Spanien har genåbnet sine grænser for rejsende fra de fleste EU- og Schengenområder, men indrejsen er fortsat begrænset for rejsende, der ankommer fra andre områder, undtagen spanske statsborgere og indbyggere, ledsagere og deres nærmeste familiemedlemmer. Spanien tillader ikke indrejse for rejsende, der har været i Storbritannien, Brasilien og Sydafrika med undtagelse af spanske statsborgere og personer, der lovligt opholder sig i Spanien. Fra den 22. juli har rejsende fra Montenegro og Serbien ikke længere adgang til Spanien. Rejsende, der ankommer uden for EU, kan kun få adgang til følgende kategorier af rejsende: •Personer med bopæl i EU, Schengen-associerede stater, Andorra, Monaco, Vatikanet eller San Marino. •Indehavere af et visum til længerevarende ophold udstedt af et Schengen-medlem af en associeret stat, som rejser til dette land. •Sundhedspersonale, der kommer til Spanien for at arbejde. •Varer og transportpersonale i udøvelsen af deres hverv. •Diplomater, konsulater, internationale tjenestemænd, militært personel, civilbeskyttelse og medlemmer af humanitære organisationer i udøvelsen af deres hverv. •Studerende, der studerer i et af EU/Schengen-medlemsstaterne og har et passende visum eller en tilsvarende tilladelse og sygeforsikring. De kan rejse ind i landet 15 dage før deres studier påbegyndes. •Højt kvalificerede arbejdstagere, herunder deltagere i sportsbegivenheder på højt niveau, der finder sted i Spanien. •Rejser med familie af behørigt godkendte årsager. •Personer, der rejser af behørigt godkendte humanitære årsager og af alvorlige årsager. •Indbyggere i Australien, Canada, Georgien, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, Sydkorea, Thailand, Tunesien eller Uruguay, forudsat at de kommer direkte fra disse lande eller kun foretager internationale transit i lufthavne uden for disse lande.
Fra den 23. november har alle rejsende (herunder børn) fra Albanien, Andorra, Argentina, Armenien, Aruba, Østrig, Bahrain, Belgien, Belize, Bosnien-Hercegovina, Bulgarien, Kap Verde, Colombia, Costa Rica, Kroatien, Cypern, Tjekkiet, Danmark, Estland, Frankrig, Fransk Polynesien, Georgien, Tyskland, Gibraltar, Grækenland, Guam, Ungarn, Island, Irland, Italien, Jordan, Kuwait, Letland, Libanon, Libyen, Liechtenstein, Litauen, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova , Monaco, Marokko, Holland, Nordmakedonien, Norges, palæstinensisk territorium, Panama, Polen, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Rumænien, Rusland, San Marino, Serbien, Slovakiet, Slovenien, St.Martin, Sverige, Schweiz, Tunesien, UAE, Storbritannien, Ukraine og USA pligt til at fremlægge en lægeerklæring med et negativt COVID-19 TMA, LAMP eller PCR testresultat udstedt inden for 72 timer før ankomst, med undtagelse af rejsende, der ankommer fra Azorerne i Portugal Rogaland, More og Romsdal, Nordland, Viken, Innlandet, Vestfold og Telemark, Agder, Vestland, Trondelag eller Troms og Finnmarkin i Norge; Kitri, Ionia Nisia, Dytiki Ellada eller Sterea Ellada i Grækenland; Færøerne eller Grønland. Ved ankomsten kan der foretages stikprøvekontrol for at bekræfte, at rejsende har gennemgået en COVID-19 PCR-, TMA- eller LAMP-test og har reageret negativt. Der kan udstedes en minimumsbøde på 3.000 EUR til enhver, der ikke overholder reglerne. Rejsende skal også gennemgå en temperaturkontrol og en visuel helbredsundersøgelse. Fra den 14. november skal rejsende, der besøger De Kanariske Øer og er booket på et reguleret overnatningssted, fremvise en negativ COVID-19-test, som er taget senest 72 timer tidligere, når de tjekker ind på deres overnatningssted, downloade og aktivere Radar COVID-anmeldelses appen for ophold på alle dage på øerne. Børn under 7 år er fritaget for disse krav. De regionale myndigheder på Balearerne (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera) har indført tre kontrolfaser for indenlandske ankommende til øerne med skib eller fly ud over dem, der gælder for internationale ankommende til Spanien. Alle turister, der ankommer fra eller via regioner i Spanien med en kumulativ forekomst af virusset på 150 tilfælde pr. 100.000 indbyggere eller derover, skal fremvise en negativ PCR eller TMA udført inden for 72 timer før ankomst. Der opkræves en bøde på op til 3.000 EUR for alle, der ankommer uden en gyldig test. Personer med begrundet rejseårsag skal udfylde en erklæring og foretage en antigentest ved ankomsten til lufthavnen eller havnen eller skal underkastes en 10-dages karantæne. Personer, der bor på Balearerne, skal have en PCR inden for 72 timer før deres ankomst, eller blive testet ved ankomsten eller gennemgå en 10-dages karantæne.
Rejsende er i øjeblikket ikke underlagt karantænekrav, medmindre de spanske myndigheder instruerer dem ved ankomsten til Spanien på grund af særlige omstændigheder.
Rejsende, der rejser gennem Spanien via en spansk lufthavn på vej til deres endelige bestemmelsessted, gælder ikke ovennævnte krav til PCR, TMA eller LAMP-test og sundhedskontrolformular for at komme ind i landet. De bør dog være rede til at dokumentere deres videre rejse, f.eks. flybilletter til deres endelige bestemmelsessted. De restriktioner, som Spanien har indført for passagerrejser fra Storbritannien fra den 22. december til 19. januar, kan også gælde for dem der rejser gennem Spanien til andre internationale rejsemål.

