The room was overcrowded with furniture and two beds. The carpet was filthy. It was noisy, in a seedy area in which I was not comfortable. I only stayed one of five nights booked.
Hotel is new and is nice. Comfortable beds and a great breakfast.
It was very clean and hospitable for the price. The TV was fuzzy.
Staff was courteous No WiFi in rooms not by office. Beds terrible. No running water. TV was old, with static instead of quality pucture. No actual breakfast- out of juice, milk. No rolls, etc. At the sales price of $34 we overpaid!
Loved the supportive staff. Very accomidating. no
It had a bed. It had a shower. Ragged towels. Bad smell in room. Low end feeling. Un -kept grounds, long walk from car to room. Noisy air conditioner
Hotel was clean, staff were friendly - but there only seemed to be one member of the reception staff that actually knew the area the location wasnt great ... taxis were BRUTAL! Would prefere something closer to downtown
The guy up front was cordial with us and was willing to refund the hotel. Room was supposed to be non smoking. A family of chain smokers must have lived there previously. This place isn't really rented by night. It was very apparent that people LIVE there and were not neighborly people that you make small talk with let alone make eye contact with. As we decided to get the H out of there, some guy is yelling across the way to another neighbor that he caught the guy who stole his bike and got what was coming... Unless you're the type of person to rent rooms by the hour, don't go! Choose life instead and pay an extra $20...
My stay was not that good because of two reasons: 1. It was too loud and noisy after middle of the night and we cannot sleep. 2. When we call to stop noisy teenagers the staff (receptionist) was not helpful and did not take any action at all and did not pay any attention. 3. As soon as we entered one of our rooms was full of water because A/C leaking and smell come from the wet carpet and we have to wait next day untill the technition came and fixed the next day.
Nice clean and quiet.
Clean, located just off the highway
Not much Old broken furniture, AC broken. Scary neighborhood
Close to family. The resort is tired and it shows.
Nice room nice pools I stayed on a Monday until Wednesday and it wasn't very busy at all. I was put in the farthest room from the main pool so it wasn't walking distance, did receive shuttle service but would of been nicer to be closer.
as we frequent several valley hotels, we especially loved the adult pool area.................... our room had absolutely no view front or back
Lounge view awesome went for the sunset and ended up going back for night cap and view of Phoenix at night from the mountain every night. Plenty to do golf, great hiking trails, tennis and great pool area. Since you are literally on top of a mountain restaurants off property are not walk to but a quick 10 minute cab or car ride.
Pool area, lobby. Parking was horrible and not convenient in the area we were in
My girlfriend and I stayed here for the fourth of July weekend. I will never stay here again ever. The room was dated. The room looked like a road side motel. The pictures and smoke dectors were falling off the wall. The refrigerator door had a hole like some one kicked it. I went to four different ice machines four different times and not one of them worked. I had to drive to the store it was very inconvenient. For the amount we paid for each nigh it was not worth it. We didn't even go to the water park portion of the resort because we were so disappointed with our room
Based upon the first impression of the front desk service, along with the room, I was expecting a perfectly fine stay. Especially, considering, the stay was only for one night. The room was spotless, and super cute! (We got one with a jacuzzi, which is definitely a bonus of this hotel.) there was even a little note from the maid, ensuring we knew it had been cleaned 100%, for our satisfaction. That being said, I was required to call a 1-800 line, for room service? I was directed to an obscure representative, who was way beyond unprofessional, who then, transferred me to the kitchen of, what I found out later, was Streets of New York. Sure, but then why is it called OrderInn, on the room service menu? I just want to know where the food I'm paying stupid amounts of money for, is coming from. Along with several, basic food items, such as, plain old, Garlic bread, that they had, extensively, labeled as "Passion bread", and was being way overcharged for.
beauriful view from the highest point on the property. Rooms are a bit stale and in need of renovation. Sink made weird noises that woke us up. Staff is mediocre at front desk.
