"I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf."

Ulemper: "Service & Notification. The airline switched my itenerary without alerting me which made me miss a connection. The resulting troubleshooting with the airline has been non-existent. I will not fly Eurowings again."

Ulemper: "There was a change of name and the wrong name was changed. I very nearly didn’t get on the flight and had to pay extra fees to fly. I wasn’t aware I was booking with last minute.com, whom I have had issues with before. Worried about the return flights already."
Ulemper: "12 hour flight with no in flight movies unless you paid an extra EUR 10. Food tastes bad, plus I was skipped from the second meal despite having prepaid for it (flight attendant overlooked that my seat was on a list, part of the problems that come with nickeling and diming for every single thing including even meals on an international flight). Despite flying to the US, attendants consistently only spoke German to me and my wife, did not speak on both German and English."

Ulemper: "Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process."

Ulemper: "Our flight was delayed three hours for no readily apparent reason. The food served on-board was inedible. When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. The quick up-and-down caused at least two passengers near me to vomit. I’ll try my best to avoid Eurowings in the future."

Ulemper: "Stereo type staff unnecessarily and poor customer services from two ladies while I was leaving to exit. I didn’t know I should be escorted by them at that point and they were so rude on . They couldn’t even be nice and understand that I miss my flight."

Fordele: "The Lufstansa flight we ended up boarding to San Francisco for a connector to Las Vegas was a pretty good flight. The entertainment and food choices were excellent. As a matter of fact I ended up declining the last meal served because I was still full from the first meal and snack. The crew was friendly and professional. I really liked the bathroom waiting area on the lower deck, which was great place to stretch out and do a few exercises on a long flight."
Ulemper: "To begin with I should mention I am 6'1" and stocky, so the economy seat was a bit tight; my knees were against the back of the seat in front of me. The previous flight coming to Europe had more room between the seats. The biggest problem by far was that the Eurowings flight was delayed by 8 hours! The Lufstansa customer service at first handed us a sheet of paper with contact information for Eurowings, Once she found out that we booked the original flight through Air Canada, she was able to help us get another flight. The flight was routed through San Francisco, with a transfer to a United flight to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, the United flight has 'technical' issues that delayed it another three and a half hours! So, rather than getting home to Las Vegas at 4 p.m. on Thursday, we ended up getting home at 4 a.m. on Friday morning. We never were told why the original flight was delayed 8 hours!"

Ulemper: "When we finally were able to board it went smoothly. The crew was nice, but nothing amazing. Not very comfortable but not surprised for a short flight. There was no “food”. There was no “entertainment”. Kayak was great for information and reminders!!!"

Ulemper: "The security in Düsseldorf for American citizen was very nusty. They stop everywhere ask allot of non sense questions and check your bags twice! That was a real torture for no reason!"

Ulemper: "*Various flight delays *I was told the only available seat was next to the emergency door. I didn't want to sit there, but had no choice. After boarding, I noticed there were several empty seats available. *I tried to get a attendant's attention for water, but they never came to me. *I wanted to keep my jacket with me to put on during flight, but was told I had to put it in the overhead compartment."
Ulemper: "I could not check in online the evening prior as there were no more standard seats to select, and therefore could not purchase an extra check-in bag with online prices. I called Eurowings and they advised to just go to the airport and check-in. Was forced to pay a much higher price at the check-in counter at the airport. Either the online system has been set up to rip off the consumer or this is a farce."
Ulemper: "Long walk plus bus ride to plane in windy and chilly weather with slight drizzle."
Ulemper: "- the staff member who was boarding patients at Glasgow airport (although not on the flight itself) was very rude and impatient. she seemed to be having a bad day - the light was delayed by approximately 45 mins"
Ulemper: "Paid 18 pound extra for extra legroom and a snack but when asked the airhostess she said we didnt pay for one"
Fordele: "There was a slight delay, but the flight was easy and comfortable...enjoyable!"
Ulemper: "Plane was delayed, nobody even mentioned it was delayed and said they r sorry"
Ulemper: "The service of the airline was horrible. They lost our bags and refused to show any empathy towards us or the multiple other passengers that also lost their bags from our flight. I will never fly Eurowings again."
Ulemper: "Once again,1,5 hours delayed !!! Not the first time !!! Not the first time. It's not funny with a5 month ago kid!"
Ulemper: "I travelled with my two children and they have given us three completely separate seats. I tried to ask the crew to help but they refused, both ground crew and in flight crew. We have flown with both Wizz Air and Easyjet this summer and those airlines have always assigned us seats together. Lufthansa did also. No idea why it was not possible for Eurowings. Also, crew were completely unhelpful, did not want to lift a finger for us. Luckily, a kind lady switched seats with me so I could sit next to my youngest son. Would definitely think twice about flying Eurowings again..."
Ulemper: "The birding officer didn't inform me about the visa requirements to cross from Dusslouf to Vinna airport. This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

