Fordele: There wasn’t much to like. One of the crew members stood out by being helpful; his colleagues were bureaucratic and disengaged.

Ulemper: This was a BA flight. Food in T3 in toronto was a disgrace, and the whole lounge experience was poor. The sleeping arrangements in business class had no privacy; the food onboard was mediocre. The Air CANADA flight on the same route is far better in every respect.

Ulemper: Some features on screen did not work, also seat handle wasnt possible to lower

Fordele: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

Ulemper: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

Fordele: Liked the plug/outlet availablity and the movies.

Ulemper: Did not get up to date info on the final destination of bags. Food inedible, climbed from tarmac up the stairs into the plane, seats super uncomfortable, not enough customer service from flight attendants

Ulemper: More flexibility in terms of upgrading seats and changing flights while at the airport, especially if there is availability.

Fordele: Crew we're friendly and helpful. Seats were good.

Ulemper: Old plane so in-flight entertainment systems didn't work properly in 3 of the 4 seats we occupied.

Fordele: Great seats, great crew.

Ulemper: Was not anything too exciting on Entertainment with regards to movies, but personal choice really.

Ulemper: The guy on the second flight was a bit creepy

Fordele: Greece was amazing. Traveling to the islands made the trip worth while. Highly recommend ensuring ferry tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance so they don’t sale out. The food was amazing (especially the homemade Tzatziki sauce). So much to do, plan accordingly!!

Ulemper: Traveling to Greece in off peak season.

Fordele: The crew was very good.

Ulemper: Food needs to be improved. More space near washrooms and for moving around in long flights should be provided.

Ulemper: More entertainment and food options. Service not in line with price charged for the flight

Fordele: The seat were comfortable.

Ulemper: Crew was cold and and very matter of fact. The food was very so-so. The food items have to be purchased other the food trays served unlike Turkish Airlines and Kuwaiti Airlines.

Ulemper: an excellent early Sunday morning flight to Frankfurt; overnight check-in convenience for large luggage pieces and easy security access to the boarding gates

Ulemper: everything else, nicer crew, newer aircraft with comfort seats, entertainment, more free food and drinks and not only water and some poor sandwich. making problems of every small bag even when the bags are from the duty-free in the airport people had to pay extra for the bag size

Ulemper: Hidden baggage surcharge and additional fees for boarding cards are customer ripoffs...

Ulemper: The seats are non-comfortable; no complimentary water;

Ulemper: they charged  me €102 for my carry on? This all what I carry !! I should have  0ne 7kg km and one 5kg Its 7 kg and same weight in your instruction and I traveled  3 trip with the same bag with your Airline  *(canada to Kiev  . Kiev to Cyprus  . Cyprus to kiev ) No one charged  me or give me any complain  Is that new way to get money  from your costumers???? And that's in the gate after I checked in and

Ulemper: SOME CREW MEMBERS WERE ABIT RUDE. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDE

Fordele: Decent price for economy comfort seat, 4A.

Ulemper: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Ulemper: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Fordele: Loved the smooth ride.

Ulemper: We were told luggage to be collected at vasco de gama. It was unloaded at Bangalore. We then had 13 hours stuck in the airport with our luggage. Had our luggage not been unloaded, as expected, we would have a bit more freedom to move about. My luggage tickets had come off so I had to re-check in in. They then gave me the wrong labels saying i had to check in at internationals. This caused terrible chaos and they did not seem to understand when I tried to explain that going from Bangalore to vasco de gama was domestic. Other than that a pleasant journey.

Fordele: 4 hours delayed and horrible service. I really hate this flight company!!!!

Ulemper: Punctuality and better service. Please let passengers know early of any changes. Utterly shocked.

Fordele: Service by cabin staff.

Ulemper: 1. Changing the boarding gate, 2. Pilot blabbering, 3. Landing.

Fordele: The crew was so helpful and they feed us well. We relieved a snack, a meal, and a desert. The airline left on time and arrived early to my destination. Very enjoyable flight.

Ulemper: Better choice of movies

Ulemper: Losing my bags after a canceled flight was not so nice when my thinks cost more than 1000 euro

Fordele: Great smooth flight, crew were friendly and many movies and shoes to choose from.

Ulemper: Seats are tight and not much leg room for the unfortunate ones who fly Economy class. Food was ok.

Fordele: The on-flight crew was great, very helpful and friendly.

Ulemper: The check-in staff required me to check my poster (for an academic conference), which has never happened to me or any of my colleagues before because the poster fits on top of luggage in the carry-on bins.

Fordele: Crew was amazing.

Ulemper: I was charged $150 to fix somebody's error made in my name. Both Flys.com and Aeroflot denided the error was made on their side.

Ulemper: Leg space is horrible!

Ulemper: I bought my seat assignment in advance, and they did not give me this seat on the plane. Before boarding, I asked at the gate if my new seat was a window--which is what I paid for--and they confirmed yes, my new seat was a window. Turns out, it was not, it was a middle seat. I asked a flight attendant to relocate me to a window seat, which she kindly did, however this seat was quite uncomfortable as I was seated next to a large gentleman who probably should have been required to purchase two seats. Overall, there were two issues with Qatar Airways during this trip: they did not give me the seat I had requested and paid for, and then lied when I asked if my new seat was a window.

Ulemper: Good service and better than average let room and overall seat confirm, which is a big plus on long haul flights. Will definitely choose to fly Qatar again.

Fordele: They help get passengers to seat and with their luggage

Ulemper: They insist to wake you up if sleeping to ask if you want to eat instead of leaving you alone!

Fordele: Absolutely nothing.

Ulemper: Everything. Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers.

Ulemper: Cramped overhead luggage space. Delayed due to technical reasons. Previous flight was completely cancelled.

Fordele: Crew was fantastic!

Ulemper: I wish they would use newer planes on this long route but other than that everything was excellent!
