Everything was very good, with the exception of the amount of food/snacks we were provided. This flight was 10 hours long, plus we sat on the tarmac for almost two hours for the de-icing (no complaints about that). And during all this time we were given one hot meal, which was a good quality. Plenty of drinks and water. But after that - no snacks and no food until about two hours prior to landing. And then it was only a cold sandwich. They stated after boarding that 'service was going to be limited' during Covid restrictions. We can understand that, but we should have been notified before boarding or the airline should have found the way to distribute some packaged food/snacks during boarding, to limit crew's interaction times. Instead, we were not prepared to be starving on a transatlantic flight! We've flown many time before, but this was the first time we were literally hungry. And we had no food with us, because you are not allowed to bring any food into US.

Everything was excellent during the whole process from start to end. We will definitely travel Lufthansa again.

Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"
Fordele: "flyturen i sig selv var fin men var forsinket."
Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "I had ordered pre flight online duty free shopping. Got a confirmation e-mail telling me that articles were reserved for me and I should approach crew members on board for the articles I had reserved. Reality however was that my pre ordered articles were not registered in their system :-("
Fordele: "It was really nice having the bassinet for our little one."
Ulemper: "My wife encountered a rude attendant after simply getting up and asking for water."
Ulemper: "Maden er kedelig og der var ingen valgmuligheder."

Fordele: "Food and service were phenomenal, and the seats were very comfortable."
Ulemper: "Gate agents were joking and laughing during pre-board, and the entire plane attempted to board at once."
Fordele: "Priority boarding for parents with children was a huge help. Provided extra blankets and most of the crew's friendliness was very appreciated."
Ulemper: "Provided bassinet is much too small for even a 17 months old. Also very hard bedding made it impossible for the kid to sleep. We observed same with the other parents. Alone with that, the height of the bassinet makes it easy for the kid to get distracted. WORSE PART: Our daughter couldn't get comfortable to sleep and got fussy, so I took her for a walk which didn't help much. Since it was bedtime 11pm with 0 to little traffic, and to avoid her crying from disturbing everyone I resorted to one of the bathrooms with her. She did fall asleep for about 1 hour until one the FA came literally BANGING on the door. Very rude even after I calmly explained the situation. So sorry for such people with no compassion nor understanding in their hearts."

Ulemper: "My luggage was covered in a liquid similar to honey. The wheels for my baggage was broken and i had to carry the bag instead of drag it."

Ulemper: "No entertainment system. Crew wasn’t attentive. Check in experience was bad, no ability to check in for your connecting flights, you have to make adjustments at the next airport which limits seat selection."

Fordele: "I can not even mention one thing that was good - they were ahead of time on arrival, which is good - but luggage took 2 hours to get and some items came in after midnight the following day! Terrible"

Ulemper: "The boarding procedure was unorganized and extremely inefficient. The family sitting in the row across from us had two unparented and very loud children who were disruptive for the entire 10 hour flight. Even on landing the child was not wearing a seat belt. The woman got up to get her stuff out of the overhead compartment even though we were told to stay seated. At no point did any of the crew members do anything in regards to this family and their disruptive actions."
Fordele: "One of the crew members was very nice. She made an effort and acknowledged my kids. The rest of the crew wasn't friendly."
Ulemper: "We were literally the last ones to get food. My child didn't actually get a meal. The only option left was fish, we do not eat fish. Our bag didn't make it. We were assured it will be delivered same day. It wasn't. It was Christmas and we had to drive to another airport to get it otherwise we would have been left without the luggage for the entire holidays, our gifts were in it. We had to spent time away from our family and drive 2plus hours to get the bag."
Fordele: "Good crew, liked the food and service. Better aircraft interior."
Ulemper: "Boarding was chaotic, lines weren't well controlled. Ground crew needs better training in being proactive, assertive, communicate better with tired passengers who have had to wait for 5hours in the very staid, and outdated Frankfort airport. Same problems with the headsets."

Fordele: "Great crew. Leg room reminded me of old days flying comfort."
Ulemper: "Flight was continually delayed, 15 by 15 minutes until 4 hours had elapsed."
Fordele: "Lufthansa, always competent and pleasant. Everything works well. Very reliable. Business Class seats are competent. No complaints. Not overly plush but everything works. Same with the service. If consistency is what you’re looking for then Lufthansa can’t be beat. It’s the Lexus of the airline industry. Not Mercedes or Rolls Royce though."
Ulemper: "The food is never exceptional on Lufthansa. No low carb or low fat alternatives. Heavy cream is a hallmark. Again, Noor exceptional but good enough. Here, I think American, Delta and United have done a better job recently."
Fordele: "Lufthansa når det er bedst - turen var en bevidst fravalg af Airfrance der også flyver fra København til Alger - og dette fravalg kan anbefales, hvis man ikke har svært ved at komme tidligt af sted..."

Ulemper: "Problem, flight was from Munich to Moscow, got onto flight from Munich to Ankara, boarding staff didn't notice, still not in Moscow."
Fordele: "The food was terrific. The in flight entertainment system was one of the best I've experienced."
Ulemper: "The online check-in using my wife's iPad's browser in a don't have a printer scenario (which is the case when you're not home), was difficult to navigate. My wife wound up with my boarding pass on her phone and not one for herself. We did get our boarding passes at the kiosk, but then mine had my TSA-precheck but my wife's didn't and she had to go through an extra layer of security (near the gate area) because of this at the Munich airport."
Fordele: "Congratulations for your pilot! He gave us the best landing ever! Very smooth and safe landing. One minute we were in the air and the other he was just parking the airplane!"
Fordele: "Appreciated pillow, blanket and headphones on each seat. Served edible dinner on a 10 pm flight."