Ulemper: "Cabin crew announced they will be dimming light for landing but that was not the case at all. They kept on turning the lights to a different color which was uncomfortable for the eyes. Pilot did a really great job on letting us know if there is any turbulence and when to expect during the flight. Flight attendants had no social skills, they acted like robots only there to serve for people who ordered. They should really change the way they perform because they are catering to the whole customers on the flight as opposed to only those who ordered their meals."
Ulemper: "Never ever fly norwegian. Between long delays, rude and unprofessional crew, poor customer service, long wait times on the phone including being hung up or not answered at all and downgraded from premium to a plane without any space, small seats, rude crew that provide wrong information."
Fordele: "The crew was very nice and the ride was very smooth."
Ulemper: "Being on time would have been better and the food offerings could have been better. I ordered a salad as a healthy option and it wasn’t."

Ulemper: "I cant believe that this company Norwegian didnt offer a least a glass of water! Round trip! I spent on 2 tickets around $1600 and they cant give us a glass of water. Ridiculous!"

Ulemper: "The crew could’ve been nicer and I only had one choice of Lamb for dinner, and this was business class."

Ulemper: "Service was, surprisingly, not so good (this is my second time with Norwegian). My son was sleeping and I pressed the call button to get some help form cabin crew. They turned it off. I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok."
Ulemper: "Lack of clarity about baggage charges. I had to pay 93$ to check my single bag. It was not well explained that paying for the bag online was going to be cheaper. Felt like a scam."
Ulemper: "I've been to 40 countries and flown many airlines. the only ones worse than Norwegian is the budget Russian ones. Never again. They hit us with $200 in bagage fees because we didn't order baggage online 24 hrs before the flight. Unheard of."
Fordele: "We had a great flight from Copenhagen to Orlando on a 787 Dreamliner."
Ulemper: "The seats are wider than coach and you have more leg room but they aren't very comfortable. No back support and I felt like I was always sliding off my seat. My footrest didn't work properly, and my husband's didn't work at all on the flight to Norway. The food was limited and really bad. In fact, my husband got sick from the chicken he ate, and the steak I got was like a grey eraser. I took one bite and threw the rest away. They didn't have enough food to offer me something else (remember, this is premium economy), and the flight attendant was irritated and short with me. They don't have any pillows on the flight and the "blanket" they give you is basically a sheet folded in two sewn together, and doesn't keep you warm at all. I felt like I was on a discount airline, but I didn't get the discount! I will not fly with Norwegian again."

The reason for first 4 hour delay was a lie that the weather in Los Angeles was terrible which I cross checked and found a 40% chance of showers and no weather warnings. This continued on and on. We ended up being 8 hours late in the end."

