Swiss was better than United flight I take to Newark to Mumbai
Ulemper: "I requested a vegan vegetarian meal and did not get it. I had to do with the regular meal which had a lot of dairy products to which I am allergic to. The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!"
Fordele: "The airline is top notch and treated you great like it should be."
Ulemper: "The sears where a little tight but not bad and the movie options were ok not great."

Fordele: "Never got on the plane due to weather restrictions in the connecting flight prior to this flight. Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home."
Ulemper: "Have customer service representative available at the airport 24/7 knowing that some people arrive from all parts of the country."
Fordele: "Amazing - they had a full dinner for a 9:55pm flight, with real silverware, complementary alcohol, for economy passengers! Crew extremely professional and efficient."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed by more than two hours leaving from Delhi to Zurich and by more than an hour leaving Zurich to Chicago. The service on the Delhi Zurich flight was minimal, inflight entertainment did not work in spite of the crew trying to reset, the bathrooms were AWFUL!"

Ulemper: "I was unable to order vegetarian meal before the flight. This also a KAYAK / VAYAMA issue - you can not pass the info about special meal to the airline and Swiss seems to require that you order through them in order to specify such details. You should improve this."

Ulemper: "Only one agent to check in economy passengers two agents for first class and 2 or 3 for special needs. There were many more economy passengers and it took a lot longer to be serviced more agents for economy would have been more equitable"
Fordele: "The Swiss airline bit was about an hour late. Weather etc. But such things happen. The flight itself was fine. They even served food and a beer."
Ulemper: "The queues at Heathrow for passport control were long. The non-EU q was awful. Luckily the tube was running all night on those lines we needed."
Fordele: "Staff was gracious and accommodating for whatever we needed. It felt much better than typical economy class. It made the 8 hour plus flight quite manageable."

Ulemper: "Checking line with no information, rude customer services, cabin crew very rude and discriminatory system, the flight attendant in charge of the cabin crew made us moved our Carry on three row far from our seats, despite the fact that we paid more for those seats and that we were among the first to board the plane. He made a racist facial expression toward us."
Fordele: "I like the landing by the pilot from Beirut to Barcelona. I also appreciated the one flight attendant that helped me and my family."
Ulemper: "They didn’t let me gate check any carryons. They made me pull out all my stuff to reallocate the weight in my carryons before letting me go with all of them. Why? Is the weight issue an over head storage weight limit issue or a fuel issue? Either way they eventually let me go. Ridiculous. They charged me over $110 for an extra check bag when kayak told me it would be $65-$110. Scam/stealing. Also, they told me I had to hold my kid during take off and landing instead of them being in their super secure car seat. How is that even logical? They said it was a company policy. If it was a company policy, why didn’t I have to hold my kid on the following flight? Dumb."

Ulemper: "Very expensive but felt like budget airline. No space at all, legs were in pain bumped up to back of the front chair the whole time. Crew members very inattentive. No room for small carryon items. Would be more okay with this if tickets were cheaper, but for what I paid I expect better"
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed by an hour but that was not Vueling’s fault. Despite the delay the staff did all they could to notify passengers and leave as soon as possible."

Ulemper: "Our seats up front (2nd row) didn't recline, and it wasn't because of bulkheads or exit rows. It was a short flight, so it wasn't too bad."

Ulemper: "The airline lost my luggage. I called continuously and they kept telling me that it was on its way, but it never arrived! I finally received it 2 days later."
Ulemper: "Left late (and therefore arrived late) due to starting the boarding process late and slow boarding. I wouldn't go so far as to say the attendants were rude, but they were not friendly, either. Could not check in online ahead of time due to flying with a US passport (which was not a problem with, for example, British Airways, flying from London to Rome)."
Ulemper: "Boarding was messed up. Paying for priority boarding then having the gate open the boarding area to all passengers created some heated words, plus people pushing ahead for boarding."
Fordele: "The electronic check-in was breathtakingly simple but this airlines excels at optimal usage of available space - to the extreme discomfort of its clients. I am of average height and my flight was an exercise in pain endurance."

