Fordele: I have liked Norwegian ever since I first flew with them. So my meal was something I ordered and looked forward too on a long 8.5 hour flight. I actually tell everyone that it is my favorite airline
Ulemper: Even though I paid the fifty pounds for extra bag and "nice and tasty" food they didn't bring it as they said it was not on my ticket. When I asked where my food was, long after everyone had been fed, they brought me what was left over. A spaghetti and chicken which was warm and not "tasty" and I do not normally eat chicken. It was the only thing left. For the breakfast snack they also forget me until I asked again. The the "nice and tasty" meal was very sad and disappointing. And when I have travelled with Norwegian before the meal and entertainment were excellent. Also when I arrived in Barcelona "transit" to Newark there was no one advising up where to go! They dropped us en mass at the immigration which was huge and packed with long, long lines. When I asked people in uniform where transit was they told me I had to go through immigration! An hour later when I went to the immigration booth, the officer took me directly upstairs to another security check and then I was told to wait in an area and my flight would be called. Nothing. And when I went to the flight they said my bags were unloaded! All the Norwegian offices and checkin were closed for the night. My phone would not work there and finally I found wifi and called Norwegian in London, They gave me numbers and company names to call. But there no one to be found or connected to. At seven o'clock the next morning when Norwegian opened I was able to be put on the next flight on Sunday, two days later. A terrible transit like I have never experienced before.
Fordele: It was a fairly quick boarding, even though we left 20 minutes later than expected. The wifi on board did not work. The flight was comfortable and went by quite fast.
Ulemper: I didn't enjoy the fact that 30 minutes before boarding there was already a tremendous queue. Even though this queue had formed, they somehow managed to take long enough to leave late.
Fordele: boarding was organized
Ulemper: I realize you have good prices but seriously making people pay for water, coffee, blankets etc. will be a determ factor if I have a choice to use another airline next time. Also the staff was rude

Ulemper: Momondo sold me a so called 'go light' ticket (not disclosed anywhere though) meaning that only 1pc of carry on was allowed! No checked bags unless purchased. Could not see on the price of my ticket that this was the type of new generation low quality tickets. So tired of momondo.

Ulemper: Not terribly comfortable seats but for short haul flights, just fine.
Fordele: If I can give this airline negative stars, I would.
Ulemper: Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process.
Fordele: The Low price of the tickets.
Ulemper: The flight was a bit delayed. Upon check in, I was charged 20€ for one small luggage that I had whereas I am suppose to be entitled to 1 free hand carry luggage. Many passengers were surprised and upset including me. I will NOT be booking a flight with Ryanair anymore!

We had to fly for more than 24 hours in one day(time change). We missed part of our family function. It's been an exhausting trip

Ulemper: Delayed flight, almost missed connection, told on first flight had to check carry-on then they lost our luggage on the connection, cramped seats, but i did pay for the cheapest seats

Fordele: I spent 5 hours on the phone and they didn’t help me. They couldn’t even help me the book so I just lost 700 dollars when trying to change a flight.
Ulemper: Worst experience in all areas. The phones calls were brutal and no one could help me and then someone could and then they cousltnnagain. No one could find a flight. Took so long for them to look stuff up etc.
Fordele: There's nothing much to like. You're lucky if you have a nice crew which was the case. It's extremely expensive for a low-cost airline who pretends to be a full service airlines because they have a "business class" cabin. Seats are ok. Same as LH or LX
Ulemper: Be like Swiss or Lufthansa. Charge less and give free water and snacks

Ulemper: My biggest complaint is for the exhorbitant baggage fees—€100 for two bags is ridiculous. Also, one of the crew was rather testy with us when we first boarded (unprovoked), then came to us a few minutes later to say something nice to sort of make up for it.

