Ulemper: "Too short a connection between flights. Missed connection. No priority for those with connecting flights. No customer service to ensure passengers know which gates to go through and if passenger has chance of making flight. No recognition of time it takes to get through customs and security to make connecting flight. Actually any semblance of customer service was lacking for passengers to make connecting flights."

Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"

Fordele: "flyturen i sig selv var fin men var forsinket."
Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "Missed connection flight in Chicago due to a technical delay in Munich, the tank vehicle had a defect and the ground power in Chicago went out. It is now the 4 th time that we got stranded in Chicago. So Condor, Lufthansa and Chicago are getting on our shitlist......"

Ulemper: "Couldn't check in online and because I booked pretty late, didn't get the seat choice I wanted. I purchased the flight via the Lufthansa site, but then on check-in, I found out that the first segment was SAS, so neither the Lufthansa site nor the SAS site let me check in online."

Ulemper: "We were put on standby. We expected our names to be called for seat assignments but we didn’t expect we could just swipe our boarding pass and our seat assignment would show. It’s a nice feature but I didn’t like that it wasn’t clearly explained to us."

Ulemper: "United charged me a Bagage fee of 25 dollars and they where not supposed to since it was a international flight. The knowledge of the agent was not very good. Now I will have to write to Lufthansa and hoping they will reemburse me."

Ulemper: "Passport control in Frankfurt doesn't open until 530a so we all had to wait in line. The TV monitor was not as sensitive and would fall easily downwards sometimes."

Ulemper: "after the fact, improperly disclosed baggage charge excessive and no opportunity to pay on line and avoid the charge at the airport."

Ulemper: "Check in very confusing, switched gates on me but I didn’t get the text until later, after take off. No announcement over the PA system in the airport. If my son, who was picking me up, hadn’t been tracking my flight, I would have missed it."

Ulemper: "This was the coldest flight I ever flew- the temperature was probably in the 50s. For 9 hours when even 3 blankets were not enough to keep us to a decent temperature. Also the crew was very cold and dismissive. They were very aggressive towards two other passengers."

Fordele: "Brand new plane, pleasant attentive staff. Delayed leaving but most of time made up. Since plane was new everything was clean and worked well *including audio, good movie selection too."

Ulemper: "The business class is not really a business class, and the chairs are not comfortable. Moreover, there was no entertainment. During the boarding there was no distinction between Business and Economy class. There should be an opportunity for business class to board at any time."

Ulemper: "One flight assistant seemed a bit gruff and impatient compared to the others . Also food was nothing special. We could have used more water offerings and trash pickups during the flight afterwards the cabin was a mess."

Fordele: "Efficiency...I sat three rows behind the crying babies...but with ear phones...had a pleasant flight"
Ulemper: "Once again - the connecting flights through Frankfurt are difficult because of the size of the airport and the location of the gates. Make certain there is enough time between flights to get to new gate. Use extra time to purchase some of the excellent food items"

Fordele: "I had a very short (perfect timing) stopover on my way to Bucharest."
Ulemper: "Dirty plane, apparently not cleaned from the previous flight, since there were crumbs everywhere on the floor.... Unfriendly crew, non accommodating, not helpful, or not even following on questions/ requests from passengers. I don't expect a luxurious meal for an economy class ticket, but the food could have been better ( and it is - with other airlines). Some fresher bread - and more eatable - would have been very good. The movie selection was poor - only old, badly rated movies. I know it can be way better than this - with other airlines. Overall I was unpleasantly surprised - very surprised."

Ulemper: "When you book BA and end up with Iberia, that’s definitely not what you want..."

Fordele: "Friendly crew, comfortable seats, good boarding process!"

Fordele: "Almost nothing."
Ulemper: "Allow field research of all terminals to best decide for the next flight to book. If I were 3 seconds off and not running on my last leg to Naga, I would have been stuck in Manila for the entire duration of my trip."

Ulemper: "Lost luggage. Took one hour waiting for my luggage in vain, and file the report of missing luggage."

Ulemper: "Food, all flights—ugh!! Basically bad school lunches."

Fordele: "Nothing. Iberia wouldn’t let me on the plane."
Ulemper: "Iberia could have checked us in and if we had been unable to get on that particular flight could have put us on a different flight instead of just telling us we were out of $360 and we would have to pay full price for a new ticket."

Ulemper: "The seats are amazingly narrow and uncomfortable for 5 hours flight."

Ulemper: "Todo estuvo excelente!!!"

Ulemper: "Phone chargers did not function"

Fordele: "It was fine."
Ulemper: "Seats are a little crammed."

Fordele: "Clean and fairly new aircraft. Good flight"

Ulemper: "The aircraft was not full. Passengers were staggered, but not staggered enough. People were assigned aisle seats (normally a good thing), but the person in front of me kept her seat fully reclined, squashing me in and making the 10 hr flight most uncomfortable. No soap in one of the lavs"

Ulemper: "The space between seats was just microscopic. I’m 6ft tall and I really had a bad time in those 2h30, all twisted and unconfortable."

Fordele: "Great food on this long haul flight. Business class lounge was nice. On time flight."

Ulemper: "We booked flights with more than 75 mins connection time in Madrid but then the airline changed their schedule which reduced our connection to less than 55 mins. I was traveling alone with my 5 & 7 year old and we had to run non-stop from our 1st domestic flight to the international one, changing terminals, passing passport control (huge lines), and another security. No help from Iberia at all in terms of providing any assistance like a shuttle bus, quick passage thru passport or security. And they were nonchalant in terms of “if you miss your connecting flight, it’s your problem...”. Come on, we paid $4,500 for 3 tickets, and deserve better customer service than this, specially when you changed the flight schedule for your operational reasons!"