Resort was pretty and acommodations acceptable for price. Narrow roadways and endless views of cars. I was unable to find a way to navigate through the resort without walking through the parking lots. Only room service ordered was a caesar salad with a total cost of over $20. Lettuce had just been washed, but not dried so it was watery with cold cut type chicken placed on top. Very poor especially for a Hilton.
Beautiful location and amenities. We expected great services and top-notch amenities, but the staff and our room were just mediocre. First, we had to wait for 10 minutes to sign in. The check-in agent was tied up with a time-consuming transaction but didn't even bother to apologise for the wait, much less attempt to summon a colleague to help us. Bad form. Next, we paid for queen-sized beds, but our room was outfitted with full-size beds. Wah wah. It was late and we weren't in the mood for making a fuss, but it was just...shabby. Nothing horrible, just not good.
Place is old needs updates Everything
We had a nice stay at the Hyatt. Customer service was superb and the breakfast was really good. Our room was on the freeway side of the property so it was really loud. Next time down to Phoenix we would request a room on the opposite side of the hotel.
I found a couple of hairs on bath tub ....
Staff was supper helpful and attentive. Breakfast bar, pure heaven!!! Our room squeaky clean! satisfied 100% Thank you!!
Very friendly staff. Great location. Great value. Definitely will stay here again
Everyone from the two gentleman at the front desk to the woman who cared for us in the 'pub' was extremely pleasant. They obviously value customer service a lot. The only nit-picky thing I can even think of to put as 'bad' would be that the doors and fixtures for the door seem older and don't seem like the most secure thing.
Renovated rooms are very comfortable and stylish. Deluxe rooms have a patio and stall shower. Staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is extensive and well priced. Public areas have been beautifully redone. Did not dislike anything
The rooms were nice. The area had many restaurants within walking distance. Close to the freeway and easy to get to. None.
The beds were great! Somewhere in my booking it had "airport" in the name...but we were a relative long way from the airport! Also our room had a smokey smell to it...
Staff was helpful and very welcoming. Nice upgrade next to the pool for $10.
It did not feel welcoming
Great location, close to the highway and a ton of restaurants. When we got to our room the temperature was 79* and kept climbing, lowering the setting did not help. We left for dinner, called front desk and they said someone would be up shortly to look. 2 hours later, we returned to the room and the temp was now 80* and nobody had been there. It took a second call, someone came up, fixed it, and then an additional hour before the room was comfortable to sleep in...
Hotel was easy to find, clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. My disappointment was that the room I was provided was very musty, and was more than likely a smoking room, the web site described the room only as a special. Wish I had known. While the smell of cigerettes was not overwhelming it was enough that I found it irritating and would not stay here again.
Bed. Linens. Pool. Exercise room I would rather have had a non handicapped room so that I could have used the tub
In my 5 day stay the only issue I encountered was the room temp wouldn't adjust - a quick call to the front desk and a friendly maintenance person was there in 5 min to apologize and completely resolve. Everything was nice, clean and great! I found my room to be quiet and comfortable too. I'm not familiar with Phoenix and thought this location was central to the area I was going to be spending time in - there was tons of dining options around but otherwise I found that I needed to drive quite a ways to get where I was going.
The beds were very nice and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any question or request. They helped me out when the computer printer was not working by allowing me to email my document to them so they could print it in the hotel office. The room needed a thorough cleaning, more than the daily clean by housekeeping. The closet doors were grungy and the hair dryer was covered in dust. One of the outlets in the bathroom didn't work and the light in the entry hall was dim. There are no food vending machines, so after the little cafe downstairs is closed, your only option is room service. When we were there, the soda vending machines would not accept bills. I needed to print out something from my computer, but their network printer did not work.
There was no microwave and had to pay for a fridge
I was there only briefly for a longer trip to Northern Arizona, but it was a very attractive hotel with a number of amenities. I'll be staying here again with my family when I return to the area.
