Recommend hire international famous gourmet chief. Removing casing of my tablet for Qatar security airlines into usa was painful that broke 6 finger nails. Need to warn on the website or ticket security requires remove casing at Doha to usa. Had no issue from USA TO Doha which requires no removal of hard cover casing."
Ulemper: "The food options was bad...during my trip asked for certain meal they claim that they are out of it. I also did not like how they check you into room in Doha & Chennai way before boarding time that time could have used for shopping instead of sitting in the room."

Ulemper: "While stay in Doha the did not give any food vochcher for 21 hours what they think no body eat in 21 hours I go to counter they refused next time I will not travel"
Fordele: "Once staff were aware that my child was sick one staff member in particular regularly checked on the well being of my child."
Ulemper: "Crew only helpful when pushed to help. My child was sick and the cabin crew tried to give me food. I said that my child had just vomited but there was no offer to help me clear it up they just continued serving food to other passengers. I had to search for someone to help me to clear up and then I felt as though I was an inconvenience. I then had to look for someone to bring food for myself and other child. My other child is 1yr and 11 months and I was told they were only allowed baby food not a child meal. Although there were a few spare seats on the plane I was squashed into a full row with a 3 yr old and one year old on my lap. I appreciate that there may not have been any bassinet seats left but would have been helpful not to be on a full row as a single adult travelling with two small children. No offers for assistance with bags."

Ulemper: "Front row with a toddler meant that we couldn't lift the armrests up and get her to lay down. She had to lie on the floor, but when we hit some turbulence, we had to wake her and sit her back up with us. The second part of the leg was much better as we were on a normal row seat"

Food quantity and quality in flights is below average. Security at Doha airport are highly unprofessional and have no respect for passengers and their privacy."

Fordele: "The planes are comfortable, the entertainment has plenty of options and plugs for your chargers if you want to use your own. The staff are friendly and very attentive. Emirates understands service. We had one cabin crew (on our flight to New York) named Amor who was was “on it” - attentive, helpful...everything you want on a long-haul flight!"
Ulemper: "This isn’t Emirates’s fault, but it took over 45 minutes (after we had come through passport control) for the bags from our flight to come out and we almost missed our train into Milan. But that is the fault of Malpensa airport."

Fordele: "The staff was amazing, not perfect, but still very good. Even on the long leg from Seattle to Dubai after 14 hours they we're smiling, helpful and attentive."
Ulemper: "The only thing I could say was not up to par was the food on both flights. The long legs food got me sick, and yes I was the only one so could have just been me, and the second the "sandwich" it seems they were not even trying."

Ulemper: "I had a terrible experience on my flight from BLR to LAX on 12/30/2016. My flight from BLR was delayed for 3 hours because of fog. I had a connection flight from Dubai at 3:15 pm the same day and I was going to miss it. I had a flight from LAX to SFO(I had booked this separately via a domestic airlines) on the 31st at 10 am. The ground staff at BLR told me that they would put me on the 8:30 am flight to LAX on 31st. That would mean more than a 12 hour wait at Dubai airport and they informed me that accommodation would be provided. Based on this I rebooked my LAX to SFO(I paid extra for this) for the next day. On reaching Dubai I was told that I will be put on the 3:30 pm flight on 31st instead of the 8:30 am flight. That would mean a 20 hour wait at the airport. I was also given a SINGLE food voucher and told that no hotel accommodation would be provided. I was also going to miss the LAX to SFO flight which I had rebooked. I requested the ground staff to try and put me on a direct flight to SFO instead. After begging them for a while they put me on a stand by status on the 7:30 am flight the next day. I spent 12 hours in the airport. That flight was further delayed by 3 hours. When my husband contacted the customer service on 31st morning, they told him that accommodation would be provided and sent me an email confirming that. This was in the morning after I had spent 12 hours in the airport. If accommodation was available why was I told by the ground staff that all rooms were full? I also saw them hand out hotel vouchers to other passengers with shorter wait times than mine. Was it based on their nationality(I sincerely hope not but the reviews I am reading of Emirates online suggest otherwise). Fog and other weather conditions are completely understandable but the discriminatory behaviour of the ground staff in Dubai was really disappointing. This new year weekend was my honeymoon and it was completely ruined because of this trip."
Fordele: "A380 is really comfortable even in economy and choice for entertainment is great"
Ulemper: "Crew are great during standard service runs such as meal / drinks but outside of assigned duties trying to get their attention is almost impossible as the are busy chatting. Pressed the cabin crew call button and took over 15 mins for someone to respond (and only after I caught someone's attention walking past - for the second time, the first person took my request then never reappeared). This despite at least 8 crew members walking past me."

Ulemper: "The aisles were blocked a lot of the time making it hard to get to the toilets."