Fordele: Everyone was super nice, just a bad system.
Ulemper: My ticket included a bag, but they charged me for it again at the airport. I sent in supporting docs to the feed back section on the website requesting a refund for the extra I have paid
Fordele: Not much! Boarding was a nightmare, nobody knew which was the gate and actually they never put it up on the depatscreen. I felt like cattle!
Ulemper: Get organized! Let the passengers know the gate, board by zones instead of a cattle call 45min. before boarding and having to endure the pushing and shoving during this time. Getting in an airplane where people are trying to find a place for their belongings, not finding any and clogging the way.
Fordele: Was on time and staff is always great
Fordele: Pilot was good, Dreamliner comfy and the flight was smooth despite some bad weather. But the flight attendants on this airline are terrible. A flight attendant dropped something in a passenger's lap not once, but twice. Seemed annoyed when I asked the for things. Horrible you charge for water, also

Ulemper: Wheelchair assistance was not available. Waited over an hour to have someone assist us, but no one came. Once getting to security, assistance was still nowhere to be found.
Fordele: Nothing, unfortunately. Crazy boarding and deplaning process. Definitely not worth the ticket price discount. Wouldn’t ever do it again. Really horrible.

Ulemper: Boarding was slow and made us just stand in line for an hour, there was no food or water on the plane, we waited an hour to take off and then another hour when we landed. Norwegian is the worst airline I have flown.
Fordele: We were delayed. Did good time still.... nice and polite flight crew..
Fordele: Very professional and friendly staff. Flight was around 1am and there was no pushing of raffles and so on just left us alone to rest during the flight. Mood lighting on aircraft was great as well.

Ulemper: The hot meal was awful! Even the stewardess wasn't sure what some of it was!

Ulemper: I was charged 70 Euros per bag for two bags a total of 140,00 Euros which is more than the airfare per person for flying one way from Tallinn, Estonia to Stuttgart, Germany. I had no other option except cancel the trip which was not an option and so I paid. There should be some fairness! Rampur

Fordele: The legroom on the plane was good. The canin crew very friendly and service good. Flight was generally very comfortable.

Ulemper: I booked my flight on the 5th of July, an email was sent to me stating that the boarding pass will be sent within 4 hours, it wasn't sent to me. I tried checking in on the website, it gave me an error message that online checkin ended on the 4th of July. when i went to the airport, they asked me to pay a checkin fee, and when I told the staff member about my issue she said she needed proof, I couldn't pull mu email out at that moment to show her and the flight was almost there. so i paid €55. I would appreciate a refund

Ulemper: Marginally confusing online check in instructions. Gate attendant wasn’t helpful and tried to charge us 55 euro to check in. Everything is ala carte but I understood that when buying the ticket. Flight was more than 1 hr late. Gate attendant was rude and gave wrong information. Boarding process was not well managed. Made it to destination with bags.

Ulemper: Unfortunately the seal with extra legroom was comparable with a standard seat from other mid-distance airlines. The food & drink service was only from very limited quality. There was no entertainment on the seat, only with wi-fi oboard on your own handheld.
Fordele: Almost 2 hours delay, crew couldn't confirm if our connection flight in Cologne will wait for us. It was very stressful.

Ulemper: There wasn't enough seating at the gate, people (the elderly included) had to sit on the floor or stand for quite some time as boarding started well after the gate closing time printed on the boarding pass.

Fordele: Boarding was smooth with slight delay getting on the bus to the plane on the tarmac. No other issues at all. Crew was respectful and nice.
Ulemper: Couldn’t check bags until 2 hours before flight. Flight was about 45 minutes late. Cost to check bags was high, over 30 euros.

Ulemper: The seat space was cramped, I paid extra to reserve my seat but it doesn't do you any favours. The aeroplane was old and needed modernisation. It was lacking in basics like netting/storage on the back of the seat Infront. Budget airline is a budget airline I guess.

Fordele: I’ve flown with various airlines and must say that I was very impressed with this crew. I guess it was because they all were young and didn’t füdisplay burnout as so many other flight attendants show when dealing with their customers.

Ulemper: The seat i was in had many stains on it and there was garbage under my seat. Someone needs to clean better... Also, need to look at passengers more closely as at least 2 still had cell phones on at take off

Ulemper: vegetarian dish was very poor. main dish was ok but quite small, the light dish (breakfast?) was just a piece of bread, might as well not serve anything. Entertainment was very poor, limited selection of movies and very silly tv shows.
