Fordele: "Seat space continued to be better than BA. Nice surprise to get an evening meal on the last leg to Rome. I actually was able to sleep a bit on this smaller airplane as well. Crew went out of its way to help people board and load bags overhead. They seemed very attentive, and tried to provide extra drink options even."
Ulemper: "Boarding process at IST was a challenge. We left from a remote gate, and the agent didn't seem interested in the boarding process. I heard no announcements, maybe because it didn't matter as everyone was crowding the door 15 minutes before boarding began. The agent seemed perturbed, but I've seen it on almost every Italian bound flight. No one wants to wait. It is actually a bit amusing to watch the struggle between boarding policies and a group of people who seem determined to ignore them. The buses were also pretty well packed. More so in Rome than IST. Not much organization in loading at either place. After all the passport control they left us to walk outside to wait for the bus. Maybe you can tell I'm not a fan of remote gates."

Flight attendants were borderline rude and bossy, but they had to be, because the passengers were loud and unruly."

My grandmother needed a wheel chair and the lady who took her did not allow any of us to stay with her , mind you my grandmother can't speak English. The lady also told us that she didn't need the passport or her boarding pass ??? Because of that my grandmother almost got lost , we had to wait for her for an eternity. She got very scared and very upset for what you guys did . She is an old lady and it was one of her worst experiences of her life"

Ulemper: "Specialty food requested - reduced sugar because there is just too much sugar in airline food generally. Pretty awful. Some kind of (I think) pickled cabbage and carrots slaw was inedible. Plain yogurt was awful, needed something! Nuts, just a little bit of dried fruit would help."

Ulemper: "They were delayed. They wouldn't let us keep our checked sized bags which slowed us down even more. Our next flight left without us while we were waiting for a gate to open so we could get off the plane. There were no more flights so we had to fly to an alternate city and rent a car to get home."

They were super friendly, efficient, thorough, assited the elderly on the flight, and continuously cleaned the cabin. they helped people organize the bags in overhead ducts and always had a smile. They should be the standard for service on all flights. Excellent job."

Ulemper: "The fact my flight was delayed three times...First delta said it was technical(mechanical) issues then sis it was the weather then said it was mechanical issues due to the weather. There were no compensation of the inconvenience it cause the customers."
Fordele: "The woman who helped us at the desk by the gate was possibly the single most helpful, kind Delta employee I’ve ever met. She wheeled me down the jetway and upgraded our seats. I wish I knew her name. She has very curly dark blonde hair and is petite."

Ulemper: "Why do parents with infants choose to sit in First Class. Crying babies are not appreciated when I’ve paid a lot of money for a First Class experience. The parents in the sears behind me had a child who cried & cried. It was a real spoiler for me. I enjoyed eveeeythinf about the First Class experience except that."

Ulemper: "We landed at 2:14 p.m. but did not get our luggage until 3:38 p.m., with "priority" because we were traveling business class. Dozens of bags that were not "priority" preceded ours."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed just as we were about to board at 5:30. There was a mechanical problem and we were changed to another plane and another gate, which was supposed to take off at 6:30. It was boarded and ready to go around 7:00. Then....we taxied down the runway only to stop because of a situation on THIS plane (a light that did not go off). It was fixed pretty quickly and meanwhile a rep. from Delta boarded the plane, apologizing for our inconvenience and handed out Jolly Ranchers. REALLY? After that, she and the flight attendants did give us a free drink/headset coupon. That would have been nice but it expires Dec. 2017 and the flight attendant stopped serving drinks about half way down the aisle because the flight was so short. The coupon will be of no use to me. I finally got to Raleigh about 9:30...I booked the flight so I wouldn't have to drive at night.. Sigh....Delta used to be my favorite airline."

Ulemper: "Gate changed in the last minute and non-English speaking wheeler chair customer (my 89 years old mother) was left at the old gate by their wheeler chair services and no agent at the gate knew about her. Both round trip flights! This is totally NOT acceptable. She could have been lost and with no ability to help herself and miss the flights. It was lucky that she found Chinese speaking customers to help her."

