Spanien har genåbnet sine grænser for rejsende fra de fleste EU- og Schengenområder, men indrejsen er fortsat begrænset for rejsende, der ankommer fra andre områder, undtagen spanske statsborgere og indbyggere, ledsagere og deres nærmeste familiemedlemmer. Spanien tillader ikke indrejse for rejsende, der har været i Storbritannien, Brasilien og Sydafrika indtil tidligst den 16. marts, med undtagelse af spanske statsborgere og personer, der lovligt opholder sig i Spanien. Fra den 22. juli har rejsende fra Serbien ikke længere adgang til Spanien. Rejsende, der ankommer uden for EU, kan kun få adgang til følgende kategorier af rejsende: •Personer med bopæl i EU, Schengen-associerede stater, Andorra, Monaco, Vatikanet eller San Marino. •Indehavere af et visum til længerevarende ophold udstedt af et Schengen-medlem af en associeret stat, som rejser til dette land. •Sundhedspersonale, der kommer til Spanien for at arbejde. •Varer og transportpersonale i udøvelsen af deres hverv. •Diplomater, konsulater, internationale tjenestemænd, militært personel, civilbeskyttelse og medlemmer af humanitære organisationer i udøvelsen af deres hverv. •Studerende, der studerer i et af EU/Schengen-medlemsstaterne og har et passende visum eller en tilsvarende tilladelse og sygeforsikring. Fra den 23. november har alle rejsende (herunder børn) fra Albanien, Andorra, Argentina, Armenien, Aruba, Østrig, Bahrain, Belgien, Belize, Bosnien-Hercegovina, Bulgarien, Kap Verde, Colombia, Costa Rica, Kroatien, Cypern, Tjekkiet, Danmark, Estland, Frankrig, Fransk Polynesien, Georgien, Tyskland, Gibraltar, Grækenland, Guam, Ungarn, Island, Irland, Italien, Jordan, Kuwait, Letland, Libanon, Libyen, Liechtenstein, Litauen, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova , Monaco, Marokko, Holland, Nordmakedonien, Norges, palæstinensisk territorium, Panama, Polen, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Rumænien, Rusland, San Marino, Serbien, Slovakiet, Slovenien, St.Martin, Sverige, Schweiz, Tunesien, UAE, Storbritannien, Ukraine og USA pligt til at fremlægge en lægeerklæring med et negativt COVID-19 TMA, LAMP eller PCR testresultat udstedt inden for 72 timer før ankomst, med undtagelse af rejsende, der ankommer fra Azorerne i Portugal Rogaland, More og Romsdal, Nordland, Viken, Innlandet, Vestfold og Telemark, Agder, Vestland, Trondelag eller Troms og Finnmarkin i Norge; Kitri, Ionia Nisia, Dytiki Ellada eller Sterea Ellada i Grækenland; Færøerne eller Grønland. Ved ankomsten kan der foretages stikprøvekontrol for at bekræfte, at rejsende har gennemgået en COVID-19 PCR-, TMA- eller LAMP-test og har reageret negativt. Der kan udstedes en minimumsbøde på 3.000 EUR til enhver, der ikke overholder reglerne. Rejsende skal også gennemgå en temperaturkontrol og en visuel helbredsundersøgelse. Fra den 14. november skal rejsende, der besøger De Kanariske Øer og er booket på et reguleret overnatningssted, fremvise en negativ COVID-19-test, som er taget senest 72 timer tidligere, når de tjekker ind på deres overnatningssted, downloade og aktivere Radar COVID-anmeldelses appen for ophold på alle dage på øerne. Børn under 7 år er fritaget for disse krav. De regionale myndigheder på Balearerne (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera) har indført tre kontrolfaser for indenlandske ankommende til øerne med skib eller fly ud over dem, der gælder for internationale ankommende til Spanien. Alle turister, der ankommer fra eller via regioner i Spanien med en kumulativ forekomst af virusset på 150 tilfælde pr. 100.000 indbyggere eller derover, skal fremvise en negativ PCR eller TMA udført inden for 72 timer før ankomst. Der opkræves en bøde på op til 3.000 EUR for alle, der ankommer uden en gyldig test. Personer med begrundet rejseårsag skal udfylde en erklæring og foretage en antigentest ved ankomsten til lufthavnen eller havnen eller skal underkastes en 10-dages karantæne. Personer, der bor på Balearerne, skal have en PCR inden for 72 timer før deres ankomst, eller blive testet ved ankomsten eller gennemgå en 10-dages karantæne.
Rejsende er i øjeblikket ikke underlagt karantænekrav, medmindre de spanske myndigheder instruerer dem ved ankomsten til Spanien på grund af særlige omstændigheder.
Rejsende, der rejser gennem Spanien via en spansk lufthavn på vej til deres endelige bestemmelsessted, gælder ikke ovennævnte krav til PCR, TMA eller LAMP-test og sundhedskontrolformular for at komme ind i landet. De bør dog være rede til at dokumentere deres videre rejse, f.eks. flybilletter til deres endelige bestemmelsessted. De restriktioner, som Spanien har indført for passagerrejser fra Storbritannien fra den 22. december til 19. januar, kan også gælde for dem der rejser gennem Spanien til andre internationale rejsemål.

Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Fordele: "Our flight from Hamburg to Munich arrived late. Lufthansa met about 10 of us at our arrival gate, took us through a side channel Passport Control and then mini-bused us to our gate. We arrived at the gate 15 minutes after scheduled departure but our plane was there. Very considerate."

Ulemper: "Lufthansa gate staff may be in need for a better attitude and not the one of a disgruntled child. I would have expected my 3 checked in bags to arrive with me in Cairo, they did not, so making sure the checked in bags arriving with the passengers can be an needed improvement!"

Plus the crew should tell you what kind of pasta you’re getting! I got the pasta but I didn’t know it was filled with cheese and cream but by the time they came back to me I told them that I can’t have this they didn’t have anymore left of anything so I didn’t have anything to eat. And the breakfast the next day was awful. And by the way I saw that the crew had a really good meal. I should be able to pick up meal ahead of time… When you’re booking. It was a long day with no hot meal."

Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

I also like the frequent brandy, Bailey's, and water service. The flight attendants were nice and at least appeared to care about the level of service they were providing."
Ulemper: "This probably is just personal preference, but I didn't like the meal options all that much. But that's about it. Mind you, I eat German food often in the States, so the type of cuisine wasn't the problem."

Ulemper: "Frankfurt airport: Had to walk for an hour to get from gate to gate. I was getting off an international flight and onto another international flight. International gates are usually closer than that. On the flight: 1. The armrests pull up, which is great if you're traveling with family or a significant other. But, in my case, it was an overweight and obese lady, who didn't fit in her seat and just slipped into half of mine. I was stuck with half a seat with her arm bumping mine for a 12-hour flight. I landed with a bruised arm. It was a round trip flight. When I had submitted a complaint, Lufthansa refunded me a 100$, which is nice of them, but I think they should have upgraded me for my return flight instead to make up for the first flight being uncomfortable. 2. I paid for the internet service and was charged double for it. Again, had to submit a complaint and was refunded the money. Check-in: The online system wouldn't allow me to check in online because my passport wasn't biometric."

I contrast them with the Lufthansa crew from Toronto to Munich who were short-handed but so pleasant even though they were overworked due to some crew members not showing up. Lufthansa food is average at best. The central restroom area on the MUC to ORD flight became filthy. Aren't crew members supposed to police that area? Or are passengers supposed to bring rubber gloves to clean it halfway through the flight?"

Ulemper: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Fordele: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Ulemper: "When we checked in for the return flight in CPH we learned that our return ticket was “light” ie it did not include luggage. we were not informed about this, we did not request a ‘light” return ticket, and...why would we when we checked luggage flying over? We’d like the usd100 refunded"

