Rigtig god beligenhed! Deres betalingsfilm var lidt for meget i samme genre.
The hotel front desk staff (all of them) were amazing! They were super helpful, courteous and friendly. The wait staff in the dining room (we only ate breakfast there), were also terrific. The hotel should be complimented on hiring and training such great employees. Hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Room was spacious, and many amenities were complimentary .
Loved everything here as usual when in Munich: friendliness of staff, beautifully appointed rooms and bathrooms, cleanliness, fantastic breakfast and all the little extras. Free wi-fi should be standard in this category; some rooms overlooking street can be noisy;
The whole experience. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room spacious.
The room was very clean and bright. The hotel staff kept the room very clean and were very congenial. Lack of any blankets besides the down comforter. The comforter was too hot for the weather and without air-conditioned rooms they wre just too wram to use.
Extremely comfortable, excellent service, superb location
great friendly staff
This is not a typical formula hotel. The room felt like it could be in someone's home. It was easy to forget we were ina hotel.
The staff here is truly outstanding. The front desk staff was excellent. Very helpful and great with answering any questions. Everyone speaks english should you need it. The restaurant staff was also friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The location is really ideal. Just 2 subway stops from the main area downtown and in a very safe, quiet, upscale neighborhood. If you were to walk, it's an easy 40 minutes. The rooms are lovely and tastefully decorated. There is a beautiful garden on the main floor and a great terrace on the fourth floor with sauna, steam bath and small gym. I would stay here again without hesitation. nothing - everything was great!
Big room, nicely disigned, helpful personnel, reasonable internet access offer, flexible cancellation policy no good coffe for breakfast, no TV channel in Russian
everyone was very polite ,young and good behaivor No carpet in the room.
wonderful, very friendly and helpful staff! Very good breakfast, marvellous garden, nice athmosphere, we had a very good time there and we surely will come again! noisy room (couldnt sleep for hours), no air condition, bath room very small, general condition not acceptabel for five stars (bath door did not close properly, door of the safe banging against the furniture door, you have to switch off several lights when leaving the room ...)
The hotel is very well serviced; good rooms, staff, breakfast and overall feel; good stay during the busy Oktoberfest time Location is a little off the center of the city; while the hotel is very close to the S8 line and is connected to the city easily with trains, it is located in the suburbs which means there is little to do once you are back at the hotel
Every thing good no
The quality of the breakfast: both meals and service. The sound of the traffic...May be need better isolation at the mainroad side
New fresh hotel and approach to service. small but effective use of space, great shower, room very quiet, despite constant traffic. Great location, just 200m from the S-Bahn. modern but impractical sink, if anything at all.
New, stylish, close to metro. Restaurant closed 21.00 and menu quite short. A lot of new construction in the neighbourhood.
The hotel staff were friendly. The cleanliness of the room and the breakfast was excellent. When I visit Munich next time I will surly choose Angelo Munich Hotel.
everything was perfect!
We arrived late in the evening and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfasts were great with a wide selection. Extremely modern and clean hotel and close proximity to the train station. Found the underpass at the train station to get to the hotel a little bit dreary but I cannot find any fault with the hotel itself
Everything was wonderful
The location worked for me and for the area the price was excellent. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. Breakfast is included and is substantial. Tram stops directly in from of hotel and Ostbahnhof is only two blocks away. Staff was very helpful Wi-fi in room an additional 12euros. Had to remember to put the room card in the slot to operate the elevator.
Excellent location. The Ostbahnhof station is directly across the street with an underground entrance to the station within a few feet of the hotel's door. The hotel staff at the reception desk was very helpful and spoke english very well. The hotel's wireless internet was not very reliable. It was unavailable for about 1/3 of our stay.
very clean, and the staff were very friendly and conversant in English. the tiny elevator was very slow, and it seems as if the hotel is undergoing renovations. Basically, there was no reception room or lobby, just a desk stuck in a hallway.
Very friendly staff Old room, not value for money, noise from the nearby train station. Free Internet was only for 2 hrs (with coupons) so you had to enter the password every time you wanted to wheck your email! Nice room decoration, but old furniture, no mini bar, no safe, it was as if it was a 1-star hotel
The professional and uncomplicated check-in/check-out and the handling of special requests - like a delayed check-out about 1 hour. The service is top but not pushy. All in all it was a great stay.
Thoughtful design Room was a bit cool, would have appreciated more heating
I really liked the design of the hotel. It's got a really cool old-fashioned vibe to it while having all the modern amenities you would expect. From what I hear, each room has a unique decoration / theme to it. Ours was pretty cool. The room was average sized. Everything was clean and comfortable. There was an extra charge for parking and every time you wanted to take your car out you had to get a key at the desk and return it again before leaving. A little bit of a hassle.
The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. The location could not be better- walking distance to everything, and across from the station. The soundproofing was wonderful- slept like a baby!
the u-bahn was just one foot step from the hotel, hotel location was excellent in the middle between the city center and the messe trade show! matter of minutes only!!! no lobby..but alot of coffee shops around.
The location of the hotel is excellent, right on the metro that takes you downtown. The clean, spacious and quiet rooms. The courtesy of the hotel staff and the owners! As soon as remodeling of the hall is finished, it should be perfect!