Ulemper: "I asked for an aisle seat to provide relief to my right leg. I was given an aisle on my left. This was compounded by sitting next to a man so large that part of my space was taken, and this was Delta Comfort. Had I been given the requested seat, I would not have the sore neck and back I now have from leaning for 2 hours."
Fordele: "Pilot almost barrel-rolled us climbing out of JFK, so if started well enough.... Ground assistance (wheel chair) left me with a badly bruised left big toe and I didn't think we'd ever get through the TSA. The pat-down I received was more like a sexual assault and I didn't even get a happy ending. We made it to RDU, so the exercise was a success, but it was a huge hassle."
Ulemper: "After reading the good things, you need more bad?"
Fordele: "The only positive of this leg is that it was less infuriating than the flight from RDU to Boston"
Ulemper: "Delta's partnership with Go Jet seriously compromises the legacy carrier's reputation. I am a Delta fan - although flexible enough to use other choices when necessary. I will no longer fly a Go Jet operated leg when other choices are available. For my trips to Boston, that means Jet Blue. Sorry Delta. I'll see you back on a true Delta route."

Ulemper: "delayed 2+ hours due to runway maintenance. You'd think those things would be better planned..."
Ulemper: "If you have to swap out planes, do it at night, not the morning of the flight! And tell the customers in advance, so they can get some sleep instead of hurrying to the airport for an "on time" flight that couldn't be flown because of an equipment problem."
Ulemper: "Vi skulle fra Aalborg til Austin TX. Først blev vores fly fra Amsterdam til Atlanta cancelled. Vi blev ombooket via Detroit. Men så var flyet til Detroit forsinket, og køen i immigration var så lang at det ikke kunne lade sig gøre at nå flyet til Austin. Nu sidder vi så og venter på det næste fly til Austin, og er meget trætte. 2 ombookninger på samme rejse - det har jeg dog alligevel aldrig oplevet før!!!"

Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"
Fordele: "flyturen i sig selv var fin men var forsinket."
Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "Couldn't check in online and because I booked pretty late, didn't get the seat choice I wanted. I purchased the flight via the Lufthansa site, but then on check-in, I found out that the first segment was SAS, so neither the Lufthansa site nor the SAS site let me check in online."

Ulemper: "Water only and.. I had to asked for it. No snacks or other drinks in my eighteenth hour of flying back from Poland :(("
Ulemper: "We were put on standby. We expected our names to be called for seat assignments but we didn’t expect we could just swipe our boarding pass and our seat assignment would show. It’s a nice feature but I didn’t like that it wasn’t clearly explained to us."
Ulemper: "The problem is with KAYAK. KAYAK booked us a carrier light ticket and failed to inform us at the time of the booking that it was a tariff without checked in baggage that was being offered. Fortunately, LUFTHANSA informed us of this fact at checkin and we purchased carriage with checked in baggage. This makes me wary of buying tickets through KAYAK in the future."

Fordele: "Everything was perfect. crew was really good. nice and comfortable airplane (Airbus A380)..very smooth ride. A+"

Fordele: "Very friendly atmosphere at boarding gate & helpful crew on journey, plus surprisingly good food foe economy class made for positive feel to this trip. Add to it the fact I caught a movie I'd missed seeing at cinema plus even getting a few hours sleep, this was probably one of my better long haul flights in recent times."

Ulemper: "I missed somehow the distribution of headsets, and I never got one (after asking for one). (Un-)fortunaltely there was no movie I really wanted to watch, or classical music for my taste (recitals, chamber music). Anyway, this is not a major problem, just a tiny glitch. The random boarding went surprisingly well, although I'd prefer the more structured version. Until there is bread, butter and cheese, I am fine with the bland food."
Fordele: "Spacious and quiet aircraft, lots of legroom in certain exit row seats. Friendly cabin crew. Compared to the loud and bumpy ride on the Lufthansa 747, the A380 was way better."
Ulemper: "Moderate delays at each end—waiting for transfer passengers delayed our departure half an hour. We made up the time en route but then sat on the tarmac at LAX because the gate was occupied. I think my seat mates missed their connection. They broke the handle on my rollaboard (checked due to stingy cabin baggage allowance)."

Ulemper: "Was told that an upgrade to premium economy entitled us to lounge privileges. Were told by attendants that we had to pay an extra $35. each. We had $6.30 subs from potbelly."

Ulemper: "Check in very confusing, switched gates on me but I didn’t get the text until later, after take off. No announcement over the PA system in the airport. If my son, who was picking me up, hadn’t been tracking my flight, I would have missed it."

Travelling from Nigeria was a nightmare. Those thugs at the airport gave my husband and i hell because we had our boarding passes on our phone. We had to keep bribing and begging them to let us through. It is the worse travel experience I’ve ever ever had in my entire life. And I travel a lot

Ulemper: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."
Fordele: "Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness."
Ulemper: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."

