Holland har begrænset indrejse for rejsende, der ankommer med fly fra lande uden for EU, og som ikke er statsborgere, indehavere af opholdstilladelser eller indehavere af visum til længerevarende ophold i EØS-medlemsstaterne, Schweiz eller deres familier. Den hollandske regering har et farvekodet system med lande og regioner med høj risiko (orange) og lav risiko (gul). Rejsende, der kommer fra højrisikoregioner eller -lande, skal isolere sig i 10 dage ved ankomsten. Turister skal overholde alle de foranstaltninger og regler, der gælder for at bekæmpe spredningen af coronavirus. Turister skal også reservere deres ferieophold, før de rejser til Holland. Den 16. juli bekendtgjorde den hollandske regering en yderligere undtagelse for udlændinge, der har langdistanceforhold til nederlandske statsborgere/bosiddende. Yderligere oplysninger kan fås på her. Udenlandske statsborgere der ikke bor eller opholder sig fysisk i EU, er stadig underlagt rejserestriktioner og får ikke adgang til Holland.
Fra den 15. december skal rejsende, der ankommer fra et land, der ikke er på listen over EU-sikre oprindelseslande, og som er undtaget fra EU-rejseforbuddet, der gælder for Holland, fremlægge følgende dokumenter: En officiel negativ COVID-19 PCR-test resultat udstedt inden for 72 timer og en hurtigtest ikke mere end 4 timer før ankomst. Børn under 13 år er undtaget fra at præsentere et COVID-19 testresultat. En udfyldt og underskrevet negativ testerklæring. Ud over de eksisterende krav til rejsende skal rejsende fra Irland, Storbritannien eller Sydafrika også vise et negativt resultat fra en hurtigtest (antigen- eller LAMP-test) eller PCR-test. Testen skal være udført højst 4 timer før ombordstigning på flyvningen. Børn under 13 år er undtaget fra at præsentere et COVID-19 testresultat. Testkravene erstatter ikke kravet om selvisolering i 10 dage efter ankomsten. Rejsende skal være i besiddelse af trykte versioner af både det negative testresultat og erklæringen. Det er ikke acceptabelt at vise en digital version på en telefon eller tablet.

Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"
Fordele: "Flight was good. The problem was the ticket purchased from Kayak was not as stated. Because there was a layover in Amsterdam, I was not able to check my bag all the way through to USA. AND I had to visit 5 counters to check bag, pay for bag at different counter and 3 other counters!"
Ulemper: "It would have been better if the ticket I purchased was the one that I selected. It was not as advertised. I searched for ticket that was translatlantic with one checked bag. BUT kayak booked an ECONOMY LIGHT fare that required payment. It was not as advertised and a total head ache for check in."

The plane was about 30 minutes late which was nice because it took a while to get off our Munich flight, find our new gate and we ended up nearly running to the gate."
Ulemper: "I, again, didn't like walking down 3 flights of stairs, getting a crowded bus to take us to the plane. We are used to using a jetway to the plane. I realize that European airports are busier than American airports though."
Fordele: "Although the flight to Frankfurt was delayed for more than an hour they made special arrangements to get on time to the next flight."

Ulemper: "Boarding was unnecessarily complex due to poorly trained staff. Flight was late missed my connecting flight. Airline collected fee for advanced seat selection and did not refund when the connecting flights missed."
Fordele: "This 10+ hour plane ride was one of the longest and one of the best flying experiences we have had. The flight was smooth and comfortable. The flight attendants were very nice and their hospitality were second to none. We will definitely fly with Lufthansa again!"

Ulemper: "Flight was late causing me to miss flight to Chicago ORD. Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

Ulemper: "I liked everything except the cookie. It reminded me of the low quality supermarket American cookies, way too sweet and flavorless. They used to give little sandwiches, excellent in quality!!! A cookie is good too, but a better one would do a great difference! It was early morning, who would eat a sugary chocolate chip cookie for breakfast? But otherwise, I would fly with Lufthansa again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you!!!!!!"

