Ulemper: "Cabin crew announced they will be dimming light for landing but that was not the case at all. They kept on turning the lights to a different color which was uncomfortable for the eyes. Pilot did a really great job on letting us know if there is any turbulence and when to expect during the flight. Flight attendants had no social skills, they acted like robots only there to serve for people who ordered. They should really change the way they perform because they are catering to the whole customers on the flight as opposed to only those who ordered their meals."

Ulemper: "Like all Norwegian flights, no free water or drinks or snack on the flight. No pillow provided. In short, there is no free service of any kind."
Ulemper: "Never ever fly norwegian. Between long delays, rude and unprofessional crew, poor customer service, long wait times on the phone including being hung up or not answered at all and downgraded from premium to a plane without any space, small seats, rude crew that provide wrong information."

Ulemper: "The crew could’ve been nicer and I only had one choice of Lamb for dinner, and this was business class."
Ulemper: "In Copenhagen the Norwegian transfer desk was closed and everyone was sent to the gate. The gate staff did not even acknowledge that we were all waiting there as they set up. It was very confusing and a few short words of greeting would have helped out us all at ease."
Ulemper: "Carry on luggage had to be put below AGAIN as there wasn’t room in overhead lockers. Then had to wait 25mins for luggage at carousel."
Ulemper: "To be honest, at least a glass of water could be offered"

Ulemper: "Service was, surprisingly, not so good (this is my second time with Norwegian). My son was sleeping and I pressed the call button to get some help form cabin crew. They turned it off. I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok."
Fordele: "Aside from the fact that I got there safe - nothing else!"
Ulemper: "Since when is food/snacks complimentary for International flights? I had to pay for a cup of tea!"
Fordele: "Comfortable cabin and seats, plenty of restrooms."
Ulemper: "As economy passengers, we paid for a reserved seat, baggage, and leg room. There were no extras offered, not even water, so bring your own. The cabin was noisy with frequent servivice for upgraded passengers so it was difficult to sleep on this overnight flight that left NYC at midnight."
Fordele: "Plane, fight time, boarding speed, efficiency all excellent"
Ulemper: "Departure was suddenly changed from 4 to 7 without clear announcement. On the Norwegian terminal nor on the departure boards nothing was indicated nor had anybody bothered to leave a note or sign on the Norwegian Terminal 4. I discovered at the last minute as I hearD a “last boarding call” announcement in the Knick of time"
Ulemper: "Too many delays, airplane was cold"
Ulemper: "Lack of clarity about baggage charges. I had to pay 93$ to check my single bag. It was not well explained that paying for the bag online was going to be cheaper. Felt like a scam."
Ulemper: "I've been to 40 countries and flown many airlines. the only ones worse than Norwegian is the budget Russian ones. Never again. They hit us with $200 in bagage fees because we didn't order baggage online 24 hrs before the flight. Unheard of."
Ulemper: "The seats are wider than coach and you have more leg room but they aren't very comfortable. No back support and I felt like I was always sliding off my seat. My footrest didn't work properly, and my husband's didn't work at all on the flight to Norway. The food was limited and really bad. In fact, my husband got sick from the chicken he ate, and the steak I got was like a grey eraser. I took one bite and threw the rest away. They didn't have enough food to offer me something else (remember, this is premium economy), and the flight attendant was irritated and short with me. They don't have any pillows on the flight and the "blanket" they give you is basically a sheet folded in two sewn together, and doesn't keep you warm at all. I felt like I was on a discount airline, but I didn't get the discount! I will not fly with Norwegian again."
Fordele: "Nice bright planes ! Crew was friendly! Boarded and deplaned from both front and back of plane which was quick"
Fordele: "Left relatively on time, personal entertainment is always nice on a long flight."
Ulemper: "Food/beverage service system is chaotic and confusing, especially if you book your flight weeks or months in advance. We spent 4.5 hours on the tarmac taxiing after arriving at our destination. It was TWO HOURS before the crew even came around offering water. The crew could have do much to make the long wait for a gate less miserable. Minimal intimation was provided, bathrooms remained locked for the majority of the flight and a man ranted the entire time without any crew asking him if there was anything they could do to make it easier. Baggage claim information was not provided ( days three after arrival and I still don't have my luggage)."

