Ulemper: "- Tiny, cramped seats and aisles. I'd heard the Quatar has more leg room than other airlines. This is definitely not true. If the person in front of me reclined all the way, they crushed my knees and I'm only 5'7". - Bathrooms were dirty by 4 hours into the 14 hour flight. Sinks clogged, garbage can overflowing. Not just one bathroom. Gross. - Worst flight attendant service I've ever had, and I don't expect much since I've traveled a lot. Service was rushed, coffee cart for our side of plane never arrived, when I walked to the back to ask for some, they couldn't find the milk and made a fuss about looking for sugar. Lots of similar examples throughout the flight. - The baggage claim carousel number never appeared on the screens at IAD after landing. Other flights showed but not Quatar. We waited a while then walked around to check them all until we found the right carousel. Never seen this happen before. - One of our bags never appeared, so we waited until all luggage had come out and checked with the counter. They found our bag somewhere and brought it over after a 20 minute wait. No explanation given. Good thing we'd counted bags."

Cramming more seats into a finite space seems to be what all airlines are doing these days. This of us whom are above average in height are forced to insure a more painful and uncomfortable flight as a result."

They were very nice about everything, but just thought that was really strange."

Ulemper: "It is just crazy the extra cost that a person needs to pay for each extra Kg he/she needs to have onboard along with their "free baggage." I had to pay 23 extra US Dollars for every Kg, summing up to $160 for 7 Kgs!! Those additional belongings were crucial and important to carry, it very well understood that a certain capacity is only allowed onboard, yet being considerate and understanding in terms of customers' needs and priorities is as equally critical and important. I think the way the airline approaches the "Extra Weight" issue needs to be revisited, keeping in mind both sides' interests and concerns."

From buses to plane, instead of separating people into buses according to seating, they mixed them all up, hence people who had seats up front were entering the rear of the plane and vice-versa, causing incredible congestion and confusion when boarding, people along the center aisles going both ways and trying to pass while loaded with hand baggage, quite ridiculous indeed."
Ulemper: "in a previous email we explained that by the time we arrived at the gate in Sao Paulo, the airline refused our boarding the plane and said only "we don't like Kayak". We never boarded the plane and there was a credit to our credit card, so why are you asking how our flight went?"
Fordele: "When we arrived at the gate we were told they did not have us in the system and the one gate attendant told us that the airline did not like Kayak. We were then forced to stay in the airport hotel at a rate of almost $200.00 as we were unable to secure a flight on a different airline until the next day"

KLM is never consistent with services. Sometimes you get lucky with great comfort and other times you are forced to squeeze in a box for a seat. The food is always subpar and they have become so unfriendly when you need help. But hey, they are always on time and they have good connections.
24 hour delay due to a crew member arriving 1.5 h late. People clapped for this? Obscene. Will never fly delta again. A simple error could have been resolved by holding connecting flights for 15 minutes. But no, not enough passengers to cross the 8-10 person threshold. Lost $800 due to this malfeasance. Never flying delta again.

being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM

Ulemper: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Fordele: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Got passed over during the first drink service. Second service was more agreeable. Passengers are allowed to prop their feet up on the backs of the seats in front of them and to play their devices without headphones so everyone has to listen to it?For 4 hours. Why does this go unchecked? Is the comfort of a single passenger more important than all the others? I normally have nothing but good things to say about Air France but they missed the mark today by a wide margin.
Ulemper: "Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."

Ulemper: "Plane seemed a little worn, which surprised me since it was an A380. Not that old. I had purchased an upgrade to a seat with more legroom, only to find out there was no USB plug for charging my phone. All standard seats have them. Would have been nice to be warned about that."

Ulemper: "Very little room in economy class. For a 6'1" person, it's impossible to get comfortable."

Ulemper: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Ulemper: "Because of change in plane..bad choice of seat for long legs of husband...then late in Atlanta and very late into DC"
Fordele: "Everything except the seat. Service ("would you care for a drink/beverage?") could be better."
Ulemper: "I paid for a"premium" seat on one of the emergency exit rows for the extra legroom. This was next to a galley. The seat itself was no more than 18" wide (NO EXAGGERATION!!) if not less. I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

Ulemper: "The audio system is outdated with unreliable touch-screen that makes it frustrating to navigate."

