Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "Food selections horrible. And you need to pay for it. I got last piece of pizza and it tasted like it had been sitting there for a week. Drink cups were tiny. Movie options severely limited. WiFi never worked."

Ulemper: "Rekjavik for a transit point has a pleasing aesthetic but is poorly designed for the number of passengers going through it. The flight was late so we had to hoof it, then wait as the next flight was late. Not sure Icelandair really has it down. But we made it."

Ulemper: "A 3-hour flight followed by a five-hour flight isn’t super comfortable but without paying for first class, it was as good as it could be."
Fordele: "This is one of the best airlines I've ever flown. Very nice comfortable planes. Excellent air crew. Everything they do is at a high standard. What really sets them apart is the really great service. I had a problem with WOW air not honoring my ticket due to snow. I had to book at the airport on Iceland air last minute. They didn't have a gate agent who could sell me a ticket - so they sent a manager out from the back office to book us so we would not be stranded due to WOW's incompetence. Booked us just minutes before take off, escorted us through security and onto the plane. Start to finish less than 30 minutes. Amazing service. Their class of service is far above that of major carriers. Iceland Air works harder and makes sure everything is right."

Ulemper: "I had to wait almost one hour at check in. The person in charge said there were "issues" with my visa. She allowed me to board to Reykjavik and said the issues would be solved as I flew. I had to check in again at Reykjavik. There was no "issue" with my visa and I was received normally at my destination. Comfort level on business class was sub-par and options on entertainment center very limited."
Fordele: "We were extremely lucky and were upgraded. So no complaints. First class was . . . First class. Excellent service, seats, meals, etc."

Ulemper: "The booking was too tight. We BARELY made our flight to Minneapolis and the airport in Rehkjavik is way too small for the number of flights coming in at the same time. We were in a winding, snakelike line for security that went on forever and then when we got through, the lines for the gates were mixed up, without proper seating areas and separation. People were in the wrong lines because it was too crowded to see where we should be. This is a POORLY run airport that needs significant expansion and improvement."

Ulemper: "They land you on tarmac and you have the board a bus to come to the terminal. This is a challenge because the temperature in Reykjavik ranges 40-50F and rains frequently. Challenging for passengers who are not in tip top physical shape,have arthritis , have balance problem ,are older etc. We are talking about people who don't need a wheelchair and can manage well at other airports. No information from crew about what what to expect on landing and about connections. Flight was late and it caused us a lot of stress. Airport not friendly and no information about immigration etc, Only people who are very fit should consider this flight with a transfer at Reykjavik No food served. The steward serving our section was friendly"

Ulemper: "Ground crew were not friendly Many hidden fees - baggage was very expensive and not well explained.. In flight service was non existent. We will NEVER travel with this airline again"
Fordele: "Cost was good. We doubt we'll fly Icelandia again because of the poor service and the unprepared state of affairs in Reykjavik."
Ulemper: "The boarding on a connection in Reykjavic was the worst I've ever seen in my thousand flights. Customers were very upset wanted to break through the longest boarding line they'd ever seen. I was somewhat concerned for the potential of the passengers getting out of order. Safety became an issue as passengers began threatening to bust the line. "But, our flight leaves in 10 min." was heard again and again as we slowly meandered toward our plane for which we were over 30 min. late. Planes in Reykjavik were held up, though there was no weather problem, because of an overwhelming number of passengers trying to board their connecrtion. We were told this is common. On an eight hour flight we had little food available for purchase. After delivering the food we waited about an hour before the attendants came through to pick up the paper and boxes remaining from the food."

Ulemper: "Airport in Iceland cannot accommodate the number of passengers that fly through there. Long lines, no seats, standing for hours. I won't fly Icelandic air through Rejikyvik again. Also the plane departing from IAD to Iceland was old and uncomfortable. Overall, I feel that I had to run the gauntlet of discomfort and tedium before I could actually enjoy my trip----as if the suffering was part of the package. This airport impacts the flight itself. Now we are supposed to accept an hours delay without apology as if that's ok. Standing in line at the airport for two hours in Iceland just makes me commit to traveling less and becoming more selective in my choice of airlines."