Ulemper: "The pilot strike resulted in cancellation of my flights so getting home turned in to a challenge"
Ulemper: "Udkald til gate, hvorefter vi stod 15-20 min. uden info om forsinkelsen. I fly vidste man ikke at vi havde købt breakfast hjemmefra, men vi fik det da uden problemer alligevel. Men brød kun budt én gang og kaffe 2. gang langt senere. I Malaga ventede vi næsten en 1/2 time ved bagagebånd."
Ulemper: "Et halvtomt fly med en aldrende besætning der klart havde været for længe på arbejdsom kun havde fokus på at blive hurtigt færdige med pligterne så de kunne komme til at pludre med hinanden."
Fordele: "Good service from flight deck and cabin crew. Clean and comfortable"
Ulemper: "Take-off was nearly an hour late. No complimentary food and coffee was instant and very average."
Fordele: "For a middle seat, it wasn’t bad"
Ulemper: "The seat I selected was changed. I selected 45C and was assigned 54 E Upon check-in. Why? An aisle seat vs middle seat when I paid full faire is unacceptable. Also it was not made clear that I would have had to pay to check luggage. $120??!!!! I always carry on and this could have been easily avoided by not bringing gifts. Again, $120?!!!!! On top of an $1100 flight? You have to be kidding me."

Ulemper: "Wifi virkede ikke eller kostede Xtra. Man fik ikke en gang et glas vand."
Ulemper: "Everything. Our flight was delayed from our departing city because the plane was leaking water on the floor and they had to send in a special cleaning crew to try to stop it. We were not given the seats we pre picked months before when buying the ticket. The ac was broken for the first half of the flight. Then, we missed our connecting flight because of the first delay. Once we got onto a new connecting flight, it was also delayed and once again, we missed our last connecting flight and are not making it to our final destination today."
Fordele: "At jeg kunne ligge ned og sove"
Ulemper: "Sov hjem og fravalgte første servering på business. Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."
Fordele: "Great legroom for premium seats. Even though not an emergency exit, bags need to go up, which doesn’t make sense at all."
Ulemper: "Seats itself uncomfortable for long flights. Boarding process could be better."
Fordele: "Da vi først var kommet ombord på flyet gik tingene sin vante gang... ellers var der ikke meget hoved og hale på noget som helst."
Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."
Fordele: "Nothing really; this looked like the cheapest transatlantic airline that I have ever taken. Will try to avoid in the future."

Ulemper: "TSA at EWR was ridiculous. Slow lines and very inefficient."
Ulemper: "We arrived late in Copenhagen and I had 20 minutes to catch my connecting flight. Even though I was checked-in for the Copenhagen to Athens flight it left without me. I was then transferred through Prague to get to Athens and again missed my connecting flight through there. Now I am stuck in Prague looking for a flight to Athens and most likely will miss my next flight from Athens to Karpathos and will again be stuck in Athens because there are no flights out to Karpathos until 19 of May, 3days from now. I was physically in the Copenhagen airport and could have made that flight, I feel that since I was already checked in they should have waited for me and allowed me to board. Now I will Be missing work!"

Ulemper: "My seat could/would not recline, passenger in front of me had his seat in recline for most of flight. it was a long uncomfortable flight."
Ulemper: "We were traveling with two kids, and one of the kids drops some bread on the floor of the flight. One of the crew is angry to us about this, which makes us very uncomfortable."

Ulemper: "This has nothing directly with SAS, but since I experienced it during my flight there, they are responsible of it. I was waiting for the flight at the OSLO airport waiting for the flight to LONDON. I had ample time to work on my computer. In the big room by the gate there was only one spot where I found three electrical sockets hanging from a pillar or post. To my dismay none worked. My plug would fall off from each. To document, I took the pictures of the useless sockets... I complained to the lady at the boarding desk (she left before the SAS staff moved in), she did not even care... This experience frustrated me and turned an otherwise pleasant trip into a bitter one. Please install some working sockets in your waiting room! Fordele: "It was a normal flight, only a few hours long. The crew was very nice."
Ulemper: "Once again, just some leg, and arm space issues but that's to be expected."
Ulemper: "There was no food so can't give food any stars"
Fordele: "The flight crews were great. The entertainment on the long flight was good. The food was abundant."
Ulemper: "While in Stockholm we had a flight delay and multiple gate changes. The lack of communication was frustrating. The food was too spicy for my taste as well as my 2 yr olds. No options were offered on the menu."
Fordele: "There was nothing positive in this experience. Oh, the flight was safe and no one was injured?"
Ulemper: "Charged for checked bag on international flight. Late departure. Only food was a small cup of water on a 3+ hour, lunch time flight -- not even a bag of pretzels. Late arrival with short connection and flight attendant directed us to wrong gate. When we reached final destination, only one of two checked bags showed up."
Fordele: "Because of bad weather at the Faroe Islands, the aircraft made a missed approach (go-around) on the first attempt to land. The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."
Fordele: "Good experience. Nothing extra-ordinary. Only complimentary tea, water and coffee."
Ulemper: "Flight arrived on time."
Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."
Ulemper: "Even though it was clear from my reservation that checked baggage was not included in the initial price, there were no clear links in kayak/vayama or SAS to prepay baggage, and the price is double if you pay at the airport."
Fordele: "The plane was neat, clean and well maintained. The food was very good. The crew was professional and friendly. Based on my experience this is a top-notch airline."