Friendly staff, very nice pool, very clean. Hotel room could use an update and window view of a tree wasn't much fun.
i loved the room and as an adult, very much enjoyed the water slide. ;) it was hard to find hrs of operations for.... the pool, waterslide, and other services the hotel provided.
I can't believe what we paid this is so close to a five star on a limited budget which most of us have run into these past few years! Hats off to the Crescent..............Amazing service and friendly too! no
Nothing, everything is horrible. Everything sucks about this place, smelly rooms, noisy fridge, gross, cockroaches, old, druggie place, bad customer service one person attending can't get a hold of them.
Not much First room she gave me was full of empty boxes and air conditioners, second room had dirty rags on the floor and stunk. The lobby looks so nice compared to the dumpy room.
The TV The room was not cleaned thoroughly. Found someone else's personal belongings under the bed.
It was nice to have cooking amentities The sheets were dirty, actually had blood on them, was told they had no clean towels available no wash cloths either, was a non smoking room, yet everything reaked of cigarettes smoke!!!
Nothing The non smoking room reeked of smoke, it took 45 mins just to check in when they were supposedly checking to see if there were any "non smoking room s". While I sat there waiting to check in, several ppl came in to change ruins that's smelled of smoke and to get new rooms or change out key cards that didn't work. It was just honestly horrible, wouldn't recommend to anyone
Wifi & TV channels The smell, unprofessionalness, lack of cleanliness, everything
Close to freeways The entire staff was in a daze at all times (maybe drugs?). Addicts are plentiful in the area, including in the parking lot. The hotel is next to a trailer park. Carpet tacks pushing through the rug. Dangerous!!!. Key cards had to be reset almost every time I left the room. 40 bucks a night---you get what you pay for. Stay elsewhere or sleep in your car
Leaving Everything else - poor condition property that is not operated as overnite stay facility. Appears to have many permanent residents having late night activities on site.
Too close to the road. Outdated old building street noise clearly audible inside the room. When I changed my reservation after 2 days stray with 24 hours notice I was still charged by Expedia for the full stay. All in all I would not recommend this hotel unless you want an overpriced 1 or 2 star hotel. Additionally. Based on this experience I will not use Expedia or kayak again
I checked in late at night after a long shift at work. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Landscaping was well maintained, but the outdoor stairwell to get to my room was dirty with several pieces of used gum stuck to the steps. My room was clean at first glance, but there was dried urine behind the toilet and some hair. The toilet itself was extra small and felt like it was built for a 5 year old. Honestly, I was so exhausted that I didn't even bother to complain. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had poor water pressure but was plenty warm. Breakfast in the morning was generally unhealthy (breads, muffins, waffles) but they did have some fresh fruit and hard boiled eggs which was nice. Overall I probably wouldn't stay at this particular hotel again.
The room decor tv and beds were good The free breakfast was ok, continental dirty outside Didn't seem like room was cleaned very well Staff at front desk was nice Keys kept deactivating and wouldn't work had to keep getting new ones Maid seemed bothered that we wanted our sheets changed and beds made on our second day there
Location It smelt like smoke and there was some sort of party going they had beer and pizza. No I did not call the front because I was alone and did not want to deal with the consequences. They were right outside my door until 3:00 a.m.
OK, Location optimal for me, Internet commection fine
Convenient and well located, good pool and gym, facilities serve well
good value, close to I-17, full kitchen, comfy bed, clean pool without too much chlorine. air conditioning kind of noisy.
very convient and excellent location.
I really like the environment and the atmosphere. Not enough shade around the pool in the heat of the day.
Super friendly staff and very clean facility
staff friendly no lotion in room
The price was fantastic. I would definitely recomend this to someone else.
We loved the friendly staff! We arrived after 11:40pm and was greeted by a wonderful lady at the front desk. The breakfast was amazing, hot tea, coffee and ice water was served 24 hours. Warm cookies on the counter after dinner, really hit the spot. When we needed anything, the staff responded. Hotel was clean and very well kept. Highly recommend! I wouldn't change a thing!