Ulemper: "Flight from Copanhagen to Istanbul was delayed for an hour...computer malfunction was the reason. I was a little bit stressed because I had a connecting flight to Manila, was afraid i wouldn't make it. And also, no gate assignment yet for Istanbul to Manila. Since it was my first time to travel via Turkish Airline, not familiar with Istanbul airport."
Fordele: "We liked the ability to watch movies and television programs to pass the time."
Ulemper: "We did not like that to use Internet we had to pay an extra fee. We did not care for the food. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the aircraft. We did not like that the bathrooms ran out of water to wash our hands. We did not like that flight attendants handled and served food with no water on the flight to wash their hands. Most flight attendants were unfriendly. The one gentleman that served us was pleasant. We really did not like that between the food service we saw virtually no flight attendants other than those sleeping in the area at the back of the plane. We did not like that we could not understand the announcements made. We did not like the fact that passengers were not reprimanded upon landing for using electrical devices and laptop computers even though an announcement had been made to turn all devices off and put them away. Once announcement was made not one flight attendant said anything to those people around us who did not follow the request. We did not appreciate the uncomfortable seats."

Ulemper: "In Business Class, the seats did not recline all the way to become flat. Other airlines (including Qatar and Etihad) have seats which become flatbeds even in 3 hour long flights. Very disappointed that Turkish does not have that options from IST to ISB. The boarding experience from IAD-IST was excellent...but it was the opposite from IST-ISB."

Ulemper: "They cancelled my returning flight WITHOUT me knowing and expecting me to pay for the penalty fee for misisng the first flight even tho I DID not cancel the returning flight which obviously I was gonna take. The staff was RUDE and INSENSITIVE. Qatar was better in overall customer service. Worst customer service from Turkish airline."

Fordele: "Turkish Airlines er normalt, som samlet pakke min favorit, men når indtjekning vælger at sætte 2 voksne mænd på sæder ved nødudgangen der kun er ca. 75% i størrelse af normle (små) sæder, så er 3½ time til Istanbul en lang sammenklemt oplevelse."

They didn't check IDs which became evident when a passenger complained his passport was missing and the plane had to return to the gate so he could go back into the airport to find his passport. Had it been checked before getting on the plane we could have spared everyone the hour delay. really this was is the worst service ever. Avoid."

TK airport (ground) staff that talked to us was antipathetic and it took ages to get any service. Looks like they didn't care we about the delay, nor they were trying to help us. Just kept saying we need to wait."

Ulemper: "The seat spacing on that flight was some of the tightest I have ever seen - worse than even most of the short-haul (Embraer) flights i have been on - barely manageable for 3.5 hours. Flight attendants were borderline rude and bossy, but they had to be, because the passengers were loud and unruly."

Ulemper: "This was a really old plane. The screens were really small And was so scratched and messed up that it was almost impossible to use . I was never offered a choice of breakfast before I boarded and I could not get what I wanted. You do not offer enough space fo list all my comments. Very unfair"
Fordele: "What can I say about this awesome flight with great crew and a free upgrade? Fan-dabby-dozy-tastic!"
Fordele: "The big snow storm cause a 6 hours delay from JFK to MAD, which made me missed my connection flight. Iberia didn't honor its responsibility to find me a connection flight and had no idea where my luggage was. I ended up paying for a train ticket with Renfe from MAD to VLC."
Ulemper: "It is insane that Iberia didn't help me at all. Iberia should honor its responsibility to ensure the customer have a connection flight when there was a delay due to weather. They were not well trained to locate my luggage, and help me finding an alternative solution, i.e. Renfe train to MAD to VLC."
Fordele: "plane empty, speedy boarding."
Ulemper: "At least soft drinks should be free of charge."
Ulemper: "Group boarding was chaotic"
Ulemper: "1,5 hr delay. No effort from the cabin crew to compensate for delay. Just stuck in our seats for 1 hr waiting for the airline to be cleared for take off. Would have been nice with a hot towel for face and hands after a long semi-night flight (10hrs). Extremely cold. Everyone was freezing and coughing due to very, very cold cabin air. Very old entertainment system. Grainy blurry screens. No charging of devices via usb. The control was fixed to armrest and was accidentally pressed al the time while resting and arm on the armrest. Remote gate in LHR."
Ulemper: "No free non-alcoholic drinks. Everything at a fee. Remote gate in LHR."
Fordele: "On time."
Ulemper: "The dinner menu was ok. I didn’t like the breakfast at all."
Fordele: "I liked that it was a short flight."
Ulemper: "I didn’t dislike anything about the flight."
Fordele: "The crew generally is kind and patient. This older aircraft had new seats installed."
Ulemper: "BA now doesn’t even provide you with a glass of water or peanuts for free. Everything is buy on board like Easyjet or Ryannair. Entertainment is non-existent as are any type of power outlets. Seat pitch is very tight."
Ulemper: "I was seated at the emergency row. The staff has a policy of collecting the pillows and blankets during take-off from these seats. But they never gave them back to us afterward. Later when I wanted to go to sleep, they could not located these items."
Fordele: "Nothing This is not what i wanted on an international flight ."
Ulemper: "i Had arrived early and was seated properly... however they held the plane over one hour delay to help late passengers ... this made problems with the connection flight .. they sent us to the wrong terrmknall and lost our luggage.. I feel like this was planned so they could sell out seats at a higher price last minute Fix all the above Call me to make this right"

Fordele: "How efficient, professional and pleasant the captain As well as cabin crew were."
Fordele: "Overall an outstanding experience. Staff is attentive and cheerfully accommodated people throughout the flight. No request was denied as far as I could tell."
Ulemper: "We had a 2 hour delay on our flight from Heathrow to LAX. That being said it was during the most severe cold front to hit North America and counterparts flying with connections in some of the hardest hit town had delays of 24 hours or more."