I chose Stadt Rosenheim for it's location in direct proximinity to the east station in Munich for an extremely early departure flight. The staff were all wonderfully helpful and all I encountered spoke impeccable English (another help for me). The recommended lovely restaurants in the near area and as an older single woman the area felt safe to walk to and from them even after dark. The hotel was presented as "newly renovated" and I had expected something with a little more flair. The carpet and furnishings were aged/worn. Though the room was clean and adequate it was quite spare with a very economy module sort of bath. You had no inclination to hang out in the room, but if all you wanted was a base of operation to explore Munich access to transport was right outside the door. Regarding price--I had stayed in a single in a B&B in a much more "tourist" area earlier in the week and paid half as much for a single and got much more charm and luxury. Best description I can give for this hotel is, "clean, basic".
very nice and clean room, very quite and WLAN access free of charge No bar, but restaurants close by
Reception OK, but service at breakfeast could be better The equipment and rate of suite could be better
Cleanness No wireless connection working
I didn't like the floor in the room. Stone floor is very cold, and I would have preferred carpet or wood.
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly.Close to Deutsches Museum.
exceptionally clean, very stylish design to the rooms and interior facilities. Breakfast was very nice.
Good location 200 metres from S-bahn station, fast free internet, pleasant staff. Breakfast was very limited.
Calm and silent atomosphere made me be relaxed. Breakfast was rich and made me be activated.
the hotel was excellent, the service was very good and it helped to make a very pleasant stay. it is about 20 minutes walk from the centre but if you are in munich for the octoberfest this might help to burn calories.
Our stay at the Hotel Prinzregent was delightful. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The bartender Toni is excellant and a true asset to the hotel. He not only made excellent drinks but was a fountain of knowledge about Munich. We would definitely stay at the hotel again!!!!!
Attentive and friendly staff, solid service. Tramway driving outside is loud. Surrounding is not very attractive.
I must bring to your attention that the bathroom is extremely small and one can hardly stand in it!
Very good location, staff very nice, it will be more than suitable when the room is not too expensive. It will be very hot in the summer without A/C.
The staff and decors. No.
Excellent buffet breakfast, very friendly staff, ambience and decor. Booked non smoking room, however the room had been used for smokers and smelt as such.
It is a clean and comfortable hotel with a nice and warm ambience. The staff is very nice and helpful. ----------------
The Prinzregent is a great hotel, excellent staff and had a superb breakfast. The room was modern and comfortable. The hotel is a bit outside of central Munich, but a short walk to the U-Bahn station and so not a problem.
it was a very comfortable hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, very clean, well located bathrooms were very small, room a bit dated
The staff; friendly, attentive and genuinely focused on service. Despite our reservation not having been confirmed (it happens) we were provided 2 single rooms instead of double we booked at a significant discount and breakfast was thrown in too. This was greatly appreciated as hotel rooms are few in Mucnich in Ocktoberfest. Thanks again to the management of the Prinz Hotel.
Very good location, 7-8 minute walk from the subway and 40 minutes from the airport by subway. Comfortable place to stay, better than I expected to find. Clean rooms with not damaged furniture and clean towels every day, friendly, courteous staff, quiet hotel. Very good choice for someone who like to visit and walk in the city and to do his work (also has free wireless internet access). The door of the shower's cabin was a bit close! Fortunately I am fine and got no problems. There were twin beds instead of a double. Otherwise perfect!
The hotel classfied itself 4 stars, however, we think it is only a 2/3 stars hotel. The hotel does not have air-conditioning, luckily the day we stayed there were cooling, therefore, we felt fine, otherwise, it will be uncomfortable.
the staff were the best quality the price was massive for the quality. but im guessing its due to oktoberfest
Comfortable and clean rooms. Simple, but tasteful decorations. Quiet location, but walking distance to city center and public transportation. Staff at night does not speak English.
Very good breakfast
Stayed during Wies'n but was working so actually it felt like I had the place to myself. Nice staff, friendly, happy to tolerate my dreadful German or to converse happily in faultless English.
Good value for money and very convenient location. No air conditioning - may not be too comfortable on hot days.
Friendly and cozy atmosphere. Good location to Underground. It is stated in the Hotel info that Internet access is free of charge in the entire hotel. However, free wi-fi internet is available only in the lobby. You have to pay if you wish to use Internet in your room.
Great location, clean, comfortable, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff and close to beer garden!
Virkelig god morgenmadsbuffet med friske produkter. Meget for prisen.
Convenient location for the purpose of my stay Needs renovationWas
Good location, basic hotel but very good value. Excellent breakfast- lots of choice, 2x free water & 2x beer in the fridge, clean etc... Great for a cheap and cheerful weekend stay!
Convenience to S-bahn; quiet neighborhood Reservation under wrong name; a wake up called was delivered 1 hour late
Friendly bar staff. Free bottles of water and beer came in handy. Greatshower. Double room was, like many in Europe, two singles pushed together. Even had two single duvet covers.