Ulemper: "I am very upset with how icelandair handled luggage for our layover. Our layover was and overnight, 17.5 hour layover. Not a single staff member told us they would be withholding our bags for the entire layover. Not at check in, not during boarding, not when we landed. We had to figure it out ourselves by asking the baggage info, to which they responded with "if you wait 2 hours maybe it will come on the carousel and you can take it." Mind you it is 1:30 in the morning and we had already waited for an hour, not knowing this was the answer. I am extremely disappointed that we could not access our bags and that not a single staff member told us our bags would not come. I've never had a problem with icelandair until now and I strongly hope this does not happen again to anyone else."
Ulemper: "The airport was absolute chaos. No room to wait at the gate, poor communication, no info at the gate, late flights, people crammed into the bus for the plane. Seems the amount of travrlers has simply overwhelmed the airport staff and space. Hot cramped airplane and you have to pay for the most meager snack. By contrast, Jet Blue was spacious and comfortable. Unlikely to travel Icelandair in the future."

Fordele: "There was a fantastic and extensive entertainment selection for international flights (including safe options for kids and a range of genres for adults). Variety of movies, selections of TV shows, music, audio books, and more. Make sure to bring your own headphones if you don't want to have to buy headphones. When the flight attendants of my first flight realized several of us were going to miss our connecting flights (after we kindly expressed concern while we waited to de-plane), they worked diligently to talk to four different outgoing flights and asked them to stall. To my knowledge we all made it on our connecting flights, though it delayed the flights for others whom had already boarded. It wasn't difficult to get additional water, which is important when in air for an extensive time."
Ulemper: "Based on all of my flights to / from in this journey on Iceland Air, they tend to lose time in air or have some sort of ground delay. That said, I would encourage buyers to select flights with at least a 2 hour stop over in Iceland to prevent stress, especially if you want a wider selection of food sonce the airport has more options and IA doesn't serve food for free on any of their U. S. To/From Europe flights."

Ulemper: "All the passengers were prisoners in a closed gate for at least 30 minutes. It was hot and no air circulation. Then, they opened the doors, and we were in the cold and the wind climbing the stairs to the plane. Never again."

Ulemper: "the 2 stewardesses disappeared as soon as the flight was in the air. i upgraded to business class in what was a huge waste of money. the fact that they do not make alcohol available in business class is pure laziness, and these people are loving it. keep in mind that you can have water juice and pop. i was given the water i asked for after take off, and then she promptly disappeared for the entire 3 hours. she only returned when i pushed the call button. not good."
Ulemper: "When there isn’t a person assigned to the emergency exit row and you offer your service and the flight attendant says you need to pay for it. Seriously there a deadly flu and the fight attendant is concerned about the price difference and not making sure there is social distance. Tons of empty seats and they never offered for anyone to switch"

Fordele: "That I was FINALLY able to get to my destination after a THREE AND HALF HOUR DELAY. Mechanical malfunctions, Get crew unable to find the pilots once the mechanical malfunction was corrected, sitting on the plane for an hour waiting for some "guy" to be located who went missing who was responsible for our weight to certified for flight. I didn't like anything."

Fordele: "Nice Asian stewardess made up for the rude tall bald African-American male Stuart who was snapping his fingers and literally yelling at me for no reason! I turned around and walked away to avoid conflict. He was being overly dramatic and completely rude and several people clapped when I responded"
Ulemper: "One particular steward mentioned above could adjust his attitude and be polite to his guests. He had no reason to be overly dramatic and excited nevertheless yell at clients!"
Ulemper: "I requested for wheelchair die to my knees problem, but there was no wheelchair for me at Narita and Bangkok."

Fordele: "A cheap option to upgrade to 1st was offered that ended up being a net 0 cost upgrade for me so I took it. Comfortable on an old (but oh so nice) aircraft."
Ulemper: "Arrived 30 minutes early to the airport but then had to sit at a remote pad so that we ended up being 5 minutes late to the gate. A short transfer was made even more difficult, and a massive waste if time and fuel sitting and waiting. Figure out your gates early and better, and move around if needed. At the very least, bring up some stairs and buses to get passengers to the terminal and then tow the aircraft in when you have a gate available."

Ulemper: "The fact that I was delayed twice, given false information, had to wait to board because a flight attendant was late for her shift and then had to run from terminal to terminal to find my flight on my own because no representative could help me or show up."

