Fordele: Seats was ok not very comfortable . They don’t understand English . Before food served there is announcement for apologies for not choice. I ask her about food , what is this she said I don’t know. They don’t know what they are serving. It taste was horrible. That was the desert with food.

Ulemper: They have to learn English and serve the better quality of food.

Fordele: Everything is good but there are kids make noisy during the sleeping and no one stop them.

Ulemper: I’ve waited for 2 hours into the flight to get a cup of water . And an hour more to buy a bottle of water. Staff was not nice .

Ulemper: More seat room, better food, drop the damn Russian from announcements

Ulemper: I paid for a carry on bag. Then at the airport in Kiev they charged me again (67 Euro) because I also had a small purse. This is a scam. Everyone should avoid flying Ukraine Airlines as long as they have this policy to cheat customers.

Fordele: The on-flight crew was great, very helpful and friendly.

Ulemper: The check-in staff required me to check my poster (for an academic conference), which has never happened to me or any of my colleagues before because the poster fits on top of luggage in the carry-on bins.

Ulemper: The check in process was confusing as the MIA location required that passengers take luggage to an area away from the ticketing counter, no explanation and almost zero signage. We walked around the airport until we found the location. Truly a horrible experience in MIA. Move to TPA!!

Ulemper: The crew is absolutely unfriendly. I felt down from escalator after registration on the flight. I asked the stewardess to move me to places of increased comfort, as my knee was swollen and I could not bend it. The stewardess answered that they have no competence to transfer me to these places.

Ulemper: My baggage did not arrived to my final destination ( hopp to get it in 48 hours) Int’l Transfer at Moscow AirPort . Long que and only 1 Window open. Moving very slowly. Purchased a Seat by the exit for extra money the Seat was very tight not comfortable at all Some of the crew was real sour no smile no Kind word like a robat Some of the russian passangers has behaved like no man Kind .

Ulemper: They lost my baggage. It is so hard to follow up. Could have been more organized and approachable

Fordele: Very good pilot with landing and takeoff. Crew was ok. Was surprised about the food considering the short trip. Also, they revive silverware for economy class, so that’s definitely a plus

Ulemper: The airplane was a little dirty or outdated shal I say. Entertainment is almost nonexistent.

Ulemper: No one came with drink carts until halfway through the flight. I was very hungry, never offered food. Boarding was late but no communication from staff.

Ulemper: Agent changed our flight to Munich and sent as a email with with confirmation on July 10. involuntary. On July 20. I checked Lufthansa app and found that only flight that was shown was flight Toronto-Thunder Bay. After 3 hours of phoning I found that flight from Munich to Toronto wasn’t available for date that was given us in email. Only option was day earlier or later. Left us to take day earlier and we could not changed last flight( Toronto- Thunder Bay). We had to come on Aug 22. and stay in Toronto for 27 hours and than take a flight to Thunder Bay on Aug 23. We lost a day of our vacation, had to stay at hotel. Not good experience at all. We still don’t know whom to complain about that.

Fordele: Food was absolutely terrible. Worst airline food of any trip I‘ve taken. Service was sparse. One beverage for the entire flight

Fordele: Flight crew was friendly and personable. Liked them very much!

Ulemper: Norwegian ground and boarding crews are terrible. No announcements and help queuing up the boarding crowd. It's in need of training and improvement.

Fordele: Nothing, this was the worst experience ever.

Ulemper: 1) We were removed from business class. 2) no blankets and no pillow (extremely cold) 3) no entertainment 4) no vegetarian food We paid for business btw.

Ulemper: Had to pay the $259.00 to get another flight because my name wasn’t on the flight had to be on the phone for a hour and 28 minutes just to get my name on a flight after I paid over $900.00 on my round trip flight this was an awful experience and did not and will not book any flight ever with these airlines or the company representing them as VAYAMA

Fordele: Amazing crew and great comfort

Ulemper: Entertainment system didn't work. Couldn't hear movie at all with headphones provided and screen very hard to use and just stopped several times. Even after crew reset it twice, still problems.

Fordele: The crew was really great and helpful

Ulemper: Only thing that could have been better was ginger ale.

Fordele: I upgraded to premium economy, worth every dollar. seats were comfortable and reclined quite far.

Fordele: It was the best flight I’ve ever had. Friendly, polite and very careful crew. It was very pleasant to be on board. Clean, nice climate control, no any smell. The food was tasty and on time, the beverages were widely presented from juices to red and white wine or beer...so The time passed quickly

Ulemper: Very long check-in line which went very slow because they charge for printing boarding passes and many people did not have theirs printed, leading to confusion. The fact that they charge for this is pretty ridiculous and scammy--I'm pretty sure they do it just to pull money from people who don't know any better. This information should be more readily available.

Fordele: The crew was great and the flight was on time.

Ulemper: Seats were a little tough.

Ulemper: Two flights on Ukraine Airlines and two late arrivals - both over 30-40 minutes late.

Fordele: Pretty comfortable seats, nice to have blanket/pillow/eye mask/earplugs for overnight flight. Good entertainment choices.

Ulemper: Boarding was terrible - the terminal is overcrowded, and people are crammed at the bottom of an escalator which is extremely dangerous. We needed to take a bus to the plane which is very unusual for an international flight.

Ulemper: Airport staff cannot fix ticket issues Bag has been lost for over 2 weeks and customer relations office advised me to wait 3 months before any compensation is even considered. Had to pay extra $240 to get on the flight because on one was available to correct a ticketing mistake. Horrible airlines

Ulemper: Many delays boarding plane. No entertainment at all on a flight longer than 3 hours is insane. Flight crew are great, though.

Ulemper: I could not make it for the 1st part of my journey due to personal circumstances. There was no notification from Lufthansa that my return journey would be been cancelled as well. I found out 1 hour before the actual flight. Was offered a replacement ticket for over £900. Bought a new one with BA.

Fordele: The flight attendants were friendly, caring and helpful. Especially when we were leaving

Ulemper: It might be a vegetarian option in menu included, instead of need to order it in advance. It might be a nice soft music while boarding- the passengers will be more relaxed.

Fordele: Great gifts for children! However, there was no food for kids - apparently, I was supposed to request it in advance. This is something new, and I wish we were notified as soon as we purchased the ticket. We flew to Moscow in Sept. 2018 as well, and child's meal was provided without special requests.

Ulemper: When I bought the ticket, it looked like 2 seats near the window or wall, but in reality there were 3 seats in the middle. The flight was comfortable but not what I expected. If I knew those were 3-people seats, I would've picked something closer to the front of the plane.

Fordele: all procedures at both airports took 15 minutes

Ulemper: Nothing. The plane was clean, everything was on time, and everyone was polite and professional.

Fordele: Food was really good, staff was helpful and friendly and there was more legroom that I've often experienced. Also - flight was NOT packed - there was actually an empty mid-row seat!

Fordele: MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras.

Ulemper: Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges.

Fordele: The crew was great with kids. Very friendly and helpful.

Ulemper: Petiole are treated spending $1000 on a trip as poor with very uncomfortable seats and mediocre food