Ulemper: "Plane late departing allegedly because of cleaning the plane, but why was the cleaning done that late? Also, ground crew remarkably uninformed about what was going on in the plane. Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."
Fordele: "The food was good, the staff was very friendly and very nice,"
Ulemper: "The seat configuration in economy is unacceptable, the leg room is terrible and overall a very uncomfortable flight of more than 7 hours"
Fordele: "Fly til tiden"
Ulemper: "Mindre end 15 cm til sædet foran. (og ja, jeg målte) HELT uacceptabelt. Ikke engang plads til at mase min håndbaggage (en helt almindelig computertaske) ned i hullet."
Fordele: "The crew was very comfortable speaking two languages and friendly. They also had air conditioning! This was great because it was strangely hot in Paris and we were sweating profusely. And our last air france experience we were so hot and it was aweful. Even though it was like an hour and a half flight they still served us sandwiches ,really good."
Fordele: "The lounge is great, however the food is substandard to nearly every other lounge that I have used."
Ulemper: "The food on the plane is even worse, The staff were ok but not overly going out of their way to help with any issues, also they could at least pretend to smile."
Fordele: "The fast boarding."
Ulemper: "The long wait without the air conditioning until our slot in the takeoff list became available."
Ulemper: "Couldn't adjust the seat and the cushion wasn't comfortable neither seat or back. The bottom back was like a board across the bottom and hurts."
BA is getting worse and worse, and this is a shame. They moved the London-Sao Paulo flight from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3, which is much worse in all respects (lounges, shops, infra, etc.). Ground crew was terrible at check-in (without limitation, we found out at check-in that my wife was downgraded from business club to premium executive (overbooking) and then after much complaints she was moved back into club business). During the flight, I found out that my seat on club business was broken and it had to be manually operated. The flight crew was very unhelpful and wanted to move me to premium economy [during the flight] as a solution to my broken seat [in club business] so that they didn't have to manually operate my seat - which I of course didn't accept. On the bright side, our checked-in baggage arrived unharmed in Sao Paulo - which was not the case on my last flight with BA in February/2022 [and it is amazing that I was happy and relieved that they actually complied with at least one of their duties !].
Almost 6hs delay and luggages were left in London. Not even sure as to whether the luggage will be found and delivered. Very bad BA !

Fordele: "The one saving grace, however, was the arrival lounge at Heathrow, which did have excellent breakfast food."
Ulemper: "The seats in business class were very small and uncomfortable. We are not large people, but there was no room to sleep. Plus the service was not warm, the food unappetizing. We will never fly on British Airways again."
Fordele: "Good food, friendly cabin crew, prompt boarding and arrived on time."
Ulemper: "Narrow seats, not enough leg room"
Ulemper: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."
Ulemper: "You have to pay for food, snacks and water on this flight. there were no complimentary snacks or drinks given."
Ulemper: "1,5 hr delay. No effort from the cabin crew to compensate for delay. Just stuck in our seats for 1 hr waiting for the airline to be cleared for take off. Would have been nice with a hot towel for face and hands after a long semi-night flight (10hrs). Extremely cold. Everyone was freezing and coughing due to very, very cold cabin air. Very old entertainment system. Grainy blurry screens. No charging of devices via usb. The control was fixed to armrest and was accidentally pressed al the time while resting and arm on the armrest. Remote gate in LHR."
Ulemper: "No free non-alcoholic drinks. Everything at a fee. Remote gate in LHR."
Fordele: "In spite of delay caused by luggage to be taken of the aircraft, flight arrived to a Rome on time.captain kept us well informed of the reasons for delay. Boarding was done efficiently with care for people with children and elderly passangers."
Fordele: "Comfortable seats. Smooth flight. Pleasant crew."
Ulemper: "My baggage couldn't be checked straight through to the states. Had to pick up bags, go through security again, which limited time spent in the airport to enjoy duty free shopping etc. Baggage allowances were different between British Airways and Virgin Atlantic, which necessitated checking out carry on bags. The gate agent was accommodating and checked them at no charge, but that could have been an expensive proposition if she wasn't perceptive. All food and drinks on this flight are for purchase vs. complimentary"

Ulemper: "My seat was a little uncomfortable, my mid and lower back had very thin cushioning and I felt the knees of the person behind me in my back throughout the flight."
Ulemper: "3 canceled flights and lost luggage.... bad communication by employers and absolutely no help ... we were sent all over the airport several times to the wrong places and felt that no body cared in this process .... I would like compensation and something to make this right ... we also lost our upgraded seats I lpaid for and the vegan meals we ordered in advance"

Fordele: "Great flight despite being fully booked, loved the layout of the plane, service was very attentive and warm. In flight entertainment well laid out and easy to operate."

