Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Fordele: "MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras."
Ulemper: "Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges."

Ulemper: "Muslim meal does not mean all Muslims eat curry. It’s rediculous that we cant have a decent English breakfast instead you get curry or some form of curry for breakfast, lunch and supper. Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc."

Fordele: "The ground staff in Heathrow was helpful. They happily swapped me onto an earlier flight to Munich after I spotted delays out of Munich, allowing me ample time to connect in Munich airport"
Ulemper: "Lufthansa's narrowbodies have one of the most uncomfortable seats in the sky. These slimline seats are built with a central beam running vertically along the midline of the seat, making it very uncomfortable with your spine."

Ulemper: "Cancelled flight and transferring me on turkish airlines again the flight was delayed over three hours.,obviously we have missed our connection flight to Beirut and now waiting in front the hotel desk because the first flight to Beirut is 12:25 pm , I have lost 2 days from my holiday,I'm very tired and upset, I will never use kayak ever again and I will tell all my friends and family to avoid it."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed . When we arrived in Frankfurt, there was a quie of 200m . After waiting 10 minutes, they asked us to go to other passport control . We had to walk onother 10 minutes to get there ."

Fordele: "I flew premium economy from Hong Kong to Frankfurt on the A340-600. The crew was excellent, attentive and friendly. They always have a great attitude and this has been consistent with my previous experiences with Lufthansa. The seat and meal were average for premium economy, but the crew more than made up for it."
Ulemper: "The seats were quite hard and lacking in padding in premium economy. The meal was average and nothing to bring home to."

Ulemper: "To whom it may concern I had booked flight from Casablanca to Chicago via Frankfurt , on May 6th , by Lufthansa, two hours before the flight , at the counter in CMN , they notified me , that the flight , is over booked , and I can’t catch this flight , and they offered me different difficult options, , till the flight boarded , they offered me one of the most inconvenient flights , and reward me some amount , in this case : I missed my flight which accordingly , lose my appointment , and lose my business. I frustrated with this decision at late hours . I asked full consideration of all the difficulty situation and the turbles they put me ."

Fordele: "Only thing we liked was the fact that we were able to get onto our flight at all..."
Ulemper: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Ulemper: "The plane wasn't refueled and so was not ready for take off once the passengers were loaded. The plane had a technical problem when it tried the first take off and so it had to be abandoned. This was alarming.."

Fordele: "had problems checking in , in that I was charged for a suitcase! I have since checked my paper work and found thad that I had paid for a case! I will follow this up when I return to the UK"

Fordele: "The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant."
Ulemper: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Ulemper: "Flight from Amsterdam was 2 hours late. Caused me to miss connection on train from London to Leeds which then cost me 124 pounds to rebook. No information was forthcoming at all at the airport and there were 3 different departure times given. Absolute chaos. The airline is a joke"

Ulemper: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."

Fordele: "The crew were really helpful since I am a short person in putting my luggage away in the overhead compartment and attentive to everyone's needs. I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."

The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."
Ulemper: "The Entertainment images on the screens promoted Beauty and the Beast, Batman Lego movie but neither were on the system! Food quality was rubbish"

Fordele: "Given that this flight, like just about every other BA9 flight for the past week, was a delayed departure, this flight delayed 3 hours, it is difficult to say that this was a good flight. The flight was full, and some business class passengers moved to economy class, with some economy passengers being removed from the flight to free up essential "rest areas" for the crew."
Ulemper: "Whilst I understand that the planes make no money sitting on the tarmac, maybe the schedule needs tweaking to permit a little more time for maintenance?"

Ulemper: "When we boarded the plane it was a bot chaotic, quite a few people were sitting in the wrong seats (including someone sitting in mine). There was also a delay in departing because of weather (which isnt the airlines fault) but maybe a complimentary bottle of water would have been nice."

Fordele: "As always no issues at all, I reserved my seats early to get extra leg room which is always great. Fast boarding and a quick flight, having been on a long haul flight a few hours before I needed this to get home."

Ulemper: "1,5 hr delay. No effort from the cabin crew to compensate for delay. Just stuck in our seats for 1 hr waiting for the airline to be cleared for take off. Would have been nice with a hot towel for face and hands after a long semi-night flight (10hrs). Extremely cold. Everyone was freezing and coughing due to very, very cold cabin air. Very old entertainment system. Grainy blurry screens. No charging of devices via usb. The control was fixed to armrest and was accidentally pressed al the time while resting and arm on the armrest. Remote gate in LHR."

Ulemper: "the old part of Nairobi In Airport... JKIA .....is appalling and the boarding procedure very tedious and uncomfortable Inflight entartainement is as old as the plane... built in the 80's"

Ulemper: "I understand the flight was delayed because of the thunderstorm, but even then, the boarding process was horrible, at the airport they didn't know what was going on and people could board with no logic. It's also unbelievable that with a flight with such a delay, where we were told that at the gate that there was a limited amount of food on board, whatever was available (even water) was not kindly offered, but was on sale only."

Ulemper: "Poor legroom with large entertainment boxes taking up valuable space under the seat. Armrests do not lift all the way up - only go 45 degrees which is useless if sitting next to your partner and want some more room!"

