Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "My seat was very uncomfortable for such a long flight! It didn't recline and was cramped. Also I have terrible nut allergy and when I tried to communicate that to the flight staff the kept telling me to tell someone else."
Ulemper: "Food was horrible on Lufthansa. Boarding was also horrible. They don't board by zones and it was very haphazard and unorganized."

Fordele: "Priority boarding for parents with children was a huge help. Provided extra blankets and most of the crew's friendliness was very appreciated."
Ulemper: "Provided bassinet is much too small for even a 17 months old. Also very hard bedding made it impossible for the kid to sleep. We observed same with the other parents. Alone with that, the height of the bassinet makes it easy for the kid to get distracted. WORSE PART: Our daughter couldn't get comfortable to sleep and got fussy, so I took her for a walk which didn't help much. Since it was bedtime 11pm with 0 to little traffic, and to avoid her crying from disturbing everyone I resorted to one of the bathrooms with her. She did fall asleep for about 1 hour until one the FA came literally BANGING on the door. Very rude even after I calmly explained the situation. So sorry for such people with no compassion nor understanding in their hearts."

Ulemper: "We missed our flight bc our luggage was stuck on the plane for 1.5 hours and we missed our connection. After running around the airport, waiting on the phone for over 2 hours and in line for 45 minutes, we are booked on a later flight and hope to get home tonight."
Ulemper: "Lufthansa warse company ever fly with . everything was bad . delay like two hours , food only meat because No enough chicken and No socks to warm my foot because I was feeling cold ."

Ulemper: "Long flight, bathrooms start to look ugly. Incoming plane landed way out on the tarmac, obligating passengers to be all packed into shuttle bus which took a long time to get to terminal."

Ulemper: "We left late due to weather — which is okay— but pilot didn’t catch up in the air. Also, the connection was tight partly because the Prague flight parked at the far end of the field and the bus ride took forever. Then we had so far to walk to get to the departure gate."
Ulemper: "The boarding procedure was unorganized and extremely inefficient. The family sitting in the row across from us had two unparented and very loud children who were disruptive for the entire 10 hour flight. Even on landing the child was not wearing a seat belt. The woman got up to get her stuff out of the overhead compartment even though we were told to stay seated. At no point did any of the crew members do anything in regards to this family and their disruptive actions."
Fordele: "One of the crew members was very nice. She made an effort and acknowledged my kids. The rest of the crew wasn't friendly."
Ulemper: "We were literally the last ones to get food. My child didn't actually get a meal. The only option left was fish, we do not eat fish. Our bag didn't make it. We were assured it will be delivered same day. It wasn't. It was Christmas and we had to drive to another airport to get it otherwise we would have been left without the luggage for the entire holidays, our gifts were in it. We had to spent time away from our family and drive 2plus hours to get the bag."

Ulemper: "The online check-in using my wife's iPad's browser in a don't have a printer scenario (which is the case when you're not home), was difficult to navigate. My wife wound up with my boarding pass on her phone and not one for herself. We did get our boarding passes at the kiosk, but then mine had my TSA-precheck but my wife's didn't and she had to go through an extra layer of security (near the gate area) because of this at the Munich airport."
Fordele: "Congratulations for your pilot! He gave us the best landing ever! Very smooth and safe landing. One minute we were in the air and the other he was just parking the airplane!"
Fordele: "Staff was very attentive and friendly. Great service and staff always had a smile on their faces."
Fordele: "I loved the ample number of bathrooms and their cleanliness. This was hugely important to me and would be reason enough to choose Lufthansa (and not Swiss Air) again. The families-first boarding made our flight much more pleasant than we'd expected. In all my travels, it's rare for me to have two pleasantly astounding experiences in the same flight. Thank you for your improvements of bathrooms, Lufthansa!"
Ulemper: "Other airlines have flight attendants who are a bit warmer and more responsive to children. That's one area where Swiss Air came out on top."
Fordele: "Excellent service, on time arrival, a great experience! Everything was easy with Lufthansa, which soothed my jitters and helped me relax (as much as is possible!)"

Ulemper: "Leg room on the 747 was ok. The service was average considering i had to keep asking the staff to atore my son's insuline medication in a cool place, they said they cannot at 1st but eventually they did. The entertainment system had to be rebooted 3 times during the flight which takes 15 to 20 minutes. So it took 3 hrs to finish the movie. The connection flight was a bit redicilous, 1 hr to walk to the other terminal in frankfurt, the 1 hr flight delay , the boarding was like a zoo, no initiative to take control and organize the boarding, the elderly and the children and crammed withe other passengers.."

Ulemper: "Terminal too far to go to loggage, walking about more than two miles after a long trip is not very easy AirFrance should have a better terminal at Charles-de-Gaulle!!! Have some missing stuff in my luggage!!!!"

Ulemper: "We were transported to the plane which was quite some distance to the plane via bus after climbing down steep stairs from the departure gate area. Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

Plane wasn’t even half full so they were deliberately trying to make more $."
