Fordele: "The flight was delayed from Geneva to Athens. The airport was chaotic in Athens and I therefore missed my connection to Riyadh. Neither Aegean nor the airport staff were helpful or tried to accommodate or reimburse me"

Fordele: "Check-in counter mentioned that our ticket did not include checked baggage, but she only charged for one bag (will be checking on my ticket and discussing with Aegean's corporate if I bought the correct ticket with checked bags). Boarding was easy and the crew was very nice and helpful throughout the flight. I was glad that they served a small meal - food was good...we're not talking about a restaurant meal. Seats were good and just wish there was some in-flight entertainment."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed for more than 2 hours without having any announcement nor a reps to tell you what was going on or when is the new departure time. The aircraft is very small, old, narrow seats, delay in boarding and unboarding."

Ulemper: "Check in at Budapest was chaotic and disorganized; when we arrived at the check in desk after waiting twenty minutes we were told we couldn't check in there, but had to check in at a kiosk and return."
Fordele: "The employees were very helpful and friendly. Food was not worse than what one can expect of an airline (about as “good” as a US airline’s, which is not a high standard to beat). The plane seemed recent and clean."
Ulemper: "The major problem was the lack of detail on their luggage policy. I am sure they can show the text clearly warning me about the fees for bringing a piece of luggage per person, but I missed it. Therefore, they charged me $35 per person for their registered bag. That’s probably how they “beat” their competitors’ prices. If you include the fees in your calculation, this might still be a good option, but make sure that you read the fine print, or be prepared to pay as “extra” what many airlines offer as basic."

Flight was pretty warm as well, and seats were tight even for the 120 pound person I am. No entertainment, but they did show a map of where we were which was nice."

On board the plane, the breakfast was really excellent (plane food-wise) and the attendants were very friendly. In terms of comfort, I was lucky to sit in row 3 (yes, that was Economy class), so I actually had some leg room. On my way to Athens, I'd been seated in row 22 and there was no chance to move my legs at all."

No covid safety. Keep distance apparently don’t count when you onboard or in the bus from gate to/from plane. Could hardly move. And late again, again, again. Seems to be the new norm.

Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

And i have never seen any airline serve pork/ ham because of different believes people have, but SAS service you pork on an international 8 hours flight ! This is first time and last time I’m gonna fly with SAS. I always fly with KLM , perfect in everything and anyway. NO MORE SAS FOR ME !"

Fordele: "This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience."
Ulemper: "We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue."

Fordele: "Because of bad weather at the Faroe Islands, the aircraft made a missed approach (go-around) on the first attempt to land. The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."
Fordele: "Good experience. Nothing extra-ordinary. Only complimentary tea, water and coffee."

Ulemper: "When trying to board in Copenhagen there were some mishaps, but these were mainly caused by people ignoring signs along the way. They did not offer any complimentary snacks at all. Only one drink"

Fordele: "boarding is different and they were talking over pa announcements at heathrow so you could not hear what to do. you go through one ticket agent to the down stairs to another ticket agent. everyone knowing what to expect crowded around the second ticket agent and there because of that forget about boarding by row or zone you couldn't get throught the crowd. plus the second ticket agent was right next to the downstairs escalator so people coming late got on before us."
Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

When I addressed one crew member he was not only occupied watching something in his phone but responded plain rudely to me. Its quite obvious that on the airplane the crew is working. Ukrainian airlines was offering the same trip cheaper but I decided to take LOT. Also I was surprised that I had to pay my luggage in my fly back. Next time I'll try Ukrainian airlines"
Fordele: "The VEG meal (non-dairy) I was served was fresh and delicious to eat. Flight attendants pleasant, professional and service-oriented. My luggage made it to NYC/JFK without any problems."

Ulemper: "I was forced to check in my hand luggage, but the Amsterdam personnel attached to it a tag without any flight information, so this luggage missed my plane in Warsaw on the connecting flight and arrived later that day as misplaced piece. LOT needs to fix the hand luggage tagging system on connecting flights."

Ulemper: "I flew in Premium, but I had to call the airline to have the seat assigned. I could not choose the seat online although the website said I could choose a seat ahead of time. The only way to see the arrangement of seats was through seatguru.com. The best seats for the Premium Class are 4A, 4B and 4F and 4G, which are the first row in Premium. The rest of them have legs or boxes under the seat in front of you, so there is really now way you can stretch your legs fully under the seat in front of you during the flight. I was able to secure 4G for my return flight from Warsaw, but going to Warsaw from O'Hare I was put into 6B, no proper room for the right leg. They did not let us use the Business Class bathroom, which was much closer. We had to go all the way to the bathroom behind the row 19. Very inconvenient. They allow dogs in the Premium cabin, so if you are allergic to dogs brace yourself. I fly LOT only when I have no other option."

Ulemper: "The check in agent in Riga was very rude. There were two people ahead of me, and a regular line and a priority line. There was no one in the priority line. The first person was served. The woman at the priority line said, "Next," and the woman ahead of me approached, and was told it was the priority line. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THAT LINE. Having witnessed this, I did not approach when she said, "Next." She chastised me for this severely. I am hearing impaired and I was not sure what exactly she said, but it was completely inappropriate behavior. And when I have to pay for coffee, I don't expect it to be instant, and weak, and terrible."
It was not communicated in advance by the airline, but we needed a PCR test before boarding.

Ulemper: "It took a while to complete boarding, mostly because of carry-on luggage, but it did not delay departure."

Ulemper: "They made me pay $70 for my carry on luggage - the very same one that I didn’t have to check in on my way to Zurich. The company has obscure luggage policies that could easily qualify as hidden charges. I will do everything I can to avoid flying with Air Serbia in the future."

We had 2 connecting flights, all the stops that we did was always behind schdual, staff was nice but late! the worst part is, our final destination 20+ people lost there luggage including me! My dad and aunt flew with are serbia aswell and they also lost there luggage..! My dad and aunt got there luggage after 1-2days after ther flight but its a big inconvenience i have no update on my luggage yet hopeing it will be here tomorrow."

Ulemper: "At JFK our pre booked seats were changed , and I had them changed back, there was some BS excuse for that I was questioning a flight attendant as to why the plum brandy wasn't on the menu,(national drink) I was told to fly first class the next time The flight back from Belgrade to JFK. I was told by the same flight attendant (Ana) that I was holding up the line, I was trying to put the carry on luggage over the seats. There was a 40 min delay in landing, the bathrooms were locked, once again the same flight attendant made a big deal of this, that I have to make it quick. The signs for the 1st class , bathroom should not be visible from the economy class seats because it confuses passengers, in the economy class, some of the passengers were sent back and not allowed to use the bathroom."
