Ulemper: The temperature in the plane was freezing, and there were no blankets. The crew couldn't control passengers that did not follow the flight rules.

Ulemper: The seats are non-comfortable; no complimentary water; the company requires 15 Euro for a hand luggage and for each duty-free bag even though we bought economy tickets which include 2 piece of hand baggage and duty-free. They claims that our tickets are "economy-light" (it was not written anywhere).

Fordele: Crew was nice.

Ulemper: They charged me double for a carry on suitcase and threatened me as I was boarding with calling security because I was arguing with them that I'd already paid for luggage...

Fordele: We have been upgraded to business class, so that was really great experience

Ulemper: Nothing here.

Ulemper: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Ulemper: Ran out of business class meal. Substituted a Econ class.

Fordele: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Ulemper: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Ulemper: There were no fans or AC running before takeoff and we had to sit in a hot plane for an hour. My seat wouldn't stay reclined. My child's entertainment system froze early on and no one fixed it. One of the toilet seats was broken. Airport checkin lines were very poorly managed.

Ulemper: The aircraft looked new. However the seat widths seemed small. Awkward recline as well. The seats were just not comfortable.

Fordele: Staff was very friendly and loved the food.

Ulemper: For economy class, nothing.

Fordele: Everything was excellent on this flight.

Ulemper: Maybe the food menu? But it wasn't bad.

Ulemper: We’ve missed this flight due to a medical emergency. Called before the flight took off to advise on the situation and ask for help to rebook the same flight later once the health status is stable. Have been told that there is absolutely nothing that can be done to be partially partially refunded at least for the 2nd flight that had to be catched after over 30 hours, which is unacceptable.

Fordele: The on-flight crew was great, very helpful and friendly.

Ulemper: The check-in staff required me to check my poster (for an academic conference), which has never happened to me or any of my colleagues before because the poster fits on top of luggage in the carry-on bins.

Ulemper: Same as ALWAYS - Beijing baggage pickup is an absolute joke. Takes forever and it is generally mayhem in the baggage hall. They really need to get ahold of this space and the behaviour of Chinese travelers.

Fordele: Due to my religious faith I had booked special meals on Turkish Airlines. ( isegnent - Turkey to Washington DC ). Not only did the crew decline having my food reservation but they forced me to have food totally against my faith. Not sure if he airlines is biased against religions

Fordele: The crew was good, helpful and attentive. Boarding was flawless.

Ulemper: The TV touchscreen was not working neither for me nor for my neighbor. The third one in a row was functional, though, but it was not ours. :) The food, snacks, drinks were very limited and on the low-budget.

Fordele: the seat is not so comfortable for old people. Mom was sitting between two people and could not move .Crew were vert nice and helpful

Ulemper: The TVs in economy class weren’t working and it was an 8 hour flight so it would have been nice to have some entertainment during that time

Ulemper: The TVs weren’t working on the seats for the duration of the 8 hour flight. Some of them were working for other customers and we pointed it out to some of the flight attendants but they took no action

Fordele: The crew was so helpful and they feed us well. We relieved a snack, a meal, and a desert. The airline left on time and arrived early to my destination. Very enjoyable flight.

Ulemper: The transfer from international flights to domestic is difficult. I came to Guangzhou with a joint flight of Turkish airlines and China southern but there was no one at the airport when we landed to inform us how to transfer our luggage to the domestic flights and how to check in. Considering I don’t know Chinese, this was tough.

Ulemper: Qatar’s food is great! Feels like five star dining. Attendants are helpful and friendly.

Ulemper: I bought my seat assignment in advance, and they did not give me this seat on the plane. Before boarding, I asked at the gate if my new seat was a window--which is what I paid for--and they confirmed yes, my new seat was a window. Turns out, it was not, it was a middle seat. I asked a flight attendant to relocate me to a window seat, which she kindly did, however this seat was quite uncomfortable as I was seated next to a large gentleman who probably should have been required to purchase two seats. Overall, there were two issues with Qatar Airways during this trip: they did not give me the seat I had requested and paid for, and then lied when I asked if my new seat was a window.

Fordele: There wasn’t much to like. One of the crew members stood out by being helpful; his colleagues were bureaucratic and disengaged.

Ulemper: This was a BA flight. Food in T3 in toronto was a disgrace, and the whole lounge experience was poor. The sleeping arrangements in business class had no privacy; the food onboard was mediocre. The Air CANADA flight on the same route is far better in every respect.

Ulemper: I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.