The staff was very friendly, minus one individual. We upgraded to an apartment and loved the freedom to cook ourselves. The day before checkout, we went to settle our bill and view current charges. We agreed on charges and were told we couldn't settle until checkout time. The following morning at 5:20 we went to pay our bill when Seyed, the man working the front desk told us 50 more euro than agreed upon. We explained that wasn't right and told him we asked about it the night before and knew that it wasn't an extra 50 euro. He than said we have to pay what the computer says and that's it. We went back and forth for about 10 min. And got no where. He than said I was his worst guest he has had in 15 yrs and that's that! Eventually a few hours later I got a hold of a manager and cleared it all up. All in all the hotel was great minus my checkout experience.
More facilities than we expected.
Well prepared, quick and smooth check-in/check-out procedure. Kind hotel staff. Small and slow elavators. Slightly unpleasent smell in the bathroom. Too soft bed.
Close to Metro and oldcity Room musty and same next room
Whenever I stay in Munich, I try to book a room at the Derag Hotel: it is confortable, the staff is very nice, and it is ideally located in the city, next to public transportation and to shops and nice little restaurant, and to the swimming pool. Check-out time a little bit early (11 a.m) and brekast until 10 a.mOne more hour would be welcome - same comment for the cleaning time.Would like to enjoy a late morning after a long trip.
The rooms are an excellent retreat with the mini kitchens. Great people watching!!! There was a noisy party on the Sunday night in an appartment on the 6th floor. My tolerance was tested- but I was just jealous. The hotel could only act if somone complained but noone would want to complain.
Nice and frendly staff, every time offering help. Suitable location near U-Bahn. Quiet location, easy to find, when coming from south (Salzburg). Parking places in garage. Tiny and like at home restaurant but with everything you need, plenty of food with fruit as well. Warm recommendation for families.
Mini-kitchen in the room, convenient location not far from an U-Bahn station and within 10 minutes by public transport to the city center
Professionality of the staff Tidness They have internet wireless connection problem
staff were very friendly and helpful. location is great. overpriced
i did not like that they tripled the rates for during the Octoberfest.
Clean spacious room. Good standard of cleaning throughout hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast featuring a wide range of food types. Polite staff.
The attitude of the personnel. They were very keen and helpful. Their fitness facilities are poor.
The view out the window, internet accessabilty, the giant cookies. Quiet at night. Location is further from Theresenweiss and Marienplatz than indicated. Kind of a strange layout hotel. Would be nice if there was a patio, courtyard or some other outdoor place.
Friendly, helpful staff. The duvet and pillow were quite thin.
Tranquility place, clean rooms, good breakfast It would be good to have more sweet things for breakfast
Nice staff, very nice quiet location (but the church across the road a little annoying - it bells from 8 till 20), clean rooms. Almost best value for money a little far from S-bahn (13 mins walk) and U-bahn (15 mins walk) stations. Breakfast is extra (but there is Muller cafe in 3 mins walk, where you can get a coffee + sandwich + tiramisu for 6-7 euros).
I was able to come and go as I pleased with little intrusion A little noisy at the front and a bit too hot in the room
Very nice place for the price, and in walking distance of the tourist areas.
the recepcionists were always very welcome! i've never seen such bad hotel!!! on Octoberfest nights the cost of the room was about 300 Euro - but thу price of the room shouldn't be higher than 50!the room was very small!! even for me alone, and everything inside was very old and dirty, cleaning was very bad, no hoovering, no bathroom cleaning, I've tried once to open a window and then couldn't close it...and after all I've left my cosmetic bad in the room, my suitcase was on the reception till the evening on that day and they haven't returned me it! Never choose this hotel!!! it would be real dissapointment of Munich visit!
low prices, high quality (nic restaurant, good breakfast) 10 min bustravel from Marienplatz
Everyone was extrememly understanding, accomodating, and helpful. The room was very cute, spacious, and clean!
Location near Viktualienmarkt, silence In 7 days our room was never really cleaned
the worm Atmosphere
The breakfast was excellent. Restaurant served good food the hotel room was too warm (no ac) and we faced a busy street which was noisy
Close to the city center, good breakfast
Clean room and easy access to the town and public transport. Good choice of food for continental breakfast. There could be a lot of noise from traffic on the street outside, but this stopped during the night and certainly did not keep us awake.
i like the style of the room...i like the service and food are good... the toilette is so small, the carpet is a bit of dirty/stains...
Well it was available on short notice when the rest of Munich was booked solid and really expensive. Can't comment on the breakfast but it was on when we checked in, which was really early and they accommodated us in that. The breakfast looked amazing! Picky stuff, no internet in the room, beds weren't all that comfortable, and the weather had warmed up which made the lack of ac a pain and leaving the window open made it noisy.. I was there with my 74 year-old mom and the lack of elevator and steep stairs were a bit dicey... not to mention hauling our luggage up.
I stayed there while visiting relatives who live locally. Not really. It was very comfortable, a little hard to find at first-but it turned out to be very convenient. They could promote themselves better by actually having the name of the hotel visable on the outside.
The reception was closed when I arrived and I could not get in to the hotel. Even though I had told the staff that I would be arriving late, they made no allowance for this and no warning that I would be greeted by a locked door.