Ulemper: "Luftansa cancelled my flight due to impending hurricane. Because of announced airport closure, I decided to go on August 31 on the only flight available which was Iceland air. I had to pay $4200 for the flight. My flight back to Orlando is on September 9 on Iceland air. How can you compensate me?"

This is not Lufthansa's fault but considering how important Frankfurt is, you would think the airlines would say something. The flight was late. There were no proper queues for boarding. Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."

The boarding was very poorly managed by the same lady!"

Ulemper: "The flight attendant did not bring the wheel chair and take me to the bus where I waited too long and when I arrived to customs no wheel chair was there and I asked every officer there how to get the wheel chair no one helped after long time one officer called and the chair arrived and he transferred me to a cart the driver was very bad he did not help in seating me and I sit on the back with my carry on when he drives like crazy I fell on the floor screeming he stopped and place me in the front and he asked if I need a doctor I told him no I just need to catch my flight although I was hurt badly with a very big bruise and when I reach the gate the plane was gone and I have to wait for another flight to take me to San Francisco and from there to Los Angeles and I singed a paper that I don't want a doctor"
Fordele: "My flight from Budapest took off hour later then scheduled. We landed in Munich only ten minutes before the international flight's take off to San Francisco. Upon the Munich landing, eight of us were escorted on a special bus, with a special pass controll and on special routs to make sure we get on the plane on time. Our laggage managed to get on the same plane as well. Thank you Lufthansa!"

I deliberately went out of my way to NOT book with United when placing my reservation. Personal reasons. Won't book this way ever again."

Ulemper: "The only concern I have is regarding the diet. During the shorter flight, from Budapest to Frankfurt, the stewardess informed me that she couldn't get me gluten-free meal/snack. I understand that catering to special diet needs is not easy but following a gluten-free diet is not my choice, it is something I need to deal and live with on a daily basis. I felt disappointed since I had a long trip ahead of me, and I know that I, just like all the other passengers, had paid for the flight that should include the meal as well. Thank you for reading my concern and trying to see it from me, the passenger's point of view."

Ulemper: "Flights were late and boarding was caios, no one had any clue what to do. Blankets were filthy. Entertainment had limited choice. Considering I took six flights in this month, I will let it slide that they ran out of New movies. Worst part was food. Obviously, there is no quality consideration when they decide menu. Check Emirates or other similar fare bracket airlines to understand the gravity of Lufthansa food problem. If one reason I had to choose to drop Lufthansa from my future consideration then that would be worst food and drinks. I would strongly recommend that they should assign people who need additional time to board at the back of the plane. It will help them to go back of the plane faster and avoid gridlock in the middle. Another advantage is it will help other passengers leave plane faster at the end of the ride. Boarding process will be come significantly faster by filling the plane from back to front by loading passanger with children and who needs time at the first loading area at the back of the plane. Ulemper: "Our luggage was the last to arrive planeside from our late flight from Vancouver. We saw out luggage on the cart next to the plane, but apparently someone decided not to put it on the plane. We are now at least 24 hours without our luggage (we still don't have it) and cannot take advantage of our very expensive vacation. I must say, we will stop using Lufthansa and all partner airlines. This is completely unacceptable. I have received no communication at all from Lufthansa to explain why our bags were not loaded onto the plane, even though we saw them out the window, on the cart, next to the plane, before door closure. I am wondering if someone at Lufthansa decided it would be fun to ruin our vacation?"

Ulemper: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Ulemper: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."
Fordele: "787 is a great airplane. The 3-3-3 seat configuration leaves enough seat width to be just comfortable in coach."

