Fordele: "flyturen i sig selv var fin men var forsinket."
Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"
Fordele: "Absolutely amazing service"
Ulemper: "No any healthy snacks like nuts or just dried veggies or biscuits with less sugar."
Ulemper: "Seats are quite uncomfortable and not so quite flat. For an overnight flight it was quite painful."

Fordele: "Not a long flight, overhead lockers had space although I wasn't helped to find somewhere. Crew lovely otherwise."
Ulemper: "Boarding from a connecting flight wasn't enough time, esp as our duty free purchases were selected for additional screening. Food was identical to what we had been offered on previous flight, and the outbound one."

Ulemper: "I didn’t like that I paid for premium eco omg and the airline changed planes and switched all our seats to coach and oversold the flight without eva n an alert or option to keep our original seats. Never again!!!"
Ulemper: "My baggage didn't come on time. I have to stay at the airport for additional 3h"
Fordele: "First time on Lufthansa. Service was friendly and airplane food was surprising good."

Fordele: "Food was good. The flight left on time. There were so many movie options."
Ulemper: "There were a few crew members who clearly shouldn't be working in a customer service industry. I understand it's not an easy job but many other crew members were quite bubbly and kind."
Fordele: "The aircraft was great. A bit wobbly on take off and landing, but overall spacious and comfortable seating. The seats had many position options which was amazing. Meal service tableware was clean and pleasant to use. Food was also great. Also a very wide selection of entertainment options! Also, good flying from the pilot’s crew. Flight was on time."
Ulemper: "The servicing crew in the business cabin was inexperienced and unrefined. The flight attendants seemed to just want to “get it over with” with questions like “are you done?” The attendants wanted to take our drink order as soon as we got in without giving us a chance to settle into our seats and kept hovering over us until I had to ask her to give us a couple of minutes. The airline did not stock enough snack and ran out mid flight. We had to wait for the next meal service which was not fun. I ended up getting a sweet drink just to get by. Internet, which was paid, was so slow that I got tired of watching it trying to load the pages and gave up. Eventually, the connection completely stalled even though I still had over an hour remaining of the 4 hour package. I used maybe an hour of the total purchase. Total waste because I couldn’t get any work done. Overall, I did not think this was an experience worth a business class ticket."
Ulemper: "Check in was very poor and took entirely too long"
Fordele: "Clean(though toilets still had a little bit of smell, better than Delta and United anyway... The food was surprisingly good, way better than United and Delta! The staff is very professional. The chairs are better than what I experienced with other airlines."
Ulemper: "On this flight only, the toilets had a slite smell. Usually German bathrooms are an example for the rest of the world to follow in cleanliness."

Ulemper: "Early boarding and then got yelled at for showing up 3min after official boarding time on ticket. no air vents for each seat. massive heat in airplane while waiting for taxiing"

Ulemper: "No entertainment system. Crew wasn’t attentive. Check in experience was bad, no ability to check in for your connecting flights, you have to make adjustments at the next airport which limits seat selection."

Ulemper: "My eyes got so dry that I couldn't see very well for a few hours after landing, everything was hazy and glowing, like I had a film on my eyes. I've been on way longer flights before and I've never experienced this, it was scary."

Ulemper: "I gave up my seat to permit an elderly couple to sit together There was an open aisle seat forward from where I was to sit and was not allowed to sit there, instead I sat i na middle seat One good deed did not another"
Fordele: "Aircraft crew was decent."
Ulemper: "Seattle to Frankfurt aircraft was the dingiest and most crammed aircraft I have ever used on an international leg. The seats were tiny so much so that some other passengers were not able to fit in! The lighting was gloomy, restroom dirty within the first hour of the flight, no space to keep any magazine or books on the back rest of the seat in front of you, etc. Overall - such a bad experience. Not expected from Lufthansa, especially as I have had great experience with Lufthansa earlier."

Fordele: "Lufthansa når det er bedst - turen var en bevidst fravalg af Airfrance der også flyver fra København til Alger - og dette fravalg kan anbefales, hvis man ikke har svært ved at komme tidligt af sted..."

Fordele: "SAS når det er bedst - for det var faktisk SAS der lagde fly og personale til..."

Fordele: "The crew was a 10. They were wonderful."
Ulemper: "I was in business class and the tv remote did not work."
Fordele: "I was able to squeeze back into Comfort Economy and make my destination, after a messed up miles upgrade - have to be grateful for the small things, right?"
Ulemper: "I was actually upgraded to Business Class through a LH miles award, however, that upgrade was not honored, despite the fact that I had a confirmation email from them. I had to first get to Frankfurt to even negotiate this problem. At the departure point, LH was unable to furnish me a boarding pass to my NY flight. After racing though the huge airport at max speed to make this connection, I was treated rudely at the gate in Frankfurt by LH short tempered ground staff, to the point of even being accused of being the source of the problem and being late for boarding (when I was only accorded an hour connection through this booking, and raised this concern with LH prior). Lastly, the ground crew took away my connecting flight boarding pass and nearly forgot to give me back my luggage tag. The flight crew was Ok, but just did a bare minimum to keep up with the packed and overbooked flight. To top of the joy, I got food poisoning after landing in NYC - not all food they serve was in sealed containers, and it must have been enough to cause a day of misery that followed my arrival - I can assure you that the late time and taxing and docking delays in NYC took away any opportunity to have a normal dinner, and LH food was all I had all day... Not the usual LH experience, but I may give them a break for the next few trips."
Fordele: "Everything was excellent from the curteous flight crew to the accommodations to the meals. I will fly Lufthansa again!"
Fordele: "The aircraft was clean. The service was great. Food was OK. I enjoyed the wine service. Lots of movie choices. HOW does one get "bumped up" to Premium Economy?"
Ulemper: "The seats in Economy were the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in for such a long time nine and a half hours. All six of us found them to be uncomfortable. No seat bottom cushioning. I had a back pain. Boarding started with the First Class and Business Class first. It took an additional 20 minutes for Economy class to start boarding. The line was very, very long and interfered with other travelers in the airport terminal. "boarding area to Frankfurt was cramped" When we arrived in Denver, only five Custom Agents were on duty to process our arrival passports, although there are 14 control stations at Denver. It appeared as though the Custom Agents were not aware of the arrival of the Lufthansa 747 nor the one that followed. All other Custom in Europe were much more efficient and move people through quickly. What a bad first impress made by the USA Customs people."
Fordele: "The overall feeling of this flight was 'relaxed'...after getting over the fact, that this was a huge (two story) airplane. Short flight from Denver to Frankfurt...only 8 hours:)"
Ulemper: "I would have loved to be offered eye shades and ear plus, since most passengers watched movies and i wanted to sleep:)."

Fordele: "Over the length of the 9.5 hour flight, my time in the Economy class was that the crew were professional, courteous and especially helpful. There is a magnitude of difference between the attitude and professionalism of this airline over any American airline I have flown. In the future, Lufthansa will be my first consideration."
