Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

The worst thing was that in transiting from the SAA flight to the Lufthansa flight we were obliged to go through security which seems unnecessary. The security staff were awful. Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour."

Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

Fordele: "I have always liked Lufthansa; however, got put on an American Airlines flight due to a missed connection and there were no further flights until later in the afternoon. Had to change airlines and they assured me my luggage would follow me. It did not!!!! Too many security checks, switching from place to place and being herded like cattle was not too pleasant. Security people were rude and very busy talking to each other to tend to their jobs. One person would tell you to do something and the next person would give you completely different direction. They were arguing amongst themselves and not paying attention to one of the most important things.....customers."
Ulemper: "On AA flight there were two small children running up and down the airplane most of the flight. Very disturbing and no one could rest. They were playing chase, hitting everyone's seat, and screaming at each other quite a bit. Parents obviously did not discipline them at all. After waiting in the airport for a completely different flight and not know what to expect this flight was not a pleasant one. American Airlines had overbooked the flight and they were begging people to give up their seats. They had a weight problem due to fuel amount and when we were approaching DFW we were diverted to Houston because we did not have enough fuel to stay in a holding pattern. We sat on the tarmac for a couple of hours, refueled, several people got off the plane in Houston in order to make connecting flights and then we FINALLY flew back to Dallas"

Ulemper: "When we got to the airport, the gate info wasn’t on the screen. We found a seat and waited until the time it said the info would be available. When the info was available, it said the gate was closing in 10 minutes. You have to pay for everything. I ordered a meal, but there must have been a language barrier because the stewardess sold me a meal and extra sandwich, when I only wanted one. The seats don’t recline."

Ulemper: "Worst experience I've ever had. I've been traveling for years but never experienced an airlines this unprofessional. I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!"

Ulemper: "They keep revising the plane departure time on their website/app but refused to announce changes in the terminal. Kayak sent me 10 updates about the scheduled departure. The airport had the initial one and no more"
Ulemper: "They told us we didn’t have seats and that we’d have to go on standby. All staff were giggling and not very helpful. In the end we managed to get on the flight which seemed to have at least 4 extra empty seats. Poor customer services and communication to us of whether we would get the flight or not and what to do if not."
Ulemper: "Plane boarded early. Then we sat for 45 minutes past our departure time while they did unspecified maintenance on the plane. Poorly organized and chaotic."

Staff were disorganised confused and rude. My debit card was handed to another passenger because the steward had no idea what he was doing. Beyond awful!"
Ulemper: "Delayed by almost 4 hours with no communication. By the time we found out we could get a meal voucher it was too late"
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed by about five hours. Had to do a mad dash to city airport from Luton just to stand a chance of making my meeting. I will never be using Vueling again."
Ulemper: "arrived at airport to find flight cancelled - I needed to get to exhibition that day - and, after long queue, discovered we had alternative flight late that night. Today I hear my saturday late flight has been re-scheduled for tomorrow - with no intervening email saying the saturday re-scheduled flight was re-scheduled itself....if you get me. On a good note, it looks like I'm going to get a full refund. If they had arranged for me and my son to get there by another means - business class?, another airline?? - then I'd be impressed"

Ulemper: "They overbooked the flight and would not let us on even though we had tickets because we did not check-in that morning online before our arrival to the airport. They re-booked us for another flight that had a connection but it kept getting delayed so they made us re-check our luggage 3 separate times. When we finally made it to the connecting city (Barcelona) that next flight was delayed from 9 pm departure to 11 pm to midnight and then to 2:30 AM with no confirmation that the flight would actually take-off. There was no one that could offer us help or give us answers as to what was going on, all employees were very vague and kept telling us they couldn't tell us anything. We spent 14 hours that day in the airport for a flight that should have taken 1.5 hours. They gave us 6 euros each as compensation and that was it. To put in a complaint to get your money back is very difficult. Their website is often down and they make the form very specific online so that if you type something in lowercase letters it won't go through. I will never fly them again and strongly suggest you don't either."

Flight attendants then forced us to check our small carry on items despite being told they were for a wedding the next day. Subsequently the bags were lost and then found four days earlier. Fortunately, we found our baggage but had to improvise for the wedding. Airport lost and found said that happens all the time with Vuelling and a baggage claim stub should just be discarded as worthless."

Ulemper: "Der er mangler der gør at man kun kan få 20 kg ikke så smart når man er 2 p og kun har max 14 kg dette kom så til og koste mig 400-300-20 euro i alt mange penge for 14 kg samt 288kr oven i for at sidde sammen der skal stå lille rygsæk da det er dette der er med i prisen men syntes det er alt for mange penge for rejsen alt i alt"

Ulemper: "Man kommer til at gå hele Københavns lufthavn igennem på den lange led, når man flyver med Ryanair. Derudover havde jeg betalt for kuffert med begge veje, men da vi skulle hjem kunne Ryanair ikke finde den betaling og jeg skal nu igennem klagesystem (hvilket er meget besværligt hos Ryanair) for at få mine penge retur. Desuden en time forsinket på hjemturen."

Advance checkin online not free , checking at airport 55£ . In Less than 2 Hour before boarding online is not possible anymore. Ryanair counter cannot check you in and you will be sent forth and back to other counters"

Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."

Ulemper: "Needed to catch connecting flight after Milan to Liverpool flight .. which was Liverpool to Belfast.. already delayed couple days due to weather.. long story short - they put tags on bags to put in hold which meant I wouldn’t catch connecting to Belfast as I’ve have to wait at carousel (Dublin not operating due to snow) , explained my story that I needed to catch this flight in order to have any chance of making uncles funeral but she completely ignored it, and said that’s not my problem!! Couldn’t believe my ears.. Disgusting behavior"

Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"