Fordele: "The cabin crew, the flight and communication and the cleanliness of the plane."
Ulemper: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."
Fordele: "Flight attendants were friendly, but they only had limited resources to work with."
Ulemper: "Worst aircraft I have been on in years. No wifi or entertainment, no power outlets, only bad wine/beer for a 3+ hour flight is mediocre at best..."
Fordele: "It was a short flight so it was O.K."
Ulemper: "Boarding was odd. Go to airport early and counters were not open, did on line check in so was able to avoid the self check in at airport. Also self check in luggage seems confusing with no ground crew to help. It didn't affect me but lots of confused passenger."
Fordele: "The crew was very nice and helpful."
Ulemper: "The space is no longer a respectful space. Paid 32 Euros for my seat, there was not enough space, the man beside me kept jabbing me on the ribs."
Fordele: "I made it to my destination"
Ulemper: "I have never got in almost 13 hours of flight and was not even offered glass of water or any food!!! Norwegian flights are not providing any beverages or food and when I asked they told me I should have added food options on my booking???? That’s the most unbelievably weirdest and inhuman flight I have ever took. Will definitely make sure not to do same mistake ever again!"

Fordele: "The entertainment was actually great. Literally everything else was terrible."
Ulemper: "It was the most uncomfortable flight ever. No water served and no refreshments served at all on the 9 hr flight."
Fordele: "The first of a 2-leg trip (Krabi-Oslo) went great. Boarding was orderly and timely, left pretty much on time. Seats were surprisingly comfortable and roomy."
Ulemper: "The second leg (Oslo-JFK) however was a completely different story. The airline dropped the ball in so many ways here. 45 minutes past departure time and they are still boarding people. This was mostly do to the gate agents arbitrarily forcing people to needlessly check bags that would have been fine on board (while simultaneously forcing them to pay for checking thos bags, unbelievable money-grab on the part of the airline). Flight crew made no announcements whatsoever on the delay until 30 minutes past departure time. As an obvious result, bags then took a tremendous amount of time to arrive at claim."
Ulemper: "More leg room."
Fordele: "Clean plane. Comfortable seat. Attentive crew."
Ulemper: "Three customer service issues with Norwegian - double charge, 5 hours late missed connection, and lost bag —- and still waiting for their replies more than two weeks later."
Fordele: "The fact that the plane was newer"
Ulemper: "Perhaps offering water to passengers who didn’t select in flight meal option. Eight hour flight with no water is horrible. There is an option for buy bottled water for 4 Euros but I think basic customer service should include water. Terrible... I’ve never seen this before!!!!"
Fordele: "Seating was very comfortable. Very spacious for economy."
Ulemper: "No complimentary food or drink on a transatlantic flight is unacceptable. Was not told ahead of time that food had to be pre-purchased. Charging even for water is ridiculous."
Fordele: "The crew was nice but strict, which I guess is a good thing. The seats are decently comfortable."
Ulemper: "The seats are very narrow so it feels tight even for a smaller person like me. There is no meal served on this 7-8 hour flight, unless you pre-purchase one online when you buy your ticket or the weeks leading up to the flight. You can purchase snacks, but they take over an hour to be delivered."
Ulemper: "It would be nice if they would serve free food like every other flying company"
Fordele: "Crew was very friendly, food was good and got 2 meals, lots of entertainment options"
Ulemper: "More clear boarding procedure (couldn’t hear groups, MORE LEG ROOM, very cramped"
Fordele: "Seats were fine in economy. Overall the flight was a breeze."

Fordele: "Comfort and wired. Ports for my 110 volt plug and USB at every seat...excellent. BUT..."
Ulemper: "I am disabled, in wheelchair & in pain. The crew in JFK in NYC carried my bag into the plane and put it in overhead bin w/out my involvement in placement. Upon departure no one helped me get overhead bag and it was left behind. I'm at a terrible loss without it. Its Large black backpack"

Ulemper: "Extra luggage fees!! We were charged for our carry on bags, when we shouldn’t have been. The airline has a bulletin that states that your small suitcase can be up to 10kg plus a handbag/backpack weighing no more than 5kg. Not happy with Norwegian Airlines.."