Ulemper: "No complimentary drinks. And a stewardess had no idea which countries’ passengers needed to fill out a travel card for UK. I wasted all that time only to find out I did not have to."
Ulemper: "A one hour connection in london heathrow is near to impossible. I lost my connection i was suppose to be in madrid at 11am and it was suppose to be a 10-11 hours of travel. I wont make it to madrid until 6pm incremeting my travel time to a total of 24 hours for this reason it was and is a POOR and mediocre flight!"
Fordele: "The crew was sick and one lady kept running to the bathroom?!? The plane was old..."
Fordele: "Entertainment is pretty good, a nice selection to choose from. The food has improved since last year with their new menu. Crew were pleasant enough."
Ulemper: "I paid for an extra leg room seat, which for me was in front of the bulkhead. However, I think this caused more discomfort than comfort. There is no gap under the bulkhead to put your feet, so although you don’t get a seat in front of you leaning back, there isn’t enough room to straighten your legs out which on a 12 hour flight isn’t comfortable."
Fordele: "We got there safely..."
Ulemper: "Cabin crew were not very helpful. Onboard entertainment kept going off. The plane was very old and smelt. The aircon kept on dripping on me."
Fordele: "My luggage made it to LA"
Ulemper: "The food quality was poor and the service left a lot to be desired. I asked for some water and she told me she’d be back. I waited almost an hour, then called and no one came. When I called on the second time she came with a cup half full and seemed irritated. I didn’t even bother asking for more water. They didn’t let me check in early enough to request roomier seats, even if we’d have to pay more given that my husband has knee surgery and needed the extra room. When I was finally able to ask, they were fully booked."
Fordele: "Your terminal is very pleasant and not the worst to have a delay. .....and I know it's beyond your control when incoming planes are delayed"
Ulemper: "No gate and we were bused to get on the plane the old fashioned way......no big deal for me, but this was the return leg from escorting my elderly mother home and I was very glad she wasn't with me."
Ulemper: "the flight delayed a lot and i missed my connection flight as a result"
Fordele: "Flight was safe and not cancelled."
Ulemper: "BA needs to adopt the Ryanair policy of limiting the number of carry-on bags allowed on board. BA needs to work better on cabin maintenance. Some reading lights did not work. Ryanair cabin crew are nowadays polite and cheerful. BA crew seem stressed depressed and defensive."
Ulemper: "I never actually was able to go because British airways canceled my flight the morning of."
Fordele: "Not a very crowded flight. Boarding was efficient and we departed and arrived early. As the flight was short there was no meal service or entertainment."
Ulemper: "There were no power adapters in the seats."
Fordele: "Got us (but not our bags) to Seattle. Wanted ro charge for water--are you kidding me??"
Ulemper: "Abysmally awful customer service--way beyond rude and not at all helpful."
Fordele: "Entertainment options and wine made the 10+ hour flight pass fairly quickly!"
Ulemper: "The middle arm rest would not go up and made it incredibly uncomfortable for a 10-hour flight."
Fordele: "Flight was on time. Check in staff, Lounge + lounge staff and Cabin crew were on par with expectations (very good). Disembarking the plane at Heathrow was organised, immigration process (I used the e-gates) was very quick and bags arrived promptly."
Ulemper: "Many ground staff on hand - but felt overall lack of coordination specifically after security check at the gate, with yet another boarding card check which seemed a bit pointless as boarding cards were checked before gate security as well? Eventually boarding the plane - one lady ended up in the wrong line for upper deck seating (which shows that the numerous boarding card checks they failed to give proper guidance on what line to join)."

Fordele: "When I traveled Lax to Denmark via London on July.13. At that time from London to Copenhagen crews only sale the food and drinks. My group tour customers were thirsty and they had to take some pills. so they asked just cup of water, but the crews did not provide even a cup of water . That time was dinner time so every people was so hungry too. And also yesterday my another tour customer was so hungry. I understand you not served food at time. but just serve them a snack or juice . Because time jet lag make them more tired and hungry. I was worked at the Korean air line before, so I understand the stewardess should do only follow the regulations. But just serve some water to hungry and tired passengers."

Ulemper: "Food was awful! In a 7:30 hour flight just one small meal and one bar for breakfast! They ran out of tomato juice the first round and there was only one round of drinks in the whole flight!!"
Fordele: "The space, blanket and the staff."
Ulemper: "The entertainment was poor The TV stopped working and didn't work for the whole trip I was moved to another seat The refreshment could be more I don't enjoy pre poured 1/2 cup of juice and water."
Fordele: "I was at least able to upgrade and get an aisle seat"
Ulemper: "The cabin crew was just bad. The flight attendant assigned to our area, World Traveler Plus, would forget orders, not bring enough servings. Did not accommodate at all. I will not fly BA again."
Fordele: "Both of my flights had no person in the middle seat, so I was able to spread out more in the space which made it much easier to get some sleep, especially on my red eye flight!"
Ulemper: "No complaints; great service! I'd definitely fly British airways again."
Fordele: "Spacious seats Cabin crew recognised baggage space was likely to run out as flight was full, and took steps to get some bags checked into the hold. Although flight was late, captain kept us informed."
Ulemper: "2 hours late due to weather."
Fordele: "The crew on the aircraft were very friendly and polite."
Ulemper: "Not BA's fault but Nairobi is probably one of the most uncomfortable airports. We paid to go into the Aspire Lounge but was surprised that BA do not have a lounge. We flew Premium Economy but didn't think we got that much extra for the amount paid. Breakfast was one breakfast bar and that was it."
