The airline said i could not move the tickets. Kayak said there was NOTHING they could do. (see below for more)"
Ulemper: "Kayak referred me to Flyus.com - neither were helpful. Was told i could not cancel the flight back. I told them they were obligated to give me the TAX even if non-refundable. The experience was terrible and i had to buy $1730 ticket from AmericanAir to come home. Won't be using FlyUs or Kayak again"

Fordele: "Flight Lufthansa 0860 from Munich to TA cancelled due to weather, thunderstorm. Flight 2393 from Basel to Munich took off late, circled for an hour, then on tarmac nearly an hour till bus came. Lufthansa offered no hotels, just pillows and blankets, water and crackers. In line two and a half hours to rebook next morning Munich to Vienna Lufthansa 2326. No sleep on floor. Flight Vienna to Tel Aviv Austrian 0857 was late. Landed in Tel Aviv and my checked suitcase from original Basel to TA didn’t arrive, though checked twice with personnel that it was switched to my updated flight. Waited an hour for it to arrive Lufthansa from Munich. Public transport ended Friday due to Sabbath and paid 150 shekels for cab, about $45."

The least they can give you is water. Also it was the worst movie and entertainment selection. Sams as a month ago. Made for a long uncomfortable flight"

Ulemper: "I had 2 hand baggages that exceeded the storage compartments above our seats. I was told by the hostess that they were not acceptable for their company. I told them the size was compliant with Lufthansa and so the hostesses strapped my luggage on an empty seat and did not tell us where (we found out later on our own), and kept making remarks like if we were sneaking an illegal baggage. I told her I bought the ticket with Lufthansa and the size is good. She said we have smaller airplanes. I said however it's up to Lufthansa to update the size according to their low-cost partners. End of the story, the next flight we took from Munich to London was with Lufthansa and my 2 hand baggages fit perfectly in their storage compartments. So, I think Air Dolomiti staff should be trained to be nice to Lufthansa customers as we are not used to low-cost mini airplanes and it is not our fault that Lufthansa decides to replace our flight with a low-cost partner. On top of all we got 45 minutes late!!! So they needed to apologize to us not vice versa."

Her level of commitment and service is a great value to your company. Employees like her are invaluable assets for your airline."

Then we flew from Munich to Chicago O'Hare which was a 9 hour 40 minute flight and I was so dreading how many hours we were going to be on the plane but the time went very fast with their inflight entertainment screens and I love that their seats are so much more comfortable than Uniteds!!!"

Ulemper: "My Swiss flight to JFK was cancelled before 24 hours without explaining the reason. They should explain the reason at least. I had to take an another flight and arrived at JFK after 6 hours from the original flight. My trip was totally messed up, so I was not happy at all."

The seats supposed to work.. wasn’t .. we had to switch the seats with no help and with the lights off. Awful .. of course they didn’t noticed so they didn’t woke me up for the breakfast. (And I’ve been asking for). Maybe was bad luck but that’s really ridiculous. During the flight they didn’t brought water or something we had to call them."

Fordele: "The flight was delayed due to technical problems, and they immediately gave each person 20 Francs towards dinner while in the terminal- which was very nice. The aircraft itself was impeccably clean, even though it had already carried passengers elsewhere earlier in the day. The service was fantastic, and you can never go wrong with free chocolate."

Fordele: "They served food! I have been on competitor flights that were twice as long and would have had to pay for every single beverage or food. In Swiss on a 50 minutes flight I got a complimentary chocolate, a crossaint and beverage service. Amazing. The crew also has been very helpful and friendly."
Ulemper: "Landing in Zürich has been the bumpiest landing I have ever had. I believe that is due to the location and weather conditions but felt like the pilots also did not exactly react the way it should have been."

Fordele: "I was supposed to visit my father who was just put in a nursing home for a few days and the day of my flight I received an email from Swiss that they had rebooked me for the next day! So frustrating! The trip would have gotten so short that it wasn't worth it so I had to reschedule it 6 weeks out. It got my dad really upset! Thank god his health is stable at the moment."

