seated first on the same plane."
Fordele: "The food was delicious. I loved that there were blankets, pillows, and headphones for everyone and they were not at extra cost. We also received care bags with lip balm, socks, slippers and a night mask as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste. The flight did not seem like 12 hours. Thankfully."

Ulemper: "Connection time between arrival time from Tel Aviv to Miami was very short. We had to sprint from the transit security area, through the crowded main terminal, to gate 705 to our sole connecting flight to Miami. A bus or other form of transportation should be provided to gates that are very far away. We were the last ones to board. Private security staff at the gate prior to boarding the bus to take us to the plane confiscated my Bluetooth headphones under the assumption that they fell under TSA's prohibited electronic devices (which they do not). When on board the plane, I noticed another passenger with similar headphones which were not confiscated- selective enforcement."

Ulemper: "Customer Service. They cancelled my flight in the middle of my vacation and just sent me an email moving my flights to next day. Unacceptable!!! I paid for it 4 months in advance. One cannot change my arrival from Sunday night to Monday night. Called Customer Service 20+ times to have it fixed. They are all outsourced incompetent and unprepared. Good planes overall, but horrible customer service. I will never fly Turkish again. I prefer to pay more and have decent customer service and no flights cancellations in the middle of my vacation."

Ulemper: "I upgraded and paid for first class round trip but only got it for my flight to italy and not the flight back to miami. Economy is too cramped for such long flights and they are not as attentive as in first class"

Ulemper: "The plane was half empty yet they say everyone uncomfortable towards the front."
Fordele: "I like Turkish Airlines. The flight was good. I thougt only food was somewhat not as good as usual. I flew with TA many times and the food offerings always had stood out from other air companies. In general it was great flight."
Fordele: "Good seats, good food, and good entertainment options. I liked how many things were include for the price, such as headphones, blanket, and pillow. Also, one seat in our row was empty and that gave us a bit more room."
Ulemper: "Boarding was slow, and my baggage never made it to my final destination from connector"
Fordele: "I have flown with all big airlines including Lufthansa, BA, Delta, American and others. This flight was by far the best experience I had. They have lovely serving crew so no one actually hesitates to ask or want something. They have helped me and my two toddlers along with 3 other similar families of an incredible amount to make sure they are all comfortable. No wonder that received the best airline of europe award for several years in a row...There was only a 20 minutes delay during take-off and we still arrived home a bit early... Very smooth flight, one that I still cant believe I had with my 2 toddlers. Strongly recommended."
Ulemper: "Food took up too much tray space and crew did not clear trays promptly. Messages from pilot were inaudible. We went through more than four security checks and we were only transferring planes in Istanbul. Terminal was short on places to sit and had excessive duty free shopping. Walks in terminal went on for miles. With the flight gate only posted 35 minutes ahead of departure, this was a problem."
Fordele: "Boarding was fine in Istanbul. Go to toilet before going through security check in the gate."
Ulemper: "Poor crew service--amazingly slow (my general THY service experience has been great, but in this leg crew did not respond to calls for almost 20-30 minutes). After meals, most people took their own empty trays to return them behind (because the crew had not picked up after 30+ minutes). The meals arrived cold as well. My entertainment set froze after 4 hours in a 13 hours trip, and was not attended to after repeated calls. One conscientious Turkish stewardess was very helpful in the 9th hour (literally), even if the entertainment did not come back on. To top these, I was sandwiched between a teenager on front and teenagers on right, who were loud and generally weird (obviously not the airlines fault). So, it ended up being a mediocre experience overall."
I missed the flight due to inadequate time between flights. Lufthansa should not be offering this as a connection if Frankfurt airport can not process passengers quickly enough.

Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"
Fordele: "The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable."
Ulemper: "Boardingvwas delayed so we left a good 50 minute late. Ran out of meal choice so we had to eat what they had left which was pasta that was too spicy for me anyway. I was very disappointed bec I preferred chicken but there were none left."

