Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

No covid safety. Keep distance apparently don’t count when you onboard or in the bus from gate to/from plane. Could hardly move. And late again, again, again. Seems to be the new norm.

Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."
Fordele: "Da vi først var kommet ombord på flyet gik tingene sin vante gang... ellers var der ikke meget hoved og hale på noget som helst."
Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."
Fordele: "Business class lounge excellent. People who helped with the wheelchair were excellent."
Ulemper: "In a wheelchair. Check in was terrible and rude. The fact that SAS did not allow us to bring my electric chair directly to the gate was absurd (only airline in the world that did that). The fact that it was not at the gate when we arrived in Newark surprised even the SAS Gate agents. Had to go to baggage and collect it in oversize baggage. Will not fly SAS again until that policy has changed."
Fordele: "This airline is punctual and the pilots are good."
Ulemper: "The service is minimal, you pay for any alcohol and the food is nothing to write home about."
Fordele: "The movie and tv selection were fantastic. Crew was kind and helpful. Chairs were pretty comfortable."
Ulemper: "It was so cold on the plane with most people including grown men with blankets wrapped up to their neck! I understand the crew moves a lot so want it cold but maybe there’s a happy medium? The cold snack sandwich with cheese and spread of some sort was awful. The main meal was better but not as good as some others I’ve had."

Ulemper: "Wound up having to pay 150$ for checking 2 bags. Almost more than the tickets. Feel ripped off. Don't remember the web getting a chance when i ordered the tickets to purchase at a lower rate. SAS said, since i bought the tickets through a travel agent, there was nothing they could do. Next time I'll buy tickets directly from SAS."

Ulemper: "Only one meal option ( with meat). Alcoholic beverage not included."
Fordele: "Because of bad weather at the Faroe Islands, the aircraft made a missed approach (go-around) on the first attempt to land. The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."
Ulemper: "When trying to board in Copenhagen there were some mishaps, but these were mainly caused by people ignoring signs along the way. They did not offer any complimentary snacks at all. Only one drink"
Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."
Ulemper: "This is our third delay with this airline on this trip and all they will do is send you to their service center which in Copenhagen is located so far from the gates it's a joke. Once again they are doing their best to discourage any interaction with their customers."

Fordele: "At least on long-haul flights SAS Plus is quite nice, much closer to business class service than your usual premium economy offering. Real silverware, good drinks, pretty good food, plenty of space and a nice blanket and pillow. The lounge in Copenhagen is quite nice too."

Fordele: "The boarding process worked well."
Ulemper: "The crew didn't seem to care much. The entertainment systems didn't really work and the response was simply deal with it. The food was terrible. The crew did not handle the passengers at all as they were up consistently and taking stuff out of the overhead containers."
Fordele: "There was enough space for your legs, there were blankets and pillows which is nice for a long flight. The individual entertainment screen is preferable for a long flight, so you can watch a movie of your own choice."
Ulemper: "There were two diner options, chicken or cod, and I was just given the cod without having an option to choose."

Ulemper: "They were 4 hours late because of their plane problems and made me miss my connection. And because it wasn't part of a "package" they didn't care I missed it and I had to pay for a whole new flight. Horrible customer service and they don't care or take care of their customers when it was their fault. I'll never fly or recommend this airline again."
Fordele: "Missed flight. After waiting in three cues of more than 25 people was told the airline and your customer service could do nothing to help me. Am going to continue to pursue a credit and hope a new flight will be issued! Please help me!"

Ulemper: "I was denied booking because they didn't properly issue my boarding pass. They refused to pay a hotel and kept lying and mistreating me."

Ulemper: "Luggage was terrible. Forced me to check my 1 small laptop bag despite letting others board with duffel bags, then lost 1 of our actual checked bags in the airport for an hour after our other bag was delivered."
Fordele: "Not much. There was one flight attendant that seemed pleasant but I wouldn’t know for sure since the attendants ignored all passengers except for those who had preordered their meals."
Ulemper: "It was extremely frustrating that there was no kiosk available when checking in. I did not have a bag to check, yet I waited on a ridiculously long line to check in for my flight. The people working the desk at the gate were slow and unpleasant. Service on plane was terrible."