Ulemper: "The handle of the pull-stick that slides into the suitcase was broken off with the pull-stick sticking out of the TUMI suitcase. Used a pen point to release it and get it back into the suitcase. No handle so it was impossible to drag the suitcase. The ground personnel representing Swiss Air at the Boston Baggage carousel was a novice, had never filled out a baggage claim form before. Told me they would phone me. I am a bit skeptical about this claim. Not sure if it was Swiss Air of the local ground personnel who damaged the suitcase."
Fordele: "Flight attendants were friendly, and also very skilled so that their service was unobtrusive, graceful, and helpful. They took great care to get people what they wanted, and I saw them fulfill a few special requests from the people around me politely and quickly. The entertainment selections were good. The variety of interesting musical selections allowed me to go the whole flight without running down the battery on any of my own musical devices. The seat space was comfortable, especially compared to domestic flights I've taken for the last 10 years. The enforcement of carry-on luggage rules meant the overhead compartments were sufficient for what was brought aboard and people weren't filling the foot-space with bags."

Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Fordele: "MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras."
Ulemper: "Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges."
Ulemper: "I could not make it for the 1st part of my journey due to personal circumstances. There was no notification from Lufthansa that my return journey would be been cancelled as well. I found out 1 hour before the actual flight. Was offered a replacement ticket for over £900. Bought a new one with BA."
Ulemper: "Well,my whole trip was an adventure! I booked it online but in reality, it wasn't what was advertised. There was a problem with my checked in bag, so i had to pay 22 pounds extra to fit it in a connection flight and now i have to send receipt to get the refund. On my way back, there was a delay, so"

Ulemper: "Lufthansa's narrowbodies have one of the most uncomfortable seats in the sky. These slimline seats are built with a central beam running vertically along the midline of the seat, making it very uncomfortable with your spine."

Ulemper: "The plane was very uncomfortable. The seats were small, you felt on top of the person next to you, and there was no leg room. I am a pretty small person- I can't image how uncomfortable all of the taller passengers must have been."
Ulemper: "Without any explanation the plane I was due to go to Istanbul on at 11.30 was not available. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Ulemper: "One of the senior stewardesses we're very rude. Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."
Fordele: "Fortunately, the plane was not full, so people could spread out a bit to create extra room. The food was really good! (surprisingly)."
Ulemper: "KLM's new configuration for this type of plane made the seats even narrower than before. While leg room was reasonable, the 3 abreast seating meant a lot of discomfort, especially in the row right in front of the restroom."

Ulemper: "- The plane was older - it had the ash-trays in the armrests full of dust and god knows what else, gross. - No wifi, I was planning to get some work done because it was an international flight so that was a bust - Limited entertainment selection. Some of the newer ones have more movie/TV selections"

Ulemper: "Et halvtomt fly med en aldrende besætning der klart havde været for længe på arbejdsom kun havde fokus på at blive hurtigt færdige med pligterne så de kunne komme til at pludre med hinanden."

Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."

Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Ulemper: "I didn't realize that even though I am an international traveler, I had to pay for baggage for this short flight. And since I didn't realize it, I didn't purchase it online, which doubled the price at the airport :-( also, and this is not the fault of the airline, the security line is ridiculously slow because at least 50% of the passengers get shunted to a single line because the screener saw something odd."

Ulemper: "Unable to select seat/baggage until 22 hours before flight because not booked through SAS. Thought bagged was checked in online and had to pay More than the cost of the flight. Flight was delayed due to mechanical problem. Cabin very warm throughout flight."

Ulemper: "I am a road warrior and my job requires me to travel 100% of the time around the world. This was the first international flight I've been on where even small snacks such as peanuts or pretzels are for purchase only. Plus the flight attendants seem to be disorganized and in rush. I will never use SAS again."
Ulemper: "Tried THREE hours to get a phone picked up to cancel my flight the day before this scheduled flight. My friends booked with Expedia the exact itinerary and were able to reach a human and we're told that SAS always reimburses for cancellations. I finally emailed vayamas/kayak to cancel and 5 days later received a reply that there was no cancellation refund. Apparently Kayak provides a no communication/no refund policy. My travel companion had the opposite experience with Expedia."

Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."
Ulemper: "Even though it was clear from my reservation that checked baggage was not included in the initial price, there were no clear links in kayak/vayama or SAS to prepay baggage, and the price is double if you pay at the airport."