Ulemper: "I had a swollen and sprained ankle during the flight, I had it resting near the aisle to stretch and move to try and keep it from swelling further. Unfortunately, my injured ankle was kicked several times by a rushed crew member. It would be great if they could be a bit more mindful and watch where they are walking. Also, the breakfast before landing was spoiled when I discovered fungus in my butter after I had already eaten half of it."
Ulemper: "The food was not good at all. The economy seats are uncomfortable and you should be able to walk around the plane, especially on a 9 plus hour flight."
Ulemper: "Flight was late causing me to miss flight to Chicago ORD. Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."
Fordele: "Excellent crew, provided beverages constantly, meals were very good for airplane food, seats were comfortable for most of the 9.5 hours. Entertainment selections were more than adequate. Even the babies were quiet !!!"
Ulemper: "TV screens did not function consistently, had to be reset a couple of times. Plane was late boarding (but made up most of the time). Had to go through security a second time even though it was a connecting flight. Luggage got crushed in a carousel pile-up and took a long time to come out."

Fordele: "They even filled my water bottle a couple of times in addition to numerous glasses at my seat."
Fordele: "The crew helped my mom very much with her ansiery and were with her at all times."
Ulemper: "I bought the flight for my mom and she is handicap, the flight got delayed and they wanted to leave her in Frankfurt for 2 days because there was no more flights to the States, in the end they found a flight to Washington DC, she was coming to Miami. She is an old woman who gets lost and I had to order assistance for her, in Washington DC they opened her bags after that they lost the bags, she had medication on them and it was a nightmare to get them back. Im really upset and I don’t think That I’m going to book with this aero line again."

Ulemper: "Booked way in advanced, paid extra to book upper deck on both; outgoing flight Miami - Frankfurt and return, but was bumped out of our seats. Spent 2 hours on the phone trying to book them again, and ended up on a lower deck on the Miami - Frankfurt flight, but re-booked on the upper deck on Frankfurt- Miami flight although not the side seats as I originally booked myself, but in the middle section. The entertainment's touch screen system is inadequate, not reacting to touch efficiently."

Fordele: "There were lots of out of the ordinary (read annoying) behavior. Of other passengers and the cabin crew responded patiently and professionally."
Ulemper: "Boarding did not proceed by rows as customary so boarding was a bit chaotic with everyone rushing to the gate. The reclining seats aee an issue. Although comfortable for the ones reclining they are uncomfortable and at times painful ( taller people) and makes watching the screen impossible when fully reclined."

Fordele: "Apart from the turbulence everything was perfect. Flight attendants were very hospitable. Love the aircraft design. Great movie choices for the kids. In addition to that we all reach our destination safely. That's all that matters."

Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre."
Ulemper: "The Premium Eco seats are a catastrophe. They don't recline: the seats only slide down slightly but the upper part of your body doesn't move much. This makes for a poor experience, especially on a night flight. Except if you need the extra width, Eco has better value."

Ulemper: "Not checking my carry on weight at check in then letting me walk all the way to security to then check my bag and tell me to go back to check in then the counter is closed and they tell me it's too late and that I need to get ride of my things so that my bag is under weight and barely making the flight"
Fordele: "The check in process was much better in the CFG airport than SFO. Very organized."
Ulemper: "The food was mediocre on this flight. The seats also are surprisingly uncomfortable."
Fordele: "Leg room is bigger than average, there is also a foot step which helps you to relax."
Ulemper: "There must be lice on the plane, either from the customer or on the seats. Got bitten 6 times on the leg and butt!!! And this is not the first time hearing same story, Air France definitely needs to disinfect the plane more thoroughly. Media center is outdated, touch screen isn’t working well, felt being punched in head every time when ppl behind you tries to touch the screen!"

Fordele: "Service was much better than on the flight from MIA to CDG 3 weeks before - that was very poor. Entertainment was excellent - great selection of movies. Premium Economy was definitely worth the upgrade cost."
Ulemper: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."
Fordele: "The fact that the plane made it to SFO"
Ulemper: "Downgrade without notice or consent separating family. Paid full fare for family to travel business class together. AF without our knowledge downgraded one member, separating a mother from her 3 year old daughter. They offered no compensation, no apology, and CDG ground crew was terribly rude. All anyone said was, nothing to be done, now please Leave"
Ulemper: "Each time the space in this planes is smaller. Surprising, it was very hot all the time."
Fordele: "The crew was very nice and helpful."
Ulemper: "The food was really poor. The chicken was as dry as it can be. The food taste was poor. I flow 3 weeks ago with KLM and the food was pretty good for flight food. In a French company I expect much more. The entertainment system on the airbus a380 was like an enchant IT system from the past. Very poor reaction time. Very messy and not people oriented at all. Especially after KLM's And Delta experience."