Ulemper: "Delayed the flight once we were already boarded so that added two hours if sitting to an 11+ hour flight and WATER is not made available. That's crazy!"

Ulemper: "I was thought that when i purchased/booked my flight in Norwegian Air that the food"
Ulemper: "Both online check-in and self-service kiosk check-in were unavailable. Only middle seats were available upon assisted check-in. Flight was delayed. Pre-order meal was not offered at booking and therefore was not served any food on 8+ hour international flight. Flight attendants did not offer clear explanation or alternatives to assist."
Fordele: "The movie selection on board was great."
Ulemper: "There was no milk available."
Fordele: "Plane was okay and the food was pretty good."
Ulemper: "Flight attendants were not friendly or attentive. Movie choices were not great. Many people commented about that. I flew Delta to London in April and what a world of difference. Pillows, blankets, earphones, eye masks, toothbrush and paste. A couple of meals and a couple of snacks. Free drinks which they must have come by 8 times during the flight. Those flight attendants were working most of the flight and were very friendly. No so with your company."
Fordele: "The new airplane was very nice. The entertainment movie selections were amazing!"
Ulemper: "Our flight boarded late and took off late. Then, I had paid for two meals on my flight. When they came around and delivered food, they skipped me. I was the window seat so I politely waited for the people next to me to finish eating their meals before I asked them to get up. I went to the back of the plane and told the flight attendant. They apologized and said I was supposed to get one. They kindly allowed me to order snacks for free off of their menu. However, when the second meal came around, I was skipped again. I then had to alert the flight attendant again. I was surprised that they would forget my meal a second time."
Fordele: "The plane was pretty new but some of the entertainment perks did not work"
Ulemper: "Being charged for items that were no longer available and waiting for refunds. Slow food service didn't get any food or water till about 4 hours into the flight"
Fordele: "We boarded and then sat due to computer issues for am hpur and a half. I was okay with this as safety is obviously what we all put first. Upon landing at JFK we then sat on the tarmac for 3 hours... 3 hours! JFK should be ashamed."
Ulemper: "rude staff, and ill informed and incompetent. Had to beg for water and food, even though I had ordered meal service. Unpleasant, I repeatedly complained about roudy passengers, who were occupying nearby seats that weren't theirs. these passengers were drunk and loud and hanging out in others seats and ailses NEVER FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR. The only folks who had a great trip were the flight attendants - they hung out in the large spacious kitchen eating the food that they said they didn't have for the passengers and doing little else. Worst flight experience of my life. And fancy expecting folks to carry all the food and hydration needed for an 8 hour flight. I think TSA needs to look into the this from the airport chaos - as it is clear that my experience is not isolated. DONT FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR"

Ulemper: "Terrible customer service and check-in process, can't check bags through to other flights, unusually low 20kilo bag weight limit, 10Euros/kilo bag charges, customer has to do all check-in and bag tag work, had to walk outside through 24F degree weather to board, lousy food, etc."
Fordele: "Comfortable, screens on every seat for free movies, and easy boarding/unboarding."
Ulemper: "Because it is a budget airline, don't expect drinks or food - even for a 9+ hour flight. This isn't a problem, and definitely worth the cost, but plan ahead."
Ulemper: "Wait to board and after time passes for departure, notice for delay only after expected departure time. No explanation. 1hr delay then they call to gate and everyone waits and another hour passes and no explanation given. Finally next boarding time passes and then gate change and plane change and we are notified they needed to get new crew. Finally board. Landing was terrible and I dont feel particularly comfortable ever flying with this airline again. Will rather pay more and fly klm"

Ulemper: "This airliner ruined the last few days of my vacation, including my nye celebration. My flight was delayed for 5hrs on both of my connecting flights!! POS airliner"

Ulemper: "Did not accept American Express credit cards. In flight entertainment was old kids cartoons on shared screens. Other flights allow passengers to choose their own in flight entertainment."

Ulemper: "There was chaos getting on to the 737, the boarding process was not organized by zones. So boarding took a very long time. There was little room between the seats. There was no entertainment, and the TVs were shared."