Ulemper: "My flight from SFO to Miami was delayed so I missed my connection to Rio and now I’m NYC on my birthday instead of my final destination. The flight status was changed 7 times. And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room. And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster."

Ulemper: "Itinerary I received was for British Airways, with whom I have always had excellent experiences. However, I discovered at check-in I would actually be traveling on American Airlines with a different flight no. I had already provided my BA flight numbers to family. No explanation was give to me prior to flight that this would be the case. Food was terrible- even for Coach class - I don't always expect a gourmet meal, but BA was consistently good in the past, so I had positive expectations. My personal entertainment system did not work properly so I could not use it."

Ulemper: "This was the first flight out. Flight was delayed and there was no gate agent that communicated why the flight was delayed. When we were finally able to board, it was NOT done by group number and thus I had to check my bag."

Ulemper: "We did not get on this flight because AA's scheduled it 90 minutes after landing from an Int'l flight. Why don't airlines schedule a minimum 3hours between Int'l-domestic connections. half the plane was stressing and freaking out about missing their connection even though the plane landed on time. "AA is not responsible for customs/security delays". Well, your customer service agents would have a lot less work if you didn't have to reschedule 100 people per flight. The time the plane drives/parks at the gate, you get off the plane and make it through customs, get your bag, recheck it (if need be, we didn't this time though), get through security and get to your gate, you'll be the luckiest person in the world to do that in less than 90 minutes."

Plenty of carry-on storage on this 787-9. Customs and airport (DFW) experience was very good. Baggage claim and return for connection were prompt and rapid."
Ulemper: "Seats were tight in basic coach. As typical at CDG airport (other than the government subsidized Air France facilities), check-in and security is a nightmare. Clearly the worst airport in the world."

Fordele: "Everything went very smoothly with this flight. It boarded on time. The crew were all very friendly. I enjoyed the entertainment selections and found a tv show that I had been wanting to see. I managed to watch 2 episodes and look forward to watching more of the same show on my flight back. I ended up having the 2 seats to myself which was great. Extra legroom. I have no complaints at all."

Fordele: "Being the first passengers to exit the cabin after a 5 and a half hour flight is definitely a perk, as well as getting one's luggage (a priority tag is attached to them) immediately upon getting to the carousel, an other. Leg room and more space is also great."
Ulemper: "The only board menu was not exhaustive, considering one pays over $500 USD to move up to business class."
Fordele: "The flight attendants were very nice and helpful. When they passed out dinner my husband and I were asleep, we woke up when they were serving drinks (right after). They got us our food. On our flight over however we didn't get options on food since they had run out. The flight crew was nice though."
Ulemper: "Unbeknownst to either of us the Air Canada Rouge is a low cost carrier international flight. It didn't have a player in the seat, or even old school TV's. You had to use your own device on their WiFi which was SLOW and the sound went out. The seats are small with very little leg room. I'm 5'1 (156cm) and my legs almost touched the seat in front of me. Also the airport was the biggest hinderance of getting to the gate and the airplane. After customs, to get to our gate we were told to wait in another line while they went through nearly every passenger again... And checked bags. Since it was taking so long they would let some go through without checking them. It was strange to say the least. We eventually left the gate late but made up for it in the air."
Fordele: "The flight attendants were very friendly and tried to make up for a very delayed flight with kindness and attention. They were the saving graces for that flight not being a total disaster."
Ulemper: "The incoming flight was delayed which pushed our flight back. After we were done boarding, we sat on the tarmac for almost another full hour and weren't really told why the incoming flight was delayed in the first place. My IFE wasn't working so I couldn't even watch a movie or do anything while we were waiting."
Fordele: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "For business class the accommodation was appalling. The seat would not even recline more than a couple of inches, let alone lay flat which is what one is paying for. The touch screen entertainment did not work. The flight arrived too late to make connections - again. The boarding agent at the gate in Los Angeles was one of the rudest and most arrogant men I have ever encountered. I complained to the plane's Captain about him, as he was going through. All the business class passengers around me were commenting on it. One was even filming his egregious behaviour for Facebook. He alone was enough to put one off Air Canada ."
Fordele: "Fast boarding, no delays."
Ulemper: "I always fly Air Canada but I guess I wasn't aware that Air Canada Rouge was a completely different species. No entertainment at all. When we got on the plane, the sun was shining through the window & floating in the air was a mind-boggling amount of dust, feathers, etc.. flying all around... like the air was completely FILLED with them.. you couldn't get a breath of oxygen. This irritated my respiratory system immensely. They also had children helping out the flight attendants which was cute, until the one girl who had just served water to the entire plane broke out into an awful fever. They were putting ice packs on her head, giving her meds, & eventually she had to get carried through the airport. This was 5 minutes after serving water to an entire plane of passengers. I ended up getting extremely sick & missed almost a week of work. Not sure if this was the cause, but it makes sense. I will make sure 100% to never fly air canada rouge again. For $400 a ticket... doesn't make sense to experience this."