Fordele: "Wheel chair service at LAX is run by the airport. Their priority is to get you to your flight, not to a VIP room regardless of how early you check in."

Ulemper: "Scents. Perfumes. Products that have scents that irritate airways. Not good for asthma and allergies."
Fordele: "movies were great, watched a lot of them food, while nothing to write home about, was at least tasty and not inedible the staff was great, friendly, welcoming, hard working loved that we could have wine and snacks"
Ulemper: "we had paid for the exit row and had a luxurious amount of room. But when we tried to sleep, our fellow passengers came and stood at our feet and talked so loudly that we could not possibly sleep. They stayed there for more than an hour. Would have loved for the staff to maybe ask them to tone it down, if not move."
Fordele: "Crew were impressive bcos they looked fresh after 11 hours. Seating was very comfortable as whole rows were empty so you could stretch, and no waits for the loos. Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics."
Ulemper: "The tv news on BBC was 1 week old."
Ulemper: "Food service was awful. They ran out of options and only had one choice by time got toward middle /back of the plane. This happened both ways. So if your seated toward the rear bring your own food and snacks if needed."

Ulemper: "The filet I ordered was so tough that it was inedible. On the whole, the food was not very good, ev n the tea service which was weird. Also, the business class seat are poorly designed. If one is in a window seat and the person on the aisle is using the foot rest, one is trapped in place."

Ulemper: "Crew, they worked as they were robots, they did the service and that was it, we had much better crew in the past, somehow it looked almost if they were bored.... economy class pitch seats, cramped if you are over 185cm"
Ulemper: "1,5 hr delay. No effort from the cabin crew to compensate for delay. Just stuck in our seats for 1 hr waiting for the airline to be cleared for take off. Would have been nice with a hot towel for face and hands after a long semi-night flight (10hrs). Extremely cold. Everyone was freezing and coughing due to very, very cold cabin air. Very old entertainment system. Grainy blurry screens. No charging of devices via usb. The control was fixed to armrest and was accidentally pressed al the time while resting and arm on the armrest. Remote gate in LHR."
Ulemper: "No free non-alcoholic drinks. Everything at a fee. Remote gate in LHR."
Fordele: "I liked everything. The crew was polite always with a smile. They liked there job and did a great job. If you where a sleep they left you alone. Always had a smile. Super polite and happy."

Ulemper: "No complimentary drinks. And a stewardess had no idea which countries’ passengers needed to fill out a travel card for UK. I wasted all that time only to find out I did not have to."

Ulemper: "BA lounge in Heathrow Terminal 3 had it's days and needs upgrade."
Fordele: "That was my first experience with the Airbus 380. The plane is an excellent ship and the takeoff and landing was surprisingly smooth. Flying is very stable as well. Although it has two decks you are just in one and it looks like any other long distance plane. Seats are a bit narrow but comfortable. Entertainment is individual and plenty of options. Economy cabin is divided in two sections and each section has its own lavatories."
Ulemper: "The boarding and disembarking operation is never-ending and of course economy class has to wait until business and first -that are considerably large- have completed their getting out. Even with two exits for the two decks it was very slow. On boarding I also noticed that several passengers boarded the wrong deck: nobody but a generic sign was telling them what gate was theirs. With 450 or 500 passengers the chance that something goes wrong increases. In our case a passenger didn't make the connexion and the luggage had to be removed. Food is just fine. Surprisingly the beverage was extremely short of options: just wine or water, no coke or sodas. Same with supper: just coffee, water or juice. The trip was long -9 hours- but no water was offered between meals."

Ulemper: "Flight was operated by American Airlines. Aircraft was insanely old, with no personal entertainment system, but only a few overhead monitors for all passengers, which played OLD movies. That is unbelievable and unacceptable in 2018. Seats pitch was pretty small and I even had to fly on a broken seat that would not recline, for a 11 hours flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever flew. If that wasn't enough to make the experience the worst possible, flight attendance was rude! I strongly suggest to avoid American Airlines at all cost."