Ulemper: "Airline randomly decided what bags needed to be check. Similar luggage like mine where allowed in. That attitude of attendance was also rude when asked about luggage guidelines. I rather fly another airline and pay a bit more rather than an airline that overbooks and make up rules as they see fit."

Ulemper: "When I saw how close the seats were I almost didn't believe it. This was the least comfortable flight I think I've ever been on. Media selection was decent at best."
Fordele: "Efficient, very standard shuttle flight. Nothing stood out as good or bad."

Fordele: "Flight boarded quickly. Departed and arrived on schedule."
Ulemper: "I tried to flag down a flight attendant 3 times to buy a beverage and snack; I was ignored. Since a short flight, 90 minutes, I gave up. Man sitting across from me was served immediately."
Ulemper: "Easyjet does not offer corona rebooking - bad!"
Ulemper: "Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy."
Fordele: "Nothing much every other plane is more comfortable."
Ulemper: "We were five people with five carry-on lugages and five small individual bags. The people in boarding tried to charge us €76 for each one of the bags for a total of €380 extra. We managed to put three of those bags inside our suitcases but we were still charged for two very small bags €152."

Ulemper: "Huge queues for security at Budapest airport that stretched to the front doors of the terminal, followed by terrible gate facilities in a warehouse structure in the middle of the runway away from the terminal building. Flight delayed by 40mins but no information shared with passengers who were standing in the queue with no access to facilities or any information about how long the delay would be. Flight itself was (eventually) fine but not encouraged to fly easyjet again from Budapest if it can be avoided."

Fordele: "Clean plane and professional people. Handled lateness of flight well. And we were able to change the time of our flight (for a 20% fee increase of course) after a stolen passport detained us in Prague)."

Ulemper: "My flight was delayed more than two hours. They informed gate number at the last minute and changed the gate twice. Passengers had to running for catching the flight."
Fordele: "I expected the worst, found out I have had worse experiences with legacy airlines. The onboard staff was attentive, keen to help and please, cheery face, especially the short, dark Middle Eastern looking fella. He knows how to work it! Some flight attendants can be mean, he was very nice. I did not interact with him, but watched how he handled things, like helping people place their baggage in a different overhead compartment, personally moving the baggage so that it would fit. Cheery demeanor, informed the passengers of whatever needed to be said. The pilot was also attentive."
Ulemper: "No frills, not terribly comfortable--luckily it was a very short flight. Little baggage space, automatic drop off clerk was a bit surely."
Fordele: "The journey was made easy & stressfree with all our info on the easyJet app. Staff were very friendly on both flights. Paid for the extra leg room & that made all the difference."
Fordele: "It was horrible we was delayed 40 minuets originally to then be told we was going to be delayed another 3 hours"
Ulemper: "Because when we needed information about the delay and when we could leave the airport no one could give us any information"

Ulemper: "At flyet var 1 time forsinket og der var minimal infomation ved gaten. Pludselig skulle alt vores håndbagage ikke med i kabinen og i Berlin tog det en halv time før bagagebåndet begyndte at rulle. Normalt er jeg ok-tilfreds med EasyJet men hjemturen fra Madrid til Berlin var meget ringe udført."

Ulemper: "Vi kunne ikke få lov til at komme med selvom vi løb alt hvad vu kunne for at nå det trods Ryan airs forsinkelse, det var ingen forståelse for vores situation og vi er derfor strandet i Berlin når vi burde være i Budapest og studere. Det var stadig et kvarter til flyet skulle lette da vi stod ved gaten, men der var ingen service overhovedet."

Ulemper: "Shepherded into a small area with very few seats, and anyway, we were held in lanes like sheep! Seating on the plane - narrow and little space between rows. Had to wait quite a while for baggage to arrive."

Fordele: "cost is low if you only have one small bag and no other carry on."
Ulemper: "You have to pay quite a bit to check in a second bag, almost $100 bucks. You can only carry on one item. That includes a laptop bag."