Ulemper: "I separated from my 2 daughters and husband because they did not allow me to pick seats or check in online. I was stuck in the seat immediately in front of the stinky bathroom in a seat that didn't recline, had no hdmi charging port and was pretty much continuously crowded by bathroom-goers. In fact, so many bathroom goers grabbed the seat in front of me that they touched my movie screen about 7-8 times, causing the menu to pop up and interrupt the movie. Otherwise, the food was gross and one of the flight attendants was very grumpy."

Ulemper: "My flight from NYC to Montreal was delayed 4 hours due to a storm that had passed earlier in the day. That was understandable, however we then sat on the tarmac at the gate for an additional hour because Air Canada's entire computer system suddenly crashed. We finally got to the runway and in the middle of takeoff the pilot slammed on the brakes and aborted the takeoff because he did not reach high enough speed. It was very scary. I was supposed to land in Montreal at 10:20 pm but arrived there at 2:30 am the next morning."

Ulemper: "I couldn't board the plane due to new documentation requirements for travelers transiting in Canada. I understand the rules of the internet fare (no returns, exchanges or cancellations) but the customer service was awful. They didn't offer me any other alternative but to loose full value of the ticket ($1700). Nobody (kayak, vayama, air canada or brussel airlines) gave me any kind of information about those new requirements and I ended up cancelling the whole trip as I couldn't find any other flight to get to Europe. Really upsetting...."

Ulemper: "Although no-one specifically ruined the travelling aspect of my trip, being delayed, cancelled out due to weather, missing a whole day of my trip (out of a short 3 day vacation), never getting my baggage, and then damaging my baggage when I did everyday retrieve it, is unacceptable for an airline to get away with. They will certainly be getting a letter of complaint and a request for a refund."
Ulemper: "Air Canada was one hour late leaving the gate. This in fact was a great improvement as when we left Montreal on Dec.21 they were 4 hours late and in the best of xmas cheer didn't even offer us a free drink. Way to go AC."
Fordele: "The fact that there were several vacant seats helped with finding room to stretch out."

Ulemper: "My traveling partner - Giovanni Medina - was given ill properly prepared food. He ended up getting food poisoning. We had a connecting flight in Montreal to Orlando (our final destination and home), he was suffering during the 2 hour lay over with an ill stomach and then had to suffer 3 more hours on a flight home. He was stopped from being able to go to the bathroom before takeoff because they needed him seated, but he immediately started vomiting right before we took off. He then spent the rest of the ride sick, they allowed him to move to the back in order to use the bathroom rather than the vomit bags, but he was not comfortable at all. He spent the rest of the night after landing in the bathroom continuing to vomit. We chose this airline because of the rave reviews of the food, entertainment, and hospitality of the crew. The latter two were certainly true. We definitely wanted to make sure that you knew of situation because this was a seriously uncomfortable situation for him and we would not want this to happen to anyone else. He had the chicken meal and the meat pastry on the flight."
Ulemper: "Air Canada over booked the flight from toronto to Montreal and approximately 10 pax were surprised - at the gate!!! - that no seat is available on the plane although we booked this flight months in advance. It is a shame. Although we recieved 200 dollar compensation check it does not cover damage has been done for me at this trip because of my late arrival to a very important business meeting. It is really not fare and shame."