I loved our room, booked through Kayak and got an amazing deal on the King suite which included office area, living room area, fridge, microwave, beautiful room with a view. My boyfriend and I are poor college kids who just wanted a lovely inexpensive get-away and the room was so beautiful for such a good price. Their free breakfast was also really good. Lots of healthy options! Free tea and coffee all day. Free wi-fi. Loved it. The pool was a bit small, but we went around 10 and no one else was using it, so it was a lot of fun. We were looking for fine dining or nearby sushi places to make a special evening for ourselves and asked the concierge for good local places. She handed me a list that included Dennys and Outback Steakhouse, mostly international chains. I asked if she had any more specific suggestions and she told us to just drive down the road. I was really disappointed that they didn't have any more helpful suggestions, but we found a delicious sushi spot through the magic of Google anyway.
The location was what I wanted. The room seemed, clean but the smell was terrible.
It was a nonsmoking room that smelled like smoke. The towels were stained. The room should be repainted.
room was OK was only there to sleep and shower neighborhood was bit scary would not stay there again for that reason only other then that was good
Our was booked right next to a pimp. He had women come to his door all night long. We got little rest. The Motel was very restless. One electrical plug in for one of the lamps was broken. It worked intermittently. We would never stay there again.
The room was spacious, clean and compfortable. The comp breakfast buffet was verry good and the dining area was awesome Leaving
The suite style rooms had full kitchenettes (including full sized dishwasher) and sitting areas separate from the bedroom. It made staying there with an infant far more convenient than it would have been otherwise. It was awfully close to the freeway, but I suppose that helped with transportation issues when we were passing through town. The road noise was minimal, though, and the room had great black-out curtains.
the room was more than I expected as far as having a kitchen & a comfortable couch the mattress made my husband & I roll together; kinda like a dip in the middle. I guess the dip was us.
The rooms was very nice. Very clean. The maintenance decided that he was going to chip concrete outside our room at 7 am. Then housekeeping was stomping above us at about 8 am. Checkout was noon but we felt very disturbed by this all front desk said was sorry. I would of liked to feel rested
Great staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, easy access to the Interstate to get to the different areas of Phoenix. Convenient drive to Arizona Cardinals stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District. The pool area looks bigger in the pictures. It would have been nice to have a Jacuzzi with the pool (especially in the Winter months). The Queen Suite room we booked online was supposed to have a fireplace, they did not have that available to us?
Best stay ever, staff was acomedating and very helpful. I loved everything
I liked having a kitchen. The laundry room was nice. I like being near Metrocenter. No baking pans in kitchen. I called to see if I could get some and was told people were expected to use the range but not the oven. No blow dryer, but one was delivered when requested. No jacuzzi. Traffic noises. Prefer being on other side of highway.
It's closer to the place we needed to visit. The bathroom faucet is broken. The hotel needs to fix it before they have the guess to be checked in. Breakfast is for Americans. Why do they have Mexican on the menu? Is this hotel from Mexico? We never come back to a hotel we don't like about it again
cost and able to cook our own meals. Quiet at nite and still near freeway for easy access. No

Great breakfast, updated furnishings. The number of people smoking in outside community spaces
Location. It was convenient to get to Maryvale park for baseball games, and other locations in the Phoenix area. We also went to Sedona one day, which was easy to get to on I-17 North.
friendly staff, great selection for breakfast, quaint facilities and grounds, room was amazing! Comfy bed, great set up, loved the kitchen area. My only issues are minor ones. Couldn't connect my tablet to the WiFi and the shower water pressure could be stronger.
Room was clean and very nice with all the amenities! The kitchenette feature was outstanding! Location was not all that great, but very convenient regarding the freeway and the side of town I needed. The public spaces were few and small, but not there for that.
Nice and clean rooms. Great location as it is near many restaurants and close to the freeway. No traffic noise at all. Breakfast was okay but pretty much the same every day. It needs to be changed for those of us who stay in hotels for a week stretch.