Ulemper: "Plane was old, seat was narrow and uncomfortable. Food was very little for a 9 hour flight and entertainment system was also outdated."

Ulemper: "A 7 hour flight took 10+ hours. Plane was very old, very poor entertainment system, tiny screen, no place to charge your electronic devices, very narrow seats, poor leg room. I can go on but I will stop here."
Fordele: "Flight was safe and not cancelled."
Ulemper: "BA needs to adopt the Ryanair policy of limiting the number of carry-on bags allowed on board. BA needs to work better on cabin maintenance. Some reading lights did not work. Ryanair cabin crew are nowadays polite and cheerful. BA crew seem stressed depressed and defensive."
Fordele: "Alert, attentive, caring crew on long (10+ hours) flight. Great job."

Fordele: "After having problems with not getting the seat I booked and paid for - not a lot! British airways trying to fool customers that they are a premium airline but run a budget airline service."
Ulemper: "Old plane, poor food, no snacks, poor and old entertainment system."
Fordele: "I haven't left Miaimi. American Airlines employees are horrible. After arriving from London they told me to pick up my check in baggage proceed to drop bag near exit 5. When I arrived it was crowded nobody know which line is for checkin and which line is for dropping the bag. I finally went to the counter and ask and the lady said, she couldn't accept it as it was 30 left before departure. She pointed me to another lady who also washed her hand. They were both reluctant and finally accepted my baggage but the security line was too long for me to reach departure on time. Horrible. The ladies who at the departure counter have different asnwer for my checked in baggage. I/m so tired from this domestic flight that I haven't completed."
Fordele: "Great entertainment and the food was better than the usual"
Ulemper: "Big negative was switching planes at Heathrow. Heathrow transfer services for people with their own wheelchairs was a horror. At one point we were put on a shuttle bus underscored with no body to help us when we disembarked . Once someone showed up they complained that they had to push wheelchair so far to gate which of course was the furthest distance away."
Fordele: "Everyone was accommodating. They gave my son a coloring book to keep him busy."
Ulemper: "there was a slight problem with the food. there was a large percentage of the flight that was Israeli and therefore respects basic Jewish tradition of not mixing meat with milk. One of the meals was pasta with sauce (which was supposed to be the least popular meal) and a meal with chicken and rice. the rice had cheese in it, a large percentage of the people on the flight were unable to eat it. Only after finding out about the cheese did I understand why no one took te chicken dish."

Ulemper: "Your airways lost my bag on the both flights from MIA-LHR-VIE and on the way back VIE-LHR-MIA My entertainment system was broken. I paid for the seat at the end of the day I didn't get. The moat horrible flight I ever had. I will never again fly with British Airways"
Fordele: "The crew was pleasant/friendly, but I'm not sure if one of the male flight attendants was extra friendly because the girl next to me was cute, I guess I got lucky and benefitted from that and got excellent service"
Ulemper: "There were no USB ports to charge my phone... the movie selection was average, and the entertainment system was a little old, the touch screen didn't work. Being from America, the drink can 150ml is TINY and I was always thirsty."
Fordele: "Price and ease of finding options."
Fordele: "British Airways is always my first choice when I fly. You always know what you will get and the familiarity of knowing the booking system, the lounge, the seats. All this needs to be weighed up with a disinterested crew (and I am generalising which is unfair!) and dated planes"
Ulemper: "The plane is dated. There was dust in the lockers, my seat got stuck and the entertainment screen was difficult to see. But my big disappointment with this the disinterest of the cabin crew. The purser sits and completes his paperwork while coffee is slowly dripping out of an overflowing disposal unit, collecting under his shoe. The cabin crew on my aisle kept on forgetting what food people ordered and if you were snoozing or not in your seat while she did her round, you missed your chance."
Ulemper: "I don't get no dinner on the flight from Miami to London Heathrow and I felt faint from hunger on board. When I complain to one of the flight crew ,we one hour and forty five minutes left to land,she gave me a pretzel bunch and a cup of tea."
Fordele: "Did a good job of being attentive to passengers"
Fordele: "A380 planes hold far too many people for the capacity of the departure terminal making the gate experience sonewhat of a spill over. Seating maps at check in did not make available a single seat close to us for a third member of our party who had booked an equal ticket on a separate booking. Yet after n boarding there were seats physically available that were not offered by check in staff. Meal trash was left for far too long before collection in our seats which was upper deck final rear cabin. Plane noise during flight was very low, excellent. Miami Airport is a logistical immigration process nightmare. We look forward to BA using FLL instead directly from the UK."
Fordele: "British Airways was very accommodating. I enjoyed the journey."
Ulemper: "Missed connection again at Heathrow. That's 2 out of 4 of the last trips."
Fordele: "Staff were very pleasant and comfortable seats with excellent legroom. Busy flight as most I've been on on this connection but yet were made to feel at ease. Left on time, and arrived slightly early: happy days."