Ulemper: "We had reserved our seats ahead of time but as we were boarding we were told that instead of sitting on row 4, we should seat at a row at the back of the plane. We were not notified ahead of time or or given an option. Flight attendants were refusing to help passengers and were actually rude to people who needed help to find a place for their luggage. Honestly, I didn’t expect this from Lufthansa and am very disappointed."

Ulemper: "The only concern I have is regarding the diet. During the shorter flight, from Budapest to Frankfurt, the stewardess informed me that she couldn't get me gluten-free meal/snack. I understand that catering to special diet needs is not easy but following a gluten-free diet is not my choice, it is something I need to deal and live with on a daily basis. I felt disappointed since I had a long trip ahead of me, and I know that I, just like all the other passengers, had paid for the flight that should include the meal as well. Thank you for reading my concern and trying to see it from me, the passenger's point of view."
Fordele: "Professional, friendly, helpful staff, especially the Manager at Gates A17 and A18 who helped make sure I got a seat on LH011 after two other, earlier choices I had been put on were cancelled."
Ulemper: "Lufthansa must work on its domestic-to-international hub feeder system, which is unpredictable. E-mails were sent too late to be useful for knowing what was happening to the original LH009, then LH007 flights, both of which were ultimately cancelled, making the connection to LH400 dicey for the FRA to JFK leg of the trip. Telephone or SMS should have been used for faster contact. I had already printed boarding passes for LH009 about 20 hours before flight time and ultimately arrived at HAM two hours before flight time and thought everything was in order. It ultimately was not, and my checked baggage never made it onto the connecting flight."
Ulemper: "This was the coldest flight I ever flew- the temperature was probably in the 50s. For 9 hours when even 3 blankets were not enough to keep us to a decent temperature. Also the crew was very cold and dismissive. They were very aggressive towards two other passengers."

Ulemper: "Personalet virkede super stressede i forhold til at kunne give den service, som de vel selv gerne ville overfor businessclass passagerer. Serveringen virkede hektisk og der var ingen ro da flyveturen var kort grundet et hurtig fly og for mange passagerer."

Fordele: "Timely distribution of meals/drinks, uncommonly quick boarding and ... unboarding. I travel with a musical instrument and some airlines want to check it and some even insist on checking it, even though there is always plenty of room. This was a completely full flight and no one even mentioned the possibility of checking it; they put me in an early boarding line and put it in a closet. The way they handle this for myself and the other passenger with an instrument made our day, as well as making boarding smoother forbus and everyone else. Really excellent job on that!"

I thought I had seen someone in civilian clothes setting in a area right behind the pilots chair. They did return to cockpit area near end of flight"

Fordele: "The entertainment screen was a small 4" screen. The movie selection was outdated. The screen in my seat did not work. Flight attendant said she would "call to have it reset" but it never worked. Fortunately, there was an adjacent empty seat that I moved to on my own initiative and without the flight attendant offering a seat change."
Ulemper: "Plane left 45 minutes late. No reason given either when waiting or after late boarding. I didn't eat as I tried to sleep byt narrow seats meant being woken constantly by fidgety neighbour. Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing."
Ulemper: "We paid for Business Class from JFK to TLV. The flight to Tel Aviv was in a small plane with 3 across seats that hardly reclined. We are most unhappy and will complain to American Express Platinum Card."

Ulemper: "Leaving late seemingly without reason from Paris - chaotic boarding line in Paris with difficult to hear PA. Seats were ok'ish but than again, it's a 45 minute flight. The sandwich was gross and I'm somewhat known as a person who eats everything!"

I was unsure if the fruit was expired and she quickly dismissed my question without any real explanation."

