Fordele: For Copenhagen to JFK flight only: Excellent crew, satisfactory food service, very good drink service, great plane, comfortable seat in Premium comparable to old business class seats before lie flat became standard.
Ulemper: Extremely understaffed check-in desk in Lisbon with extremely long lines took over thirty minutes of waiting to reach the desk. No separate check-in lines for Premium, since they have no Premium service from there to Copenhagen. No Premium seating or services available from Lisbon to Copenhagen. No staff or facility at Copenhagen airport to print boarding pass for transfer passengers until gate agents finally arrived.
Fordele: We were delayed. Did good time still.... nice and polite flight crew..
Fordele: Newburgh airport is nice and small so were no long security lines. Norwegian air was perfect. No issues with anything.
Ulemper: Didn't have wifi on the plane. But it's not a deal breaker.
Fordele: Fast boarding, on time arrival and friendly service; what more do you need!
Ulemper: Baggage took almost 90 minutes to come off plane.
Fordele: The crew was ok
Ulemper: There should at least be allowance for one luggage and if you don't have to use it, it's ok. An international flight of over 7 hours should provide food on the flght. Luggages should automatically transferred t the next flight.
Ulemper: Seats were very tight. Crew was not at all friendly. There were no free food or drinks. Even water and coffee were not free. I tried to order a muffin and were told they ran out. It was a very long 12 hours!! I am sorry I will be taking Norwegian airline home.
Ulemper: Meals were not great but the worse problem is that whatever it was I couldn't eat it because your toy knives break, you cannot even cut a piece of chicken
Fordele: Crew was friendly but a little impatient at times but helpful. The head rest on the seat was good.
Ulemper: The coach seats were narrow and not super comfortable, no room to store under seat. The food options were limited, not even water offered for free. The de boarding process and getting baggage was a mess, I didn’t get out of airport for two hours and very little updates from the airline
Ulemper: Norwegian needs to be more clear about what is concluded and what costs extra and how much.