The staff was very nice. We stayed for six nights and don't have a single complaint. The rooms were nice especially for the nightly price but the beds were not the plush comfortable ones- but it was not uncomfortable either. The pool was nice for kids to splash around in but not a laying out type of pool as it is beside the parking lot.
I was somewhat comfortable there, but something is lacking in the comfort level. The hotel needs to be remodeled. It is adequat for an emergency or quick unplanned trip. But if I were traveling for a vacation or pleasure, I would have chosen another hotel.
Stayed there for 5 nights and found every member of the staff to be very friendly and polite. The room was very nice and the kitchen was equipped with anything you needed. It was easy to get in and out of on frontage road. Would stay there again.
The room size. Common areas smell of ??
I would stay at this hotel again. I did not try the breakfast but I was very pleased with the cleanness of the hotel, the service and the quietness. The only negative experience was the keycard to get into the building would not work. Had to get it exchanged 3 times, and it was not working still. We had to get in through another door that was on the other side of the building. Other than that, our stay was a pleasant experience that we would repeat.
It's a little farther from the highway than most- and therefore quieter. The grounds are quite nice and have immediate access to an urban trail system adjacent a canal and a nearby park. Staff were quite friendly. Good, hot breakfast. Clean all around. Only quibble is the location of the TV on a small table, with sharp edges. This would be easy to bang into in the middle of the night.
Had a good experience here. Staff was friendly. Bed was soft with nice linens. Really liked the computer/printer in the lobby for flight checkin. Convenient location (though have to look close for the sign).

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was more than we expected it to be. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, breakfast was abundant, and parking was easy. Nothing.
Superb value for money with excellent who couldn't do enough for us to make sure we were comfortable. We had a poolside room on a very hot summer evening, so couldn't have asked for more. Pity more hotels don't offer this sort of service, with these facilities, at the price we paid.
The place was clean, the food was decent, there was free coffee in the lobby in the morning. It had free HBO. The lobby area and the courtyard both felt pretty dated and run down. The location is pretty terrible as far as restaurants nearby.
Great place to flop. Staff was wonderful. Free wi-fi was a god send as I'm in the middle of a legal battle. Free parking a plus. Not sure if Sheraton has changed beds in the last year, but those are not the familiar sweet sleepers I remember. Not very comfy.
It is a very nice Hotel, clean and comfortable, besides the price was reasonable. I'll stay there every time that I visit Phoenix.
Stay was too brief, and the hotel was basically just a bedroom. Yes, they told me my rate did not include breakfast, but my reservation form from you (which I unfortunately checked later) said that I was due breakfast!
Excellent coffee in the room very comfortable bed clean and quiet great air conditioning complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch free internet good choice of cable tv channels and nice hd tv It would have been nice if there was a snack vending machine on the floor
breakfast was good Had problems checking into the hotel. First the electronic key did not work. Then the room the gave me had another guest in the room. I opened the door to find undergarments on the bed. Also the lobby smelled like chlorine due to being open to the pool area.
The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I had a problem with the TV and they quickly came to my room to check it. They offered me to change room as the problem couldn't be solved immediately.
Clean room Not enough towels
Honestly, nothe one thing. maybe that they put the mattresses and dressers in front of my room so I woyld know that they had begun bugs. SO GROSS!!!!!☆ I did not like that they will not refund my money even though we did not end up staying due to a situation. also they will not give back any of my belongings
When we arrived they did not have any rooms of the standard we had reserved. They upgraded us to a suite before we had chance to speak!
The room was perfect and we were very satisfied with room service and movie choices.
Very nice, and clean hotel. Great value for your money.
Ay in this hotel again. I know that booking .com had information and said that I had to pay in advance which I did but they also took another 35 dollars a day which ididn't think that this was right since I paid in advance. So I was not happy with this.