Ulemper: "Checking in at CPH, was a complete zoo, with failing computer systems and little or no information."
Fordele: "Plane was okay and the food was pretty good."
Ulemper: "Flight attendants were not friendly or attentive. Movie choices were not great. Many people commented about that. I flew Delta to London in April and what a world of difference. Pillows, blankets, earphones, eye masks, toothbrush and paste. A couple of meals and a couple of snacks. Free drinks which they must have come by 8 times during the flight. Those flight attendants were working most of the flight and were very friendly. No so with your company."

Ulemper: "Being charged for items that were no longer available and waiting for refunds. Slow food service didn't get any food or water till about 4 hours into the flight"
Fordele: "We boarded and then sat due to computer issues for am hpur and a half. I was okay with this as safety is obviously what we all put first. Upon landing at JFK we then sat on the tarmac for 3 hours... 3 hours! JFK should be ashamed."
Fordele: "The plane is designed to establish a different cabin pressure which helps your fatigue when traveling long distances and it works! The place is quiet as well and there's an avg amount of space in coach."
Ulemper: "No wifi? Just seems odd for a new plane not to have that as an option."

Ulemper: "Didn't know food had to be pre-ordered. 9.5 hour flight. Luckily I had a meal included from Kayak but the person next to me had nothing. Very awkward."
Ulemper: "rude staff, and ill informed and incompetent. Had to beg for water and food, even though I had ordered meal service. Unpleasant, I repeatedly complained about roudy passengers, who were occupying nearby seats that weren't theirs. these passengers were drunk and loud and hanging out in others seats and ailses NEVER FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR. The only folks who had a great trip were the flight attendants - they hung out in the large spacious kitchen eating the food that they said they didn't have for the passengers and doing little else. Worst flight experience of my life. And fancy expecting folks to carry all the food and hydration needed for an 8 hour flight. I think TSA needs to look into the this from the airport chaos - as it is clear that my experience is not isolated. DONT FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR"

Fordele: "I've flown with Norwegian quite a few times now, and I'm continually really impressed by how awesome their flight attendants and crew members are! They really go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable during your flight."

Fordele: "Crew tries hard to make up for deficiencies mostly beyond their control. As I have nothing positive to say. Food awful. Breakfast inedible. Not enough toilets for number of seats. Pilot unable to fully communicate gate issues upon arrival."
Ulemper: "Delays. Delayed over 4 hours in Copenhagen. No information other than airport departure board. No staff. No vouchers for food. Last gate in an area that was closed. One vending machine with candy. Arrival disaster. No gate. Bus to terminal. NoT enough room to continue."

Ulemper: "The plane was kind of dirty."
Fordele: "The crew was professional. Everything from boarding to deplaning went extremely smoothly. I have never experienced an eight hour flight that felt so comfortable and smooth. The in-flight entertainment was great. I will definitely be flying Norwegian whenever I get the chance!"
Ulemper: "There was a technical issue with getting the checked luggage off of the plane, so I had to wait over an hour an a half after clearing customs (a little over two hours after landing in Boston) to get my bag. After 24 hours of being awake and traveling and keeping my ride waiting for me in the cell phone lot for two hours, we both just wanted to get home and go to sleep!"

Ulemper: "Der er mangler der gør at man kun kan få 20 kg ikke så smart når man er 2 p og kun har max 14 kg dette kom så til og koste mig 400-300-20 euro i alt mange penge for 14 kg samt 288kr oven i for at sidde sammen der skal stå lille rygsæk da det er dette der er med i prisen men syntes det er alt for mange penge for rejsen alt i alt"

Ulemper: "Man kommer til at gå hele Københavns lufthavn igennem på den lange led, når man flyver med Ryanair. Derudover havde jeg betalt for kuffert med begge veje, men da vi skulle hjem kunne Ryanair ikke finde den betaling og jeg skal nu igennem klagesystem (hvilket er meget besværligt hos Ryanair) for at få mine penge retur. Desuden en time forsinket på hjemturen."

Ulemper: "Gate blev først annonceret 12 min før gate ville blive lukket. Og så sad dovendyret fra Zootropolis i paskontrollen. Det har man ikke nerver til."

