Alternativt kan politikken opnås i forsikringsdiskerne ved ankomsten til Rafik Hariri International Airport-Beirut.

Ulemper: "I had to take flight from San Juan to JFK on Jet Blue seperate ticket that supposed to leave san juan 5:26 am and get to JFK at 9:18 am , Jet Blue got delayed 5 houres due to the weather , when i got to JFK i went to the counter of Turkish Airlines to re book on another flight , i was attended by Indian look manager , he was very very very nasty with me and he told that the Turkish Airlines had cancelled my ticket and his comment to me ( you boughtyour ticket socheap there fore you need to pay $1650 dollar for new ticket and there is not gurranted i will be takig the next scheduled flight and i have to waite for thenextday ) he was very nastuy, so i went to Emirates Airlines and i bought a new tickets for $1475 dollar and ileft JFKwithen twohours , now when i want to retune from Lebnon i caled Turkish Airkines and they had informed that they cancelled my return ticktes as well , when the plane was delayed in san juan Puerto Rico Jet Blue manager in San Juan call Turkish Airlines to exolaine the situatuion and the agent had confirmed that i will be rebbok on another flight. I lst my ticket with Turkish and i will never recommend this Airline to no one from now on. I,m asking if i can use the monry that i had paid if i can rebook future flight , please do something i lost my tickets with Turkish and i had to pay $1475 dollar on Emirates , NO one seems to care .I have all the proof thatJet Blue gave me the boarding pass on Turkish after the station manager in San Juan called Turkish and they authorized him to print my boarding pass ( i have it all) unfortunatly Turkish refused to helo. Ulemper: "The flight was delayed for nearly 2 hrs, that in itself is not an issues, traffic delays do happen. However, the fact that captain choose not to run air conditioning to save fuel and main cabin, even after numerous requests, was 95 degrees for 2 hrs combined with the fact that airline did not submitted travel information to US Border Protection that also added another 1.5 hrs to clear customs is totally unacceptable... Although THY has the most direct route to/from Moldova from Houston, in the future, I'll most likely will spend more money and more time just to avoid it..."
Fordele: "Having every single person I spoke with pass me on to another party. Apparently customer complaints is really no one's job. They're extremely motivated to have you find someone else to correct your problem. Rest assured it is "your problem" I was told quite explicitly that my missed connection flight and lost luggage was not their problem."
Ulemper: "They lost my luggage. Couldn't even tell me when my bag was checked despite the scan tag they attached to my boarding pass when they weighed it and checked it in back in New York. They legitimately had no idea if my bag ever left the United States. It took 3 days to locate my baggage while I was trying to celebrate my anniversary with my wife in Athens. being without your luggage for half a week in a foreign country is not even remotely fun. I had to wait around missing tours and reservations trying to find our luggage most of our first 48 hours in Greece. After giving up on getting our stuff we had to waste a chunk of time shopping to replace our clothing and toiletries. Despite having purchased the travel insurance I'm still fighting a month after our trip ended to be reimbursed for the clothes we had to buy just to begin our vacation. Again they continue to stonewall by transferring our complaint calls endlessly and forwarding our emails with "new" case numbers each time. Basically what this accomplishes is they can't ever find the case number they updated it to and insist that the prior case number is listed as resolved. Since they say it's resolved there is nothing anyone can do to help. Not sure if I'll ever get any satisfaction out of this debacle."
Fordele: "I appreciate the food service -- receiving two full meals for the 12-hour flight is critical to maintaining a relatively good mood."
Ulemper: "I didn't like that the ticket desk doesn't know the regulations on what deices are or are not allowed on the aircraft. I really didn't like having my e-reader taken away from me when changing planes in Istanbul (with no explanation as to what was happening or how I'd get it back) nor the fact that over 200 people had to pick up devices at JFK and only two employees were retrieving them."

Ulemper: "My luggage just disappeared on my second leg to Istanbul. 2 email notifications that luggage was not found. Wrong contact phone number at initial report and was not addressed despite report and upload. Also a representative emailed that luggage was erroneously recorded as "delivered" which is not true. I still don't have my luggage after 14 days. No further responses despite extensive documentation and receipts. This is bad!!!"

Ulemper: "I always fly with my dog and he goes with me down by my feet so this could always be uncomfortable cause it's tight and not much place so I wish they give a little better seat for people who travel with their pets on board."

Ulemper: "- At Istanbul no long chairs for taking a nap during long connections when arriving on a red-eye flight (like they have at CDG or Dubai or many other airports). Overall, very crowded airport. - The plane had older entertainment system with no USB port to charge-up the cell phone nor a power outlet."