Fordele: "Good flight - nothing much to report other than it was a flight without any hassles."
Ulemper: "Return flight on Friday night cancelled, no reason given. Next alternative offered Monday afternoon, still awaiting compensation."
Fordele: "Kind, attentive service on board. Left a little late but still made good time."
Ulemper: "For boarding, we were all queued up in one small space at Schoenfeld, then had to go sit in another room, before we boarded, seemed like extra steps. Maybe that's more of an issue with the airport's policy, it was my first time there."
Fordele: "Cheap fare."
Ulemper: "I purchased a ticket for a day trip from LTN > AMS and was sold an overbooked ticket. While there were other options available, easyJet slightly undercut the competition to sell a ticket for a seat which they never indicated was standby. Since my trip was only for the day, taking the next flight half a day later wasn't a great option. I attempted to check in but was presented with an unhelpful error and then told me the situation at the airport checkin. Inside Luton terminal, there is no easyJet representative to speak with past the security checkpoint until you arrive at the front of the line for your flight boarding. The suspense and lack of service was unnerving. Some passengers might appreciate a small compensation for the inconvenience of taking the next flight. If you absolutely need to be somewhere, don't buy a last minute ticket on easyJet. They don't tell you if you're buying a real ticket or just a standby spot."

Fordele: "EasyJet provided every service I expected, exactly as I expected it. Hardly able to complain after a very difficult day dealing with a different airline..."

Ulemper: "Der er mangler der gør at man kun kan få 20 kg ikke så smart når man er 2 p og kun har max 14 kg dette kom så til og koste mig 400-300-20 euro i alt mange penge for 14 kg samt 288kr oven i for at sidde sammen der skal stå lille rygsæk da det er dette der er med i prisen men syntes det er alt for mange penge for rejsen alt i alt"
Fordele: "Crew members were friendly."

Fordele: "Prisen er lav - men har man noget man skal klage over bagefter, fx. dobbeltgebyr på kuffert, så kommer man til at arbejde for sagen."
Ulemper: "Man kommer til at gå hele Københavns lufthavn igennem på den lange led, når man flyver med Ryanair. Derudover havde jeg betalt for kuffert med begge veje, men da vi skulle hjem kunne Ryanair ikke finde den betaling og jeg skal nu igennem klagesystem (hvilket er meget besværligt hos Ryanair) for at få mine penge retur. Desuden en time forsinket på hjemturen."
Fordele: "Hurtig gang mellem lufthavn og fly"
Ulemper: "Baggage størrelsen, umulig at rejse med. Dårligt"

Ulemper: "Manglende kompensation ved 2x45 min forsinkelse Kun dem på de forreste rækker fik en gratis vand... vi andre måtte selv betale"
Fordele: "Besætningen havde masser af overskud og var meget imødekommende og venlige"
Ulemper: "Gate blev først annonceret 12 min før gate ville blive lukket. Og så sad dovendyret fra Zootropolis i paskontrollen. Det har man ikke nerver til."

Ulemper: "The whole priority thing is a total joke and just another way to f*** the passengers over why don’t they just give us a price without all this bloody nonsense of baggage"

Ulemper: "Once everyone had boarded we were told we would be on the tarmac for 2 hours before we leave. While we sat there we were told they could not serve us anything while on the ground...even water! When we finally were airborne the crew were overwhelmed with customer orders and not all people got served"
Fordele: "Good flight and cabin service - on time."
Ulemper: "Long walk to gate. Boarding was like herding cattle. Far too few seats in departure lounge."
Ulemper: "Flyet var så forskinket at jeg mistede mit fly til København"
Ulemper: "We spent a lot of time standing in lines."