Ulemper: "Took over an hour delay for boarding due to air conditioning issues, then when we boarded we were told it was 35 Celsius until they start the engines. Then took an additional hour once boarded to take off due to traffic. Completely missed my connecting flight"

Fordele: "Fully understand the need to put a name tag on “priority customers”. But tagging the rest as “non-priority customers” is at best disrespectful and stupid. Time to look for a new head of communication?"

Ulemper: "The customer service at the check in booths people were extremely rude and not helpful! One of the worst experiences"

Ulemper: "Svært at forstå at komforten skal være så usædvanlig dårlig. Plus at man skal betale hver gang man trykker på nogen som helst service. Så som bagage som ellers bare skulle være standart."

Ulemper: "Pga. fuldstændig kaotiske tilstande ved check-in, var der kun lige tid til at styrte til gaten. Meget langsomt arbejdende og inkompetente ansatte ved skranken, der pga. kaos ikke tjekkede pas!! Low fares - low/no service."

Ulemper: "Der er mangler der gør at man kun kan få 20 kg ikke så smart når man er 2 p og kun har max 14 kg dette kom så til og koste mig 400-300-20 euro i alt mange penge for 14 kg samt 288kr oven i for at sidde sammen der skal stå lille rygsæk da det er dette der er med i prisen men syntes det er alt for mange penge for rejsen alt i alt"
Fordele: "Prisen er lav - men har man noget man skal klage over bagefter, fx. dobbeltgebyr på kuffert, så kommer man til at arbejde for sagen."
Ulemper: "Man kommer til at gå hele Københavns lufthavn igennem på den lange led, når man flyver med Ryanair. Derudover havde jeg betalt for kuffert med begge veje, men da vi skulle hjem kunne Ryanair ikke finde den betaling og jeg skal nu igennem klagesystem (hvilket er meget besværligt hos Ryanair) for at få mine penge retur. Desuden en time forsinket på hjemturen."

Ulemper: "Gate blev først annonceret 12 min før gate ville blive lukket. Og så sad dovendyret fra Zootropolis i paskontrollen. Det har man ikke nerver til."

Ulemper: "65% of customers had priority so a bun fight to get on. We then tried to use the faster entry on non priority to get into the lounge and were sent back to the priority queue. families with kids weren't given the option of getting on first. Seats were incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of space for bags."
Fordele: "that it wasn't a long flight"
Ulemper: "the crew weren't very friendly, from checking in to landing. too stressed out I think. I wasn't made to feel like I wanted to have a return booking. Also there was pressure to add extras that I didn't want. I resisted but when I've paid for something I don't expect to be coerced into paying more for something I didn't need. For example seat selection."
Fordele: "Some of the staff were nice"
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed four hours, and while that happens sometimes, what really upset me was the compete lack of help and competence from the staff. It seemed to me nobody knew what to do or what was going on. I tried to talk to three different desks and the cabin crew and nobody could help at all."

Ulemper: "Delay at the airport, also didn't take off anytime soon. We were sitting for over half and hour in the plane. Seats are very cramped too. People over 1.80m / 6 foot have to book an extra seat with more space, otherwise you won't have an convenient flight."

Ulemper: "Lack of comunicoation and lack of services. Probably it was a bit cheaper than the competitors. But I made me think twice for next time Ryanair cross my way."