Ulemper: "A cup of water given anywhere else for free was not provided. There was no entertainment. The plane was old and seats very uncomfortable"

Fordele: "Boarding and deplaning was done in a fast and orderly fashion. Crew members were polite and services were done in a coordinated manner. The food quality and quantity was good. The entertainment system and availability of options was very good. Seats were spacious and the blanket provided was very nice."

Fordele: "No issues — all good. Departure & arrival times as scheduled. Food & entertainment marks are low b/c they don’t apply (there should be an N/A selection as an option)."

Fordele: "The flight is barley an hour so nothing was served. I was glad I had water on me. Other wise it was a easy flight"
Ulemper: "It was hard to hear the woman when we were boarding."

Ulemper: "Not even a tiny snack as complimentary for a 3h flight."

Fordele: "Nothing, the trip was terrible, the seats were awful and I had no chance to change them as I had to contact the third party. On line booking and seats reservation weren’t possible either cause I wasn’t buying the tickets directly with the company."
Ulemper: "Anything, terrible flights as they gave us terrible seats."

Ulemper: "Baggage lost is constantly a problem with Jerez Airport!"

Fordele: "On time. Polite crew. Plenty of USB chargers."
Ulemper: "Crowded waiting area. Seats do not recline. Expensive food on board. Entertaining is only for people who sign-up to ‘another’ website. Iberia already has too many websites, users and passwords."

Fordele: "Entertainment package consisting of up-to-date TV shows/ series and movies that have recently been released. The time passed by faster than expected with this. The meal plan was better than some restaurants. With Meatballs being the main course followed by rice & veggies and finished with the sugar cake."
Ulemper: "Having the seat by the bathroom. Even though passengers were instructed not to form a line, they did and were encroaching in my personal space for the majority of the flight. Though this is not an airline issue, it did effect the comfort of the 4.6hr flight."

Ulemper: "Did not offer water and seats were very uncomfortable."

Fordele: "The flight was quick."
Ulemper: "It was incredibly close."

Ulemper: "There were no vegetarian/pescatarian meals available so I literally ate bread rolls for dinner & the tv audio was broken. I paid $40 for 45 MB of WIFI so that I could work and the internet lasted about 10 minutes. i couldn't even send an email within that time. The tv screen itself kept flipping back down to the aisle. Finally, the temperature was freezing & the bathrooms were disgusting."

Ulemper: "Take off was delayed for six hours and Iberia's representative in Madrid told me me missing my train to Valencia is not their problem and Iberia will not reimburse me for the train nor the Iberia flight I had to take to get to Valencia. I've been an Iberia's customer for many years. Horrible customer service and poor airline service. Shame"

Fordele: "Entertainment was great, great food! You can't beat the price of the ticket."
Ulemper: "When I arrived I was greeted by a "what up." Instead of a professional "Hello." The man who helped me at MIA was rude and threw my passport in my face when he told me I needed a return ticket. After I booked another ticket for return.. I presented myself to another counter staff."

Fordele: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "Doctor recommended not to travel but no credit given."

Fordele: "Nice people. New air plane Good movie Excellent service"

Ulemper: "Wasn't informed about this being an American airlines flight. No prior information given. Restroom in the plane was dirty and smelly. Did not give me a landing card even when told that I don't have a UK passport."

Ulemper: "They lost our four bags. Three were found two days later. One bag we never saw again on vacation so had to buy a fourth of the stuff a family of four had to survive in Europe for a month. Bag was eventually found and sent to our home in US. Iberia had connecting flight to Berlin so close to arrival in Madrid that we barely made it on flight and bags never did. We will never fly iberia again."

Ulemper: "Poor film and tv selection, the majority from Fox. That's very limiting. Ear buds very bad quality w sound inly comeing through one bud."

Ulemper: "Very pleased with overall service and hospitality"

Fordele: "Ok"
Ulemper: "Ok"

Fordele: "Nothing stood out."
Ulemper: "Late. Ineffective boarding - announcement said we would board by row, but actual boarding was by mass crowding, with no attempt by crew to improve matters. No recognition of dwindling baggage storage space meant that I had to cram my suitcase under the seat, and spend the 2.5 hour flight with my legs jammed against it."

Ulemper: "4 hours too late"

Fordele: "Flights were on time"
Ulemper: "Business class service, there were no pre flight drinks served. There was no entertainment."

Fordele: "I liked that I made it from Marrakech to Madrid in one piece."
Ulemper: "Everything. People were getting up, switching seats, in people's way, screaming over other passengers. The crew MAYBE twice said something to the passengers but essentially washed their hands of it. They just let them run amuck. Even when going through some turbulence the pilot came on to tell everyone to sit down. No one did, but the air stewards also didn't say anything. Do you know what it's like to have an unwanted man's private area in your face for several minutes while he holds a conversation, though you ask him to move, but he continues? It's disrespectful. Then when boarding, they opened the front and back doors, so people were coming in both ways. People in seat 7A were coming from the back to the front and people in 23C were coming from the front to the back. Literally a handful of people on this flight had consideration for others and let them pass. Others were just shoving their way through, or exhaustively waiting for someone to finally stop talking and get in their seat, so they could pass. It was a nightmare. And still, the crew did nothing."

Ulemper: "Cabin crew very unhelpful and unfriendly. Food terrible. Entertainment very lackluster and obscure."

Fordele: "It got me hone."
Ulemper: "Very small seats we were not given any snacks or drinks."

Fordele: "Guests were boarded quickly. Crew was friendly."
Ulemper: "Food was tasteless and bland. Crew was not very attentive."

Ulemper: "You get on a flight and you can't even get water without paying for it. How cheap can you get. I got better service from Ryan Air."
