Fordele: The seats, staff and food were great!

Ulemper: I was traveling with a resin in a wheelchair and it was a little chaotic

Fordele: Boarding was as enjoyable as possible.

Ulemper: Other than delivering food and drink together, crew was generally not visible throughout flight. Trays of finished food and drink were left on passengers' trays an extremely long time. Trash was not picked up except twice during the flight (following the two meals).

Ulemper: Boarding was vary slow and not on time. We lost one bag.

Fordele: Friendly pilot and crew

Ulemper: Delayed planes are always annoying. The flights to and from ended up being delayed about an hour each way.

Fordele: Nothing !! Such a bullshit flight ever !!!

Ulemper: No tv fo 14 hr long flight !! Flight delayed for 1 he !! No proper arranged to board .. it was kiosk!! Food quality was worse. No space to seat !! Can’t sleep .. no leg space !! Worst fight till the date !!!

Ulemper: Entertainment worked sporadically

Fordele: The entertainment options were great.

Ulemper: Seats are so cramped. I'm 5'3" and could use either arm rest because both people on either side spilled into my seat.

Fordele: The crew did its best to make up for the fact that the special meal I ordered was inedible.

Fordele: The price was cheaper than other flights . I liked that it was a direct flight .

Ulemper: Better Boarding process , more comfortable seats to sleep where the foot rest goes up more . provide a pillow and some Hand cream and Kleenex in the bathrooms. The luggage allowance is not as good as most business class flights.

Fordele: The crew was nice

Ulemper: The seats are uncomfortable and for a 9 hour flight food should be included and headphones was very in shock international flight had non of the above

Fordele: I made the mistake to travel with Norwegian, they charged my compact cabin baggage $80 claiming that it met the size requirements but weight exceeded ( never happened with any airline before, I have the bag for 8 years). Fordele: Entertainment monitors were in good shape and responsive. Selection was not bad.

Ulemper: All of our luggage was lost and did not arrive in Prague

Fordele: Comfortable seats, decent food and was left alone to sleep after a long day.

Ulemper: Didn’t like that I missed original flight by minutes due to chaos of the airport and resolving the issue took about an hour but did like that I was rebooked on the next available flight for no extra charge and the attendant seemed sympathetic to my plight. A simple but important detail.

Ulemper: Had to pay the $259.00 to get another flight because my name wasn’t on the flight had to be on the phone for a hour and 28 minutes just to get my name on a flight after I paid over $900.00 on my round trip flight this was an awful experience and did not and will not book any flight ever with these airlines or the company representing them as VAYAMA

Fordele: The crew was good, not amazing and the seats were adequate, not generous. The food was sppealing.

Ulemper: The whole experience was positive.

Ulemper: Rude ground staff at Athens airport, unable to check in online prior to flight, had to wait in line for over an hour for a connecting flight and run to the gate to then be told I was on standby for my next connecting flight. Poor customer service, no headphones given even though all seats have tv screens - such a small thing can make a difference to overall experience eg providing headphones. The check in and boarding forbthis flight was an absolute joke. Two men were about to have a fight due to how irritated everyone was for standing in line for so long. No need whatsoever. Meanwhile 3 staff sat at the ticketing desk and just watched the line grow! When I asked for assistance they brushed me off as if I were a flea! Athens Swiss airlines ground staff are up there with the worst customer service I’ve seen.

Fordele: It was a normal flight with any extra confortable feature.

Ulemper: Not delay Treatment in the boarding Gate was ride, asking for visa despite I dont need it.

Fordele: Friendly crew and ground crew worked VERY quickly and efficiently to deal with a broken plane and switch us all rather seamlessly to a replacement plane. Impressive.

Ulemper: Food should be much better than this. Otherwise everything is ok.

Ulemper: Seat spacing is small, to the point that it's impossible to remain in the seat few hours without physical pain in your body

Fordele: Service was very good

Fordele: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

Ulemper: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

Ulemper: the flight was delayed, boarding was the slowest ever and we received something to drink after 1,5h of flight

Fordele: Crew was ok, But seats so tight, Economy size seats fitted in Business Class and so much wastage of space around seat, very little quantity and quality of food available.The flights to Delhi and Amritsar has more than 60 % Punjab Travelers and there is not even a single movie in Punjabi movie. Fordele: Loved Finnair. Hated Justfly.com. If you own this company, you need to end up like Blockbuster or Circuit City.

Ulemper: If I would have purchased my tickets from Finnair.com, I would have had a much better experience. Kayak found me a good price but purchasing the tickets through Justfly.com was the biggest mistake of my life. The trip ended up costing me $285 more than what I budgeted and there was zero customer ser

Ulemper: Not being to help on the ground in Copenhagen with delta issues

Ulemper: I’m still at the airport. I haven’t gotten back to my final destination yet. The first flight got delayed and the second one left. Everything got messed up.

Fordele: Air China Staff in Malpensa Milan are amazing. Friendly and helpful. Can’t emphasise this enough

Ulemper: Airport staff cannot fix ticket issues Bag has been lost for over 2 weeks and customer relations office advised me to wait 3 months before any compensation is even considered. Had to pay extra $240 to get on the flight because on one was available to correct a ticketing mistake. Horrible airlines

Fordele: Excellent crew. They were looking out for the passenger comfort.

Ulemper: I had a delay in my original flight coming home which caused me to miss my connection from Beijing back to New York. I as well as my fellow passengers received absolutely NO assistance from ground Air China crew either in Ulaanbaatar or in Beijing.

Fordele: Very friendly crew and ground staff. Excellent food onboard, great entertainment system, and it was easy to get some rest. The business class layout is ideal when traveling with a companion.

Ulemper: The seats feel a little cramped due to limited stowage space and a fairly narrow legrest. Lounge in Beijing lacked air conditioning.

Fordele: Crew were very nice. Especially Pan (don't know his last name). Food was good, too. I appreciated having movies to watch from the screen on the seat in front of me.

Ulemper: Too much turbulence! It was quite uncomfortable for a long time. There were not enough comforting announcements from the flight deck to explain it. Crew members need practice in pronouncing English, and louder. Crew volume was too low compared to captain. American movie selection was too limited.

Fordele: The on-flight crew was great, very helpful and friendly.

Ulemper: The check-in staff required me to check my poster (for an academic conference), which has never happened to me or any of my colleagues before because the poster fits on top of luggage in the carry-on bins.

Ulemper: The food could improve and for overnight flights, it would be nice if they could provide blankets. I took 4 flights 2 of them were delayed .