Ulemper: "Lost a flight because they closed the door 20 min before departure, no calls where made to passengers ... I was delayed by airport security and by the time I made it to the gate it was already dispatched, flight closed doors 10 min after it was scheduled to board, very efficient boarding crew that left 6 passengers on the ground !! Since it was a short flight between Toronto and Montreal they gabe me a seat in the next flight which had a delay in boarding (30 min) and then delayed departure too another 30 min ... All in all i spent almost 5 hours in the airport for a 1h flight"

Ulemper: "The seats were very small. I was flying Premium Economy, so it was tolerable, but my daughters were flying economy with very hard seats, very little room, no snacks and no entertainment. It was the Gulag! I can't imagine it being worse for them. On a short domestic flight, it may be tolerable, but for a long international flight across the pond, it was a nightmare! Also, please stop serving those hot pockets as a snack and please stop charging for potato chips and snacks unless you plan to serve a substantial meal! A 400 calorie meal is not going to keep anyone satisfied for 10 hours!"
Ulemper: "Flight out of Newark delayed so we were going to miss the connection. We were rebooked to fly via London but we lost 6 hours in Rome. Air Canada attendant at Newark said the flight was always delayed and passengers regularly needed to be rebooked. You should recommend air Canada cancels selling this itinerary or bringing the Newark flight forward to de risk any delays"
Fordele: "Entertainment system was awesome. Flight was comfortable. Crew very friendly."
Ulemper: "Checkin staff at airport was not friendly. Airline cannot allocate seats together even though booking was done months in advance. seriously!!!"
Fordele: "I think a little more leg room compare to some economy flights."
Ulemper: "I was very unhappy that I could not sit with my husband both ways when we booked the flight together. And we got middle seats which we hate and requested aisle seats. We were also initially placed extremely far away and I was able to change seats to at least being closer, but not together. There was a couple that was throwing a fit that they weren't sitting together in my husband's aisle. The water they provided came from a pitcher and not a bottle and it tasted nasty. I did ask for hot tea on one of the flights and was told they had nothing hot. My tray table was dirty. Sticky stuff on the buckle of the seatbelt. Used plastic cup by my seat when boarding."
Ulemper: "When boarding the plane, they called the zones too quickly. Then there was an Air Canada representative giving bad directions to the passengers as to where to get in line. Then she got annoyed and was disrespectful to the passengers as they were trying to get in line. She needed to give better directions or change the way they called the zones. Air Canada knew the flight to Montreal was delayed when we left London. They changed our reservation to Toronto to a flight that we still couldn't connect with because of timing. It would have been easier if they were more realistic with the timing of the flight and booked us on a later flight to Toronto."

Ulemper: "The temperature in the cabin was Frigid, even with blanket, 2 pairs of socks my coat & scarf I was freezing!"
Fordele: "The airline personnel in Montreal was accommodating when several of us missed our connecting flights, automatically providing a hotel room and food vouchers for each of us."
Ulemper: "We were delayed an hour because of a miscommunication with the refueling truck in Montreal before the flight came to Bradley. Then, we sat almost another hour on the tarmac at Bradley Airport because the flight plan was not approved. This caused me and several travelers (out of a small flight of approx. 20 people) to miss our connections in Montreal. Miscommunication seems to be normal for AirCanada, at least in Montreal (almost missed my connection on the way home, too). I will not fly again with this airline in the foreseeable future."
Fordele: "We missed our connecting flight due to a delay and we were automatically rebooked on the next fight. On an US airline, we would have o stand in line to get that done. We traveled on Rouge, from Venice to Montreal, and it was better than the reviews I had prior. There was an outlet to charge electronic devices and the app was easy to use."
Ulemper: "The delay was due to getting baggage loaded. 1.5 hours. There is an issue there."

Ulemper: "Worst flight ever. Had a technical difficulties 3 times in a row. Had to be cancelled and put on the next day and again same thing over and over. So missed all my connections. Cut short my vacation. Will never flight air Canada again."

Ulemper: "Horrible smelly crampy cloth seats, awful food, they don't offer complementary wine and beer for international flights like other carriers, no tvs in the headrest. The flight crew works slower then I have ever observed in my over 200 flights. Took them 1hr 40min to serve what they called "dinner", Delta and others knocks it out in 30!!! And don't get thirsty, You'll die of dehydration before you get a drop of water. They treat ice like its gold. 2 cubes for each drink. If u ask for more u get one more cube. Lol. It was just a horrible experience! I will never fly Air Canada again."

Ulemper: "My sister is still stuck in Paria trying to get to Casablanca because Qir Canada changed her ticket to Royal Air Maroc in the system but failed to pay the ticket!! She's been traveling from Seattle to Casablanca for three days and she's still not here yet! And I'm going into labor very soon!!"