Ulemper: "This was in no way a legal connection for an international flight - we had only an hour to get from our flight onto the plane going through customs and everything else - we have Global Entry otherwise there is no way in the world we would have made our flight and ou bags did not make it."
Ulemper: "It would’ve been better to receive our luggage on time. We have to wait an extra day even though we had to pay 100 Euros to check our bags."

Ulemper: "Seats were not as comfortable as the ones on the British Airways flight I took from NYC to Rome."

Ulemper: "Made more than four different lines before 1 understanding Iberia worker helped us out. Was told that that wasn’t the correct line and sent to another. The next place the same for more than 3 times. Then finally, Raquel, LISTENED, and away we went."

Ulemper: "They switched someone into my seat and didn't give me a new seat. It was very hot in the airplane making it very uncomfortable. They also forgot to take my tray before landing and I had to hold it in my lap."

Ulemper: "I called the airline a week before our departure regarding the baggage fee. I was assured the fee was included in the price. However, at the time of check in, I was charged a $55 checked bag fee."
Fordele: "I loved the Madrid airport!! Iberia out of Madrid is lovely."

Ulemper: "Below avera ge breakfast with no hot items besides cofee/ tea Poorly organized boarding. Staff person with the microfone and staff controlling the lne were not in sink, gave confusing instructions. Too much noise in the abin with the lights out due to the presence of lots of high schoolers talking Distance between seats kind of small"

Ulemper: "Wasn't informed about this being an American airlines flight. No prior information given. Restroom in the plane was dirty and smelly. Did not give me a landing card even when told that I don't have a UK passport."
Fordele: "Touch screen movies were nice"
Ulemper: "Forgot to give me dinner then said they ran out of meat dish. Bathrooms dirty and out of toilet paper. Seemed very cramped. Couldn't find call bell to call stewardess. Not happy with Iberia"
Fordele: "I liked the food and the fact that we could have wine with dinner."
Ulemper: "I didn't like the boarding procedure. There was an announcement for business class first, but then there wasn't enough said about the rest of the boarding i.e. "Group one can board now." Everyone was moving forward whether they were in group 1, 2, or 3. It was disorganized and not handled in a fair and efficient manner."
Fordele: "Lots of leg room, comfortable and very nice staff."
Ulemper: "See Above. There was a 2.5 hour delay. I was worried I would not make my flight to Vigo, but I did"
Fordele: "Fast boarding, excellent entertainment, crew were friendly and helpful. Arrived 45 min early, which made the drive to downtown easy."
Ulemper: "Check in online was useless, still had to stand in line to check luggage. Food was ok, kind of mushy chicken, cold bread, and minuscule salad. Breakfast was a sad cold and dry ham and cheese croissant."

Ulemper: "Boarding started very late and left airport late, somehow landed "on time" but without enough time or guidance to make connecting flight. Although arrived at gate before schedule flight time, were not allowed to board, missing the connecting flight and was then charged a ludicrous amount in fees. Will never travel again."

Ulemper: "We paid $30 each way for extra legroom, but our seats did not provide it, and there were no empty seats available in the appropriate rows to correct the error. As happened before the airline pleaded a "change of aircraft" with no extra legroom seats. We were somewhat accommodated by being re-seated in the middle section with an empty seat between us, but this was not what we preferred or needed."

Ulemper: "The plane was delayed after boarding and nobody accommodated the temperature in the plane, food, or informing us of what was going on."
Fordele: "The crew was gentle, it was the first time I traveled with Latam and I was really pleased with the experience."
Ulemper: "I have no complaints about this trip."
Fordele: "Nothing about my flight was pleasant because of the inconvinience the've put us through"
Ulemper: "The people from Iberia told us to pay what we had to pay and that they'll give us our money back when we return. They payed me only for the taxi but for anything else. I lost more money than I was expecting and the people returnung the miney back to its clients were so disrespectful I really donmt want to use Iberia again."
Ulemper: "the flight over LAX to Madrid was horrible. An old plane, both my husband and I had broken seats, no screens, and no charging capability. The flight from MAD to LAX was much better with a newer plan. I would however, not fly with Iberia again, because the out bound flight was so awaful. So average rating is okay."