Ulemper: "I'd booked it and paid more as it was supposed to be British Airways. This was rather misleading by kayak as I booked with them via the British airways website then forward to vueling. Could have paid less if I'd chosen vueling from the options."
Fordele: "Flight attendants were nice, and the aircraft was clean."
Ulemper: "Flat out the worst flying experience I've ever had. The bag checkin processes was a nightmare; I showed up super early to the airport, with more than enough time to check my bag and board without issue. The bag checkin line didn't move for over an hour, and while there were still tons of people waiting to check their bags for flights that were soon departing, most of the counter employees packed up and left. When someone pointed out that we would miss our flights, the attendants said "my shift is over" and walked away. At this point, the line broke and passengers started to cut the line, two people nearly got into a fight, airport security even had to come. My bag was finally checked five minutes before the flight left (!!!!!). I was unsure if I'd make the flight, or if my bag would make it on the aircraft. The worst part is that throughout their incompetent checkin processes, the attendants were all incredibly rude. I am NEVER flying this airline again, even if I have to pay twice as much for my ticket."

Jeg kunne ikke lide noget. Forfærdelig oplevelse.
Dårlige sæder ved nødudgange række 12 ikke de ekstra penge værd. Manglende info da vi måtte skifte fly pga tekniske problemer
Fordele: "Fully understand the need to put a name tag on “priority customers”. But tagging the rest as “non-priority customers” is at best disrespectful and stupid. Time to look for a new head of communication?"

Ulemper: "Der er mangler der gør at man kun kan få 20 kg ikke så smart når man er 2 p og kun har max 14 kg dette kom så til og koste mig 400-300-20 euro i alt mange penge for 14 kg samt 288kr oven i for at sidde sammen der skal stå lille rygsæk da det er dette der er med i prisen men syntes det er alt for mange penge for rejsen alt i alt"

Fordele: "Prisen er lav - men har man noget man skal klage over bagefter, fx. dobbeltgebyr på kuffert, så kommer man til at arbejde for sagen."
Ulemper: "Man kommer til at gå hele Københavns lufthavn igennem på den lange led, når man flyver med Ryanair. Derudover havde jeg betalt for kuffert med begge veje, men da vi skulle hjem kunne Ryanair ikke finde den betaling og jeg skal nu igennem klagesystem (hvilket er meget besværligt hos Ryanair) for at få mine penge retur. Desuden en time forsinket på hjemturen."

Ulemper: "65% of customers had priority so a bun fight to get on. We then tried to use the faster entry on non priority to get into the lounge and were sent back to the priority queue. families with kids weren't given the option of getting on first. Seats were incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of space for bags."

Ulemper: "the crew weren't very friendly, from checking in to landing. too stressed out I think. I wasn't made to feel like I wanted to have a return booking. Also there was pressure to add extras that I didn't want. I resisted but when I've paid for something I don't expect to be coerced into paying more for something I didn't need. For example seat selection."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed four hours, and while that happens sometimes, what really upset me was the compete lack of help and competence from the staff. It seemed to me nobody knew what to do or what was going on. I tried to talk to three different desks and the cabin crew and nobody could help at all."

Ulemper: "Lack of comunicoation and lack of services. Probably it was a bit cheaper than the competitors. But I made me think twice for next time Ryanair cross my way."
Ulemper: "Terrible time checking in on line .Finally got some help but was told if I did not check in on line it would cost me another 55euros. :0("
Ulemper: "We booked our daughter priority so she was entitled to bring a hand carry on board. When she got the airport they insisted that she had to put her hand carry in the hold despite it having her passport in it!! The Captain very kindly helped her retrieve it from the hold at the end of the flight but why did she ever have to put it in there when she was priority and we paid for it?"

Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."

Ulemper: "I was trying to check in in the past 24 hours. The system wouldn’t allow me and I ended up paying 50 Euros extra only to check in what I had already paid for in full in the first plCe. Then, just to top off the wonderful morning - I got an agent whose attitude was extremely rude and poor to inform me correctly what was the next steps and procedure. Finally, both my hand bags carry on get checked in and now I am stuck at the airport waiting for two little bags that could’ve easily got on top of my compartment where I was."

Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"
Fordele: "That there was a possibility the plane crashed, so my flight would end earlier."

Ulemper: "Flyet var så forsinket at vi ikke nåede flyet til Budapest, vi er derfor strandet i Berlin til næste dag, vi har ikke noget sted at sove eller være og vi måtte bruge over dobbelt så mange penge på nye flybilletter. Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Fordele: "No hitches. I recently bought proper cabin baggage with Ryanair approved dimensions and had checked in online so no hassles. If you follow Ryanair guidelines and have requested paperwork and baggage allowance your experience should be incident free."

Ulemper: "The Ryan Air staff were ignorant and complained when asked any questions."
Ulemper: "My connection at Stansted was very tight. Faced with long lines which could have mennt me missing my flight, I was five no option it to upgrade my ticket. Flight was also 20 minutes late."
