Treatment is horrible, the people at the front desks are rude to everyone and they treat customers in a very unfair way and rude condescending manner and threatened me and another two not to allow us to get on the flight because of their “sudden rules change”.
Ulemper: The employee’s could be better at treating people. They are the rudest ever. They could offer more than a cup of water on the flight.

Ulemper: The luggage was left behind. After waiting fir a very long time fir the luggage, was informed it was not on the plane to Israel causing missing a train schedule. Many hours extra traveling due to this problem plus no belongings. Very frustrated

Ulemper: Plane could use a deep clean. Entertainment choices were limited in terms of latest blockbusters.
Ulemper: Boarding began 25 min after the indicated time. Huge crowd of people (big Airbus 330) was standing in the corridor in some kind of disorganized manner. Priority entrance was open, but then another 20-25 min in the closed waiting area, some kind of hoarder. Only then the mixture of all passengers was let through the sleeve to the plane. Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights.

Ulemper: no choice of food, little space between the seats, touchscreen and headphones didn't work, for over 8 hours flight this was significant set back

Fordele: I was not put on the plane because they said my seat did not existed! I had purchased my ticket 3 months prior to departure and they said I did not have a seat on the plane due to overbooking. They clearly gave my seat away to someone else and this is not acceptable.
Ulemper: Ethiad was not helpful at all and did not provide any same day help. They’re customer service was absolutely terrible.

Ulemper: The food quality was really bad with no alternatives. All passengers with vegetarian food option were complaining.

Ulemper: Worst ground staff in Abu Dhabi and in LA. Will never fly them again. Were very unhelpful when boarding the flight in Abu Dhabi. In fact they encouraged us to not board and take another flight the next day!!! Worst flying experience ever. Will never fly them again!!!
Fordele: I paid $190 for extra legroom for an economy seat by an exit door, however the remote for the entertainment screen encroached an inch on the already VERY narrow seats - I'm six foot three and 215 pounds and both hips were in full pressing contact against the sides of the seat - TOO NARROW!

Fordele: the flight itself was fine. the crew is professional
Ulemper: They lost my luggage and 4 days later I still don't have it. They are not being very helpful at all in recovering it or taking responsibility for it
Fordele: The flight attendants were kind and attentive and professional. I enjoyed being able to watch movies of my choice. Great selection of entertainment available. Food was good and the Hagen Daze ice cream was a great surprise!
Ulemper: I’m thin but 177cm tall (long legs) so the seats were wide but leg room was uncomfortable for me. Also, the posture of the seats are not good for spinal or neck alignment so, again not comfortable. No support for the lower back and very limited reclinablity.
Fordele: Reverse herringbone seating is always one of my business class seating favorites. The crew was quick and efficient. We arrived on time for both the outgoing and return flights.
Ulemper: Food was lacking. Our outgoing flight had much better food than our return. For example, they provided two or three snack options on the outgoing flight. They only had an asian soup for our return. Since we left at 1:00 am, I slept through the dinner and woke up about six hours later quite hungry.

Fordele: I felt safe on board... the cabin crew members at least got that right. The toilets were clean.
Ulemper: Better entertainment system... better food and more courteous cabin crew members.....
Ulemper: Everything, flight was super late, no explanation whatsoever,
Fordele: We had one of the more legroom seats so that was nice
Ulemper: Everything else. I felt the stewardess from my aisle was extremely rude. She would ask someone a question and obviously they can’t hear her because their watching a movie, so she would wave her hand in their face. Another time she was telling me “excuse me” in German while I was watching a movie. I thought she was speaking to someone else since I did not understand German and then she very rudely said “excuseee me”. The food was not filling and they charged for drinks. She also said I was only allowed one free drink of coffee. The second snack was a cake or cheese sandwhich. We were starving the entire flight we had to give in and pay for snacks on board. I’ll try to avoid eurowings from now on.
Ulemper: Delayed on both legs of the flight plus poor communication relating to why and approximately how long we would have to wait.
Fordele: Check in was easy and they answered my questions about a connecting flight, bags are relatively cheap to check in, and pilot made sure we were able to get to our connecting flight.
Ulemper: Nothing really, just a typical budget flight.
Ulemper: I ordered a flight and a suitcase through the kayak website. I arrived at the airport saying that I had not ordered it. They take a high price at an airport on a suitcase

Ulemper: they want to take extra money because i had a small bag from Duty free!!!!
Fordele: Exelent landing!
Ulemper: My flight was overbooked so I was put on a flight to Almaty then Delhi and now my luggage is lost. I will never fly with Ukraine Intl. Airlines again.
Fordele: Getting off of the plane
Ulemper: This was a discount garbage carrier. I have ridden on cargo boats off the coast of Nicaragua that I would recommend before Xiamen. They don’t give you your connecting boarding pass when you leave the country. You have to go through China’s bullshit customs service three times just to get to your next flight. Chinese customs is like a bowl full of retarted fish smelling their own farts. Six people doing nothing while one blithering idiot Stubles through paperwork.
Fordele: Flew business class. Cabin crew was some of the most attentive I have experienced. Food was very good and nicely presented. Pillows could be better, but had two. Same with blankets. One thick and puffy, the other lighter. Nice for temperature regulation.
Ulemper: First leg lax - Tao delayed almost 3 hours. Fortunately the 2nd leg was delayed 1.5 hours. 3rd leg on this itinerary was also delayed, I could have made the flight, but they gave my seat away. It was a bit of a Charlie Foxtrot rearranging flights and overnighting Hotel. 2.5 hours. A supervisor was needed to sort it all out. We will see if the above was bad circumstances or not. I run the same itinerary in reverse on the way home in a week.
Ulemper: I didn’t realize that Chinese transit visa is needed to transfer at Xiamen airport. When I bought the tickets, I wasn’t notified nor advised to get the Chinese visa. The Xiamen rep at Lax didn’t let me board first and I explained and they gave me the visa waiver paperwork. It was so much of hassle. I’ve laid over many Chinese cities via different airlines and never had any problems. Will not fly again on Xiamen!!
Fordele: The Chinese people were wonderful! But I was required to pass thru security checks 3 times arriving. 3 times transiting and 3 times leaving. At customs, transit and departure. No common sense to their process only"letter of the law". For example I was taking beef jerky to my friends in Thailand but the Chinese security has a meat sniffing dog and they confiscated it as well as the girl in front of me More than $100 worth of jerky. They should have given it back at departure gate. I had to buy more in their duty free shop. Also they cancelled my flight without advising me but did get me on Thai airways later that day. Too much hassle to Transit China
Ulemper: They left my luggages at SeaTac. I am at China right now, and I don’t know when they are going send them to me. All my stuff in the luggage now I have buy everything again.
Fordele: I was finally able to have a working TV. Crew was great again.
Fordele: It was a very cheap flight, so flying the family back to NZ from the UK, for what we paid, it was great.
Ulemper: Plane food was quite average, on the first flight LHR-PEK flight the plane was a bit old and the entertainment system was nearly shot, but the second flight PEK-ALK was a dream liner, which was fantastic. For the price we paid, there was nothing we could complain about, would definitely flay again.

Ulemper: I had to run through Beijing airport because I had 45 minutes for connecting flight-----gate was very far from arriving gate. I am at Bangkok airport now waiting on 2 pieces of lost luggage. Food was not good.

Ulemper: They checked every piece of hand luggage and declined ppl even when there luggage was small enough just because they had no room on the plane, and charged then $80. No leg room, One flight no outlet