Ulemper: "We boarded on time but ended up 30 minutes late due to the staff running around like headless chickens, seemed very unorganised. Guy making announcements on the plane spoke so fast you couldn’t understand a word. Engine made a terrible buzzing noise for half the flight, so loud you had to shout to hear anyone."
Ulemper: "Terrible time checking in on line .Finally got some help but was told if I did not check in on line it would cost me another 55euros. :0("
Ulemper: "We booked our daughter priority so she was entitled to bring a hand carry on board. When she got the airport they insisted that she had to put her hand carry in the hold despite it having her passport in it!! The Captain very kindly helped her retrieve it from the hold at the end of the flight but why did she ever have to put it in there when she was priority and we paid for it?"
Fordele: "Prisen. At vi landede planmæssigt."
Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."

Ulemper: "you sent the us the wrong us the bookings the wrong way round malaga to newcastle 10th of march instead of the other way rounding the same on the return flight newcastle to malaga 17th march .hence had to rebook costing us a fortune.!!!"

Ulemper: "I was trying to check in in the past 24 hours. The system wouldn’t allow me and I ended up paying 50 Euros extra only to check in what I had already paid for in full in the first plCe. Then, just to top off the wonderful morning - I got an agent whose attitude was extremely rude and poor to inform me correctly what was the next steps and procedure. Finally, both my hand bags carry on get checked in and now I am stuck at the airport waiting for two little bags that could’ve easily got on top of my compartment where I was."

Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"
Fordele: "That there was a possibility the plane crashed, so my flight would end earlier."
Fordele: "Vi kom frem..."
Ulemper: "Flyet var så forsinket at vi ikke nåede flyet til Budapest, vi er derfor strandet i Berlin til næste dag, vi har ikke noget sted at sove eller være og vi måtte bruge over dobbelt så mange penge på nye flybilletter. Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Fordele: "No hitches. I recently bought proper cabin baggage with Ryanair approved dimensions and had checked in online so no hassles. If you follow Ryanair guidelines and have requested paperwork and baggage allowance your experience should be incident free."
Ulemper: "Nothing to declare."

Ulemper: "My connection at Stansted was very tight. Faced with long lines which could have mennt me missing my flight, I was five no option it to upgrade my ticket. Flight was also 20 minutes late."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed. Seats are not comfortable. I was in a bus at the back and when it arrived at the demarcation door, the driver didn't open all the 3 doors! He only opened the front door beside himself so everyone had to exit by that door."
Ulemper: "Never got a heads up for boarding pass and baggage. I now know to pay $100.00 more when dealing with your competitors."
Ulemper: "It was our first trip with Ryanair and it is really low low cost, compared to Norvegian and other low cost airlines. Never again - first and last time...."
Fordele: "Everything was acceptable apart from their petty ploy to split couples up"
Ulemper: "Because we don't want to pay extra for seating we don't check in until 4 days before the flight. Usually this is not a problem but on this flight they split us up, one at the front & one at the rear, then they ask if we want to pay extra to sit together. This is a very petty ploy to get extra money. It doesn't work !! The passengers just swop when on the plane"
Fordele: "Crew when asked was very helpful and polite. They were definitely working the entire flight to assist people."
Ulemper: "Crew took about the entire flight to handle the food and drinks, coming from both ends. This caused a block to the bathrooms and people waiting long periods and finally just stuffing in all over the place to get passed the carts. Expensive flight for us since we had to buy the same day. While most of the security attendants were great, I did have to wait a very long time to get a pat down I requested rather than go through the scanner (required to be in a separate room) that was 95% the same as the one they were giving everyone after they came through the scanner, with the only difference being a hand and belt line swipe and paperwork. I have had this same procedure done in three airports prior on this trip and all were more aggressive/thorough and did not require a separate room and extreme wait. Though again, all the female staff were great."
Ulemper: "Fly forsinket. Boarder folk med prioritet til at stå og vente i gangen. Flyet var end ikke landet endnu da vi begyndte boarding. Efter ca25 minutter blev vi lukket ud på pladsen til flyet men blev stoppet igen og stod der i godt 20 minutter inden vi kom ombord. Sammenlagt forsinket 1 time."