Flyet var forsinket. Vi fik ikke sæder ved siden af hinanden. Der var ikke plads til vores bagage. Jeg rejste med min gamle mor og måtte forgæves hele vejen gennem flyet, hvorefter vores bagage måtte blive tjekket ind, så vi var nød til at vente på den ved bagagebåndet og ikke nåede vores tog. Besætningen var ikke hjælpsomme og der var ikke tilstrækkelig information om forsinkelsen på næste 45 minutter. Rigtig dårlig afslutning på en ellers super ferie i smukke Helsinki.

Vær obs på hvilken billet man får. Skulle booke ekstra bagage og har prøvet i tre dage uden held, så kom til at koste 50 e pr taske i Kastrup 🤬🤬🤬

Det værste jeg har oplevet - de ændrede gate uden announcement her i Helsinki - og lukkede den 1 min efter last Call - vi var fer 2 min senere og de nægtede os adgang så bliver nu 7 timer forsinket og misser et vigtigt møde i Tallinn, så meget meget skidt og meget urimeligt.

Da jeg bestilte tur/retur billetten via jeres site fik jeg en pris og da jeg så skulle til endelig bestilling og betaling var prisen lige pludselig forhøjet med ca.kr. 800,00. Jeg er blevet snydt af jer og forlanger difference refunderet.

I love love this airline. The crew was awesome; so friendly, professional, and playful. The seats were comfy & very clean. Great entertainment selection and the Complimentary wine was most appreciated! 3 thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

No in-flight refreshment apart from water/juice as standard. Seats were mediocre in comfort, legroom was barely sufficient.

Ulemper: "The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start."

There are no 'zeroes' to give, so can only give a 1 star poor rating on food, entertainment and comfort. Crew, again, tried in the face of a crummy airline."

Ulemper: "Let me start out by saying this was my first transcontinental, longer than 2hour flight...I am extremely upset that I paid the extra money to choose my seat and when booking I chose that I wanted a window seat, well I ended up smack in the middle of the plane with a person on each side of me so I wasn't even able to sleep the entire 7 hour 9p-9am flight. Also when I attempted to check in 24hours prior in order to make sure I got a seat id be happy with it said that it wasn't available for my flight so I couldn't check in and I couldn't chose a seat but regardless I still should've gotten the seat I wanted bc of my preferences at booking. Don't pay the extra to ensure your seat it's a total rip off"

Ulemper: "Boarded late, taxi' around for 3 and a half hours, deplaned as flight was canceled, waited 3 hours for next flight which was then cancelled. All understandable until the announced that the flight was reinstated only to be followed by an hour of the clerks unable to put people back on the flight which caused it to be cancelled. Sent to another airport except the free shuttle wasn't running, 50 dollar taxi ride later I got to sleep on the floor until the gates finally opened 5 hours later"

Fordele: "I like the Airbus A330 model's that AA flies from Charlotte on European destinations. They are the former USAir A330's and they are nice both in business and economy. There are no premium economy seats on this version. And Charlotte is an excellent airport to fly from/to."
Ulemper: "I wish there was a premium economy offering on this plane. The first row of economy is sold as such but is really nothing like prem economy apart from additional legroom."
Fordele: "It was a British Airways flight, plane was large, and felt more roomy than what I'm used to. The service was impeccable."

The flight itself was very pleasant, the crew very accommodating, & the food, snacks & beverages very good. The entertainment provided was certainly suitable for my tastes & kept me occupied for the majority of the trip. There was also blackout time provided for sleeping. The seats were a little cramped, but overall I rate my experience as very good."

Excellent food, legroom, inflight entertainment (going out my row of seats - well, nobody could get any entertainment access) all was very good. Loved the newspaper choice when leaving Gatwick. I would definitely recommend again."

Ulemper: "For in-flight entertainment, the ceiling-mounted screens along the aisle are hard to see and offer no choices for viewing. The food, as usual, was poor. I ordered vegetarian meals, and on the return trip for both meals was given the same soggy pasta with tomato sauce--no protein (why not add a few chickpeas or white beans?)."

Fordele: "Fabulous crew, easy flight with just a few periods of chop - captain kept us well aware of what was happening at all times."
Ulemper: "Poor entertainment (no individual units on seats), and the 767-300 has almost no leg room in economy."