Ulemper: "My problem was not flight itself, but boarding from T2 in Charleroi (arrived too early and nearly no facility to eat and wait in a decenta way)."

Fordele: "Late departure, easy checkin, waited 10-15 minutes after landing for ground crew to have stairs for us to exit plane."

Ulemper: "Boarding was not convenient, a lot of walking outside and standing near the plane. We were not offered just water for free. The worst thing: husband and wife with one checked in bag and one carry on bag can't board together, should board in different time."

Ulemper: "Copenhagen airport very chaotic with boards not displaying the right information and incoming passengers mingling with those leaving"
Ulemper: "They try to push you to buy all sorts of products on the flight, including food. Nothing is free. Separate fees for printing tickets, confusing process, disorganized boarding."
Ulemper: "Instructions for Non-EU boarding pass we’re unclear. Suggest free water."
Fordele: "Prisen. At vi landede planmæssigt."
Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."
Ulemper: "Gates announced too late"
Ulemper: "Very cramped and hot in The plane."
Fordele: "Smooth flight"
Ulemper: "Couldn't adjust the seat and no backpockets."
Fordele: "I was allocated an emergency exit seat, luck of the draw. It was the only flight left going to the UK following the extreme weather in CPH and UK."
Ulemper: "No tables in the seat backs! Gaudy decoration and plastics that had clearly been designed to be hard to damage. It felt like a kebab shop in a rough area or the custody area in a police station."
Ulemper: "Bad pilots, lending very harch. Bording paniking"
Fordele: "Besætningen var søde."
Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"
Ulemper: "There was a group of about 6 passengers that were very drunk before they got on the plane. I could hear that they were asked on their way through security 'how drunk are you?' which they announced loudly to everyone. They were shouting on board. They were still sold alcohol by the crew who did nothing to quieten them down. As usual the flight was late (around an hour by the time we actually got to the terminal)"
Fordele: "Vi kom frem..."
Ulemper: "Flyet var så forsinket at vi ikke nåede flyet til Budapest, vi er derfor strandet i Berlin til næste dag, vi har ikke noget sted at sove eller være og vi måtte bruge over dobbelt så mange penge på nye flybilletter. Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Fordele: "Flight boarding was delayed but arrived on time to the destination. Cheap flight"
Ulemper: "No entertainment or free snacks/water. Flights were cheap but you can't cancel them, just modify the reservation. I bought the return flight to a different airport by mistake but i was not able to cancel"

Ulemper: "Having to pay extra for everything!"
Fordele: "The seats were comfortable and boarding was easy. I thi k u should atleast give free cup of water or tea when its winter to your guests. Nothing more. I think its a bit mean not to aleast offer a free cup of tea or water."
Ulemper: "Not being offered a free cup of aleast tea."
Fordele: "We liked the quick boarding and the fact we could use priority boarding."
Ulemper: "We wanted to purchase a few items mentioned in their catalogue, but they were sold out, same about food. If you aren't prepared to sell something, and you advertised it, so don't do it."
Fordele: "Staff is ok"
Ulemper: "Flight delayed more than 1.5 hours. We were seated apart."
Ulemper: "It was our first trip with Ryanair and it is really low low cost, compared to Norvegian and other low cost airlines. Never again - first and last time...."
Ulemper: "Fly forsinket. Boarder folk med prioritet til at stå og vente i gangen. Flyet var end ikke landet endnu da vi begyndte boarding. Efter ca25 minutter blev vi lukket ud på pladsen til flyet men blev stoppet igen og stod der i godt 20 minutter inden vi kom ombord. Sammenlagt forsinket 1 time."
Flyselskaber, som flyver fra København til Prag, har iværksat yderligere sikkerhedsforanstaltninger og justeret deres regler for bedre at imødekomme de rejsende. Reglerne varierer fra flyselskab til flyselskab.