Fordele: "When I flew premium on the long haul trip back to FLL the service was better. But probably because I was in premium."
Ulemper: "How about making the airport security for Norway and Norwegian airlines be more consistent. My carry on bag was approved on the flight over at both stops and again from Tromso to Oslo. That plane was smaller. But all of a sudden when we go on the 787 Dreamliner my backpack is too tall? Cost me $65."
Ulemper: "Unruly passenger caused delays"
Fordele: "Beautiful new plane, decently comfortable and spacious seats for economy. In air movie selection solid - can’t go wrong with dumb and dimber EVER"
Ulemper: "No WIFI on long flights (which likely have business travelers traveling in the middle of a business day) is a very big No-No in 2019. Especially on a brand new planes there is no excuse, the pre ordering of food on the flight is a fine idea just ensure the all interfaces to book the flight makes this VERY clear that’s required."
Ulemper: "SERVICE. ORGANIZATION WAS AWFUL. TWO HOURS TO CHECK IN."
Fordele: "I appreciated there were many movie options for entertainment. Some old but there was good variety."
Ulemper: "I hated the wait time pre boarding. Somehow the flight kept getting delayed. The flight was delayed on my way to Barcelona and it was delayed even more so coming back to Oakland. The crew on board were not very nice and the crew pre boarding at the front desk were extremely rude and unhelpful. I paid the extra money for the on board meals and somehow I ended up getting the worst seat locations. The food is served at such disparate times. I felt like I was starving for many hours after I ate my first meal. Overall, I do not recommend flying through Norwegian and I doubt I will ever fly through Norwegian again."
Fordele: "The plane was amazing. It had all of the great things you'd expect from a new plane (e.g. entertainment, bigger windows, device to control everything, etc.)."
Ulemper: "You had to pay for water for an 8 hour flight. Complimentary water should be an automatic. It's weird to have the staff go by and not even acknowledge your existence unless you pre-ordered the mediocre meal offered on the flight."
Fordele: "The screen to watch movies and TV on every seat is the best"

Fordele: "We had a great flight from Copenhagen to Orlando on a 787 Dreamliner."

Ulemper: "same point !We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

Fordele: "The crew was friendly, and very attentive."
Ulemper: "The flight boarded very slowly due to very inefficient check in process to just get into the gate area. There were about 15 people to check the weight of people's bags, and basically run security again (mostly standing around), while one person checked tickets and passports. This lead to the flight leaving an entire hour late. I ordered a meal for the flight, but was surprised that when I needed even just an additional glass of water (during the 12 hour flight) I was charged $3. If I had not ordered a meal, I would not have received even the one drink that I got. This was a 12 hour flight, and most people around me were not offered even water."
Fordele: "Newer planes"
Ulemper: "Paid extra to pick seats. Not to pick a better seat but just to pick any seat ahead of time so family could sit together-like a lot extra! Not good Norwegian. Paid extra for food. Not clear on site so didn't know that even on long trip overnight, you get nothing to eat or drink- not even water- unless you order it ahead online and pay OR order it on board and pay. And if you didn't order any food or extras, the crew pretty much ignored you like you werent there not good Norwegian Paid extra for baggage-and a lot! Sizes/weighs allowed for baggage is less than American air carriers and they charge you per kg for overage."
Fordele: "The movie selection on board was great."
Ulemper: "There was no milk available."
Fordele: "The flight was very smooth, the crew was friendly, the food was good. I have no complaints."
Ulemper: "Checking in at CPH, was a complete zoo, with failing computer systems and little or no information."
Fordele: "Efficient and cheap"
Ulemper: "No free drinks or food, not even water. Very cramped"
Fordele: "Nothing. They have ruined our vacation."
Ulemper: "They would not allow my friends onto the flight because they were delayed getting in from a connection due to weather. Our flight on Norwegian was delayed 2 hours and had open seats, so i don't know why they wouldn't give them tickets. We tried calling customer service many times and spoke to the people at the check in desks, and they were very rude and told us "too bad." My friends missed the flight and had to rebook a new flight to Europe at an extremely high cost. I will never use this airline again. This was the worst flying experience I've ever had."
Fordele: "Airplane was fantastic, best I have ever felt on a plane"
Ulemper: "Flight left from Budapest 2 hours BEFORE the time we booked the flight for - didn't get any notification, nothing!! Airline confirmed it was their fault,but my m missed her connecting flight and we still don't know how to get a refund for that... This is totally unheard of and unacceptable."
Ulemper: "Flight was handed off to another airline - both airlines blamed each other for any problems. Misinformation regarding seat upgrades. Flight ran out of drinks."
Ulemper: "1 hour to board because the system is all messed up. 4 hours (really though! I took a nap and watched a movie) on the runway while they tried to fix the plane only to be told we have to get off. 2 hours on line, which we learned an hour into the wait, to be placed in a hotel because NO ONE who worked for Norwegian was around to deal with passenger rebooking. 1 hour waiting in line for a room OUTSIDE of the hotel (it's January in Paris. It's cold). I got to the airport at 5. I got to my hotel at 3am. Had a lovely dinner of vending machine fine French cuisine. (Shout out to those meal vouchers we never got!!!) Our new flight time has been changed 3 times from 2pm to 3pm to 6pm. Im still not on a flight almost 24 hours later."