The tray table would not come all the way down flat before it hit my knees. If there were a lower rating than poor, the seats would have won it; Movies were among the worst ever. where do you get them?"

Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "Frankfurt Airport check lines too long. Only half of security checking stations opened. Hundreds waiting in line and the lines moved too slow. After passing the long lines of security checks, you come to passport checking stations. only 1 out of 3 available stations is manned. Again, lines too long and barely moving. Probably many missed their flights while waiting to go through passport checks. We lost almost 2 hours between security and passport checks. Airport personnel were unfriendly, they did show any care towards the hundreds that are herded like sheep in long lines. They could have eased this backlog of people by manning all their available stations but they did not. Will try not to go through this airport in the future."

Ulemper: "Gate changed ast minute so we had to walk a long way to get to it with 3 kids. Airplane with no entertainment at all. Also the worst was getting to Beirut without 2 of our bags. We got one of them 1 day later and the second 5 days after. When we got the second bag few of our things were gone."

Ulemper: "Reclining seats. Great for you but not the person behind you. It puts the screen about 10 inches from your face when the person in front of you reclines and it's impossible to lean forward and rest your head on the tray."

Ulemper: "Flight was late causing me to miss flight to Chicago ORD. Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

She went above and beyond to help me out with the issue i had... but everyone else i went to get help from were not at all helpful (3 other people), sour face, they probably hate their job. Movie choices on flight to Munich were great. Smooth flight, I didn't lose my bag so that was great too!"
Ulemper: "Rude crew member. One bad apple ruins the whole bunch. I pre selected my sest at check in on line but got different seat. Not sure why but that was uncalled for. Boarding was 35 minutes late because flight arrived late also. The lady that boarded us was nice and funny."
Fordele: "The organization of this flight was great— my party of three boarded quickly, and we were pleased with the complimentary drinks service. The entertainment options could have presented with more options, however, I was not upset with what I watched. The crew was very attentive, and the flight was smooth, overall."
Ulemper: "The temperature of the plane was very hot— there were a lot of us packed into this flight, and there were no sources of air.. so it got pretty stuffy. Between the temperature and the lights staying on for a majority of the flight, it was difficult to sleep, especially for so many hours. In addition to this, I had a dairy allergy, and was not able to eat either of the meals I was offered, because the fish and “veggie pasta” were both covered in cheese."

Fordele: "The crew were great! The seats are not that comfortable, it happened that I had 3 seats raw for myself but the armrests were not going up so I could not utilize them and lie down to sleep."

Ulemper: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."
Ulemper: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Ulemper: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."
Fordele: "We were fed a nice pasta meal and offered drinks twice. They also gave a muffin for desert. The flight attendants were very nice and attentive with cheerful smiles. I wish every airline had service this good!"

Rood and not helpful, told me to try FB messenger and online changing again. Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my CC company."

Not the same business class product at all, ancient plane, worn seats though they claim to be "new" on this 767. Multiple hours delayed departing, no reason given, and no updates, we just sat there for hours. I assume mechanical. Caused me to miss my connection and here I am having to pay huge for a last minute hotel. Not what was advertised to me which was a LOT flight not a codeshare on an old plane. Booked it through Kayak, will not be doing THAT again."

Fordele: "The aircraft was big and clean, but the seats were not comfortable. No entertainment at all, not sure why it was list for review. My biggest problem was with their communicates. I booked this flight from Tel Aviv to London with 60min.layover in Warsaw, the schedule LOT offered. .The first leg to Warsaw was 30min. late without any announcement and no one mentioned about how it would affected connecting flights. So I asked the flight attendent before lading in Warsaw and she suggested to run throught the security. We thought we might have a chance as we were sitting close to the front rows. Nah, not so fast. It turned out that's not as rsimple as unning between the gates, everyone had to be shuttled to the main terminal and only the business class got a small van and went first, abd we were not allowed on that van even I told the guy we needed to catch the flight. Long story short, we finally made to the gate, Thanks to a LOT personnel pushed us to the front of security check and informed the gate we were coming. We literally RAN after the security to the gate. They reopened the gate to let us in and the aircraft pushed away right after we got on. The luggage, with that tight schedule, of course they would not be able to make the swich to London. So we had nothing except the cloth from Tel Aviv, its about 15C in tempture, we were freezing. Waiting for our luggage to be delivered to our hotel for warm clothes before we can go out"
Fordele: "You can't beat the convenience of traveling without having a layover which are never guaranteed to be on time. The food isn't bad but service makes up for whatever shortcomings there are in that dept."
Ulemper: "I wish there was a kid meal option"