Ulemper: "BA needs to adopt the Ryanair policy of limiting the number of carry-on bags allowed on board. BA needs to work better on cabin maintenance. Some reading lights did not work. Ryanair cabin crew are nowadays polite and cheerful. BA crew seem stressed depressed and defensive."

Fordele: "Minor fault identified and notified to passengers prior to take-off, and dealt with immediately. Crew excellent"
Ulemper: "Cramped seating, the feel of a budget airline now in economy, with seat choice, refreshments and stowed baggage all ‘extra’"

Fordele: "Everything was absolutely spot on except for larger than average people not being catered for."
Ulemper: "Being a big lad (6'6") it was difficult to get comfortable even with the extra leg room."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed by 2 hours because of hydronic issues. I feel asleep and missed the food which was part of the ticket wasn’t woken up. Was then woken by the passenger behind kick my chair which was not comfortable at all and the entertainment system was something out of the 80s, screen so small could see the picture that well and the touch screen was not that reactive. Cabin crew we grumpy. Ashamed this is called British not what I called British........"

Fordele: "Plenty of choice on the inflight video. Paid extra for better seats, which allowed for some sleep during the overnight flight."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed due to poor weather at Heathrow, nothing can be done about that, but it meant that we did not take off until after 22:00. Drinks were served almost immediately but it was close to 23:30 before a meal was served and 00:30 before this was cleared away. Lights were then dimmed but at 05:00 breakfast was served. A cottage cheese bagel was the last thing I wanted to see and when we asked for some water, we were told that there was none available. We landed at 06:25 but then had to sit on the tarmac for 15-20 minutes as there were no vacant gates for us. (This had the effect of increasing the parking fee for the driver waiting to pick us up, as he was not aware that we were sitting on the tarmac). Please note all times are New Orleans times. Hence actual time of landing was 12:25 BST. And talking of New Orleans, I would not class this as an International Airport. It is dilapidated, inefficient and lacking facilities."

Ulemper: "Shocked that I need to produce my own printed boarding cards (I don't travel with a printer), or I must produce it on a smartphone. Neither available - I showed my confirmation of check-in on my email and the agent printed my boarding cards. Your idea of asking 32 Euro for a boarding card is &^%(*"

Ulemper: "Baggage was lost and was delivered 2 days later."

Fordele: "Crew were efficient and friendly."
Ulemper: "Coffee creamer sachets are insufficient in quantity for the coffee. Even with two sachets the coffee was still nearly black. The flight was full and the cost of checked in luggage ensured everyone used their carry on allowance. As a consequence, overhead bins were full. I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable."

Ulemper: "When I got to the check-in desk, I was told to get out of line and check in online. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been good to know that it was necessary to do this so I didn't wait in line for a long time."

Fordele: "My checked in bag did not arrive to HEL... Nedless to say I did check the bag tag was properly labeled RIX to HEL... oh well ... bad score for Baltic Air ... truly hope to see my bag in CGK when I arrived. Qatar airways pls come to the rescue."

Ulemper: "Long delay on first flight leg Staff provided little help with transfers, made us run through airport but then decided to close the next flight anyway without the transfer passengers Next flight offered was 9 hours later, only offer was a 10EUR meal voucher - ridiculous"

Ulemper: "super small plane... had to climb a very narrow staircase into the plane... overhead bins couldn't accommodate much of anything... we weren't warned this in advance"

Ulemper: "Abigail in MLA (Luqa Intl Malta), one of the sassiest and unhelpful agents I have met. Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

Fordele: "Short flight"
Ulemper: "They charged me 35 dollars to check in and the reason I did not check in was because their other flight was running late and was not sure I will make to that flight. It took forever to get bags in Riga. In the empty flight the way they were seating people was crazy. I'm lifetime gold with American Airlines so I do fair share flying and can tell you it's not a good Airline."

Ulemper: "The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

Fordele: "The plane was very clean and new. The crew who worked this flight were most friendly, professional and quite articulate in three languages including the captain. I highly recommend them."

Fordele: "Did not have food, so not able to rate that. Comfortable for sure! Plane ain't that big and one side had only 2 seats next to each other."

Ulemper: "They delayed our flight from Gatwick to Riga with no information given to passengers. Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."

Ulemper: "on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it."

Ulemper: "SEVERELY DELAYED"

Ulemper: "I needed to cancel the flight a month before, and I got no refund"

Fordele: "We arrived safely. Bilingual staff."
Ulemper: "The seats are worn and creek with every movement. There is very limited leg room even for someone who is short. When the person in front of you leans back it is impossible to reach your hand baggage or do anything but lay back in your seat. The landing was safe but not at all comfortable."

Fordele: "Professional appearance"
Ulemper: "Extra $ for the seat (quite absurd) and 40 Euros for a check in luggage."

Ulemper: "In Stockholm they denied my boarding to Riga and Moscow as they told me that I need Shengen visa. When I was buying ticket I wasn't informed that I need to have Visa. I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket."

Ulemper: "I was flying transit, but I had to go through the check-in in Paris. At the check-in they started to make problems about my carry-on luggage. I had just two flights from the United States behind me and no problems at all and suddenly I can't fly with my carry-on luggage? I didn't like the AirBaltic check-in service."