Ulemper: "The designer of the business class seats used by British Aiways is surely an acrobat who flies no longer that's two hours. And those at British Aiways who bought into this design probably don't fly at all. Passengers who are sitting in a window seat must literally walk over the passenger in the aisle seat in order to get to the aisle. Flight attendants must serve the passengers on window seats right over those sitting in the aisles. The seats are narrow, and if you're sitting in the aisle, you don't even have a space to put your bottle of water or reading glasses. I can go on and on. This is my last flight on British if I can manage."

Fordele: "United has done a lot to update and modernize their terminals. Easy access to food, charging outlets, comfortable seating, and an open atmosphere made my layover quite pleasant."
Fordele: "Very fast and efficient"
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed for 3 hours, also the personal at Newark airport was a little bit harsh and not very helpful, I do not care about any compensation, nevertheless the personal has to treat better to the clients"
Ulemper: "I have a carry on bag. & when I was boarding the bag was checked because there wasn’t enough overhead room. I was in back of plane & there was plenty of room. I think you should be more careful about space deciditions. I bought specific luggage so I would’ve to check it!!!"
Ulemper: "Flight delay ,almost two hours. Have a chance to change to another flight with empty seats , not alowed"
Fordele: "We were actually a few minutes early. No complaints."

Ulemper: "Miserable seats. Inadequate overhead storage - I was forced to put my only carry on, a day pack, under my seat making the small seat and foot room even more uncomfortable."

Ulemper: "I wasn't able to check-in from my phone ( United is stuck in 1980's) Forced me to use Ticket Kiosk at Airport. Wouldn't print out a boarding pass and wanted ticketing agent to verify my luggage. I had an empty backpack and a small laptop case, she told me only one piece allowed, seriously?? She made me put my laptop in my backpack and the carrying case as well. The boarding pass didn't assign a seat to me and told me that I have to get another boarding pass at gate.. Simply unacceptable. I am a frequent flyer with Frontier and Spirit pirit, thanks to those Airlines which never treated me bad and gave me hassle like United did. No more United for me ever. WiFi was advertised but never worked inspite of me wanting to pay for it."

Ulemper: "But, seats are extremely uncomfortable, reclining only few indies. I’m almost 6” and for me flights with United always very uncomfortable. Food only for purchase, which is absurd! entertainment only by default, can’t even choose from."

They are no savings for customers just added restrictions and an overall unenjoyable flight experience as you are being surveillanced by every United associate to ensure you pay for a carry on bag. United and Spirit airlines are now one in the same. United hasn’t suddenly introduced lower fares than before, but rather is reducing the benefits that come with the most basic fares."

Ulemper: "What ever happened to leg room? And I know that real food is a thing of the past on airplanes, but at least Jet Blue provides snacks that occupy more than one mouthful"
Fordele: "I had 2 awesome flight attendants, Scott and Rico. They were friendly and I talked to them for a bit. I think that they didn't have to help me with what I needed, they just smiled and said yes. I didn't have anyone in the middle seat, so I had plenty of room. I was very comfortable and had a good flight."

Ulemper: "The AC wasn't cooling and it was hot the whole flight. Nowadays most airlines charge for food but on long flights they give you a complimentary meal. Not United."

Ulemper: "To be fair, this is my third flight of the day, so I am very tired and this was the smallest aircraft of the trip."