Ulemper: "They kept changing departure time from Warsaw to Lviv , and totally we were stocked at airport for 4 hours. Lot didn't provide any drink or food, and also they didn't give us any information about our flight, they just ignored us. We were very frustrated, our kids were hungry and thirsty but nobody from LOT company didn't care about it. They even didn't say "sorry " . I will not recommend this airline to my friends or to somebody else, just be careful with this airline."
Fordele: "Brand new plane, very smart albeit plasticy and clunky. Professional staff. Very helpful when I had a specific personal request at the booking office. Flight crew were not constantly trying to force us to buy things or making announcements every 5mins like some budget airlines I could name. Flight was 30mins early so no problems there."
Ulemper: "Warsaw Airport is terrible. Not enough seats in the departure longes. Not enough choice for shops. Not enough toilets for the volume of passengers."
Fordele: "On-board crew is polite and helpful. Boeing 787 Dreamliner is great. Overall, the flight was fine."
Ulemper: "The gate agents were forcing random people to check in their hand luggage, even before weighing that luggage. They also check the hand luggage to make sure it fits in the "template" and weigh it (a second time) at the gate. Once on-board, they then announced that they were waiting for other connecting passengers. Took about 45 minutes. It would be nice to know that before booking that they do this, and also before boarding, even if it makes more sense to start boarding before they arrive (but 45 minutes before?). The live map on the public screens in economy showed a dummy/overview map with "waiting for data" the entire flight, rather than the actual live map. Premium did have the data on their screens, and the individual screens also worked fine. Not sure what happened there..."

Not sure I will fly with this airline again in the future."
Ulemper: "I have been told at the airport that I had an unconfirmed flight and was told that I could not travel to Istanbul. I am still at my departure city, in Chicago. I bought my tickets just like anybody would, go on the website, pick the flights and pay. But someone did not do their job correctly and did not correctly confirm my flight. I paid for this incompetence by missing Christmas and a business meeting. Do not think it will never happen to you, it is just a matter of time that this kind of bad service catches up to you. The system is so disconnected or careless that it can't even figure out I couldn't take the flight which it is is asking me a review for."

Fordele: "I wasn't late I was running in the airport to couch the flight & they close the bordering they didn't let me in & I have to pay extra ticket & staying in the airport for 20 hours I lost my laggegg they found it after 3 hours. It's really bad. U give us 30 minutes to cotch other flight. I lost money & I lost my vocation because this application it's really bad I felt for the first time I'm Gypsy homeless."
Ulemper: "I didn't like the application which is ( KAYAK ) it should know the person well not cotch the other flight I'm really disappointed"
Ulemper: "I'm still on this roller coaster! Initial flight delayed 3 hrs. Missed connection in Warsaw. Got on another flight with its own connection Munich then Sofia and about to miss that connection too because this flight is also delayed for no reason. Lot app doesn't work. Customer service is horrificly slow and their phone number had me on hold for over 40 min after which dropped my call"
Ulemper: "one of our seats did not work properly (3D) and the crew constantly had to manually adjust the seat. It never would go into a full reclining position. Food was good but they did not serve everything that was listed on the menu. My wife ordered the pancakes with berries for breakfast and they said they did not have any. After they told us they did not have this item, another passenger from Russia sitting in 3A started complaining and they miraculously found the pancakes for this passenger. this leaves a bad impression about the service and not what you expect when you buy a business class ticket."

Ulemper: "Ungodly early start from Cracow then 4 hours layover in Warsaw with absolutely nothing to do. UGH. Food and entertainment is nonexistant on LOT European flights. Onetime snack and basic drink service (no apple or orange juices). Oh, and use of propeller airplanes should be forbidden on commercial flights. We are in jet era, aren't we???"
Ulemper: "The initial flight from Warsaw to JFK was delayed...therefore, the JFK to Warsaw was delayed...to the point that the Warsaw to Katowice flight had departed. Good news(!)...there's on more flight...at 2230. I opted out for the train instead. LOT graciously gave me a voucher to take a taxi to the train station in Warsaw. It all worked out. It took about an hour to gather my luggage at Warsaw due to the bag being re-booked on the later flight automatically."
Fordele: "Two big aisles to stretch your legs and many toilets. It is very nice to have some movies to watch."
Ulemper: "The airport at Warsaw could have a few upgrades."