I would suggest better communication and more fleaxibleity with re scheduling on the app. I would have checked into a hotel a flew the next day if I could"
Ulemper: "I missed my flight waiting at the wrong gate( there was another flight to Stockholm, my connecting city, being conducted by another airline) I did not notice until it was too late. The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."
Ulemper: "The crew did not even acknowledge me on the flight as I did not prepay for their $45 hot meal. I couldn’t even catch their attention. This was only my second international flight but the first offered free meals and beverages to all passengers. I won’t fly Norwegian air again. At least they had in air entertainment. What a lousy 13 hour flight. $45 for airplane food? $3 water? Get outta here with that."

Ulemper: "Zero complimentary services included with ticket as provided on other airlines I have flown with. Not even water. The flight attendants didn’t even acknowledge the passengers who did not pay for meals. Not once was I asked if I needed anything, not even a menu. Something I appreciate with other airlines. Another problem for me was the temperature in the plane. I was freezing and could not get warm. The airline required that I check my bags (the same bags I carry on with other airlines) so I could not access other layers. It was nice to see on my way out of the plane that all the first class passengers had blankets provide while everyoneone else was freezing. Thanks for even offering, Norwegian air."
Fordele: "We are still stuck on LAX, first our flight was canceled than rebooked for next day than we got delayed 5 hours. The worst experience ever!!!! We lost so many connecting flights that we are thinking about canceling our vacation."
Fordele: "Just the price, but I ended paying more for my trip that bif I would have selected another airline with "true" business class."
Ulemper: "This is in relation to my original travel date which was a day earlier before the flight I bought through Kayak... Due to cutoms delays entering London from Madrid, I arrived at the ticket station for Norwegian 50 minutes before departure, for thw agent to tell me that it was too late to check-in and that I was to for fit my business class tkt (no credit, no reimbursement) and that I need to buy a new tkt (for next day, they only have one flight to Kax) . I know I could have made it to the plane if I was allowed to check in. There are other major negative things about Norwegian Air. This was tje first and LAST time I will fly Norwegian. I don't recommend anyone to flight this airline unless you like pain and suffering."

Ulemper: "If you get a LowFare ticket you don't get any food or drinks. You have to buy everything and it's very expensive. Even on an 11 hour flight they don't even offer you water unless you seek them out specofically."
Ulemper: "i was accosted by an extremely rude flight attendant. after having no water offered for hours i walked into the galley in the back to get some. nobody was there and some cups were sitting next to a half empty water bottle. so, like many other airlines, i assumed i could help myself. no sooner than i had picked up the water bottle to pour some water a male flight attendant walked up behind me and said, "excuse me sir, what are you doing?" i replied, "getting some water." he said "what do you think you're doing? you can't just get water you have to ask" and took the bottle away from me." i said "well it would be nice if you served water during the flight, I'm really thirsty." he replied, "everyone is sleeping." i said "not everyone, and nobody offered any water the whole flight, so i thought i'd help myself since nobody was back here." he said, "well i was serving another customer". to which i replied "alright", as i thought "obviously not everyone is sleeping", walked away feeling terrible, and not feeling at all like a respected customer. i have never experienced such awful customer service on any flight, especially not on an international one. this is the first and last time I ever fly norwegian. shame on him! and the plane was disgusting by the way... can't wait to post this on facebook #nevernorwegianair"

Not only did I pay $542 for a flight home that I actually never was on but had to pay an additional $1400 to get back home and getting home the following day. I would like a refund of my $542 since I was told the wrong information and was on time for boarding."

Landing was terrible and I dont feel particularly comfortable ever flying with this airline again. Will rather pay more and fly klm"

I lost 20 hours, much of that time to get my flight and luggage rerouted. No Vueling représentative at Lisbon airport! Compensation is not easily obtained through website as advertised. Worse experience in 60 years of flying 10,000 miles a year."

And lastly, the crew was either aloof or extremely new. I've flown Vueling three times in my life. This was the worst. I guess you get what you pay for."