The cleanliness and update of the rooms was great, but bandaid-like approac. The ease of the hotel to be found from the freeway was good. The band-aid approach to updating an older hotel. There were items that were overlooked that could of have been taken care of. The hotel was in a rough neighborhood, liquor store on corner, some bums roaming streets. Not a place for a single woman traveler to venture out and explore. Freeway traffic noise could be heard clearly with single pane windows. The AC did not have temp to adjust, so had to unplug from wall when chilly in room. Had thin window treatments that could be easily seen through, no blackout curtains ( room 241 ).
Convenient to my friend's home. When I opened the door to my room, there was an extremely strong cigarette door. Knowing that this was a non-smoking hotel with a stiff fine for smoking, I immediately called the front desk to report the issue. The young girl at the front desk seemed unconcerned. I did not request another room as I was too tired and in pain. My friend commented the next day that I smelled like cigarette smoke. I just wish the person at the desk had offered something to clear the air and stench.
The room was very nice, the description of the room was very accurate I checked out day early and they charged me half day rate
The staff went out of their way to confirm onward bookings for a further six hotels (Booking . com had slipped) Superbly clean and has a dining room. Breakfast was much more than the advertised continental and was more of a full English. Brilliant.
It was clean What I didn't like was I was quoted the wrong price online so it was more expensive and the room I reserved was supposed to have two queen beds but ended up have to small full sized beds. Plus you could here everything going on outside and from other rooms because the walls are to thin. Plus the bathroom door was hard to open and close.
I liked the location. There were many businesses and restaurants very close by.
We stayed at the Inn for a week. Staff was friendly and informative. Nice pool although the weather was a little too cool to jump in. We wanted a safe and comfortable place to sleep and that is what we had. We would stay there again. It has been about 8 year since we had been in Phoenix and sadly, the MetroCenter area seems to be a bit run down. More homeless than I had remembered and I'm sorry to see the condition of the area deteriorating. Not the hotel's fault but location could scare some people off.
Price They offer wifi with a charge but it never worked and their business center was out of service
The room was n ice and clean, and the location was very convenient. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy to get to from the freeway.
Shower fixture not attached to wall, hanging down. Grout in wall tile is mildewed. Poor repair evident. Cleanliness lacking. I decided to NOT shower.
The cute black girl at the front desk. It took an hour to get internet after paying $7 for it.
The room was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The armed security guards patrolling the grounds made me feel safe. The staff member who checked us in was very pleasant and nice. We got to the hotel earlier than expected and when we asked if there were any rooms available for early check in the staff at the front check in area rudely informed us that they had over booked the night before and there was nothing available until check in. The attitude given was uncalled for. The people who were hanging around the building (possible other guests) were shady. It's not the hotel's fault, and the security guard made it feel safer.
Cheap Price. Bathrooms and beds were clean. Extremely sketchy area. Seems like a place mostly for homeless people. I got there at night and I had to get door card through bullet proof glass window. Would not go again.
The square feet of the room It had cock roaches crawling everywhere i was in room #251 in the front upstairs, it had blood stains on the bedding sheets. The carpet was filthy nasty. And they only had 2 towels in the room. I asked for another room, because of the blood stains she said NO, ((with an attitude))but i also told her it had cock roaches everywhere then she said ok so she gave me another room(( with an attitude)) on a different floor. Walked into the restroom and it was over cock roaches in there too... Smh.. I will never stay there again!!! Just nasty. Ohh... And there is. meth heads and drug dealers everywhere walking around. And i waited 15 mins while she checked in a guest for her to tell me that she didnt have any clean dishware pots and pans to use and she wasnt going to wash none out because she was busy to come back in 30 mins...
The room was awesome, the staff was awesome and we will definetly visit again There was a community of vagabonds & a few drug users of course. They didn't bother us for the most part but it was a little alarming at first. And the bed sheets were not changed when we first got to the room. Thank God we has our own.
The staff made it easy tip check out 20 minutes after checking in! Many people on drugs, the non-smoking room smelled of smoke, stains on bed spread and sheets, hair in bathtub, and shady people hanging around the outside of the building.