Ulemper: "Copenhagen airport very chaotic with boards not displaying the right information and incoming passengers mingling with those leaving"
Ulemper: "They try to push you to buy all sorts of products on the flight, including food. Nothing is free. Separate fees for printing tickets, confusing process, disorganized boarding."
Ulemper: "Instructions for Non-EU boarding pass we’re unclear. Suggest free water."
Fordele: "Prisen. At vi landede planmæssigt."
Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."
Fordele: "Literally nothing."
Ulemper: "To be charged $20 at the ticket counter for a printed boarding pass is offensive. Despite having already checked in online, Ryannair apparently thinks I should have spent my holiday hunting down a print shop as not to incur their "get a printed boarding pass from an unpleasant ticket counter employee" fee. No boarding pass kiosks and unclear why they would not provide a digital one upon online check-in. Or rather it became clear as I handed over my debit card. Seats are intentionally designated apart from your travel companions so you'll pay more to have them switched to sit next your friend. Cabin is extra cramped. Ryannair is all-around terrible by budget airline standards."
Ulemper: "Gates announced too late"
Ulemper: "Very cramped and hot in The plane."
Ulemper: "The fee to check in at the airport was absurd. There is no reason that they should not have been able to accommodate me when I was unable to check in online. The luggage is incredibly expensive as well."
Fordele: "I was allocated an emergency exit seat, luck of the draw. It was the only flight left going to the UK following the extreme weather in CPH and UK."
Ulemper: "No tables in the seat backs! Gaudy decoration and plastics that had clearly been designed to be hard to damage. It felt like a kebab shop in a rough area or the custody area in a police station."
Fordele: "The flight itself was ok. Good landing by the pilot in stormy conditions. Thank you!"
Ulemper: "It's the booking process and all the hidden ad-ons that will deter me from flying with Ryanair again. I paid CAD $130 for a seat plus $60 for a checked in bag (all together $190),a very expensive price to pay for a "low cost" no service airline. Your boarding pass printing fees and very early check in fees are very silly. Many better low cost airlines out there."
Fordele: "Besætningen var søde."
Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"
Ulemper: "There was a group of about 6 passengers that were very drunk before they got on the plane. I could hear that they were asked on their way through security 'how drunk are you?' which they announced loudly to everyone. They were shouting on board. They were still sold alcohol by the crew who did nothing to quieten them down. As usual the flight was late (around an hour by the time we actually got to the terminal)"
Fordele: "Vi kom frem..."
Ulemper: "Flyet var så forsinket at vi ikke nåede flyet til Budapest, vi er derfor strandet i Berlin til næste dag, vi har ikke noget sted at sove eller være og vi måtte bruge over dobbelt så mange penge på nye flybilletter. Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Ulemper: "Arrival is horrific"
Fordele: "The seats were comfortable and boarding was easy. I thi k u should atleast give free cup of water or tea when its winter to your guests. Nothing more. I think its a bit mean not to aleast offer a free cup of tea or water."
Ulemper: "Not being offered a free cup of aleast tea."
Fordele: "Nothing even though the advertised price was cheap by the time we added on all the other charges we could have flown with a more reputable airlines and it was not a deal by no means."
Ulemper: "Everything. Abrupt staff at check in and on board staff also had attitude.Seats where dirty .We stood outside to wait to board when the plane was not even there and lucky it was not raining as we would all have being soaked. I don't know why we had to stand outside in the cold when the plane was not ready."
Fordele: "Deboarding and never having to fly Ryanair again."
Ulemper: "Our inbound flight was cancelled. The outbound check-in agents we're rude. Forced to print our tix before arrival we "failed to read the fine print" that we were supposed to undergo a "visa check" before the gate. Whatever the heck that's about. First time requirement and totally obtuse. Gate agents did their best to humiliate. No inflight free services. Just be glad you aren't made to pay to pee (yet)."
Fordele: "Staff is ok"
Ulemper: "Flight delayed more than 1.5 hours. We were seated apart."
Fordele: "We arrived about 20min earlier than expected. Our bags were checked in for free and we got them on time and without issues at the baggage belt on arrival. Snacks and drinks are not free but available for purchase. There isn't any kind of on-board entertainment. We sat in the last row and we have plenty of leg room - surprisingly."
Ulemper: "No drinks for free. It would be nice to get at least a glass of water. But it is understandable that low budget- short flights are not offering such services anymore."
Ulemper: "It was our first trip with Ryanair and it is really low low cost, compared to Norvegian and other low cost airlines. Never again - first and last time...."
Ulemper: "Fly forsinket. Boarder folk med prioritet til at stå og vente i gangen. Flyet var end ikke landet endnu da vi begyndte boarding. Efter ca25 minutter blev vi lukket ud på pladsen til flyet men blev stoppet igen og stod der i godt 20 minutter inden vi kom ombord. Sammenlagt forsinket 1 time."
Fordele: "Crew were excellent"
Ulemper: "The flight was late and we were kept on plane in London while stairs/doors were provided. Detracted from good experience"
