Fordele: "The plane we were on between Zurich and Copenhagen was comfortable and modern for such a short trip. This was a stark contrast to the old SAS airplane we flew in the opposite direction as a Swiss flight. The staff on the plane were friendly and helpful."
Ulemper: "We missed our original flight due to connection difficulties. We tried to hold this flight (the return flight that we had paid for in our round trip ticket) but when we arrived at the airport we were informed that they had sold our seats. We had to pay $250 USD to fly standby (and "reissue" the tickets that we had already paid for) on a flight that was oversold by at least 6, and we heard other passengers also being told their tickets were sold. Their customer service for the ticket change and the phone calls made before hand where they promised to hold our tickets, were so disappointing, it was like dealing with any US based airline. We won't be flying with them again."

The food is brilliant in comparison to other airlines. To sum up, always a good choice. * this is my 8th flight with Swiss."

They located Laggage at 12:30, but took them 7 hour to ship to Barcelona, so it arrived at 7:30 pm to Barcelona airoport. And they only delivered next day. Not cool. Advice: read laggage tags to reading device during loading and compare with transit customers flight database."

I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

No covid safety. Keep distance apparently don’t count when you onboard or in the bus from gate to/from plane. Could hardly move. And late again, again, again. Seems to be the new norm.

Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Had to figure everything out myself and couldn't get another flight till the next day and was stuck in the airport for 8 plus hours trying to find answers. I will never book an SAS flight again."

I don't remember the last time that a trans-Atlantic flight had at least a meant, or fish, or vegetarian dish. Usually, at least two or three dishes. On SAS, everything has to be ordered ahead of time. Some of the flight attendants were friendly, some not so friendly. No free alcoholic drinks even with dinner. Limited regular drinks - they are only served with food, aside from that you have to purchase even the non-alcoholic drinks. The food just wasn't very good, even compared to other airline food. Compared to other companies, relatively small selection of entertainment. I had considerably more choice on a domestic flight than on a 9 hr. international SAS flight. Storage pockets at the seat are pretty small."
Fordele: "Entertainment great, plane clean and newish. Breakfast way better than most competitors on transatlantic. Fruit salad, hot good sized rolls, yogurt, thick slices of ham n cheese so much better than BA’s downsized granola bar and mini muffin ( that they also serve in the upgraded class!"
Ulemper: "You really need to either have no legs or be 5’6” or less to fit in the seat without angling sideways. But alas SAS is no worse than the competitors in this department. Crew served meal 2.5 hours into 9 hour flight and about an hour after complimentary drink. My can of Coke was well gone when the mediocre dinner arrived and I got an earful for daring to ask for another one. It finally arrived after dinner with the creditcard machine etc. Yes, it was $4.00. I passed. As the coffee service was in full swing."

Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

You had to wait in line for an hour and a half for a person to give you a slip of paper to call. They should have just told everyone"

Ulemper: "They provided no drinks or food for a 12hr flight. I was Charged $100 for my luggage when the check in process didn’t give me the option to pay at the kiosk. We were delayed by 2hrs and missed all connecting trains to my final destination."

Ulemper: "Neither the website nor subsequent communication let me know I could buy dinner or snacks. Nor did I know that blankets and headsets were not provided. It was actually better than having carts blocking the aisles for so long. There was just insufficient information ahead of time"

Ulemper: "I changed seats with another passenger and I had preordered food. After telling this to 4 crew members, they still kept delivering my food to the wrong seat. I ordered vegetarian, so I got my food before everyone and then they kept forgetting to serve me drinks and coffee and so many other things."

Ulemper: "Perhaps offering water to passengers who didn’t select in flight meal option. Eight hour flight with no water is horrible. There is an option for buy bottled water for 4 Euros but I think basic customer service should include water. Terrible... I’ve never seen this before!!!!"

Ulemper: "Not only do you have to pay for a meal or snack, but there is absolutely no free drink service at all, not even water. Want a can of coke? $3 on your credit card and I’ll get that right out to you. What a joke. Have to pay for a blanket too. The most penny pinching airline I’ve ever flown."

If they just let you check in online like every other airline it would have been more seamless and saved everyone a lot of time."

It means that I had to spend my time and my money in the US one more day and miss all the personal stuff I had to do in Barcelona on August 3. According to my rights, I might have my money back for this flight."

Ulemper: "LAX to Barcelona with no complimentary water or snacks?? So bad for your health. This level of horrible bare bones service goes beyond inconvenient and is simply bad for your health."

Then it took a full 50 minutes to get checked luggage at destination (Barcelona). Staff was rude and simply did not care. After paying for seat assignment and checked bag, it is not a bargain airline. This was first and last time on Norwegian."

This airline was the worst, first they wanted to charge me for my suitcase that I was bringing in which 50 pounds were free. Another reason was because I asked an airy one if it was possible for me to change to another seat since there were manyyyy empties seats in whixh she said/meant no; but the worst thing is that i still have one more flight with this airline. Im sorry if i am been selfish but this is how i feel."

