No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

Waiting for long time in a crowded bus to NORAD the plane then rushing out of the bus to Nita the plane with no lines and having to wait for the crowds outside the lane in a freezing temperature. Furthermore, there was no entertainment on the plane and the food was horrible. Add to this the very cramped seat space and no carry ons in the plane (unless you speak German)"

Ulemper: "To Whom It May Concern, My name is Eliezer Korbman. I was a passenger on LH403 with service to Frankfurt, Germany. Upon reaching cruising altitude and prior to dinner service, a Lufthansa stewardess reached across my midsection, activated the reclining mechanism and forcefully returned my seat to its upright position - waking me up to eat. (You may conduct your own investigation, but there was no prior announcement.) I politely declined, but was later denied dinner and breakfast. To clarify, I was unable to eat or sleep. This is utterly disgusting service. I am incredibly disappointed in Lufthansa for the way that I was treated aboard LH403. Unless I can be persuaded otherwise, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Garbage service! Shame on you Lufthansa!"

Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Ulemper: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."

The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster."

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Ulemper: "This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."

Ulemper: "The food could have been much better, should consider doing everything organic. As it was, the chicken in the meal was awful, the dessert terrible. The rice in the salad hard, almost uncooked. The only good quality food was the bread and the cheese"

Ulemper: "Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

Ulemper: "We were transported to the plane which was quite some distance to the plane via bus after climbing down steep stairs from the departure gate area. Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

Fordele: "Fully understand the need to put a name tag on “priority customers”. But tagging the rest as “non-priority customers” is at best disrespectful and stupid. Time to look for a new head of communication?"

Ulemper: "Svært at forstå at komforten skal være så usædvanlig dårlig. Plus at man skal betale hver gang man trykker på nogen som helst service. Så som bagage som ellers bare skulle være standart."

Ulemper: "At være forsinket og være nødt Til at bruge penge på en taxi"
Ulemper: "Pga. fuldstændig kaotiske tilstande ved check-in, var der kun lige tid til at styrte til gaten. Meget langsomt arbejdende og inkompetente ansatte ved skranken, der pga. kaos ikke tjekkede pas!! Low fares - low/no service."

Ulemper: "Der er mangler der gør at man kun kan få 20 kg ikke så smart når man er 2 p og kun har max 14 kg dette kom så til og koste mig 400-300-20 euro i alt mange penge for 14 kg samt 288kr oven i for at sidde sammen der skal stå lille rygsæk da det er dette der er med i prisen men syntes det er alt for mange penge for rejsen alt i alt"
Fordele: "Prisen er lav - men har man noget man skal klage over bagefter, fx. dobbeltgebyr på kuffert, så kommer man til at arbejde for sagen."
Ulemper: "Man kommer til at gå hele Københavns lufthavn igennem på den lange led, når man flyver med Ryanair. Derudover havde jeg betalt for kuffert med begge veje, men da vi skulle hjem kunne Ryanair ikke finde den betaling og jeg skal nu igennem klagesystem (hvilket er meget besværligt hos Ryanair) for at få mine penge retur. Desuden en time forsinket på hjemturen."

Ulemper: "they charge priorety and seat a jot of money. i payed 180 euros for the ticket flight.but there was not any prirety like it was in my flight from budapest to ovda.i also pay to the seat and before taking off sll the payed seat become full and the stuff did not care. Ulemper: "Too much waiting. The process was to just herd you to the next corral for more waiting. Boarding process was much longer than need be. They charge for EVERYTHING! My husband and I were sitting separately, but the boarding pass only came to me electronically. For whatever reason, the forwarded email, or screenshot would not go through to him. We asked if they could print us one, they wanted €20. Seriously? However, I saw the gate lady print for several others with no charge.....hmmmm."
Fordele: "Luggage was waiting for me by time I arrived at carrousel"
Ulemper: "Landing was rough. Check in lines were really long."
Fordele: "The Ariel view of Malta through Gozo and the smooth landing"
Ulemper: "Crew consistently trying to sell you everything"
Fordele: "There was no food. There was no entertainment except the crew who were entertaining each other. The reason it gets two stars is it got us to our destination without going down in flames."

Ulemper: "Its such a rip off that one has to pay extra to sit with your felliw travelers"
Fordele: "Prisen. At vi landede planmæssigt."
Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."
Ulemper: "I got charged 69 euros for not checking in online!!!!! More than the ticket price!!!!!!! This is robbery! Worse airlines ever, thieves! Do not ever travel with this company"
Ulemper: "Very cramped and hot in The plane."
Fordele: "Got from point A to point B without any hassle. I passed out as soon as I got on the plane and there was nothing that kept me from sleeping."
Ulemper: "Boarding seemed a bit tedious and there was a lot of unnecessary standing around."
Ulemper: "I was trying to check in in the past 24 hours. The system wouldn’t allow me and I ended up paying 50 Euros extra only to check in what I had already paid for in full in the first plCe. Then, just to top off the wonderful morning - I got an agent whose attitude was extremely rude and poor to inform me correctly what was the next steps and procedure. Finally, both my hand bags carry on get checked in and now I am stuck at the airport waiting for two little bags that could’ve easily got on top of my compartment where I was."

Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"

Fordele: "That there was a possibility the plane crashed, so my flight would end earlier."
Fordele: "Vi kom frem..."
Ulemper: "Flyet var så forsinket at vi ikke nåede flyet til Budapest, vi er derfor strandet i Berlin til næste dag, vi har ikke noget sted at sove eller være og vi måtte bruge over dobbelt så mange penge på nye flybilletter. Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Fordele: "on time quick boarding from both ends of the plane friendly staff"
Ulemper: "Flight delayed for 2,5 hours. Forced to spend €40 or terrible aeroport food. Should have used the train - would get to my destination faster, cheaper and would already have had a great meal at a restaurant. Never again."
Fordele: "No hitches. I recently bought proper cabin baggage with Ryanair approved dimensions and had checked in online so no hassles. If you follow Ryanair guidelines and have requested paperwork and baggage allowance your experience should be incident free."
Ulemper: "Nothing to declare."
Ulemper: "My connection at Stansted was very tight. Faced with long lines which could have mennt me missing my flight, I was five no option it to upgrade my ticket. Flight was also 20 minutes late."
Fordele: "easy to check in with self-service check in and bag drop"
Ulemper: "seats are not particularly comfortable"
Ulemper: "Never got a heads up for boarding pass and baggage. I now know to pay $100.00 more when dealing with your competitors."
Fordele: "I was warned by my son to read all of the fine print, so I had no problems. For someone who doesn't know to do this, I could see where there could be questions and confusion."
Ulemper: "It was our first trip with Ryanair and it is really low low cost, compared to Norvegian and other low cost airlines. Never again - first and last time...."
Fordele: "We had priority - so easy We did not eat or drink- should have N/A"
Fordele: "Crew when asked was very helpful and polite. They were definitely working the entire flight to assist people."
Ulemper: "Crew took about the entire flight to handle the food and drinks, coming from both ends. This caused a block to the bathrooms and people waiting long periods and finally just stuffing in all over the place to get passed the carts. Expensive flight for us since we had to buy the same day. While most of the security attendants were great, I did have to wait a very long time to get a pat down I requested rather than go through the scanner (required to be in a separate room) that was 95% the same as the one they were giving everyone after they came through the scanner, with the only difference being a hand and belt line swipe and paperwork. I have had this same procedure done in three airports prior on this trip and all were more aggressive/thorough and did not require a separate room and extreme wait. Though again, all the female staff were great."
Ulemper: "Fly forsinket. Boarder folk med prioritet til at stå og vente i gangen. Flyet var end ikke landet endnu da vi begyndte boarding. Efter ca25 minutter blev vi lukket ud på pladsen til flyet men blev stoppet igen og stod der i godt 20 minutter inden vi kom ombord. Sammenlagt forsinket 1 time."
Fordele: "The flight was short"
Ulemper: "They made me check my bag when other people behind me had bigger bags. They also didn't make clear lines to board the plane so people were cutting each other. The staff didn't seem to care. I was disappointed with ryan air staff and their lack of care. It seems like they wanted to get it over with as opposed to making sure they were doing their job. This isn't a bagel shop, it's an airplane. It makes me wonder how well the planes are inspected..."
Ulemper: "I did call the Ryanair Airline to confirm my flight 2 weeks before I go to the tours . They told me everything was fine. But when we get to the airport today , they do charged us £180 /4 luggage, we were so mad . I NEVER think about come back to travel with Ryanair Airline and also tell to all my friends and family don't EVER trust Ryanair Airline...!!! Also we're seated separate events the next seat wasn't have nobody... So sad and so mad .... Hopefully the Ryanair Director know about this happening????"
Ulemper: "The departure lounge was horrible"
Fordele: "In flight experience was great."
Ulemper: "First time flying RyanAir and didn't checkin before arriving at airport. We're treated extremely rudely and charged Euro 100. Had priority boarding but boarding was horrible."
Fordele: "Priority boarding that I paid for. Security Fast Track that I paid for."
Ulemper: "Interminable lines to simply drop bags with pre-paid bags and boarding passes printed at home -- It took an hour! Check-in staff seemingly oblivious to what is happening around them. About the most cramped seats on any airline I've taken (and I've flown in virtually all parts of the world, and I'm small). Constant harangue over the PA from in-flight staff trying to sell things, even lottery tickets."