Ulemper: "They charged us 25 dollars for a carry on bag which was unfair. They didn't charge anyone else. When I came back I was not charged. I would like a refund. The people were very rude! I take that bag on trips weekly. I should have not been charged."
Fordele: "The flight was comfortable. Entertainment choices were varied and generous."
Ulemper: "o'Hare needs an upgrade."
Fordele: "Entertainment selection was excellent and the liquor selection exceeded expectation. Very smooth flight."
Ulemper: "Didn't give us US customs forms, had to ask, only got one, had to ask again, and then rushed to fill them out and THEN customs threw them out and we had to do everything on the computer. I would think that the crew would be familiar with this process at their home airport and not waste our time. Also, no one could tell us if we would have to go through security again and if we could buy any liquids in Paris duty free to bring home due to the liquid rule and going through security. Just a wildly uninformed airline (asked our crew and other AC officials) they couldn't answer a few simple questions."

Ulemper: "Air Canada acts like a European low fare airline when it is actually just a major domestic carrier that nickels and dimes for everything and charges full cost."

People were lined up for the bathrooms most of the trip since could not use the small first class bathroom. If one wanted a meal, it was one you had to pay for. Broken monitor"

Fordele: "The pilots were informative with their announcements and we were informed of turbulence before it started. We also got in ahead of schedule. I also appreciated being able to ask for a glass of water between services as I had fallen asleep."
Ulemper: "The negative experiences started before we got on the plane. Boarding began slightly behind schedule and was very disorganized. People were all standing in the boarding area and out into the walkway for the concourse. I feel it would be better to have boarding groups come up individually or two at a time. (While group one boards, group two convenes. Once group one has boarded, invite group three to take their place.) Once group three had boarded, an announcement was made that there was no overhead bin space availble for the entirety of group 4. It seems a bit ridiculous that nearly half the plane wouldn’t have overhead space. It took awhile to board group 4 as everyone had luggage to check and once we finally got down the jetway, we had to wait another few minutes before being able to get to our seats as the flight attendant for first class insisted on taking drink orders while she stood in the aisle. I understand this is a perk of first class but I feel it could be better executed. These seats are boarded in group one so to have drink orders incomplete by the time group four is trying to board is irritating at best and incompetent at worst. Once finally at our seats, it became apparent that the announcement about lack of overhead bin space had been made a bit early. The bins were on the full side but they definitely had space available. Also, much of the space had been taken up by jackets and bags that would have fit under the seats; which I felt could have prevented nearly all of the checked bags. The flight was uneventful with minor annoyances like having to pay for entertainment and any sort of food. Even southwest provides entertainment free of charge and I consider them to be more of a budget airline. If I fly Lufthansa again, I will not take a domestic flight through United and will instead book via southwest to and from the international airport Lufthansa flies out of."

Ulemper: "The entertainment system went down halfway through the journey and had to be rebooted. The hamburger was good and hot but didn't come with lettuce and tomato as advertised."

Ulemper: "But, seats are extremely uncomfortable, reclining only few indies. I’m almost 6” and for me flights with United always very uncomfortable. Food only for purchase, which is absurd! entertainment only by default, can’t even choose from."

Ulemper: "Improper handling of situation. There was flight scheduled later, but CS agent kept jerking us around. By the time I reached the United counter, the next flight was full. My total flight time was 36 hours. I still can’t believe that the pilot was missing. Fordele: "1 hour late"
Ulemper: "We were not informed about the cause of the delay without asking at the departure desk and other carrier planes flew to San Francisco while our flight continued to be delayed. The posted time also was erratic both at the airport and on the app for the people meeting us. Luckily our time was flexible so though frustrating and inconvenient we managed OK."
Fordele: "Nice attendant, food OK, no delay."
Ulemper: "Internet costs"
Ulemper: "Ive never flown with United Airlines internationally and now that I have I never will again. I had just flown with COPA airlines from Colombia to Panama and it was great. I thought I would have a similar experience with United, but alas it was not. You have to pay for movies and food on an international flight?! what is that! terrible terrible"
Fordele: "Nothing. Absolutely nothing."
Ulemper: "First, our flight UA 194 was redirected back to SFO after 2 hrs of flight due to problem with weather sensor device or something of flight. Then we were cheated and provided with Economy class seat from FRA to MAA for the next day. We paid for full Business from SFO to India but our connecting flight was changed to Economy seat. Very very very poor and fraud technique from United crew. We are very sad about this and we will never ever take United or Lufthansa again. Never ever + we will request all our relatives to abandon these kind of cheaters."

