Fra den 23. november har alle rejsende (herunder børn) fra Albanien, Andorra, Argentina, Armenien, Aruba, Østrig, Bahrain, Belgien, Belize, Bosnien-Hercegovina, Bulgarien, Kap Verde, Colombia, Costa Rica, Kroatien, Cypern, Tjekkiet, Danmark, Estland, Frankrig, Fransk Polynesien, Georgien, Tyskland, Gibraltar, Grækenland, Guam, Ungarn, Island, Irland, Italien, Jordan, Kuwait, Letland, Libanon, Libyen, Liechtenstein, Litauen, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova , Monaco, Marokko, Holland, Nordmakedonien, Norges, palæstinensisk territorium, Panama, Polen, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Rumænien, Rusland, San Marino, Serbien, Slovakiet, Slovenien, St.Martin, Sverige, Schweiz, Tunesien, UAE, Storbritannien, Ukraine og USA pligt til at fremlægge en lægeerklæring med et negativt COVID-19 TMA, LAMP eller PCR testresultat udstedt inden for 72 timer før ankomst, med undtagelse af rejsende, der ankommer fra Azorerne i Portugal Rogaland, More og Romsdal, Nordland, Viken, Innlandet, Vestfold og Telemark, Agder, Vestland, Trondelag eller Troms og Finnmarkin i Norge; Kitri, Ionia Nisia, Dytiki Ellada eller Sterea Ellada i Grækenland; Færøerne eller Grønland. Ved ankomsten kan der foretages stikprøvekontrol for at bekræfte, at rejsende har gennemgået en COVID-19 PCR-, TMA- eller LAMP-test og har reageret negativt. Der kan udstedes en minimumsbøde på 3.000 EUR til enhver, der ikke overholder reglerne. Rejsende skal også gennemgå en temperaturkontrol og en visuel helbredsundersøgelse. Fra den 14. november skal rejsende, der besøger De Kanariske Øer og er booket på et reguleret overnatningssted, fremvise en negativ COVID-19-test, som er taget senest 72 timer tidligere, når de tjekker ind på deres overnatningssted, downloade og aktivere Radar COVID-anmeldelses appen for ophold på alle dage på øerne. Børn under 7 år er fritaget for disse krav. De regionale myndigheder på Balearerne (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera) har indført tre kontrolfaser for indenlandske ankommende til øerne med skib eller fly ud over dem, der gælder for internationale ankommende til Spanien. Alle turister, der ankommer fra eller via regioner i Spanien med en kumulativ forekomst af virusset på 150 tilfælde pr. 100.000 indbyggere eller derover, skal fremvise en negativ PCR eller TMA udført inden for 72 timer før ankomst. Der opkræves en bøde på op til 3.000 EUR for alle, der ankommer uden en gyldig test. Personer med begrundet rejseårsag skal udfylde en erklæring og foretage en antigentest ved ankomsten til lufthavnen eller havnen eller skal underkastes en 10-dages karantæne. Personer, der bor på Balearerne, skal have en PCR inden for 72 timer før deres ankomst, eller blive testet ved ankomsten eller gennemgå en 10-dages karantæne.

Rejsende, der rejser gennem Spanien via en spansk lufthavn på vej til deres endelige bestemmelsessted, gælder ikke ovennævnte krav til PCR, TMA eller LAMP-test og sundhedskontrolformular for at komme ind i landet. De bør dog være rede til at dokumentere deres videre rejse, f.eks. flybilletter til deres endelige bestemmelsessted. De restriktioner, som Spanien har indført for passagerrejser fra Storbritannien fra den 22. december til 19. januar, kan også gælde for dem der rejser gennem Spanien til andre internationale rejsemål.

Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "Dirty plane, apparently not cleaned from the previous flight, since there were crumbs everywhere on the floor.... Unfriendly crew, non accommodating, not helpful, or not even following on questions/ requests from passengers. I don't expect a luxurious meal for an economy class ticket, but the food could have been better ( and it is - with other airlines). Some fresher bread - and more eatable - would have been very good. The movie selection was poor - only old, badly rated movies. I know it can be way better than this - with other airlines. Overall I was unpleasantly surprised - very surprised."