Ulemper: "2 of 3 luggage kissed transfer at Heathrow to the Paris flight despite 2:30 hrs layover and arrived on next flight 4 hrs later"
Fordele: "Flight was safe and not cancelled."
Ulemper: "BA needs to adopt the Ryanair policy of limiting the number of carry-on bags allowed on board. BA needs to work better on cabin maintenance. Some reading lights did not work. Ryanair cabin crew are nowadays polite and cheerful. BA crew seem stressed depressed and defensive."

Ulemper: "I paid for a different seat USD 77, they charged the amount on my credit card but I never get the seat! I am trying to cancel the charge on my credit card."
Fordele: "As always very police cabin personal and the flight was on time."
Fordele: "No frills 2 hour flight. Comfortable and I slept the entire way."
Ulemper: "Boarding could have been a bit more seamless. Was very disorganized."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed by 2 hours because of hydronic issues. I feel asleep and missed the food which was part of the ticket wasn’t woken up. Was then woken by the passenger behind kick my chair which was not comfortable at all and the entertainment system was something out of the 80s, screen so small could see the picture that well and the touch screen was not that reactive. Cabin crew we grumpy. Ashamed this is called British not what I called British........"

Ulemper: "Language with the personnel was a minus. An experienced flight attendant uttered "Jesus F..... Christ" - as a reaction to people getting up before seatbelt signs have been switched off seems fair, the wordage is unacceptable from an airline that ought to be a pillar of decency."

Ulemper: "it was a 3 hr flight and all the food and drink you had to buy i would of thought they would of gave u something to snack on we sat at terminal for about a hr because they had to load a piece of equipment a certian way for it to b safe to fly (pilots explaintion) poor planing"

Fordele: "Boarding was exceptionally well-handled. Boarding passess/passports were checked prior to entering the boarding area and seating started when people came into the boarding area so passengers were finltering onto the plane immediately without the first calls for priority passengers."

Ulemper: "Rude employees, flight attendant actually kicked my partners leg on purpose. No beverage provided at all."
Fordele: "Liked the high life entertainment and the flight attendants were friendly"
Ulemper: "I get a very limited amount of time to visit my girlfriend who is currently living back at home in England and spent nearly two hours sitting on the plane following the landing and then another two hours or so waiting for my bag to show up and finally filled out info to have it sent to me so that I wasn't wasting any further amount of time on a plane or in the airport. With limited service it was just an overall terrible experience, for my girlfriend even more so than me, as she began to get worried during the delay in the flight arrival up until I got into the airport and got service so that I was able to explain the delay and that I would be out soon. Which wasn't the case since I continued waiting for my bag to arrive for the next couple hours. What should've been a time of joy being reunited with my girlfriend turned into a time of stress for all involved and several hours overdue."
Ulemper: "like all the other airlines you get nickelled and dimed to death"
Fordele: "Finally an airline whose pilot keeps passengers informed of reasons for delays with frequent updates."
Ulemper: "You are now charging for water? Really?"
Fordele: "The crew were awesome-very polite, friendly and helpful! Food was also excellent."
Fordele: "one of my employee was left at Spain because his information wasn't found in the your sistem. he is still in Spain and His name is Julio Cesar Paul."
Fordele: "The agents and crew were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The boarding was timely, the crew was very friendly. The service was exceptional. The only issue was seating, too cramped. I am 5'11"and weigh 135. I was uncomfortable in my seat. My husband was uncomfortable in his seat. This made a 9 hour flight rough. The crew, food and entertainment were great, but the seating made me think twice about flying to Europe on British Airlines in the future."

Ulemper: "The movie selection was poor. Sat near crying baby and autistic kid very unpleasant. Should have section for family and kids and a way to alert other passengers of young children seating."

Ulemper: "Ancient plane. Terrible seats. No space or padding. Horrid entertainment system from 15 yrs ago, dysfunctional. Definitely one of my worse experiences flying back and I do this leg 10-15 per year. Boarding was oddly disorganized for a BA flight."
Ulemper: "We reserved for passenger in Business class From Dubai to London to Dubai . But From London to Dubai BA offered passenger Economy class the passenger reserved business class but they put him in Economy and the reason they said the flight is over booked. The passenger has heart problem and knee problem we reserved for him in business class to assure he will get the maximum care but in despite of his health conditions and in despite that he reserved in business class they put him in economy class"
Ulemper: "Missed connection again at Heathrow. That's 2 out of 4 of the last trips."