Ulemper: "On Tuesday, November 1st, 2017, a girlfriend and I flew from Newark, NJ to Barcelona, Spain on an Economy flight. I have flown both internationally and economy before, but I have never been on a flight, especially a 7 hour international flight, where I wasn't even offered water! The crew didn't even make eye contact if you didn't purchase an upgraded flight. I didn't expect a meal flying overnight, but I've received pretzels and a soft drink on 45 minute flights! How is that we received meals and drinks, and the proper hospitality on the return flight, also without purchasing the upgrade? Maybe it was because the return flight was operated by Hi Fly. Norwegian needs a lesson from Hi Fly on how to treat their customers! I will never fly with Norwegian again, and will share my experience with anyone contemplating flying with this carrier. Shame on you, Norwegian!!!"
Fordele: "I felt this Airlines was very accommodating, efficient and easy to travel with. The flight crew that we had both coming and goin were very good. AND of course, it felt like getting to Europe was finally manageable in the time needed to get there. Now west coast travelers can almost go as easily as our east coast counterparts!! Please Norwegian... bring us more!"

Aldrig prøvet i mit liv noget så dårligt. Selvfølgelig kan de ikke gøre noget ved stormen - men info var der absolut ingen af. Så få beskeder over appen- og slet ikke beskeder der holder på nogen måde. Alt kan gøres bedre
Der var ikke på noget tidspunkt styr på at vi havde købt priority selv vi fulgtes med en handicappet. Hverken frem eller tilbage. Heller ikke når vi spurgte ind til det.
Alt for lidt information i forbindelse med boarding. Hvorfor man står og venter, hvor længe man skal vente, og når man er nået igennem boarding, hvorfor man så venter midt i en gang bag en låst dør i yderligere 20 minutter uden at vide hvor længe det skal stå på
Flyet var forsinket fra Birmingham. Hvis det havde været rettidigt havde bedømmelsen været bedre.
Det var en god flyvetur. Flyet var i god tid, og ankom til destinationen før tid.
Det er dejligt, at der er mere benplads. Trykket i kabine var godt, så man ikke fik ondt i ørerne ved landing. Eneste minus - der var meget varmt i flyet.
Besætningen var fantastisk når det kom til at få styr på bagage, men selve firmaet føles som en scam. Vi skulle betale 55 euro pr person fordi vi kom 2 minutter forsent til check in. Og begge vores afgange var en helv time forsinket. Hver gang man kiggede på sit boardingkort eller andet info på deres app bliver man bombet med advarsler om bagage størrelse, forsikringskøb, pladsvalg etc. Det føltes meget tungt og drænende som som rejsende.
Både turen til Barcelona samt turen fra Barcelona var forsinket, og årsagen var ukendt eller ikke forståelig, da purserne taler utydeligt.

Fordele: "Cabin temperature was comfortable. Flight attendants were friendly. At check-in I was given the option to add a second cabin bag and have priority boarding for only €7. Ryanair sent me a text message reminder to check in on-line, or else I would have had to pay extra at the airport."
Ulemper: "I do not like the bus connections from the gate to the airplane. It is always a hassle and people are packed in the buses like sardines. I understand that Ryanair is a budget airline, but they should offer free beverages."

Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"

Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Ulemper: "They don't tell you there isn't a bus or transportation to the airport, when I got to where they said to go there was no bus, either go back to Paris and take a bus so I just flew with someone else... not impressed."

Fordele: "The price of the flight and convenient travel times kept making their flights more attractive. The flight itself was very nice and comparable to any other airline despite comments I had read about steep lift offs and advertisements blaring the whole time. None of that happened."
Ulemper: "Of course the price of the Ryanair flights is what lures you in., but just about EVERYTHING else after that is stressful with this airline. All their rules must be followed precisely or you'll pay through the nose. After painstaking finding the right sized roller bags and under seat sack and making sure I was well within the weight limit, they never measured or weighed either of them. I also saw plenty of carry-on luggage way bigger than mine come on board and go into the overhead bins just fine. Kind of pissed me off. The price to check bags is SO SO high, but with the limited weight you can take in the carry-on, you almost have to check a bag unless you're doing a short 3-5 day trip."

Ulemper: "The flight had over 1 hour delay. After we left the gate, the company kept us in a hall without air condition for over 20-30 minutes in a space where the temperature was over 40 Celsius! Priority boarding is a joke- you pay for the right to be boarded first in the bus that takes all the people to the plane. Guess what? This means that you pat for having the privilege to wait in the owen! Shame on yoy Ryanair!"

Ulemper: "Since the moment of the Check in at the Counter. The attendant was extremely UNPOLITE. Insisting that I must have brought a printed boardng pass. I had to explain several times, that I tried to do it on line and even bought a few more things for my ticket, but I could not get a Ticket to print because the system kept on telling me that as the passport was not european I had to go to a Counter. The attendant was not happy with my answer and kept askng for it. I then told him that as a customer of Ryanair I can not manage your system. And he even replied by saying. Qoute " I have nothing to do with Ryanair. Then at the moment of boarding. Once we were let through BP control, then The crew kept us waiting in different stages All in All around 45 mins, which of course lead to delay in flight. Then on board, the crew was having difficulties with the service even to the point that they could not take our payment with an International Credit Card"