Ulemper: "We booked flights with more than 75 mins connection time in Madrid but then the airline changed their schedule which reduced our connection to less than 55 mins. I was traveling alone with my 5 & 7 year old and we had to run non-stop from our 1st domestic flight to the international one, changing terminals, passing passport control (huge lines), and another security. No help from Iberia at all in terms of providing any assistance like a shuttle bus, quick passage thru passport or security. And they were nonchalant in terms of “if you miss your connecting flight, it’s your problem...”. Come on, we paid $4,500 for 3 tickets, and deserve better customer service than this, specially when you changed the flight schedule for your operational reasons!"

The entertainment system and availability of options was very good. Seats were spacious and the blanket provided was very nice."

Fordele: "Entertainment package consisting of up-to-date TV shows/ series and movies that have recently been released. The time passed by faster than expected with this. The meal plan was better than some restaurants. With Meatballs being the main course followed by rice & veggies and finished with the sugar cake."
Ulemper: "Having the seat by the bathroom. Even though passengers were instructed not to form a line, they did and were encroaching in my personal space for the majority of the flight. Though this is not an airline issue, it did effect the comfort of the 4.6hr flight."

Ulemper: "There were no vegetarian/pescatarian meals available so I literally ate bread rolls for dinner & the tv audio was broken. I paid $40 for 45 MB of WIFI so that I could work and the internet lasted about 10 minutes. i couldn't even send an email within that time. The tv screen itself kept flipping back down to the aisle. Finally, the temperature was freezing & the bathrooms were disgusting."

I've been an Iberia's customer for many years. Horrible customer service and poor airline service. Shame"
Fordele: "Entertainment was great, great food! You can't beat the price of the ticket."
Ulemper: "When I arrived I was greeted by a "what up." Instead of a professional "Hello." The man who helped me at MIA was rude and threw my passport in my face when he told me I needed a return ticket. After I booked another ticket for return.. I presented myself to another counter staff."

Ulemper: "Wasn't informed about this being an American airlines flight. No prior information given. Restroom in the plane was dirty and smelly. Did not give me a landing card even when told that I don't have a UK passport."
Ulemper: "They lost our four bags. Three were found two days later. One bag we never saw again on vacation so had to buy a fourth of the stuff a family of four had to survive in Europe for a month. Bag was eventually found and sent to our home in US. Iberia had connecting flight to Berlin so close to arrival in Madrid that we barely made it on flight and bags never did. We will never fly iberia again."
Ulemper: "Poor film and tv selection, the majority from Fox. That's very limiting. Ear buds very bad quality w sound inly comeing through one bud."

Ulemper: "Late. Ineffective boarding - announcement said we would board by row, but actual boarding was by mass crowding, with no attempt by crew to improve matters. No recognition of dwindling baggage storage space meant that I had to cram my suitcase under the seat, and spend the 2.5 hour flight with my legs jammed against it."

Ulemper: "Business class service, there were no pre flight drinks served. There was no entertainment."
Fordele: "I liked that I made it from Marrakech to Madrid in one piece."
Ulemper: "Everything. People were getting up, switching seats, in people's way, screaming over other passengers. The crew MAYBE twice said something to the passengers but essentially washed their hands of it. They just let them run amuck. Even when going through some turbulence the pilot came on to tell everyone to sit down. No one did, but the air stewards also didn't say anything. Do you know what it's like to have an unwanted man's private area in your face for several minutes while he holds a conversation, though you ask him to move, but he continues? It's disrespectful. Then when boarding, they opened the front and back doors, so people were coming in both ways. People in seat 7A were coming from the back to the front and people in 23C were coming from the front to the back. Literally a handful of people on this flight had consideration for others and let them pass. Others were just shoving their way through, or exhaustively waiting for someone to finally stop talking and get in their seat, so they could pass. It was a nightmare. And still, the crew did nothing."