Fordele: "Put us up in the hilton."
Ulemper: "Told us to run across the airport just to get there and they already shut the doors 20 minutes before the scheduled departure. had to miss another day of work..."
Fordele: "Delayed Flight, late flight attendant that delayed flight 1.5 hr. Causing many to miss overseas connections. Changed arrival terminal."
Ulemper: "Explained flight delay due to one attendant not showing up. Needs to be a better back up system."
Fordele: "Movie deal was enjoyable. But a tough week for the friendly skies!"
Ulemper: "Mechanical caused me to miss my connection. Exterior of 777 had paint peeling off the fuselage, which is a bad sign. Plane needs an overhaul"
Fordele: "Crew was nice Smooth flight"
Ulemper: "Small plane Delayed flight"
Fordele: "Nothing about 9 HOURS in an Airport is great! I walked from where I landed coming from Calgary, to terminal 2 Gate F 17 because that was where the flight to Lexington was to leave from. Then I got notice it was leaving from terminal 1 Gate B 24 so (I'm sure I walked a mile there) to get there. Waited for a number of hours checked my phone and found the departure was back again at terminal 1 Gate F 17!?!?! So I walked another mile back to where I started. At no point was I offered a drink or meal voucher for the 9 hour delay/inconvenience in my flight to Lexington ky. Suffice to say that I will NEVER go on any flight if I have to go back through this airport. I also have horrible knees, which all the walking did not help."
Ulemper: "I would like to say that as a person with a disability, there is not any support for help getting around. They have plenty of for lack of a better term "golf carts"; but no one utilizing them. Not that I am a world traveler; but this airport could take more than a page from Calgary international in terms of support to those with disabilities. I will NEVER and I do mean NEVER go through something like this again. I expected to be home in Lexington at 5:00pm and did NOT arrive until midnight.??!! This is in my opinion quite unacceptable! What a way to spend a hard earned vacation day! Thanks Luanne Steele"
Ulemper: "The old old plane that I flew the 1st leg of my trip. Not having TV or movie screens."
Fordele: "The crew"
Ulemper: "The fact that I was stuck in airport for one hour overtime and also that I was on the plane for 2 hours not moving."
Fordele: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "Our plane departed on time, 6:05 AM. About 6:40 A E turned back towards Boston. There was a problem with the wing. It got repaired. We deplaned. And waited. And waited. Then we needed fuel to be removed. And we waited. And waited. Then we got back on board, got to the runway, and the RIGHT ENGINE didn't start. So they tried to repair it, couldn't (didn't want to fly on that old, broken plane anyway at this point), and we had our flight canceled. All told, I spent 10+ hours at Logan Airport. It was an absolute disaster."
Ulemper: "Flight delay"
Ulemper: "My flight to and from Phoenix was delayed both times in Denver. I did not have a layover scheduled on the flight down, but ended up being three hours late. The crew was very apologetic and said they were on their day off and got called in.On the return trip, the flight was a half hour late and I had to work the next morning. We arrived in Billings at 10:00PM."
Fordele: "Snack delicious"
Ulemper: "The crew was terrible. We sat on the Tarmac for over an hour, very limited information. Flight attendants were asked for ETA several times in flight and never gave any information to passengers. At one point saw them taking selfies in the front of the plane service area. Worst service I've ever had in a flight"
Fordele: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed more times than I can count & cancelled around midnight. AWFUL!"
Ulemper: "The plane was tiny and the seats were tiny. Could not carry on a bag and it took a long time to get the bag back from having been gate checked."
Fordele: "On time"
Fordele: "Dejligt overskud hos personalet der gjorde en amerikansk indsats for at gøre opholdet perfekt under flyveturen"
Ulemper: "Irriterende når beskeder og underholdningssystem ikke har samme lydstyrke... beskeder blev givet med en lydstyrke så høj at det gjorde ondt i ørerne, når man sad med hovedtelefoner på. Ikke videre behageligt."
